About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join our partnerships team in EMEA. This role will lead enablement and pre-sales motions with Vercel's solution and consulting partners (SIs and GSIs) across the region, with a primary focus on the DACH market. Partner Solutions Engineers work with partner engineering, sales, and product teams to grow adoption of Vercel's products and build strong technical relationships.
A key focus in this role will be growing partner-delivered capacity in the DACH region: running Vercel's partner certification program, creating and delivering technical enablement and workshops, and supporting pre-sales motions where partners are engaged. Fluency in German and/or French is essential; this is a spoken, partner-facing role.
This role will serve as a developer advocate for Vercel across solution and consulting partners. You will be the expert on building and delivering with Vercel products, including AI and agent workloads, and will establish best practices, author guides, lead workshops and hackathons, and build solutions for partner communities and Vercel teams.
Partner Solutions Engineers require a strong web development background, especially in frontend development, cloud infrastructure, networking, and modern application development. Strong coordination skills across multiple partners and time zones are essential, as is building lasting relationships with practice leads, delivery teams, and executives.
This is an in-person (hybrid) position that will require you to be based in Vercel's London or Berlin office with a required 3 days per week in office.
What you'll do
Serve as subject matter expert on Vercel and Next.js to partner engineering teams and leadership across EMEA.
Run Vercel's partner certification program in the region: deliver certification workshops, review certification projects, and guide partner engineers through the program.
Create and deliver technical training and enablement on Next.js and Vercel best practices, including building agents and AI applications on Vercel.
Deliver one-to-many technical workshops for partner engineering teams, and author the workshop content behind them.
Run and support partner hackathons that build partner skills and surface joint solutions.
Provide pre-sales support where partners are engaged: proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside Vercel's sales and sales engineering teams.
Serve as the main technical contact for SIs and GSIs in the region, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and practice leadership.
Build templates and solutions that equip partner communities with the best practices on delivering with Vercel.
What you need
You are passionate about building first-class user experiences on the web.
You have a strong understanding of web architecture, frontend development, and serverless computing.
You have 2+ years of experience as a solutions engineer advising or consulting engineering teams.
You have 4+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React.
You speak German and/or French; spoken fluency in at least one of them, alongside professional English, is essential for this role.
You have worked with or within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms, and understand how they staff, deliver, and grow a technology practice.
You are experienced in developer relations, from training sessions and talks to producing technical content.
You have a results-driven mindset and are experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
You are comfortable working with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams.
You have excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
You have experience driving the adoption of web technology or previous pre-sales experience.
You are based in EMEA and able to travel 20% of the time.
Bonus if you
Have built and shipped AI-powered or agentic applications, ideally with the AI SDK.
Speak both German and French.
Have run certification, training, or enablement programs at scale.
Have experience with composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics) common in partner-delivered projects.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base.
You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem.
This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilities. Author Working Backwards outcome proposals for strategic partner-customer combinations that translate AI Development Infrastructure into deal-level urgency.
- Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, and partner-hosted enablement sessions as the primary awareness and demand generation vehicle for the EMEA ecosystem. Build hands-on demonstration environments and interactive experiences that partners can use independently.
- Intervene directly on the highest-value partner-attached deals across EMEA: co-sell calls, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support. Own the engagement until the partner’s team can carry it independently.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules and certification tiers that scale across the EMEA partner base without requiring live PDE support for each new partner.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations across cloud providers and AI platforms. Include deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks that partner SAs can hand directly to customers.
- Codify each successful partner engagement into a repeatable GTM play: trigger conditions, discovery questions, positioning framework, demo script, PoV scope template, and expected outcomes. Build a playbook library that a new PDE or partner seller can pick up and run.
- Build AI-powered self-service tools that automate high-volume PDE activities: Opportunity Brief Generator, PR/FAQ Generator, Workshop-in-a-Box deployment, and demo site builder.
- Produce a monthly partner intelligence digest from EMEA engagements: what customers are asking for, how competitors are positioning, where integrations are missing, which vertical use cases are emerging. Distribute to Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
- Own the EMEA-relevant portions of the joint technical integration roadmap with strategic partners. Define priorities cross-functionally with Product and Engineering based on field signals from the EMEA market.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content, the ecosystem equivalent of Developer Relations: technical blog posts, cookbooks, partner ecosystem conference talks, enablement videos, and workshop recaps. Build Coder’s technical brand within the EMEA partner community.
- Contribute to cloud marketplace product listing stewardship, competency maintenance documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements as they apply to EMEA-specific partner and compliance contexts.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a combination of Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations roles at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company
- Demonstrated experience helping partners or customers understand and adopt products in emerging or undefined categories, not just executing playbooks for established ones
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), with production-level Kubernetes and Terraform depth. You have done the work and can speak to it with specificity.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production or near-production environment: you understand how agent loops execute, where credentials live, and what governance and audit requirements look like in a European enterprise context
- Ability to articulate the architectural difference between workspace-local agent tooling and a centralized agentic harness, and to explain why that distinction matters to a security, compliance, or data sovereignty stakeholder
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model: hyperscaler partner programs, GSI/RSI partnerships, or VAR/distributor ecosystems in EMEA markets
- Experience building repeatable technical GTM assets that scaled beyond your personal delivery: sales plays, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or technical content programs
- Executive communication and Field CTO credibility: you can hold a technical vision conversation with a partner CTO and a deal-level architecture review with an SE in the same day, in English and ideally at least one additional European language
- Strong written communication: you can produce a Working Backwards PR/FAQ, a technical architecture document, and a blog post without those being separate skills requiring separate people
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You will define processes that don’t exist, build tools that haven’t been scoped, and create a function from first principles in a new region.
Bonus Points
(Bonus tacos? That’s how we say thanks at Coder. Ask us about it.)
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a platform company (Palantir, Scale AI, frontier AI lab, or equivalent embedded deployment model)
- Track record of public technical advocacy: blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or developer/partner community engagement
- Experience with hyperscaler partner programs (e.g., ISV Accelerate, strategic collaboration agreements, co-sell programs) at an operational level
- Familiarity with European regulatory environments: GDPR, DORA, NIS2, AI Act compliance requirements, and data sovereignty patterns for cloud-native deployments
- Experience with air-gapped or network-isolated deployments common in European financial services, government, or defense contexts
- Background in AI governance frameworks, session audit requirements, or SIEM integration for AI workloads
- Experience with LLM gateway or proxy infrastructure (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, or equivalent) in a multi-team or enterprise context
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop breakpoints or escalation patterns for autonomous agent workflows
- Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
- Experience with Tailscale or similar overlay networking tools
- Open-source contributions, particularly in CNCF, MCP, or AI agent ecosystems
- Existing relationships with hyperscaler EMEA solutions architecture teams, European GSI technical practices, or AI infrastructure partner ecosystems
- Fluency in German, French, or a Nordic language in addition to English
What Success Looks Like
- You have done the hard technical work before: deploying cloud-native infrastructure, navigating Kubernetes in production, building with Terraform, and operating in the complexity of large European enterprise environments. You bring that credibility into every partner conversation.
- You can walk a partner CTO through how Coder enables parallelized AI agents in a regulated European enterprise, covering credential isolation, audit lineage, GDPR-compliant data handling, and escalation design, and turn that conversation into a joint GTM play their sellers can run next quarter.
- You can walk into an unstructured partner relationship, assess the technical and commercial opportunity, and chart a path from first enablement session to first co-sourced deal without waiting to be told what to do.
- You translate deep technical knowledge into assets that scale: reference architectures partners hand to their customers, enablement modules partners consume on their own, and GTM playbooks partner sellers run without PDE involvement.
- You are as invested in the pattern behind the engagement as you are in the engagement itself. Every bespoke partner interaction produces a reusable artifact. Every field insight feeds back to product. You codify by instinct.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
1Password is opening a new flagship office in Toronto, and we need a senior technical leader to own the workplace technology that powers it. As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously evolving the technology experience across network infrastructure, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and workplace endpoint services.
This is an onsite, senior individual contributor role based in Toronto, reporting to the Manager of IT Support. You will serve as the company's primary subject matter expert for workplace networking and AV technologies, establishing the technical standards that will be replicated across future office locations. Beyond building the Toronto office, you will provide ongoing engineering leadership, drive technology improvements, mentor Workplace Technology Specialists supporting regional offices, and act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and workplace technology issues. If you enjoy owning systems end to end, building scalable solutions, and solving challenging technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is an onsite opportunity within Toronto, Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, routing, switching, and WAN/ISP redundancy using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
- Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
- Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Experience building automation workflows and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support office builds, technology standardization, and regional workplace initiatives.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a remote first organization supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance requirements.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple office locations.
What you can expect:
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired, wireless, dedicated IT room infrastructure, and redundant internet connectivity with automated failover.
- Serve as the technical owner for workplace networking across the company, developing scalable standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
- Own the physical security technology stack, including access control, camera systems, and integrated workplace technologies.
- Partner with the Security team on governance, compliance, audit requirements, and building integrations while driving long term platform reliability and lifecycle planning.
- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.
- Build and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Provide onsite coverage for workplace technology operations during planned absences and support additional office builds and major technology initiatives as needed.
What success looks like:
- The Toronto office launches with resilient, well designed networking, AV, and physical security systems that become the blueprint for future 1Password offices.
- Workplace infrastructure continues to evolve through proactive engineering, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle improvements rather than reactive support.
- Regional Workplace Technology Specialists are enabled through mentorship, documentation, and standardized engineering practices.
- Employees have a seamless workplace technology experience, while complex technical issues are resolved through thoughtful engineering solutions.
- Routine operational work becomes increasingly automated, allowing more time to focus on strategic infrastructure improvements and future office expansion.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $93,000 CAD and $130,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.

At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ML Infrastructure team builds and operates the shared backend services and platform capabilities that Constructor's ML and product teams rely on to develop, deploy, and run machine learning at scale - from model serving (including LLMs) to the specialized storages and data pipelines behind it.
We are a service team by nature: our roadmap is shaped by the needs of product teams, and we succeed when they can move faster with less friction. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is comfortable with, and motivated by this dynamic, and who will take end-to-end ownership of core services.
In the near and mid-term, our focus areas include:
- Making ML workloads easy to run, scale, and operate for every team
- Providing self-service, configurable infrastructure components to ML and product teams
- Owning and evolving core ML services and related pipelines with a high bar for reliability and performance
CHALLENGES YOU WILL TACKLE
- Design, build, and operate high-load distributed backend services that power the company's ML infrastructure
- Take end-to-end ownership of core ML services and related data pipelines: from design and implementation to deployment, observability, and continuous improvement

RELOCATION TO GERMANY adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we’ve become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn’t just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time. Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren’t just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange. Engineered for performance, our stack leverages Tensorflow and PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
As a Data Engineer on this team – you’ll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second. Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You’ll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed.
Pipeline bottlenecks don’t survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You’ve worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn’t optional.
Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
