Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Copywriter with a focus in Product Marketing to sit at the intersection of product marketing and in-product experience. This is not a brand or campaign role — it's a performance-driven, product-close writing role. You'll own copy across landing pages, lifecycle emails, ads, feature launches, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and everything in between. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand, and adopt Runway's products. That means writing copy that converts on a landing page, writing the in-product text that helps a user get started, and crafting the email that brings them back. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, design, and product teams — and you'll be measured on clarity, speed, and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write landing page copy, ad copy, and performance marketing assets that drive acquisition and conversion
- Own in-product copy — onboarding flows, feature announcements, tooltips, modals, upgrade prompts, and CTAs
- Write lifecycle and product emails — launches, re-engagement, onboarding sequences, and feature adoption
- Own the narrative for launch videos and short-form product films, writing scripts, sharpening others' drafts, and making sure every frame makes the product's value clear
- Partner with product marketing on positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market copy for new releases
- Collaborate with design and product teams to shape the in-product writing experience
- Write and iterate on A/B test variants across landing pages, emails, and ads
- Translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling language for a range of audiences
- Maintain consistency in product voice and terminology across all touchpoints
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience in product copywriting, growth marketing or a related writing role at a tech or SaaS company
- A portfolio that shows range across performance marketing, product copy and in-product writing — not just brand campaigns
- Strong instinct for conversion-oriented writing — you think in terms of clarity, action, and outcomes
- Experience writing in-product copy (onboarding, feature education, UX microcopy) alongside marketing copy
- Comfort working with data — you can look at test results, funnel metrics and engagement data and know what to write next
- Experience partnering with product, design, and growth teams in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to context-switch across multiple launches and workstreams without losing quality
- Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus

- Serve as the strategic demo partner for high-impact opportunities
- Advise teams on custom or personalized demos that fall outside the standard portfolio

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We're looking for a People Systems Manager, Workday to join our People team and build the foundation for how People technology operates at Vercel.
We've recently implemented Workday as our system of record, and we're just getting started. As we expand its capabilities and build toward public-company-ready operations, we need someone to own the architecture, security, business processes, and governance behind it.
We're building a headless People technology experience, with Workday as the engine behind it, not a traditional HR technology stack. Employees and managers will initiate transactions, access their data, and navigate People processes directly from the tools they already use. You'll make that possible, working closely with integration engineers to connect Workday's security model and Business Process Framework to the experiences we're building.
This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership over how Workday operates at Vercel. You'll set standards, make architectural decisions, and build systems that scale, reducing manual work, strengthening controls, and creating data our growing People analytics function can trust.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the configuration, security architecture, and Business Process Framework that power Workday at Vercel, and make the architectural calls that balance flexibility, scalability, and control as we grow.
Partner with integration engineers to design business processes and security configurations for transactions initiated through Slack, internal apps, and other tools, making Workday accessible beyond its native interface without compromising governance or data integrity.
Establish role-based security, segregation of duties, change management, and audit controls from the ground up, and automate what's needed for SOX, SOC 2, and public company readiness without adding friction.
Configure and optimize business processes for core People operations, equity, commissions, one-time payments, and clawbacks, partnering with Finance, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Legal to bring new capabilities into Workday accurately and auditably.
Set standards for data governance, reporting architecture, calculated fields, and data quality, so Workday stays a reliable source of truth as our analytics and self-service reporting mature.
Own release management, regression testing, and configuration change control. Find the root causes of recurring friction and fix them through better configuration, automation, and process design, and partner with auditors on evidence, walkthroughs, and remediation.
What you need
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across security, business processes, reporting, and core configuration.
Strong grasp of Workday's security architecture and Business Process Framework, including role-based access, security groups, business process policies, approvals, and segregation of duties.
Experience building or evolving a Workday environment, including configuration standards, governance frameworks, and scalable business processes in a growing organization.
Experience designing and implementing Workday security, governance, and internal controls that support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
Workday reporting and data management experience, including calculated fields, advanced and composite reports, data validation, and reporting governance.
Experience in interconnected HR technology environments, understanding how Workday security, business processes, and data architecture affect downstream systems and automated workflows.
Bonus if you
Have experience with Workday Payroll or complex compensation processes, including equity and commission payments.
Have helped a high-growth technology company scale its People Systems infrastructure or prepare for an IPO.
Have used AI or automation to improve system administration, data quality, controls, or operational efficiency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Supabase, you’ll join Cloud Engineering, part of Engineering Operations, and shape the foundations that let engineering teams build, ship, and operate infrastructure safely and independently across AWS and GCP.
This is a role spanning cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations. You’ll work across AWS and GCP account structure, identity and access management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform primitives, security boundaries, and self-service workflows for engineers.
You’ll be joining at a point where many of these foundations are being actively defined or reworked. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguous, messy, business-critical infrastructure problems and turn them into pragmatic systems, tools, standards, and written guidance that scale with the company and empower teams to go faster.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Designing and implementing cloud governance across AWS and GCP, including identity, account organization, access controls, and guardrails.
- Building reusable infrastructure and building blocks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling teams to provision and manage infrastructure safely and consistently.
- Creating self-service capabilities that reduce organizational friction and let engineers move more quickly within sensible boundaries.
- Owning resource governance and visibility: management tagging, a trustworthy inventory of what exists and who owns it, and consistent cross-account billing data.
- Developing reusable security primitives, including secrets storage, KMS, certificate management, token vending, direct service-to-service authentication, mTLS, and related platform services.
- Owning cloud-level network and operational primitives: IP address management, DNS, and health signals such as service-limit and quota alerting.
- Combining software engineering with hands-on operations and total ownership: building, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving what you own.
- Establishing and sharing cloud engineering best practices through documentation, internal tooling, examples, and enablement.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, have operated production systems at scale, and carried on-call for them.
- Have previously undertaken a significant migration, e.g. rearchitected an AWS account topology, introduced IaC for existing infrastructure, centralized identity/SSO, or brought a second cloud under governance.
- Enjoy building internal platform and self-service experiences for other engineers.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one—ideally two—of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem: You’re intimately familiar with the breadth of AWS services in general, and IAM/SSO in particular. You know their Well-Architected Framework, and when to reach outside. You have working knowledge of GCP. You use IaC routinely and have run it in production, whichever tool. You’ve probably collaborated with auditors on meeting compliance requirements.
- Software engineering: You write real production code (Go, Rust, or a comparable systems language), and can build reliable, maintainable services. You thrive across all stages of the SDLC, set technical direction, know how to de-risk projects, and produce written artifacts such as RFCs.
- Operations: You’ve run production infrastructure yourself: carried the pager, written the alerts and runbooks, used SLOs or similar to decide what to fix first, and made shared systems less risky over time. You like owning systems, simplifying complex infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable building blocks.
- Are comfortable treating infrastructure as software and have relevant experience with IaC and automation.
- Communicate clearly, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
