You will be the go-to expert for our modern, cloud-native tech stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, n8n, and AWS.If you thrive on automating processes, solving complex challenges, and building reliable, scalable IT systems, this role is for you. Manage endpoint security and configuration with Jamf, enforce access policies with Okta, keep our office networks secure and performing well, and monitor our environment for performance and compliance. Help enable AI tools safely by managing access, usage limits, and connector permissions. - Empower & Support: Build a great employee experience by providing reliable systems and excellent support. You default to automating a task rather than doing it twice. - Practical experience with office networking, including firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS/DHCP, and monitoring it with tools like Datadog. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points For: - Professional certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Admin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Fortinet NSE). - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps culture. - Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships. - Experience with FortiGate or Ruckus, or advanced Datadog use (custom monitors, SNMP/syslog ingestion, integrations with PagerDuty or Slack).
