You own features from design to production, write short design docs before non-trivial work, and work directly with product and QA. You already use agentic coding tools daily. What we're looking for: Solid experience building and running production software at a senior level. Strong in PHP; able to pick up Go and Node as needed. Solid with relational databases: schema design, query performance, migrations on live data. Experience improving a large legacy codebase incrementally. Usage of agentic AI coding tools daily. You can show us how you plan work for an agent, where you trust it, and where you don't. Writing tests and treating correctness especially seriously where money, commissions, and reporting are involved. Writing clear design docs, tickets, and PR descriptions. Communicating directly with product, QA, and non-technical stakeholders. Working English, spoken and written. Nice to have Splitting a monolith into services in production. Kubernetes and Cloudflare in daily operations. LLM-backed features: pipelines, evaluation, self-hosted open-weight models, MCP servers. Applied ML in production (recommendation or scoring). Payments, fintech, or iGaming. Web scraping at scale, anti-bot handling, proxies. Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter. Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business, and a budget for external training. Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management • Identify, outreach and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates — be the trusted partner they call first. • Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines. • Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities. • Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status and conversion from outreach to activation. Operational Excellence & Compliance • Ensure all managed affiliates have completed KYC/AML onboarding before activation without exceptions. • Monitor affiliate traffic quality daily, flag fraud signals, bonus abuse patterns, unusual conversion spikes. • Coordinate payment data reconciliation with Finance; review payout files before submission. • Manage affiliate communications via PMA ticketing system; maintain sub-24h response SLA. • Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate deals, contracts and status in the CRM. Reporting & Performance Analysis • Deliver weekly performance reports to each assigned operator (traffic, FTDs, conversions, NGR impact). • Conduct monthly strategy review calls with operators; present data-driven recommendations. • Track KPIs: active affiliate count, payout-to-NGR ratio, new FTDs/month, affiliate retention rate. • Feed insights back to Head of MS for cross-client benchmarking and program strategy refinement. • Contribute to quarterly competitive landscape reviews, flag shifts in affiliate market, rates or GEO trends. Team Contribution • Mentor and support Middle Affiliate Managers — share playbooks, deal structures, GEO learnings. • Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base. • Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions and product feedback for PMA development. What we're looking for: • 3+ years in affiliate management in iGaming • Proven track record of building and growing affiliate programs, not just maintaining them • Hands-on experience with at least one iGaming affiliate platform • Strong existing network of iGaming affiliates across Tier 1 markets (UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, ANZ) • Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commission models, can structure and negotiate deals independently • Fluent in English; German, Swedish, Dutch or French is a significant advantage • Comfortable with data — able to read affiliate reports, spot anomalies, and draw actionable conclusions • Familiarity with regulated market compliance requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen) Nice-to-Have • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously • Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for payment flows in iGaming • Knowledge of Tier 2 or emerging market affiliate ecosystems (CIS, LatAm, MENA) Here's what we offer: · Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us. · Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year. · Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter. · Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training. · Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance. · Private Medical Subscription. · Gym allowance. · Team-building activities in various locations. About the Role We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the UXMatrix Product Team and help establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to product development and optimization. You will define how product performance and user behaviour are measured, ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately, and transform that data into insights and recommendations that Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders can act upon. This role extends beyond dashboard creation and regular reporting. You will investigate user journeys, identify friction and opportunities, support product discovery, define feature-success criteria, and determine whether released initiatives achieve their intended customer and business outcomes. You will work across UXMatrix products, with a particular focus on critical frontend journeys such as registration, login, deposit, sportsbook navigation, event discovery, bet placement, casino discovery, promotions, content interaction, and customer retention. What You'll get to do: Product Measurement Strategy Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and KPIs. Establish clear success criteria before features and initiatives enter development. Define leading and lagging indicators across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption. Reporting and Data Visualization Build and maintain dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear view of product performance. Create reporting views appropriate for Product Owners, UX teams, Engineering teams, operators, commercial stakeholders, and senior management. Present trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities clearly and concisely. Reduce dependency on manual reporting by developing reusable and automated dashboards. Ensure KPI definitions remain consistent across products, teams, and reports. Deliver focused analysis and actionable recommendations rather than reporting data without interpretation. Product Discovery and Decision Support Support Product Owners during product discovery by evaluating evidence, sizing opportunities, and identifying behavioural problems. Provide data to support roadmap prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions. Help product teams formulate measurable hypotheses for proposed product changes. Challenge assumptions and stakeholder requests when they are not supported by evidence or a clearly defined customer problem. Conduct market, benchmark, and competitor analyses when relevant to product decisions. Contribute relevant data and insights to product reviews, client presentations, RFP responses, and strategic discussions. Experimentation and Feature Evaluation Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation criteria for product experiments. Support A/B tests, controlled rollouts, phased releases, and other product-validation methods. Conduct post-launch reviews to determine whether delivered features achieved their intended outcomes. Track whether recommendations lead to product changes and measurable improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, BI teams, operators, and commercial stakeholders. Facilitate workshops to define business questions, KPIs, success criteria, and tracking requirements. Proactively identify relevant insights rather than working exclusively from reporting requests. Establish a regular product-insight cadence through reviews, reporting, and focused deep-dive analyses. Keep stakeholders informed about measurement gaps, data-quality risks, and significant product-performance changes. What we’re looking for: At least three years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role. Previous experience in sportsbook, iGaming, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another transactional or regulated digital industry. Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, combining, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources. Experience analyzing digital-product behaviour, including user journeys, conversion, engagement, feature adoption, and retention. Experience defining analytics events, parameters, tracking plans, event taxonomies, and measurement frameworks. Practical experience with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms. Ability to transform complex data into clear findings and actionable product recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality and validation. Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, BI, and commercial teams. Good understanding of web and mobile application behaviour, including client-side and server-side tracking. Professional proficiency in English. A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or another relevant discipline. Here's what we offer: Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us. Location: Amphoe Mueang Chiang Mai, Thailand Workplace: none The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities. Responsibilities People Leadership & Team Development • Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader. • Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader. • Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction. • Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working. • Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team. Delivery & Operational Coordination • Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities. • Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system. • Compile and deliver structured monthly reports to upper management layers detailing overall team status, KPI metrics, operational delivery risks, and sensitive people or performance issues. Every identified issue, bottleneck, or risk must be accompanied by a concrete, actionable remediation plan to improve and resolve the situation dynamically. • Oversee accurate time logging and estimation integrity across the team (including for the Deputy role itself). Technical Contribution & Stability Support • Assist the Front-End Team Leader in identifying potential personnel or project risks and help formulate contingency plans. • Support the Project Anchors and the Stability Unit by ensuring developers are available and focused during critical production fixes. • Maintain sufficient technical credibility to follow engineering discussions, understand the team’s work, and ask relevant questions. While this role is not the primary technical authority, it is expected to operate confidently and effectively within technical conversations. • Act as a first-level escalation point for day-to-day operational and process questions, resolving escalations before it reaches the Team Leader. • Uphold UXM documentation requirements and Definition of Done compliance within the team. Hiring Support • Participate in hiring panels for Thailand-based frontend roles, providing structured feedback on culture fit, communication, and working style. • Assist in scoping role requirements in coordination with the Team Leader. Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a people management or team coordination role in a tech team. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Front End frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS (React, Angular etc.)). We value the ability to translate technical constraints into project timelines, ensuring you can accurately assess scope and complexity during the planning phase. • Genuine people leadership instinct — you find energy in developing others, you notice when someone is struggling before they say it, and you handle sensitive conversations with care. • Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure — the team should feel steadier because you are in the room. • High level of initiative, ownership, and leadership mindset. • Strong communication skills in English; able to represent team dynamics and delivery status clearly to the Team Leader and upward when needed. • iGaming or SaaS platform experience is an advantage. Here's what we offer: · Start with 20 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year (up to 30 days by your fifth year with us), along with 13 public holidays per year. · Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule after your first three months with us. · Support for New Parents: - 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old. - 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old. Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations. Benefits & Perks: · Monthly meal allowance · Medical Subscription and Annual Physical/Medical check-up. · Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training. · Gym allowance. At EveryMatrix, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally. Come join us and experience the difference!
