Risk Data Analyst

Responsibilities: — Analyse portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments. — Utilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and insights. — Develop reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics and performance and present insights to leadership. — Optimize risk strategies and policies to support sustainable growth. — Contribute to the design and rollout of new products and policies. — Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and verticals. — Continuously seek to improve risk management processes and strategies through innovation and adopting best practices. Requirements: — Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. — 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a related data-driven role preferably in the Fintech sector or related financial services. — Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python or similar tools. — Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers and fintech risk models. — Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
