Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People organization to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development, this role is remote in the United States and Canada and will help build the capabilities 1Password needs to deliver on its mission.
How we’re using AI today
On the People team, we’re using AI intentionally and responsibly as part of how our work gets done. We’re building a shared foundation of AI confidence and capability with the belief that innovation happens best when we learn and experiment together. From drafting communications and synthesizing feedback to automating workflows across the employee lifecycle, we’re embedding AI into our day-to-day operations and the way we collaborate cross-functionally, helping us move quickly and create space for the human moments that matter most.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role, with experience translating capability needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change rather than one-time knowledge transfer.
• Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences that can scale across teams.
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), Design Thinking, backward design, or comparable approaches.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building workplace AI capability, designing leadership programs across multiple leadership levels, or using emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.
What you can expect:
• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows.
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders, facilitating selected sessions as needed.
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen learning delivery and effectiveness across the organization.
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and maintain learning materials so they remain current and relevant.

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic products.
At Chainalysis, the enablement team exists to drive the effectiveness, capacity, and productivity of our customer-facing teams. As the Head of Enablement, you will lead this globally-distributed team and build the relationships, programs, infrastructure, and operating model to help us capture the opportunity in front of us. You’ll report to the GTM Chief of Staff and work across the entire business to drive alignment around our biggest priorities.
In this role, you'll:
- Build the enablement organization into an operational juggernaut through deep, integrated partnerships with leaders across the business and a strong, foundational relationship with product management and product marketing
- Design and implement the enablement operating model from the ground up: intake process, prioritization framework, content lifecycle, central calendar, and a single front door for requests.
- Own the enablement tech stack (LMS, AI role-play, conversation intelligence) and build manager-facing dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into their teams' readiness.
- Translate completed Product Marketing positioning briefs into curriculum, practice programs, battle cards, and field-ready content kits. Enablement does not create messaging. It makes messaging land.
- Lead the work to transform the current checklist-based onboarding with a structured, curriculum-based program with clear ramp milestones, and scale it to absorb 25+ new sellers in the first quarter of FY28.
- Build enablement analytics from scratch. Define metrics tied to pipeline, win rate, ramp time, and consumption growth. Demonstrate the function's business impact with data.
- Extend enablement beyond account executives to serve Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Global Services, and channel partners. Align frameworks so every customer-facing team speaks the same language.
- Lead and stabilize a very talented team that has been through significant organizational change. Provide clear vision, invest in development, and build a culture where people do the best work of their careers.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, enablement, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a related operational function within complex B2B SaaS companies
- Built or materially scaled a function, program, or operational capability from early stage. You have a track record of creating structure where there was none.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity: you've operated in environments where the strategy was iterative, the infrastructure was incomplete, and you had to build while leading. You bring resilience and grit, not just skill.
- Hands-on operational instinct. You are an operator first, and you build systems, design processes, introduce automation, and do the work yourself when that's what the situation demands. You are not looking for a role where you set strategy and delegate execution.
- Direct experience working with or inside a strong sales enablement function. You understand what good looks like, even if your career hasn't been spent exclusively in enablement.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones, and a passion for developing people
- Product curiosity and enough understanding of product-to-market motions to maintain credibility with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders, sales managers, and cross-functional partners quickly.
Nice to have experience:
- Knowledge of Force Management, Command of the Message, or MEDDPICC.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying account executive or in a direct selling role.
- Experience working in or with financial services, the public sector, or compliance-related industries (financial crime, AML/CFT, payments, trading systems).
- Experience with enablement technology platforms (LMS, conversation intelligence, AI role-play tools).
- Experience supporting a business model transition (for example, from subscription to consumption pricing).
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies, or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn't just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time.
Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren't just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange.
Engineered for performance, our stack leverages PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
What you will do:
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of our machine learning models using user-level and aggregated data, identify inefficiencies and failure patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations for our Data Science teams.
- Investigate how our ML models perform in the real world and compare model assumptions and predictions with actual user and business behavior. Identify gaps between offline model performance and online outcomes and help the team close them.
- Define and improve metrics for measuring ML model performance and business impact, working closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to ensure we optimize for the right outcomes.
- Design, prepare and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new models, features and algorithmic changes. Assess statistical significance, experiment quality and practical business impact.
- Build dashboards and automated reports that make ML model performance, experiments and key business metrics transparent and easy to understand for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between Data Science, Product and Business teams, translating business questions into analytical problems and turning complex ML insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Challenge product and technical decisions with data, bringing an independent analytical perspective to model development, experimentation and product strategy.
- Document your analyses, methodologies and findings and build reusable analytical approaches that can be applied across models and experiments.
Who you are:
- You have a degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, economics, analytics, or a similar quantitative field.
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Experimentation, Data Science or a similar role. Experience in AdTech, mobile apps or ML-driven products is a strong plus.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy digging into data to understand why something happens, not just what happened.
- You’re proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
- You have strong Python skills and are comfortable using them for data analysis and statistical modelling.
- You have a solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance and A/B test analysis.
- You have an understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation and are comfortable working with Data Scientists. You don't necessarily need to build ML models yourself, but you should understand how to assess their performance and limitations.
- You have experience working with model and business metrics, and can connect technical model performance to real-world business outcomes.
- You have excellent data visualization skills and experience building dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit or similar.
- You are comfortable communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

The job
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help Flo bring its newest features to our 70 million users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you'll bring new products and features to the people who need them, from positioning and launch through to growth
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly between projects, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, this is a rare opportunity to shape how product marketing works at one of the world's leading health apps. You’ll help define the ways of working, standards and tools that make product marketing central to how Flo builds and grows.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy building something from the start, aligning stakeholders from all functions behind a common goal, and working on products that make a real difference to women's health.
Your Experience
Must have:
6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses.
Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn.
The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence.
Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch.
Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls.
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to US consumers.
Experience in healthcare, digital health or another regulated industry.
A background in, or strong interest in, women's health.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Own the go-to-market strategy
for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond.
Define positioning and messaging:
who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it.
Test your thinking
in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments.
Shape the product from the start.
You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly.
Plan and lead launches
with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders.
Brief and partner with all Marketing teams,
including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story.
Make messaging clear, credible and compliant.
You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly.
Measure what works.
You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving.
Help build the function.
You'll shape the templates and ways of working that make product marketing effective across Flo.
Annual Salary Range (range may vary based on skills and experience)
From £88,000

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a design engineer to help build and maintain Waypoint, our design system, across both the Figma library and the production codebase. This is not a "designer who codes a little" or an "engineer who dabbles in Figma" role. You should be genuinely fluent on both sides, comfortable defining a component's behavior and states in Figma one hour and shipping the same component to npm the next.
You'll take direct ownership of the Figma side of our library (structure, variants, tokens, documentation) while also contributing to the core Waypoint system: our component packages, our token pipeline, and the tooling that keeps design and code in sync. If the idea of being the single point of continuity between a Figma frame and a production component sounds exciting rather than exhausting, this is your role.
We're also thinking beyond the system we have today. Waypoint isn't just meant to serve designers and engineers, it's meant to become something a model can read, reason about, and build with directly. We want someone who can help us get there: grounded enough to do the unglamorous work of making today's system solid, and forward looking enough to help define what an intelligent design system looks like next.
WHY THIS ROLE
Waypoint is still early enough that the decisions you make now will shape how the system scales. You'll have real ownership, not just a queue of component tickets, and you'll be working alongside a team that treats design and engineering as one discipline rather than two departments that hand work back and forth. And you'll be helping define what a design system becomes when it has to serve a third audience: the models that will increasingly build with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams.
- Build and maintain core Waypoint components, contributing directly to our component packages alongside the design engineering team.
- Work across our token pipeline, keeping design tokens in Figma and their code representations (CSS custom properties, Tailwind config) tightly synced.
- Partner with product designers to translate new patterns into system components, and with product engineers to make sure those components are easy to adopt correctly.
- Help define and refine the workflows and tooling that connect Figma and code (sync scripts, plugins, documentation sites) rather than relying on manual handoff.
- Write clear documentation and usage guidance so the system scales without you being the bottleneck.
- Weigh in on system architecture decisions: when to add a new component versus extend an existing one, how to version and package changes, how to keep the system consistent as it grows.
- Help shape how Waypoint evolves to serve a third consumer beyond designers and engineers: the model itself. That means thinking about how components, tokens, and patterns get structured so they're legible to AI systems, not just to humans.

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or contributing to design-to-code sync tooling (Figma plugins, token pipelines, MCP-based workflows, or similar).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to bake them into components rather than bolt them on.
- Experience packaging and versioning component libraries for multiple consuming teams (npm scoped packages, semver, changelogs).
- Exposure to multi-platform design systems work (iOS/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, or token build tools like Style Dictionary).
- Experience in an AI native product environment or genuine interest in how AI changes the way design systems get built and used.
