Most companies treat support as a cost center. We treat it as an engineering challenge and a product opportunity.
Support Operations Engineering is an engineering function inside ClickHouse’s Support Services organization. We build the systems that decide how customers get help from the moment they describe their problem to the moment it’s resolved. This role will help shape how Support Services, RevOps, GTM, and core Engineering teams collaborate on customers. This is not a tools team. About a third of our work directly supports the support organization. The rest is building experiences and systems that change how ClickHouse works with its customers in more effective, streamlined ways.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You’ll design and build the systems that sit between ClickHouse’s customers and the teams who serve them. The work is varied by design, and you’ll move between problem types as priorities shift:
- Intelligent routing and decision systems. Software that decides where work should go and who should handle it, weighing many signals at once, and is built to adapt as the business scales.
- AI-powered customer experiences. Customer-facing and internal experiences that understand what someone needs, recommend the best next step, and know when to hand off to a human.
- Internal platforms and tooling. Applications that give Support, RevOps, and GTM teams the leverage to work faster and more accurately, built to production standards.
- Integrations and data flow. Connections across Salesforce, live chat, incident management, Slack, GitHub, and more, so workflows and data move cleanly between systems.
- Automation and observability. Systems that remove repetitive work, surface what’s breaking, and give teams confidence in what they’re running.
Across all of it, you’ll partner with core Engineering to ship to production, and own what you build: code review, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production, with tools like TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React (or comparable)
- Experience developing with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems
- Hands-on experience close to support: as a support or technical support engineer, or by building tools or integrations for a support, CS, or RevOps team
- Confidence with Git and safe, version-controlled deployment workflows
- The ability to translate operational needs into solutions that non-engineers can follow
- A shipper’s mindset: self-driven, curious, and comfortable owning a problem end-to-end in a remote, globally distributed team
- Comfort using AI tools day to day in how you build, with a clear sense of where to trust them
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience building LLM-powered features in production (routing, retrieval, evaluation, or observability)
- Salesforce platform experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) or certifications; if you don’t have it, the appetite to get there quickly
- Support and incident tooling: Pylon, incident.io http://incident.io, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Slack APIs, GitHub APIs
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
- Experience in an early-stage or greenfield environment, or embedded in a support, RevOps, or business-systems function
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.

Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.
- Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
- Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office
Nice to have:
- Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.

- Take it to market: Shape positioning, go-to-market plans and campaigns across X, community and content.
- Build partnerships: Map and qualify partners across chains, dApps, stablecoin issuers and payment providers, and support deals from pitch to integration.
- Decide with data: Set KPIs, run growth experiments and measure post-launch impact on users, campaigns and partnerships.
- Pitch to leadership: Present your ideas to senior leaders. The best ones get built, launched or signed.
What we’re looking for
- You’re a future leader: an innovator who’s sharp, logical and quick to learn, and who communicates with clarity.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a current QS World University Rankings Top 200 university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional analytical ability.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Structured and logical: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
- Clear communicator, in writing and in person. You can explain a complex idea simply.
- AI-native: you use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) in your daily work and are curious about AI agents.
- Genuinely interested in Web3: you’ve used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what’s broken.
- A fast learner with strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and pace
Nice-to-have
- Builder or founder experience: you’ve started a project or company in AI or crypto, whether it shipped, scaled or failed.
- Hands-on Web3 experience: DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
- Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
What you’ll get
- A structured 12-month program with mentorship from senior leaders across different functional teams.
- Real ownership of features used by millions of people.

What We're Looking For

We need a proactive owner who can build and manage the technology ecosystem that empowers our entire company. You will have the autonomy to design, implement, and refine the systems and processes that make our organization more secure, efficient, and productive.
You will be the go-to expert for our modern, cloud-native tech stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, n8n, and AWS.If you thrive on automating processes, solving complex challenges, and building reliable, scalable IT systems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Plan & Strategize: Help shape and maintain the roadmap for our corporate IT infrastructure. Develop clear policies and repeatable processes for identity management, device security, application access, and IT support.
- Administer & Automate: Serve as the lead administrator for our core SaaS/IaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta Jamf, Slack, Atlassian Suite). Use n8n, scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.), AI tooling, and native tool automation to eliminate manual work, streamline user lifecycle management, and integrate systems.
- Administering or enabling AI tools (such as Claude or similar) in a business setting, including SSO/SCIM provisioning, usage and spend management, and a security-minded approach to data access and integrations. Comfort using LLMs to speed up your own scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Secure & Optimize: Implement and maintain security best practices across all systems. Manage endpoint security and configuration with Jamf, enforce access policies with Okta, keep our office networks secure and performing well, and monitor our environment for performance and compliance. Help enable AI tools safely by managing access, usage limits, and connector permissions.

- A solid understanding of IT security principles, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS basics).
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management, including managing an IdP like Okta.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in a language like Python or JavaScript, and experience building workflows in n8n or a similar tool (Zapier, Workato, Kestra). You default to automating a task rather than doing it twice.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
- Professional certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Admin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Fortinet NSE).

You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us

Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who loves the detail of paid search. You’re equally comfortable building a Google search campaign from keywords to negatives and walking stakeholders through what the results mean. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and the discipline to keep budgets on pace without losing sight of pipeline.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Google programs and run paid media across Search, YouTube, Display, DOOH, and LLMs.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales and Demand Gen goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Social Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own Google as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, build, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll work directly with Sales and Demand Gen, so you’ll see how your campaigns turn into pipeline.
- You’ll run a broad mix of channels, from Search and YouTube to DOOH and LLMs.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize ads for Google (Search/YouTube), Display, DOOH, and LLMs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build search campaigns end-to-end, including keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, bidding, ad copy, audiences, and assets.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, UTMs, and keywords before anything goes live.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing search campaigns within Google Ads, ideally with a focus in lead generation

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, including operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. This role provides high-level administrative support and ensures key projects, budgets, travel, and events run seamlessly — managing complex, ever-changing calendars with responsibility for multifaceted coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience or familiarity with communications and executive affairs, enabling them to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work in lockstep with other EAs within the CEO office, understanding the unique dynamics of a Co-CEO leadership model — sharing information, coordinating responsibilities, and maintaining seamless executive support across leaders.
- Build relationships with the broader team while acting as a gatekeeper for the executives; anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise, planning for multiple contingencies and implementing solutions with minimal direction.
- Manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful decisions on behalf of the CEO; coordinate meetings, handle logistics, manage competing deadlines, and review incoming requests to ensure they're on the Executive's radar with all necessary information.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, along with agendas, minutes, and organized records of key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel — commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements — and serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering.
- Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and events — including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with events, security, and other teams — while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance executive effectiveness.
- Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices with accuracy and timeliness, along with additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive leadership structure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong personalities and demanding timeframes.
- Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos, remaining calm during periods of disorganization.
- Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned, with the ability to complete tasks quickly while anticipating the next one in short succession.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS, and generally tech savvy.
- Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach — this business operates across all time zones.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, time zones, and with external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
A lot of that trust is design. When customers tell us why they picked Help Scout over the alternatives, and when they recommend us to someone else, the reason they give most often is that it is easier to use and it feels better to work in. That's why our top source for new customers comes from human and agent referrals. Our user experience is one of the strongest advantages we have, and as Director of Product Design you'll be directly accountable for keeping our quality high as we accelerate our growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead our product design team as a player/coach. Manage and develop a small team of experienced product designers and stay close to the work through critique, design reviews, and occasional projects of your own. Your most senior individual contributors carry the most complex design problems; your job is to make sure the whole team's work meets the bar. Set clear expectations for craft and ownership and build a culture where critique and feedback make the work better.
- Turn great design judgment into something that scales. Own the design principles, standards, guardrails, and decision record that make a Help Scout experience feel like Help Scout, so designers, engineers, and AI agents can create high-quality experiences with more speed and autonomy. Your most senior designers author the interaction models and product patterns that sit underneath them.
- Be accountable for our design system as a product. Set the priorities and resourcing for the Help Scout Design System (HSDS), drive its adoption across Product and Engineering, and make it useful and legible to both people and machines, working with the designer who serves as its technical lead for architecture, patterns, and Figma/code parity.
- Own how AI shows up in our product. AI is every designer's job, not one person's. You are accountable for Help Scout's point of view on trustworthy AI experiences: how AI communicates, gives people control, handles mistakes, and moves from assisting customers to acting on their behalf. Your most senior designers lead the design direction and patterns; you make sure that point of view is adopted and applied consistently by every designer, and that it evolves with the product.
- Evolve how design gets done as AI accelerates delivery. Own the operating model: workflows, tooling standards, design debt, how design works with Product and Engineering, and how the capacity AI frees up gets reinvested. Decide which of the practices the team pilots (code prototyping, AI-assisted workflows) become the standard way we work. Your most senior designers shape how AI fits into the design process itself; you make sure that guidance becomes how the team actually works.
- Help shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering. As a member of our Experience Leadership Team (XLT), bring design judgment, customer understanding, and a clear view of where design investment will have the greatest roadmap impact. Carry business context, constraints, and initiative outcomes back to the design team, and bring designers into the forums where direction for their work is being set.
- Decide where design capacity goes. Match designers to workstreams based on business priority. Decide who is embedded where, when someone shifts to a higher-priority problem, and when designers move from horizontal work to a deep, time-bound embed in a single workstream.
- Partner with the Brand Design team in our GTM organization to help ensure design cohesion between marketing and in-app product experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- You're an experienced product design leader who still loves the work. You bring 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and have been accountable for the experience of a product, as well as the people creating it.
- You have exceptional product and design judgment. You care about craft in a way that shows up in the details, can clearly articulate why an experience works, and have experience making complex B2B software feel simple and intuitive.
- You know how to scale great product design. You've built or meaningfully evolved a design system that teams genuinely adopted, and you know how to translate taste and judgment into principles, patterns, and systems others can apply.
- You have a strong point of view on AI and the future of product design. You use AI throughout your own design practice and think deeply about both how AI changes the way products are designed and how to create AI experiences customers can trust.
- You know how to lead senior individual contributors. You've managed principal or staff-level designers, given them real scope, and made them more effective without competing with them for the work.
- You're a deeply cross-functional product leader. You're technically fluent enough to earn the trust of engineers, comfortable using data and customer research to inform your decisions, and skilled at partnering with Product and Engineering on difficult tradeoffs.
- You're an exceptional communicator and remote leader. You make your thinking visible through clear writing and direct feedback, treat words as part of the product experience, and know how to build trust, alignment, and a strong design culture on a distributed team.
Who you'll work with
- Chief Product Officer. You report to the CPO and partner closely with them.
- Chief Revenue Officer. You partner on design cohesion between marketing and product, and on how design shows up in GTM.
- VP of Engineering. You collaborate on how design and engineering work together, on the design system, and on AI-assisted delivery.
- Principal Designer. Our most senior individual contributor reports to you and leads product design direction across workstreams, the design direction for AI experiences, and the technical shape of HSDS.
- Product Designers. A small team of experienced designers embedded in our product workstreams.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.
