Location: Poland; United Kingdom Workplace: Remote ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: - ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. - ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. - ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK - High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. - Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. - AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. - Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. - Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER - Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. - Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. - Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. - Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. - Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. - Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds. - Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation. - Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny. - Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents. Requirements Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team. - Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns. - Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker). - Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong. - Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models. Bonus: - Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale. - Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools. - Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: Barcelona, Spain Workplace: remote About seQura seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers. We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel. We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months. Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR. Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5. About the role 🤓 We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own. seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome. You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering. How we build at seQura 🤖 AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift. What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first. AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you. Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code. If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you. About the Platform team 🧩 Team Mission To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration. What we own Our multi-account AWS foundation and the Kubernetes (EKS) clusters where seQura's products run Infrastructure as Code with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines The observability stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come. Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own How we work We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance. What challenges you'll be solving 🚀 International expansion : help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires AI-native platform : move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response Keeping up with open source in the AI era : define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever Scale without raising our baseline cost : design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat What to expect in the next 90 days 🏁 Month 1: Learn the terrain 🧭 You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us. By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what. Month 2: Own your first mission 🎯 We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context. By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next. Month 3: Shape what comes next 🚀 With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter. By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it. What we are looking for🤝 Must have: You've designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail : incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again Proven experience scaling infrastructure at a global scale Strong hands-on experience with AWS , Kubernetes , and Terraform in production A product mindset : you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken Nice to have: Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar) Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams Experience being part of an on-call rotation Spanish Tech stack 🛠️ AWS (multi-account), Kubernetes (EKS), Terragrunt, Atlantis, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SOPS, Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Elastic, Tempo, Python, and AI coding agents such as Claude Code as part of our daily workflow. What we offer 😎 We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible. One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge. In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need. 23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year. Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee. Health insurance discounts Flexible working hours. A personal budget for professional development. Hybrid or fully remote work. Office workshops and meet-ups to encourage community participation and career growth. Moreover, we have a Wellness Program that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, and environmental consciousness). Each area will include a variety of activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you. Which are the next steps? 🙌 Interview with our People Team. Technical challenge (async), solved with your own AI tools Live session with the team, where you walk us through your decisions and your solution Meet the Hiring Manager We kindly ask that you submit your CV in English, as it is the official language of our community. We promote equal opportunity to all, regardless of age, color, gender identity, medical condition, physical or mental disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. Location: Remote, Global ABOUT SUPABASE Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. More than 9 million developers and 250,000+ customers now build on Supabase, and the majority of new databases on the platform are created by AI app builders — so the systems underneath have to stay reliable while they grow fast. ABOUT THE ROLE Container Engineering (ConEng) owns the internal container platform that runs Supabase's multi-tenant, multi-region services — the managed Kubernetes platform that other engineering teams build and deploy on top of. We own cluster lifecycle and cluster classes, multi-cluster and multi-region topology, capacity, scheduling, isolation and runtime safety, the higher-level platform APIs, the Kubernetes deployment contract and Argo semantics, rollout primitives, and runtime configuration and secret injection. Your job is to make the platform itself trustworthy, observable, and cheap to operate at scale — and to raise the reliability bar for everyone who depends on it. This is not a gatekeeper role. You'll make the reliable path the easy path: building the automation and platform APIs that let product teams run safely by default, instrumenting what we operate, and making sure that when something breaks we detect it and recover fast. The work spans three strength areas: Tooling & ecosystem — deep knowledge of the container and orchestration landscape (Kubernetes, containerd/OCI, the CNCF ecosystem) and a clear point of view on how to compose it. Software engineering — designing and building the platform's automation, controllers, and internal tooling as production code, including solutions that don't come pre-shaped by an existing tool. Operational / SRE practice — the discipline (SLOs, error budgets, incident response, ORRs) that runs the platform at scale as a predictable one. We expect you to be genuinely deep in at least one of these, and many of our strongest candidates are deep in two (usually leaning toward one). Bringing real strength across all three is rare and exceptional — and even then, no one is equally strong in all three at once, so you'd focus where you're most needed at any given time. Different profiles are welcome here; tell us which of these is your center of gravity. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Regardless of the skill set, all team members carry a share of the team's on-call rota, responding to platform incidents and driving them to resolution and follow-up. Platform reliability & operations - Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for the container platform itself, and build error-budget policies that actually gate platform changes. - Own the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process for new platform capabilities and major changes. - Design and track metrics for platform uptime, and increase observability into the platform by capturing the right metrics, logs, and traces across the platform layers. - Drive the incident-to-improvement pipeline: facilitate blameless postmortems, connect findings to readiness gaps, spot repeat failure patterns, and push through systemic fixes. Software engineering - Build and maintain the platform's automation, controllers, operators, and internal tooling — writing production code and shipping it, not just wiring together existing tools. - Design and implement the platform-side CI/CD and rollout primitives that speed up platform deployments while working within proper change and release management. - Implement and maintain security automation for the platform: intrusion detection, automated remediation, and patch management. - Identify and quantify operational toil, and build the automation that removes it rather than just documenting it. - Contribute to the platform's continual testing automation — the test suites and pipelines that validate platform releases are fit for purpose before they reach tenants. Tooling, ecosystem & architecture - Act as a platform reliability and architecture expert — contribute to failure-mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design for multi-tenant container workloads. - Evaluate and evolve the platform's tooling ecosystem (orchestration, runtime, networking, isolation, and observability stack) with a clear, opinionated view on trade-offs. - Improve system architecture to reduce infrastructure cost while balancing security, reliability, and performance across tenants. - Guide teams building on the platform to design sustainable on-call practices for their own services: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 5+ years in platform engineering, container/Kubernetes platform operations, SRE, or production infrastructure, and have operated production systems at scale and carried on-call for them. - Are genuinely deep in at least one — ideally two — of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity): - Tooling & ecosystem — know the container/orchestration landscape well: Kubernetes, containerd and the OCI/CRI standards, and the surrounding CNCF ecosystem (e.g. Argo CD/Argo Rollouts for GitOps and progressive delivery; Cilium/eBPF networking and the Gateway API; Karpenter/KEDA-style autoscaling; and workload-isolation runtimes such as gVisor or Kata Containers). You reason about trade-offs rather than reaching for defaults. - Software engineering — write real production code (Go and/or a comparable systems language) and can build controllers, operators, and platform APIs — stepping back to the underlying problem and building the right solution when no off-the-shelf tool fits. - Operational / SRE practice — are fluent in SLOs, error budgets, and operational KPIs; have led incident response and blameless postmortems; and have driven down MTTD/MTTR for systems you operated. - Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems and understand isolation as a spectrum — from namespaces, RBAC, network policies, and resource quotas through to stronger primitives such as virtual clusters (e.g. vCluster) or VM-class runtimes. - Operate confidently on AWS (multiple accounts, IAM, VPC) and are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred; Terraform/CDK also fine) and Kubernetes. - Script and automate to eliminate toil rather than absorb it. - Communicate clearly with both infrastructure specialists and product engineers, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams. - Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time. Nice to Have - Experience building and operating a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform that internal teams deploy onto. - Familiarity with policy engines (Kyverno, or OPA/Gatekeeper) and cost-attribution tooling (OpenCost/Kubecost) for per-tenant chargeback/showback. - Experience with managed database platforms or Postgres. - Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - ~400 team members - 60+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) - 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
