ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Creator and UGC content is only getting bigger as a growth channel for developer tools, and right now Supabase reaches it mostly at arm's length, through agencies that own the actual relationships with creators. This role exists to change that: bring our creator/influencer program fully in-house, own those relationships directly, and grow the program into a multi-million-dollar channel. A good marker of success looks like a roster of around 50 active creators within the first year — at which point we take what worked and go find the next channel to unlock the same way.
This is a growth and marketing role first, not a DevRel or engineering-adjacent one — we're optimizing less for technical depth and more for someone outgoing enough that creators want to work with them directly, creative enough to keep testing new formats and strategies, and operationally strong enough to run the budgets and reporting behind it. The work is currently split on an interim basis across a couple of people on the marketing team; this role is being created to own it end to end.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Source, recruit, and manage direct relationships with content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Design and run creator campaigns end to end
- Find and test new acquisition channels and strategies — lots of small experiments, doubling down on what works
- Operationalize and report on these programs: budgets, tracking, results
- Grow with the role: the remit could develop into owning all content from a growth perspective, beyond creators and UGC
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- 3+ years in growth, partnerships or creator marketing at a dev tool, SaaS or consumer tech company
- Track record of launching channels from zero — and turning winners into repeatable programs
- Outgoing relationship-builder creators genuinely want to work with
- Strong operator. Comfortable with spreadsheets.
- Ideally already doing a version of this somewhere scrappier or more startup — someone thriving at a smaller company is a better signal here than someone comfortable (but not standout) at a big-name platform
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
The role
We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams.
A promising account signs up. Does the right person find out, with enough context to act? A customer becomes eligible for a new product. Do they receive useful guidance? A data sync fails overnight. Do we catch it before it affects a campaign, account handoff, or business decision?
You’ll help make those things work reliably.
You’ll join an existing GTM Operations team, working closely with @Nathan Bellehsen on Salesforce and Sales systems and @Masha Tsaryk on Marketing and customer-lifecycle systems. Your initial focus will be lead handoffs and lifecycle execution: the data, automation, quality checks, and reporting that turn customer signals into useful action.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll own agreed projects from understanding the problem through building, testing, rollout, and ongoing improvement. Experienced teammates will provide context, help set priorities, and partner with you on architectural decisions. Within that direction, we expect you to make progress independently and flag problems early.
Our stack includes Salesforce, Customer.io http://Customer.io, Clay, Looker, automation tools, and a growing set of AI workflows. You don’t need to know every tool. You do need to understand how systems connect and enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working.
Why we’re hiring for this role now
RevenueCat’s GTM organization is growing across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. We’re developing more deliberate ways to identify promising accounts, help customers adopt our products, and turn successful one-to-one work into programs that reach many more people.
Our operations team already supports the systems behind that work. We need more capacity to take important workflows from “this could work” to something dependable that people use every day.
You’ll help us ship those improvements while making the existing operation easier to run: fewer manual handoffs, clearer ownership, more trustworthy data, and less time spent solving the same problem twice.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end. Translate a business problem into a practical solution, agree how success will be measured, build and test it, and stay responsible after launch.
- Make lead and account handoffs dependable. Build and improve enrichment, qualification, routing, alerts, and follow-up visibility. Help ensure important signals reach a named owner, and make missed or failed handoffs visible.
- Put lifecycle programs into production. Partner with Marketing and Customer Growth on audience definitions, triggers, exclusions, data syncs, campaign QA, and measurement. Turn repeatable requests into workflows and templates teammates can use.
- Keep data connected and usable. Trace how account, contact, and product-usage data moves between systems. Investigate stale records, duplicates, mismatched relationships, and failed syncs; fix what you can and work with the relevant system or Data owner on deeper issues.
- Build automation that holds up in everyday use. Test realistic scenarios and edge cases, monitor failures, and make it clear how to recover when something breaks. Bring consequential changes to the relevant system owner before rollout.
- Use AI where it improves the work. Build or improve workflows for tasks such as enrichment, research, qualification, and quality checks. Evaluate the output, understand the failure modes, and measure whether the result saves time or improves quality.
- Make what you build understandable and useful. Document your workflows, enable the people using them, gather feedback, and improve adoption. Share knowledge so another teammate can operate and troubleshoot your work. Keep documentation current as workflows change, and fill gaps in the existing processes you take on.
- Make operational performance visible. Build and maintain reports that help teams understand workflow health, handoff gaps, campaign execution, and adoption. Work with senior Ops teammates and Data on consistent definitions.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
- Practical Salesforce experience. You understand objects, relationships, fields, flows, and how data moves through the system. You have built or changed things yourself.
- Experience building in a marketing automation platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable, including segmentation, triggers, and integrations.
- Experience building something useful with AI. You can explain the problem, your contribution, how you checked the result, what failed, and what you changed. A sanitized walkthrough is welcome; we don’t expect confidential work from a previous employer.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment. You can trace a problem across systems, check your assumptions against data, and distinguish a symptom from its cause.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can take an agreed problem, work through ambiguity, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver without needing every step assigned.
- Clear written communication. You keep stakeholders informed, document decisions, and explain technical problems in language others can act on.
- Care for the details. You think about the wrong audience, missing record, duplicate trigger, or failed handoff before it becomes someone else’s problem.
- Learning agility and adaptability. You can transfer what you know to unfamiliar tools and adjust your plan when priorities change, while keeping commitments and stakeholders informed.
Ideally, you
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business with both self-service and Sales-assisted customers.
- Have connected CRM, marketing automation, customer-success, or product-usage systems.
- Can use SQL, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight scripts to investigate data and connect tools.
- Have improved adoption of an internal tool or replaced repeated manual work with a maintained workflow.
- Have supported customer onboarding, product adoption, lifecycle education, or account-coverage programs.
What success looks like
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Learn how customers move through RevenueCat and how our GTM teams support them.
- Map an initial workflow with @Nathan Bellehsen and @Masha Tsaryk, including its data sources, owners, dependencies, and common failure points.
- Ship your first useful improvement as part of RevenueCat’s “first ship” tradition.
- Agree your initial ownership area and a prioritized set of problems to solve.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Own the day-to-day operation of an agreed set of lead and/or lifecycle workflows.
- Deliver an improvement from scoping through rollout, with clear documentation and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish baseline measures and monitoring for the workflows you own.
- Give another teammate enough context to support your work when you’re away.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in a core workflow, such as fewer missed handoffs, faster campaign delivery, fresher data, or less manual effort.
- Turn recurring operational requests into reusable processes.
- Show that the people your workflows serve are using them successfully, and improve what isn’t working.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Independently deliver projects across systems within your areas of ownership.
- Have a track record of reliable workflows, useful automation, and improvements that make GTM teams more effective.
- Help shape the next priorities using evidence from users, operational performance, and customer needs.
- Be developing deeper expertise and taking on progressively more complex work.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Avoca, you'll fuel our growth engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the Australian home services industry. You'll run high-velocity outbound programs, convert interest into meetings for our Account Executives, and help evangelize Avoca's impact by turning missed calls into booked jobs and measurable revenue.
You'll pioneer and build the market. This is a greenfield opportunity: you'll generate Avoca's pipeline in Australia from day one. It's ideal for someone who thrives on speed, experimentation, and impact. You'll own pipeline generation end-to-end: target the right segments, craft compelling outreach, book high-quality meetings, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to turn customer pain into Avoca wins.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect and qualify leads across Australian home services segments, serving as the first point of contact and trusted resource for prospects evaluating Avoca.
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls, events) to build pipeline and consistently exceed meeting and SQL targets.
- Tailor outreach to customer goals and business models; articulate Avoca's value in booking jobs, capturing missed demand, and lifting revenue.
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule demos, share context, and ensure smooth handoffs that convert into opportunities and closed-won deals.
- Travel to industry conferences and events to generate leads, book demos on-site, and represent Avoca with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging, share market feedback, and continuously improve playbooks and cadences.
- Track activity and outcomes with precision; measure and report on KPIs to guide prioritization and iterate quickly.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding outbound meeting targets, with meetings that actually convert downstream.
- Confidence on the phone and in writing: you can articulate value clearly whether it's a 30-second cold call or a personalized email.
- Comfort with high volume; you can run 50+ touches a day without sacrificing quality.
- CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes that your AEs can actually use.
- Excited to work with a high-ownership team across multiple time zones.
- Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or into the home services vertical.
- BONUS: Market/domain knowledge and/or an existing trades network.
WHO YOU ARE
- You're competitive with yourself. You track your numbers, know your conversion rates, and are always looking for the next lever to pull.
- You handle rejection well — not because you ignore it, but because you treat it as signal. A "no" teaches you something about messaging, timing, or targeting.
- You prepare before you pick up the phone. You've looked at the prospect's website, understand their business model, and can speak to their specific pain.
- You're a clear communicator who keeps AEs, managers, and cross-functional partners in the loop without being asked.
- You thrive in ambiguity and create structure: you're energized by a blank page, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and build repeatable process where none exists.
- You have a high motor: self-driven, relentless in pursuit of pipeline, and quick to act without waiting to be told.
- You're already embedding AI into your go-to-market in a systematic way, across prospecting, research, outreach and list building, and can show the workflows you've built and the results they drive.
BENEFITS
- Flexible PTO plus AU holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Travel to HQ
- Competitive medical, dental, and health insurance
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is A$150,000–A$175,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

Strong Linux fundamentals and comfort operating in a bare-metal or hybrid environment rather than a fully managed cloud

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the devices Anthropic’s people work on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the fleet is mostly macOS, with a growing mobile footprint.
Anthropic also works with vendor and business process outsourcing (BPO) partners whose teams need access to Anthropic systems. Those programs are growing, in more countries and with more vendors. Anthropic-owned Chromebooks issued to vendor staff are becoming the default device for vendor teams. This role exists to make ChromeOS a supported platform with a dedicated owner. You will own ChromeOS end to end, from how devices are bought and enrolled to how they are locked down, monitored, and retired, and help bring Android in as a second platform.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what ChromeOS looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Own ChromeOS as a platform at Anthropic: device standards, Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise setup, organizational unit design, and policy
Manage ChromeOS policy as code through the Chrome Policy API, GAM, and Terraform, in the team's config-as-code pipeline, so changes are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero touch enrollment through resellers, so a Chromebook arrives enrolled and works the first time in every country our vendor partners work from
Work with IT Operations and procurement partners on buying and shipping devices internationally, including regions our current partners don’t reach
Design device models for vendor teams (kiosk, managed guest sessions, shared devices, and assigned devices) and pick the right one for each program
Lock devices down to what the work needs: copy and paste, downloads, printing, USB, and app and extension controls
Own the device lifecycle for vendor fleets, from enrollment to wipe, lock, and retrieval when an engagement ends
Feed ChromeOS device data into our fleet telemetry, tracking which devices are checking in, OS version, and drift between expected and actual state
Partner with Corporate Security on hardware standards (such as Verified Access attestation and minimum AUE date), device trust signals, and access decisions
Work with Security on the contractor access model and on keeping Anthropic data off vendor devices
Run data loss controls through Chrome Enterprise Premium
Work with Security on the vendor identity model: which accounts vendor staff use and in which tenant
Support Android as a second platform, working with the corporate mobile program on Android Enterprise and zero-touch enrollment
Write the runbooks IT Operations and vendor partners use to stand up a new program
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned ChromeOS as a platform for a fleet of thousands of devices
Know the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise well: OU design, device and user policy, enrollment, and reporting
Have automated ChromeOS policy through the Chrome Policy API or GAM
Have run kiosk, managed guest, or shared device programs for frontline, contact center, or outsourced teams
Have set up zero touch enrollment with resellers and shipped devices across several countries
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience, including vendor partners
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow
Strong candidates may also
Manage device configuration as code (pull requests, CI, staged rollout) instead of clicking in consoles
Have managed ChromeOS alongside macOS or mobile fleets
Have used VDI or browser-based access to keep data off the device for outsourced teams
Have supported BPO or vendor programs through fast growth into new regions
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate
Technical Skills
Python and shell scripting
ChromeOS management through the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise
Google Admin SDK, Chrome Policy API, and GAM for automating policy and reporting
Android Enterprise management (working knowledge)
Querying live device state at fleet scale
GitOps and CI for configuration management
Endpoint security fundamentals
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole acquisition process on Paid Social acquisition channels: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has already run Paid Social Ads at scale, who knows how to grow profitably in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, FTD, ROAS, payback, player LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of acquisition across all paid social ad networks (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Snapchat, and more): planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Scale spend profitably in the US market while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and player-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across acquisition channels and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional channels.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, deposit / purchase optimization, attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run in the US within each platform's rules. Keep ads and handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running acquisitions in the US market.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience scaling accounts profitably.
- Hands-on AppLovin (AppLovin Ads / AXON) experience, scaling it as an acquisition channel.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of unit economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
- Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover and prevent them.
- Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

About the role
The vision for Claude Marketplace is to create an ecosystem flywheel, connecting builders and buyers. We're hiring a Product Manager to own the Marketplace as a product, for the partners who sell on it and the customers who buy through it. You'll work closely with the Marketplace team, which owns the partner and customer relationships as well as the commercial motion, and build on systems owned by other product and engineering teams. You'll have a lot of room to define and build the experience fitting for an AI native world.
Key responsibilities
Own the Marketplace product end to end for partners and customers, from onboarding and listing through purchase and billing
Design the commercial workflows behind the Marketplace from first principles, so they scale and meet partners' and customers' finance, audit and compliance requirements
Shape the business strategy and commercial incentives with Business Development, Finance and Legal, and build them into the product
Be the product voice partners hear from, and turn signals from partners, customers and the field into a roadmap
Define the Marketplace's success metrics and how they're measured
Minimum qualifications
Have owned a product end to end, including the operational workflows behind it, and were the person accountable for its outcomes
Have built with or shipped on top of large language models, and have used them to make a product experience better
Have led cross-functional work where most of the teams you depended on didn't report to you, and earned their trust quickly
Can present to executives at partner companies and represent Anthropic well in front of them
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you're making
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about building an ecosystem where the companies that build on Claude grow along with it
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Played an active role in a marketplace, app store or partner ecosystem, on either the platform or the partner side
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product and the economics all had to be worked out at once
Go-to-market instincts: how co-sell motions, partner programs and platform economics work in enterprise software
Experience/familiarity with high growth AI native companies, including their business models and growth vectors
Location
San Francisco, New York City or Seattle.

Experience building and operating complex software systems at scale, with the technical judgment to guide decisions across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems
Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering teams and cross-functional partners, earning trust beyond your reporting line, resolving competing priorities, and delivering shared business goals
Sound judgment about reliability, security, and sustainable operations, with clear communication and respect for engineers’ technical ownership
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building shared reliability platforms, observability or distributed tracing systems, or tooling that reduces toil across multiple engineering teams
Familiarity with traffic management, service discovery or service meshes, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or capacity and performance engineering
Experience improving incident response processes and reducing on-call burden
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Tennr’s Strategy and Operations team is a group of ambitious, high-agency generalists led by our VP of Strategy and Operations and working directly with our founders and executive team. The team owns strategic and operational priorities across Revenue, Product, and Services. Recent projects include rebuilding pricing and packaging, standing up our prior authorization product, and leading revenue and headcount planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team: how we plan and review work, how customer feedback reaches the roadmap, and how new functionality gets into customers’ hands.
You’ll work closely with our P&E leadership and sit between Product, Engineering, and the teams closest to our customers: CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services. You’ll run the planning and review rhythm, turn customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, own product rollouts, and develop the vendor and partner relationships our products depend on. You’ll also build the tools and lightweight processes that make our PMs faster and more effective.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, and highly cross-functional person to take direct ownership of how Tennr plans and ships product. We believe candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company, are best suited for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- P&E planning and review rhythm. Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, from quarterly planning and goal setting to regular business and execution reviews. Bring together priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies so teams can make decisions and follow through, with reporting built from data that already exists.
- Voice of the customer. Own how customer signal from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services reaches Product and Engineering. Build the muscle to capture and synthesize feedback into clear, prioritized inputs for the roadmap, and close the loop with the teams that raised it.
- Product rollout. Own the cross-functional work required to enable and roll out new functionality. Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Customer Experience. Own the launch calendar, run go/no-go reviews with clear sign-offs, run betas or early access programs with defined exit criteria, and hold retros after each launch.
- Product partnerships. Identify and prioritize vendors and strategic partners required to deliver or improve Tennr’s products. Evaluate opportunities and coordinate the commercial, technical, and operational work to establish those relationships.
- Internal tooling. Build custom tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our PMs more efficient and effective, from feedback triage to planning dashboards.
- Stand up and refine process. Build the processes Product and Engineering need, keep them lightweight, and refine them as the team scales. Measure whether people actually use them.
- Performance and follow-through. Use data and feedback to understand whether plans and rollouts are working. Find gaps, make recommendations, and take responsibility for resolving them.
- Additional priorities. Own cross-functional projects as the business evolves, from defining the problem through execution and measurement.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales Director, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own a critical component of Garner's provider segment as a quota-carrying seller, selling our solutions into hospitals, health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, and digital health companies. You will run the full cycle from prospecting through close, using Garner's own data as the centerpiece of the pitch rather than a supporting slide. This is a builder's seat: the segment playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
Own and advance a provider-segment pipeline end to end, from segmentation and prospecting through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Build and deepen senior relationships across hospitals and health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare consultants.
Run a data-driven sales motion: use Garner's own data and insights to shape strategy conversations with sophisticated buyers.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, feeding market signal back into the roadmap and handing off closed accounts cleanly.
Contribute to a repeatable playbook for the segment: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Build working fluency across Garner's full product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
5 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience as a builder, helping design the selling motion as you go
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
Executive presence: an articulate, compelling presenter who earns trust with senior buyers and sells with data rather than relationship alone.
Demonstrated quota attainment you can name: percentage attainment, President's Club, or marquee logos closed.
Intellectual curiosity and data fluency: you ask probing questions and ramp fast into a new data methodology.
Creativity when a deal stalls: you generate new paths to momentum rather than waiting on the funnel.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to pull in the right internal partners at the right moment, and to route market signal back to the people who can act on it.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
Compensation Transparency:
