ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Inference Foundation team owns the core of Mistral's inference stack: the inference engine and its orchestration, from the feature set and configuration that serve our models in production to the release machinery that keeps the stack current and production-grade.
This is a hybrid position spanning production LLM serving, engine and platform development, and capacity engineering. You will work on three intertwined problems:
1. Optimize the inference stack at scale — feature development and fixes in the engine and orchestrator, squeezing more throughput and lower latency out of every GPU under strict quality-of-service targets.
2. Make capacity elastic — scaling up and down should be cheap and fast, not a performance cliff.
3. Power the training of our frontier models — high-performance serving that keeps RL and post-training loops running at full speed.
What You Will Do
INFERENCE ENGINE & ORCHESTRATION
- Develop and fix the core of the inference stack — engine and orchestrator — including feature selection, configuration, and tuning for maximum performance at scale
- Own the release process for the serving stack: validated, regression-free releases through automated performance gates and progressive rollout
- Drive improvements and fixes upstream when the open-source engine is the right place for them
PERFORMANCE & CAPACITY AT SCALE
- Optimize serving efficiency across the fleet — driving down pod startup time, tackling cold-cache regressions on scale-up, smarter caching and offloading
- Optimize and maintain the optimal serving topology — overlap communication and transfers with computation, ensure optimal placement, connectivity, and routing
SERVING FOR FRONTIER TRAINING
- Build the serving infrastructure that powers RL and post-training for our frontier models
- Optimize inference performance across the full spectrum of our workloads
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and running ML/LLM services at scale, with clear latency and availability targets
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or others
- A solid grasp of inference internals: prefill vs. decode, KV-cache behavior, batching, scheduling, speculative decoding, parallelism strategies
- Familiarity with distributed and disaggregated serving architectures
- Comfortable debugging across the full stack — CUDA/NCCL, kernels, containers, networking, storage
- Python for systems tooling and backend services; PyTorch
- Kubernetes for running infrastructure at scale
- GPU and networking fundamentals: CUDA runtime, NCCL, InfiniBand/RDMA
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Demonstrated vLLM/sglang know-how — upstream contributions, or a track record of running in demanding production environments
- Hardware-aware optimization for various model architectures
- Experience serving MoE models at scale (expert parallelism, expert placement/load balancing)
- CUDA/Triton kernel development; Nsight Systems/Compute profiling
- Rust and/or C++ in production systems

Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role:
- A background in data platform delivery alongside data engineering expertise and data modelling capability.
- Practical familiarity with cloud infrastructure like AWS and Snowflake, along with an understanding of real-time streaming technologies and data flows.
- Your leadership style combines delivery focus with the technical breadth required to guide architectural decisions and step in hands-on when required.
- Proven capability in coaching senior engineers, setting clear expectations, and supporting individual career progression.
- Demonstrated proficiency managing platform health, establishing Service Level Objectives, and leading operational performance.
- Strong collaborative skills to build trusted relationships across product, platform, and security teams.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.

Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…
BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Deep backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
Track record of designing and owning production services, APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure at scale.
Experience operating systems in production, including observability, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance/cost optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or fine-tuning of open-weight models in production — serving (latency, throughput, batching, autoscaling, GPU utilization) and/or fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA).
Demonstrated technical leadership: leading design across ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas, mentoring engineers, and turning customer use cases into reusable platform capabilities
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Nice To Haves
Experience with LLM inference engines and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) in production
Experience with distributed/multi-node fine-tuning and training pipelines (SFT, DPO/RLHF, LoRA), including data preparation and evaluation
GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production
Experience with eval systems, LLM observability, tracing, RAG, search, or vector databases

is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.

An overview of this role
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
As a Senior Backend Engineer on
Tenant Controls
, you'll design, implement, and evolve backend capabilities for a global platform that millions use. You'll solve problems of high scope and complexity, influence technical and product direction, and improve system quality, reliability, and performance beyond assigned feature work. Working across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security, you'll make pragmatic architectural trade-offs and partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to users in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, choosing between modular-monolith code, shared components, and independently operated services.
Influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, partnering with product managers and designers to shape requirements around user needs.
Define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, application programming interfaces (APIs), and operational readiness, advocating for quality, security, availability, and performance.
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues at scale, participate in incident response, and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
Experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible use and sound judgment.
What you’ll bring
Strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming, with the ability to learn and adapt rather than mastery of a single language.
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear asynchronous written communication, connecting product needs with technical decisions and directing your own work.
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production, including loops, tool use, and error-handling strategies that support reliability at scale, beyond prompt engineering alone.
Helpful, but not required: experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency or profiling; containerized production operations (such as Kubernetes); database performance (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution or partitioning); large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems; public technical communication, open source maintenance or developer-focused software as a service (SaaS).
About the team
You'll join
Tenant Controls
within Production Engineering, where we own application-level rate limiting on GitLab.com. We build the framework that defines, counts, and observes every application rate limit and migrate existing implementations onto it. Our mission is to give GitLab.com a single way to define, configure, and observe these limits, so operators can understand them during an incident and change them without a deploy.
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the EU, applicable in the specified country or countries only. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location and having regard to any applicable collective agreements. ENGINEERING MANAGER - APPLIED AI
THE ROLE AND ITS IMPACT
You will lead and grow the Internal AI Accelerator team as it expands from its current core to a fully formed engineering squad. You will own the strategy, delivery, and roadmap for how Xero designs and delivers agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil, speed up decision-making, and generate measurable productivity gains. This means working directly with business leaders across G&A, Finance, P&C, and IT functions to co-build reusable AI patterns and governance frameworks that last. You will shape how Xero thinks about AI delivery long after your tenure, building playbooks and reference architectures that other teams can pick up and run with.
What your engineers build goes into production and real people rely on it. One month you are partnering with finance, the next you are embedded in IT. You set the pace, you unblock the path, and you hold your team accountable to shipping.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Internal AI Accelerator team is a small, high-impact crew of engineers embedded across Xero's business units. They partner directly with product, engineering, and business teams to design and ship AI workflows in weeks, not months. The team operates with a direct line to senior stakeholders and a genuine mandate to move fast. Together, you are genuinely curious about what works and what doesn't, learning openly from every project and sharing what you discover.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
The team is expanding from a proof-of-concept phase into building at scale. You will focus on growing the engineering capability across multiple workstreams. Initially, your priorities will be:
- Scaling agentic AI delivery across multiple business domains (finance, HR, support, operations)
- Building reusable patterns, platforms, and governance frameworks that other teams can adopt
- Designing and implementing the technical architecture for enterprise AI deployments
- Establishing best practices for AI safety, evaluation, and operations at scale
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role is based in Sydney. You will work in a hybrid model with core collaboration days in the office. Xero supports flexible ways of working, and regular "boost days" bring our ANZ teams together for connection and planning.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring solid engineering credibility, ideally from shipping production software at scale, so you can make sound technical decisions and earn your team's respect without needing to code day-to-day.
- Your approach to strategy is pragmatic: you can move fast without all the answers, turning vague problems into clear scope, and pivoting when the situation changes.
- You will Go Bold in how you lead: giving your team ownership, pushing back on processes that slow you down, and creating space for innovation alongside delivery.
- You demonstrate genuine curiosity about your people and a commitment to coaching them up. You leave your team knowing more than when they joined.
- You show comfort bridging technical and non-technical worlds, translating between engineers and business stakeholders without losing nuance on either side.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
