500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Millions of people trust Flo with their most personal health data. As our Security Architect, you’ll make sure we deserve that trust. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll work side by side with engineering, product and platform teams to shape secure architectures and build the guardrails that let both humans and AI coding agents ship quickly and safely. The role combines security architecture, product and application security engineering and security risk expertise: you will set secure patterns and standards, lead threat modelling and design reviews, embed security into the SDLC and CI/CD, and translate security risk into clear, pragmatic decisions.
What you’ll do
Shape secure architecture from day one.
Partner with teams early in design, lead security design reviews for new services and major changes, and record key decisions and risk trade-offs.
Build security harnesses for human and AI-agent development.
Design guardrails, sandboxing, least-privilege access for agents and tools, secrets handling, policy-as-code and automated checks that run inside developer and agent workflows.
Lead on AI and agentic security.
Define secure patterns for LLM integrations, MCP servers and tool use, and tackle risks like prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency and supply-chain compromise.
Create paved roads.
Publish reusable patterns, reference architectures and standards that teams adopt because they’re the easiest option.
Scale threat modelling.
Build tools and skills that let engineers run threat models themselves, and carry out internal security assessments.
Remove whole classes of vulnerabilities.
Automate vulnerability triage and investigation, find systemic root causes, and feed the fixes back into patterns and guardrails.
Turn risk into clear decisions.
Explain security risk in pragmatic terms so the business can prioritise based on risk and value.
Advise and enable.
Be a trusted partner to engineering, product and leadership, coach engineers, and help evaluate third-party and AI tools so they can be adopted securely. Support ISO 27001/27701 so that controls are built into how we engineer, not bolted on afterwards.
What you’ll bring
7+ years in security engineering, application/product security or security architecture, including hands-on work securing cloud-native systems
Deep knowledge of Secure SDLC: threat modelling, security testing, app security review and CI/CD security
Hands-on experience with AWS and Cloudflare (or equivalents) and Terraform or similar IaC
A strong grasp of the OWASP Top 10 and the ability to assess exploitability and impact
Solid coding skills (e.g. Python, Go, Scala) and experience building security tooling or automation
Practical understanding of the risks in AI-assisted and agentic development and LLM applications (e.g. OWASP Top 10 for LLMs)
Experience with security risk analysis and risk management methods
The ability to explain trade-offs clearly to engineers and senior stakeholders, and to win people over
Nice to have
Experience building guardrails, sandboxes or policy-as-code (e.g. OPA) for developer platforms or AI coding agents
iOS or Android security experience
Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 27701 or SOC 2 audits
A background in health tech, femtech or another regulated, privacy-sensitive industry
Certifications or degrees such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP or an MSc in Information Security
Why Flo
You’ll protect data that matters deeply to millions of people. You’ll also help set the standard for how a company adopts agentic engineering safely, and you’ll have real ownership: you design and build the first version, then hand it off to the teams who will run it.
Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)

How we work

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks

We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to own inDrive’s largest cross-team programs end to end. You will work across tens of teams, partner directly with product and engineering leadership, and decide not only how our biggest programs are delivered but which ones we run and in what order.
The role sits between product intent and technical reality. You will work with Product Managers to scope, prioritise and phase what we build, and with engineering to decide how it gets built - then own the dependency picture across the entire surface.
This is a deeply technical role. You will spend your time in architecture discussions, design reviews and trade-off decisions, not only in status meetings. We are looking for someone who has built software or led engineers, and who can hold their own with staff engineers and architects.
You will join the Program Management team inside the Product & Technology PMO, alongside Product & Engineering Excellence and CTO/CPO Operations.
Please note that we are looking for a candidate based in
Georgia (the country), not the U.S. state
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of several product teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines
Working closely with Engineering manager and team members to create products and achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Facilitating project or program-level events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
End-to-End Ownership.
Own end-to-end delivery of inDrive’s largest org-wide technical programs, from initiation and scoping through architecture, execution, launch and adoption, against measurable outcomes over multiple quarters
Product Partnership.
Partner with Product Managers across business verticals and platform to scope programs, challenge and sharpen requirements, agree what is in and out, and turn ambiguous product intent into a program with a defensible shape
Prioritisation and Phasing.
Drive prioritisation and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering — what ships first, what can wait, what can be split — so that value lands early and the plan survives contact with reality
Cross-Surface Dependencies.
Identify, map and resolve dependencies across the whole surface, including the ones nobody has noticed yet
Technical Depth.
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to decisions on system design, scalability and reliability
Solution Architecture.
Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions that span multiple services, platforms, vendors and markets, and be accountable for the technical KPIs and SLAs your programs commit to
Technical Judgment.
Use your engineering background to help teams make sound design decisions, identify gaps in proposed solutions and weigh product-versus-technology trade-offs
Portfolio Management.
Own a portfolio of programs: sequence them, resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts, and make the calls on scope, timeline and technical approach
Structure in Ambiguity.
Create structure where none exists by defining program frameworks, decision points, operating cadences and communication models
Systemic Risk.
Detect risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point, and intervene to stabilise at-risk programs anywhere in the portfolio
Execution at Scale.
Identify where the organisation is losing speed, design scalable processes to fix it, and drive adoption across all Prod/Tech teams
Executive Partnership.
Partner directly with Product/Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO and CPO on priorities, goals and trade-offs, and own executive communication so decisions are made quickly and with the right information
Craft Leadership.
Mentor Technical Program Managers and set the craft direction for the program management group
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.

Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects.
Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow.
Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs.
Final benefits may vary depending on the location.

About the Role
Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What You'll Do
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time
What You Need
2–4 years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took
OR
experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure
Why this role is worth your time
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership
Compensation and benefits
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K.
The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data
B2B contract model or full-time model
Unlimited vacation policy
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance, and life insurance
401(k) matching plan
Our Process
A 30/45-minute call with our recruiter
An interview with the AE about a deal you closed
An interview with the Chief Commercial Officer
An interview with the CEO
• Monitor our automated fraud system and review suspicious user activity. • Handle and review chargebacks, including preparing evidence to dispute them.
