You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand  matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc). Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, …. Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims. Set up:  We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy. Задачи: — Проектировать новые процессы и функционал микросервисов в рамках сервисной платформы, координировать работы команды разработчиков и решать оперативные вопросы по функционалу сервисов в зоне ответственности — Проектировать клиентские пути и пользовательские интерфейсы (UI) для операторов, сопровождающих процессы — Осуществлять приемку результатов и оценивать качество реализации разработанных решений — Анализировать обратную связь, метрики и дорабатывать требования к сервису на основании результатов промышленной эксплуатации — Принимать участие в организации взаимодействия со смежными командами для достижения общих целей команды, проекта — Вести направление сложного проекта, обеспечивать прозрачную отчетность по прогрессу проекта — Выявление заинтересованных лиц — Выявление, сбор и описание требований — Документирование требований в Confluence и JIRA (или аналогах) — Согласования требований с заинтересованными лицами и командой разработки — Проведение приемки реализованного функционала и в случае необходимости помощь в проведении тестирования — Управлять ожиданиями заинтересованных лиц — Актуализация требований Требования: — Высшее образование, желательно в сфере ИТ, математике или экономике — Опыт описания интеграционных решений с использованием различных инструментов и подходов (Kafka, REST, SOAP, gRPC, ...) — Опыт описания систем с синхронным и асинхронным взаимодействием (понимание разницы) — Общие знания в смежных областях: информационная безопасность, системы управления и мониторинга, обработка данных — Уверенное понимание концепций и ограничений распределенных систем — Опыт проектирования/разработки высоконагруженных приложений на базе микросервисной архитектуры (желательно) — Умение определять границы системы, виды требований, виды сбора требований — Понимания принципов качества требований, написание Use case и User story — Уметь применять нотации моделирования — Уметь создавать логическую структуру хранения данных — Умение писать SQL запросы с выборкой из нескольких таблиц, а также UPDATE и INSERT — Умение описывать интеграционное взаимодействие в OpenAPI спецификации — Высокий уровень коммуникативных навыков, умение слушать заинтересованных лиц, взятие ответственности за результат
