Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, which powers support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across our backend services: case lifecycle, routing and assignment, queue management, case evidence and history, and migration from legacy systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ambiguous customer and operational problems into durable technical solutions, coordinate other engineers, and set the standard for reliability and craftsmanship on the team.
What you’ll do
Lead one or more project-level Case Management initiatives, on your own or by guiding a group of engineers, from discovery and design through rollout, measurement, and operational ownership.
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes, attachments, and queue-management workflows.
Help deliver feature parity with legacy platforms while safely migrating traffic across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Make and own most technical decisions within your scope. Write project-level design documents covering how sub-features interact, identify dependencies and risks, and break work into parallelizable delivery plans.
Scope ambiguous customer and operational problems, weigh long-term against short-term trade-offs, and design durable solutions.
Partner with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to define the right problems. Shape the team roadmap through prototypes, data analysis, project proposals, and backlog prioritization.
Run the coordination a project needs, such as status updates and dependency tracking, and escalate early to keep delivery on time.
Enforce team-wide quality objectives: lead design reviews, calibrate quality metrics, and improve logging, monitoring, alerting, and escalation policies.
Serve as first responder or incident commander, model good incident practice, and turn what you learn into playbooks and backlog work.
Introduce and guide AI best practices for the team, including evals, data privacy, and review of AI-generated code, and take part in AI-powered projects when they are central to the product.
Design reusable, self-serviceable solutions, and consider cost efficiency, including compute and AI costs, in key designs.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, design guidance, tech talks, and constructive feedback. Interview candidates, join sell calls, and take part in hiring events when the team needs them.
Must-have qualifications
Strong backend engineering experience, including designing and operating backend services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data models at meaningful scale.
Proficiency in at least one modern backend language, and a record of writing exemplary code for the core functionality of key components.
Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from technical design through production rollout.
Experience breaking projects into parallelizable work, identifying dependencies and risks, and giving accurate estimates for yourself and others.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools to improve productivity, while validating generated output for correctness, security, privacy, maintainability, and reliability.
Strong product judgment: the ability to turn ambiguous workflows and user needs into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, bring the right stakeholders into decisions at the right time, and explain trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong engineering craft: testing, code review, observability, incident response, security, and operational readiness, with experience designing for reliability.
Comfort working on systems with high correctness and auditability requirements, including traceability of decisions and changes.
A mentoring mindset and a record of raising team-wide engineering standards.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Go experience.
Experience with migration from legacy systems, gradual rollouts, traffic shadowing, and feature-parity programs.
Experience supporting internal tools or operational user interfaces from the backend side.
Experience with high-volume, multi-region, or multi-tenant systems.
Experience as an incident commander or in running an on-call rotation.
Experience building AI-powered features, including evaluation of model output.
What success looks like
Delivers a major Case Management initiative with clear technical ownership, predictable execution, and measurable customer or business impact.
Improves the reliability, maintainability, and cost efficiency of the Common system while enabling safe migration from legacy case-management systems.
Helps move support traffic onto the Common system without reducing case-resolution quality.
Builds solutions that other engineers and operators can confidently reuse and operate.
Acts as a technical leader within the team: unblocks peers and partner teams, improves engineering decisions, influences the roadmap, and strengthens cross-functional execution.

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows
Familiar with cloud environments, AWS is preferred and knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
As a member of the Teleport Customer Solutions Team, you will own the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers: implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions.
This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
You will work directly with customers to design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport hands-on, share implementation best practices, triage and debug technical issues, develop and maintain training programs, evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts. You will act as a customer champion within Teleport and help prioritize product feedback by working with the Product team. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be the primary lead for identifying and providing initial triage of technical blockers via shared chat, ticket, and meetings.
As our company grows and we launch new offerings, the requirements of this position may shift. You should be comfortable with change and have an interest in continually learning and advancing your skillset.
What you’ll bring
- Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience. You have built clusters with kubeadm (not just managed services), configured RBAC and certificate-based user access, and debugged failing workloads, networking, and control-plane issues. CKA certification is strongly preferred; CKAD is a plus.
- Experience with cert-manager and TLS certificate management, Helm, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)
- Demonstrable experience with the following security principles and technologies: SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC
- Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with the tenacity to identify and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Outstanding soft skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
What you’ll be doing
- Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments, and communicate implementation best practices to the customer
- Act as the point person for technical issues, troubleshooting Kubernetes-based customer environments (cluster, networking, certificate, and access issues) and escalating high-complexity cases to Engineering
- Work closely with Sales and Product to identify customer needs tied to tangible upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for customers, drive adoption within the customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts of Teleport
- Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training, and evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization
- Maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders and expand those relationships into other parts of the organization
- Document each customer’s business goals and challenges to align Teleport with the most value possible
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing and upcoming Teleport solutions for customers and teammates, staying up to date on the latest releases
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to provide valuable feedback for product improvement
- Support our broader customer base seeking new solutions and best practice recommendations
Our interview process
Our interview process includes a hands-on technical assessment. You will build a kubeadm Kubernetes cluster, configure RBAC with certificate-based user access, deploy an application, present your design and its tradeoffs, and work through live Kubernetes troubleshooting scenarios. Candidates should be comfortable operating Kubernetes at this level without relying on managed-service abstractions. You are welcome to use AI tools for the take-home portion, with full disclosure of how they were used.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.

Tabby creates financial freedom in the way people shop, earn and save by reshaping their relationship with money. Over 25 million users choose Tabby to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.
The company’s flagship offering allows shoppers to split their payments online and in-store with no interest or fees. Over 70,000 global brands and small businesses, including Amazon, Noon, IKEA, and SHEIN use Tabby to accelerate growth and gain loyal customers by offering easy and flexible payments online and in stores.
Tabby generates over $18 billion in annual transaction volume for its partner brands and is the highest-rated, most-reviewed, largest, and fastest-growing FinTech in the GCC region.
Tabby launched in 2019 and has since raised +$1 billion in equity and debt funding from global and regional investors, and is now valued at $6,5 billion.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app.
Different product teams build different products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, BNPL — and they often do it apart from each other. The experience is not always consistent or whole. Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem.
The B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey. In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction. After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting. You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model.
Why join
A rare brief: own how a customer experiences the whole app, not one feature inside one team
Concrete problems with visible impact — first transaction, return, and a subscription people choose to keep
A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality
What you will be doing
Look across consumer products and design the experience as one customer journey, so Tabby feels consistent and whole
Design onboarding that explains the value of the products in plain language and gets a new customer oriented
Design activation of financial products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL — through to the first transaction
Design the moments and communication that bring people back after the first transaction and keep them transacting
Shape the subscription experience and help grow s part of the same journey
Work with product teams that ship on their own, and hold the seams between their products so the customer does not feel the org chart
Work closely with your Product Manager to unpack the problem and turn it into a design that serves both the customer and the business
Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions, and with a UX Writer to make the value of each product clear
Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production
What you will need
5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on consumer products at scale
Strong systems thinking: you can hold several products in one journey, including states, edge cases, and the handoff from one product to the next
Ability to simplify: you can take a fragmented, multi-product experience and make it feel like one product a person can move through
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals and customer needs equally well, and you know how to balance them
A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI
Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers
High craft standards and real care for what reaches users
You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter
Nice to have
Experience with fintech, consumer finance, subscriptions, or lifecycle work: onboarding, activation, retention
Experience designing across several products that have to feel like one
Experience with growth mechanics: first transaction, habit, and return
Experience contributing to or working within a design system
Benefits

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our BNPL stream and design the merchant side of Tabby's core product. You'll work on the
Merchant Dashboard
, across web and the mobile app, the place where merchants run their business with Tabby: manage transactions, settlements and invoices, set up in-store and integrations, and use self-service tools.
You'll join a newly formed Merchant Experience team with a lot of attention on it and a lot to build: upgrading core dashboard pages, launching new self-service products, running merchant experiments, and rethinking how Tabby works in physical stores.
We're looking for someone who thrives on complexity, turns uncertainty into clarity, owns problems end to end, and brings strong product thinking alongside strong craft.
Why join
Work on the merchant side of Tabby's core BNPL product, in an area that is a current company priority
A lot to build: core page upgrades, new self-service products, experiments and a rethought in-store experience
Real ownership in a newly formed team: shape how the product and the team work from the start
An AI-forward team where design can iterate fast and get close to code
A dedicated UX writer and UX researcher to work with
What you will be doing
Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard end to end, across web and mobile, from early concept through polished execution
Upgrade core dashboard pages such as transactions, settlements and invoices, and design new self-service tools for merchants
Design clear, data-dense interfaces that make complex financial and operational information easy to understand and act on
Design and iterate on merchant experiments and new features with your Product Manager, and measure what works
Help reimagine the in-store experience together with product and engineering
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and our UX researcher and UX writer to identify and solve key merchant problems
Use data, merchant feedback and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses
Partner with designers from other B2B and B2C streams to keep the experience consistent across Tabby, and contribute to the design system
Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow: prototyping, ideation, and moving solutions closer to code
Present and advocate for your work to cross-functional and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
What you will need
Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools
Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio, with excellent Figma skills
Comfort designing across both web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android)
Strong product thinking: you understand business goals, product logic and user needs, and can explain the reasoning behind your decisions
Ability to turn uncertainty into clarity and handle complex flows, states and edge cases
A strong level of AI proficiency: you use AI tools on real project work to prototype, explore and move faster
Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
Confident in your work and strong communication skills, whether you're talking to another designer or a C-level executive
Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
Autonomy: you operate without close supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience in fintech or financial products
Experience conducting UX research
A strong base in graphic design
Experience designing for GCC markets or Arabic/RTL interfaces
Comfort working close to code, with interest in contributing to code through AI tools

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

Spotware is looking for a
Senior B2B Marketing Lead
to own the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the cTrader business direction.
This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation and brand building. You will turn market insight and commercial priorities into clear positioning, integrated campaigns and measurable pipeline contribution.
We are looking for a marketer who can own a business direction end to end: identify opportunities, shape the plan, align stakeholders and make it happen.
Spotware is an AI-first company with an established ecosystem of AI tools, agents, automations and connected workflows. You will use this environment to move faster and work smarter - not to start from zero, but to turn these capabilities into stronger B2B marketing outcomes.
What You Will Own
B2B marketing strategy and go-to-market roadmap for cTrader across brokers, prop firms, fintech companies and relevant partners.
Market understanding: ICP definition, segmentation, buyer journeys, competitive context and prioritisation of markets and audiences.
Positioning, messaging architecture and proof points that make cTrader clear, relevant and differentiated for each key audience.
Integrated marketing plans spanning product launches, demand generation, content, partner activity, events, webinars, paid media and lifecycle communications.
Marketing contribution to qualified demand and pipeline, in close partnership with Sales and the wider Marketing team.
Cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support around shared priorities, campaigns and feedback loops.
Ownership of the cTrader marketing budget: planning, allocation, spend control and performance tracking across priorities and channels.
An AI-first marketing operating model for the direction: applying and continuously improving the company’s connected AI workflows across research, planning, production, personalisation and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the B2B marketing plan for the cTrader business direction, translating commercial priorities into focused quarterly initiatives.
Work with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support to understand market needs, customer objections, product priorities and growth opportunities.
Define and evolve positioning, audience-specific messaging, campaign angles, offers and calls to action.
Lead go-to-market plans for product launches, key features, new segments and strategic market initiatives.
Plan and orchestrate integrated campaigns across the right mix of channels, including content, email, paid media, webinars, partner campaigns, events, landing pages and nurture.
Brief and coordinate internal specialists and external partners across content, design, performance, CRM and campaign operations; ensure work is focused, timely and commercially relevant.
Create or oversee B2B content and sales enablement assets such as product narratives, case studies, presentations, landing pages, campaign materials and customer proof points.
Build and optimise marketing funnels for key audiences and accounts, spanning awareness, education, consideration, conversion and reactivation.
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign follow-up, feedback loops and the connection between marketing activity and deal progression.
Use customer, market and campaign data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend clear next actions.
Own the cTrader marketing budget: plan, allocate and control spend, and track performance against strategic and commercial priorities.
Turn successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks and scalable processes.
Use Spotware’s existing AI-first capabilities to accelerate market research, segmentation, content production, campaign personalisation, reporting and operational execution - and identify new workflows worth scaling.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, growth marketing or revenue marketing.
Proven experience owning marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for a B2B product, business unit or product line.
Strong understanding of B2B positioning, ICPs, segmentation, buyer journeys, messaging and commercial storytelling.
Experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns, while knowing how to choose the right channels rather than applying a fixed playbook.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong ownership.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Support, content, design and performance teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex products into clear, persuasive narratives.
Commercial and analytical mindset: able to connect marketing activity with demand quality, pipeline and business outcomes.
Confidence working with CRM, marketing automation and campaign reporting; deep technical administration is not required.
Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
An AI-native mindset and genuine enthusiasm for Claude or ChatGPT. You are a true power user who uses at least one of them daily as a thinking and execution partner - to research, plan, write, analyse and improve marketing workflows, not as an occasional productivity tool.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, trading platforms, brokerage technology, prop trading or financial markets.
Experience with account-based marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, webinars or industry events.
HubSpot certification and hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
LinkedIn Ads certification and practical experience running B2B paid acquisition campaigns.
Experience improving complex marketing workflows with AI agents, automation, data enrichment or connected tools.
Conditions
Private medical insurance.

Birthday voucher.
Partial compensation for sports activities and wellness initiatives.

We are seeking an
Arts & Culture Producer
to lead inVision’s art activations: public installations, exhibitions, live events and cultural partnerships that carry our initiatives’ messages to a mass audience. The role sits in the Media, Art and Narrative Domain, inVision’s in-house marketing, content and storytelling engine, which turns each initiative’s mission into campaign strategy, content, art and distribution that change how people think and act across the Global South. Together with each initiative, the role decides where art is the strongest tool, takes every activation from first idea to the moment the audience meets the work and designs it to travel beyond the room through press, social, out-of-home and the inDrive app, with impact goals set before launch. Deliver activations end to end: artist selection, commissioning, production, logistics, installation and on-site delivery.
Hire and manage contractors (fabricators, AV and build teams) and hold them to a high standard of finish.
Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers and venues for every activation.
Plan earned media and content from the start, so each activation reaches press, social and out-of-home.
Agree impact goals before launch, then work with Project Managers and research partners to show how the work shifted the audience.
Build and steward a network of artists, galleries, cultural institutions, festivals, local partners and funders.
Protect brand, dignity and careful imagery on sensitive subjects, check every venue and partner before committing, and secure artists’ rights to film, photograph and use the work across inVision’s channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
A background in art, design, architecture, film, live events or media production is an advantage.

Strong experience leading external contractors, suppliers and artists is required.
