Payments and Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities: — Monitor the automated fraud system and review suspicious user activity. — Handle and review chargebacks, including preparing evidence to dispute them. — Support customers with payment and fraud-related issues. — Assist the Finance and Risk Department. — Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of 24/7 operations. Requirements: — At least 2 years of experience in a fraud-related role or similar position. — Fluency in English. — Strong critical thinking and ability to make quick, informed decisions. — Excellent attention to detail. — Preferred: 1+ year experience in online customer support, banking, financial services, or online payments. — Interest in online businesses, payments, and fraud prevention. — Motivation to learn and grow within the company. — Additional language skills.
