About the role
🤓
Finance at seQura runs on data: recurring calculations, regulatory processes, provisioning, reporting cycles, and profitability tracking. As a Senior Financial Product Data Analyst, you'll own the link between how Finance actually works, the KPIs it tracks, and the decisions those KPIs drive, turning that understanding into reliable, self-service data products.
This isn't a "receive a ticket, write a query" role. You'll work closely with Finance and Finance Tech teams to understand why a number matters before you model it, then build trusted data products that Finance teams can use independently.
Your work will directly improve how Finance operates, helping establish a single source of truth for revenue, enabling self-service reporting, and ensuring the business can make confident decisions based on reliable data.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Learn seQura's Finance domain deeply enough to understand which KPIs matter, why they matter, and the business decisions they support—from pricing and provisioning to servicer settlement and product profitability.
Design and build production-grade data products, not just queries: dbt models on Redshift, fully documented and tested to Single Source of Truth standards, together with the Metabase dashboards and self-service datasets that sit on top of them.
Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into robust, reliable, and auditable data models.
Validate and reconcile critical Finance outputs, including servicer reports, provisioning runs, and amortisation tables, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
Chase data quality issues back to their source, working closely with Data Engineering to solve problems upstream instead of applying downstream workarounds.
Help close the existing revenue gap between operational systems and the data warehouse while improving Finance models for defaults and amortisation.
Present findings, recommendations, and new data products directly to Finance leadership, connecting the data back to the business decisions it's meant to support.
Contribute to broader Data & AI governance initiatives, including metadata, documentation, and data catalog work wherever it impacts Finance.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power business decisions, reporting, and AI across all domains.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains.
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics.
Semantic models that enable consistent reporting and analytics.
Data contracts and governance standards across domains.
Data lineage, documentation, and discoverability.
Data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted data products.
Team Structure
You'll join a team of four Analytics Engineers, working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
You'll collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Tech, Data Engineering, and the wider Data & AI team to ensure Finance data is accurate, governed, and easy to consume.
How we work
We treat data as a product, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
We build self-service data products rather than one-off reports.
We understand the business context before building data models—we care as much about why a metric exists as how it's calculated.
We work closely with domain experts to turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
We continuously improve data quality through governance, documentation, testing, and collaboration.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn seQura's core Finance processes and KPIs, including pricing, provisioning, servicer settlement, and product profitability. Meet stakeholders across Finance and Finance Tech, and become familiar with the existing dbt models and Metabase dashboards supporting Finance.
Month 2
Take ownership of your first data quality or reconciliation initiative end-to-end, tracing issues back to their source alongside Data Engineering while contributing to an active dbt model.
Month 3
Deliver your first self-service Finance data product—a documented dbt model together with a Metabase dashboard—that Finance stakeholders can use independently, and present your work and recommendations to Finance leadership.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
Our Finance Analytics stack is built around SQL, dbt, Redshift, and Metabase, enabling trusted, production-grade data products across Finance.
The team uses dbt for transformation and testing, Redshift as the analytical warehouse, and Metabase to deliver self-service reporting. OpenMetadata supports governance and discoverability, while Python and Airflow are used where automation or orchestration adds value.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Practical experience with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation.
Experience building dashboards and self-service data products using Metabase (or an equivalent BI platform).
Demonstrated ability to understand Finance processes, not just execute against a specification, and translate that understanding into robust data logic.
Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect KPIs to the decisions they support.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, lending, or BNPL environments.
Knowledge of provisioning, amortisation, EIR, or IFRS 9.
Python for analysis or lightweight automation.
Experience with data governance or catalog tools such as OpenMetadata.
Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow.

We are hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure DBA cell. This is a hands-on production ownership role, not a narrow ticket-processing DBA position. You will keep critical database services reliable, automate repeated work, support engineering teams, and reduce single-person dependency in our PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis operations.
PostgreSQL is the main requirement. ClickHouse experience is a strong plus, but it is not a day-one blocker. We need a senior engineer with enough database, Linux, automation, and incident-response depth to learn our ClickHouse environment quickly and operate it safely.
Your Responsibilities:
Own production PostgreSQL reliability: HA design, Patroni, PgBouncer, replication, failover, upgrades, vacuum/bloat control, query tuning, locks, indexes, capacity, backups, PITR, and restore validation. Improve disaster recovery and operational evidence: tested restores, documented recovery paths, measurable RTO/RPO targets, runbooks, and safe maintenance plans. Support the wider database estate: ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis. You will troubleshoot incidents, review access and data-safety changes, improve monitoring, and learn the production ClickHouse patterns already in use. Automate DBA workflows with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripts, and reproducible runbooks for provisioning, grants, backups, restores, health checks, and ownership metadata. Help build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities so engineering teams can request databases, access, credentials, and operational checks with less manual DBA intervention. Improve observability and incident response through Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, alert rules, Opsgenie routing, and clear communication during production issues.
What Success Looks Like:
PostgreSQL clusters have tested backup and restore paths, useful dashboards, clear ownership, and documented failover procedures.
Repeated DBA tickets become automation or self-service workflows.
ClickHouse operational knowledge is no longer a single-person dependency.
Database incidents have owners, runbooks, evidence, and measurable recovery paths.
Product and engineering teams get database help faster without sacrificing safety, auditability, or reliability.
Why Us?
You will work on real production infrastructure used across products.
You will have a direct impact on reliability, incident response, developer experience, and operational resilience.
You will also work in an AI-assisted engineering culture where automation, documentation, Claude, Codex, and careful human verification are part of the daily operating model.
Requirements
What We Expect From You:
Deep hands-on PostgreSQL experience in business-critical production environments, typically 5+ years or equivalent depth.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL internals and operations: MVCC, WAL, transactions, locks, indexes, query planning, replication, autovacuum, bloat, major upgrades, backups, PITR, and restore testing.
Proven experience with highly available databases and the ability to reason about quorum, split-brain risk, failover, rollback, and recovery.
Strong Linux and infrastructure fundamentals: systemd, networking, storage, filesystems, CPU/memory/disk bottlenecks, TLS, DNS, firewalls, and root-cause troubleshooting.
Automation skills with Ansible and scripting. Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, and merge-request based delivery are strong advantages.
Ability to support more than one database engine. You do not need to be a ClickHouse expert on day one, but you must be ready to learn it quickly and take responsibility for it.
Practical use of AI engineering assistants such as Claude and Codex. We expect you to use them to improve speed and quality, while personally verifying generated SQL, commands, scripts, and operational conclusions.
English - upper-intermediate or higher - to ensure clear communication of progress within the teams.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse operations: replication, Keeper/ZooKeeper, MergeTree engines, distributed DDL, grants, row policies, backups, query troubleshooting, and cluster recovery.
MongoDB replica sets and Percona Backup for MongoDB.
Redis/Sentinel and broker/cache failure modes.
Database observability, SLOs, golden signals, alert tuning, and executable incident runbooks.
Building internal platforms, self-service portals, or DBaaS workflows for engineering teams.
Benefits
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.

- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a software engineer on the AI Solutions team, you will co-lead customer engagements with an AI Solutions Strategist. The Strategist owns business discovery, ROI narrative, stakeholder alignment, and rollout planning. The engineer owns technical discovery, solution design, prototyping, implementation, and production readiness.
This is a deeply client-facing role. You will spend significant time with customers and end users, moving projects from bootcamp and workflow discovery through implementation, launch, and steady production usage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translate customer goals into clear system requirements and non-functional requirements covering security, privacy, reliability, performance, scalability, and cost.
- Partner directly with customers to understand current workflows, constraints, systems, data quality, and adoption blockers.
- Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts:
- System context and data flow diagrams
- Integration plan across Ramp and customer systems
- Security model covering permissions, access patterns, and auditability
- Evaluation plan covering quality metrics, acceptance tests, and red-teaming
- Operational plan covering monitoring, alerting, incident response, and runbooks
- Leverage core Ramp primitives to build efficiently, reusing existing product capabilities wherever possible.
- Prototype and validate workflows with end users to de-risk the approach and prove product-market fit.
- Drive projects from bootcamp and technical discovery through implementation, production launch, and operational handoff.
- Ensure deployed workflows are reliable, supportable, measurable, and adopted by customer teams.
- Convert deployments into reusable patterns, components, and playbooks for future AI Solutions projects.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience shipping production software in high-ownership environments.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers from discovery through production implementation.
- Experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, forward deployed engineering, or pre-sales engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in ML/GenAI, including problem decomposition, evaluation, and deployment trade-offs.
- Strong coding ability in at least one of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar.
- Ability to design secure, scalable systems and produce clear technical documentation.
- Comfort working across APIs, integrations, data pipelines, customer systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud architecture on AWS, GCP, or Azure, and distributed systems patterns.
- Experience building LLM systems, including RAG, agents, monitoring, and evals.
- Willingness to travel up to ~50% as needed, flexible based on project needs and client needs
- Nice to have: Familiarity with finance operations workflows such as AP, procurement, expenses, close, reconciliation, and reporting.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We're looking for a software engineer with a strong identity and security focus to join our Expansion team. You'll help build the authentication, authorization, and access-management primitives that Render's customers depend on including SSO, RBAC, audit logging, scoped credentials and SCIM provisioning.
This is not a security operations or compliance role. You'll own changes across Render's platform and think carefully about how to make security features feel built in, not bolted on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and ship authentication and authorization systems for users, agents, and services including credential scoping, SSO, SCIM provisioning and fine-grained permission models.
- Evolve Render's authorization model toward clear permissions and scopes for applications, environments, projects, and other platform resources.
- Own the security experience across the stack, from the interfaces used to manage features through to the APIs, data models and systems behind them.
- Build the controls and audit trails customers use to define, enforce and understand how people, services and agents act within their systems.
- Design shared auth APIs and primitives, then work closely with Product, Design, Security, and other Render teams to drive adoption.
- Operate authentication and authorization systems that customers and other teams depend on, including observability, safe rollouts, incident response, and on-call.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience shipping and operating production systems.
- You’ve built customer-facing authentication or authorization features and understand how security choices shape the product experience.
- You've designed and operated systems where correctness, availability, and safe rollout matter. You are comfortable working through API, data-model, caching, and migration tradeoffs.
- You can balance security and product tradeoffs. You understand why a control exists, the friction it creates and when a simpler design is enough.
- A track record of taking ambiguous projects from design through production while working with product, design, and engineers in other parts of the company.
We care more about the systems you've built and the decisions you made than whether your last role had a "security" title.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Hands-on experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, JWTs or other authentication methods.
- Experience with multi-tenant authorization models such as RBAC, ABAC, or ReBAC, including policy engines or fine-grained authorization systems.
- Experience with workload identity, short-lived credentials, secrets management, privileged access, or security controls for services and agents.
- Experience building developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, identity product or SaaS products where APIs and backwards compatibility matter.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 and an ability to turn those requirements into security improvements for all customers.
- Contributions to open-source auth/security tooling.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Release Engineer (SRE) to join our Release Engineering team (part of EngOps) — a production-operations expert who brings an SRE mindset to how Supabase ships and runs, making deploys safe, observable, and recoverable at scale.
Release Engineering's scope has grown well beyond build-and-ship: we increasingly own the operational reliability of the systems that deploy and run Supabase. In this role you'll treat our deployment pipelines, pre-production signal, and the control plane itself as production systems — with SLOs, error budgets, and on-call ownership — and you'll be the person teams lean on when reliability is on the line.
This is not a "gatekeeper" role. You'll make the reliable path the easy path: standardising how we deploy, instrumenting what we ship, and ensuring that when something breaks, we detect it quickly and recover quickly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Own the reliability of Supabase's deployment and release systems, and the control plane they run on, against clear SLOs and error budgets
- Turn pre-production into a trustworthy signal — standardizing and instrumenting today's fragmented, ad-hoc deployment workflows
- Drive disaster-recovery readiness, including making environments reproducibly deployable from scratch (untangling undocumented secrets, unclear configuration ownership, and circular service dependencies)
- Build and operate health and SLO monitoring for critical user flows, using synthetic testing to catch regressions before customers do
- Reduce mean-time-to-detect and mean-time-to-recover for deploy-related incidents — which account for a large share of our incident load
- Participate in on-call, lead blameless postmortems, and turn findings into runbooks, alerting, and automation that remove toil
- Improve deployment observability and auditability — a clear record of what shipped where, when, and by whom
- Document operational procedures — break-glass paths, access models, and runbooks — so reliability knowledge isn't tribal
RELIABILITY & OPERATIONS
- Define and track SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, and DORA delivery metrics — with meaningful alerting over noise
- Ensure deployments fail fast and safely when health checks degrade
- Harden access and break-glass workflows (e.g. scoped self-service) so the right people can act in an incident without unsafe workarounds
- Partner with product engineering and platform teams to align release practices with reliability and availability targets
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years in SRE, production operations, platform engineering, or release engineering
- Have operated production systems at scale and carried on-call for them
- Are fluent in SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, DORA metrics, and operational KPIs — and the observability tooling behind them (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, or similar)
- Have led incident response with tooling like incident.io http://incident.io (or PagerDuty / Opsgenie), run blameless postmortems, and driven down MTTD/MTTR
- Operate confidently on AWS (multiple accounts, IAM, VPC) in production
- Are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi, Terraform) and Kubernetes
- Script and automate to eliminate toil rather than absorb it
- Communicate clearly with both infrastructure specialists and product engineers
- Thrive in async, globally distributed teams
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
