Spot and resolve platform-wide systems challenges—such as accessibility, performance, and UI consistency—at scale across the ecosystem. Culture & Leadership Drive studio-wide initiatives that shape overall design culture, recruitment practices, and the integration of AI into design workflows. What You’ll Need to Thrive End-to-End Design Leadership: Demonstrated ownership of complex, ambiguous product initiatives from greenfield ideas to launch within fast-paced tech environments. Strategic Influence: Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping business strategy and navigating competing priorities. Developing Talent: Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring designers to level up their craft while supporting autonomous growth. Clear Communication: Proven ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, from engineering leads to executive directors. Technical Systems Fluency: Strong understanding of how design decisions interact with code, systems architecture, and engineering constraints. Why Join Us?
