About the Project: We are creating a fast-growing YouTube channel focused on high-retention, story-driven 3D Roblox animations with strong engaging hooks. What You’ll Do: — Animate 15-30 engaging 3D shorts per month (30-45s) — Work using ready-made scripts and voiceovers — Handle full production: modeling, lighting, animating, rendering — Create smooth, clean, engaging animations in a consistent style Requirements: — Strong knowledge and experience with Blender (only Blender) — Strong sense of lighting, motion, and visual storytelling — Creativity to think outside the box to add "wow" factors into our videos — Ability to meet deadlines What We Offer: — Full Creative Freedom — Fully remote work — Opportunity for growth into team lead role
