Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list https://www.forbes.com/companies/clickhouse/?list=cloud100, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and $250M ARR https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-tops-250m-arr-and-4000-customers, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company's sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-raises-400-million-series-d-acquires-langfuse-launches-postgres. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We're on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're hiring a Product Manager to own partner integrations at ClickHouse. This role owns how ClickHouse shows up inside the platforms our customers already use: embedded, native experiences across the hyperscalers and developer platforms, and deeper technical integrations with strategic partners like dbt, Fivetran, Hex, and Sigma. There is a growing surface of partner work already in motion, and this role shapes where we invest in co-innovation opportunities.
This is one of the most cross-functional roles at ClickHouse. You'll work across multiple engineering teams, our partnerships and solutions teams, and the partners themselves to deliver meaningful co-innovation and integrations with complementary technologies. You'll own the technical side of our House Mates partner program and be the person who navigates the multi-org reality of getting an integration certified, listed, and live. This is a hands-on role: you'll write the specs, run the partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate across teams to get things over the line.
YOU WILL
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse's Cloud integrations with strategic partners
- Seek out complementary innovation opportunities with partners. Define what a "better together" integration looks like with each strategic partner, and drive it from joint roadmap through launch.
- Navigate the trade-offs of embedded integrations: billing and metering, identity and auth, security and data residency, and coordination across ClickHouse and partner teams.
- Project-manage complex, multi-org launches: marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and GA timelines across multiple organizations.
- Own the technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
- Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption and product strategy to executive leadership.
- Represent ClickHouse externally at partner events and in joint content.
YOU BRING
- Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms before: hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label work.
- An understanding of the trade-offs that make or break a partner integration, billing, auth, security, cross-team dependencies, and have made those decisions in the past.
- A strong project management lens and are comfortable owning a launch that depends on five teams across two companies.
- Patience and resilience with partners who are unresponsive or have their own competing priorities, and you find creative ways to keep things moving anyway.
- Technical ability to understand an integration end to end, from provisioning and auth to billing and data flow, and to hold a credible conversation with engineers about APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Energy and excitement for external-facing work: partner calls, customer conversations, and representing the product publicly.
- Hands-on and high ownership ability. You write the specs, run the partner calls, and stay close to the details.
- Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
- Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
- Background at a database or data infrastructure company; familiarity with ClickHouse or peers like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

As Docker continues its rapid growth, we're seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Partner Solution Engineering to lead a world-class team. Docker helps organizations solve complex challenges in modern software supply chains, security governance, and AI-driven development. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our strategic partners, including ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs, adopt and deliver transformative technologies that make developers more productive and secure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Partner Solution Engineering, you will lead a high-performing technical organization responsible for driving partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and technical excellence across Docker's partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable technical partnership strategies that help partners successfully integrate, sell, and deliver Docker's platform. Your focus will be on enabling your team to drive partner technical readiness, co-innovation, and mutual customer success while building repeatable models for partner engagement at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Partner Solution Engineers, ensuring professional growth and high performance across multiple partner segments (ISVs, CSPs, SIs, VARs).

PARTNER ENABLEMENT & TECHNICAL STRATEGY
- Establish repeatable processes and programs for partner technical enablement, including scalable learning paths, certifications, technical deep-dives, and integration workshops.
- Design and deliver both 1:1 strategic enablement for key partners and 1-to-many programs that drive adoption across the broader partner ecosystem.
- Create technical content, integration guides, architectural diagrams, reference architectures, and enablement videos tailored for partners.
- Develop partner-specific technical sales plays, solution validation frameworks, and proof-of-value methodologies that highlight Docker's differentiated value.
JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Partner with the Partner Sales organization to drive joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, and "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions.
- Guide partners through solution design, technical validation, and evaluation processes to achieve joint customer success and sales goals.
- Support product positioning and technical validation during joint sales engagements, ensuring clarity on what's GA and ready for delivery.
- Define and track metrics for partner technical readiness, engagement quality, and revenue impact.
PRODUCT & ALLIANCE COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of the Partner, influencing roadmap priorities and co-building initiatives.
- Guide beta/EAP program participation with strategic partners, gathering feedback on new features and integration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Alliances team on roadmap alignment, technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs, and partner-driven feature requests.
- Champion regional partner technical needs and priorities in internal planning discussions (FedGov, EMEA, APAC).
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Collaborate with Field SEs to ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, share learnings, and avoid duplication of effort.
- Partner with Marketing to support partner events, conferences, webinars, and demand generation programs.
- Work with Sales leadership to define partner success metrics, performance standards, and technical excellence measures.
- Represent Docker at partner events and conferences as a technical expert and evangelist.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Create an environment of continuous improvement focused on partner outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable processes.
- Develop internal enablement programs that enhance partner SE capabilities and share best practices across teams.
- Establish tools, systems, and workflows that enable efficient partner engagement and measurement.
- Build strong feedback loops to iterate on enablement strategies based on data-driven insights and partner performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience leading technical partner engineering, partner solutions, or pre-sales teams for distributed systems, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure companies.
- Proven success in guiding teams that support channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years in management, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing partner-facing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including ISVs, CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systems Integrators, and VARs.
- Strong experience in software supply chain security, security governance, DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer productivity technologies.
- Deep technical understanding of containerization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable partner enablement programs (technical learning paths, certifications, workshops).
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and business audiences at both partner and customer organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
PREFERRED
- Operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container-based platforms.
- Experience with application security principles and securing the software supply chain, including SBOMs, image scanning, and secure delivery pipelines.
- Background in software development, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience enabling developer productivity through coding assistants, AI integrations, or AI agent development.
- Familiarity with partner operations tools including Salesforce and enablement platforms like MindTickle.
- Experience working in both direct and channel sales models, understanding the nuances of partner-led vs. partner-assisted sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel (~30% expected) to support key partner engagements and events.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 DAYS
- Successfully onboard, gaining familiarity with Docker's platform, partner ecosystem, and partner go-to-market strategy.
- Establish relationships with your team, Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Field SE leadership, and key cross-functional partners.

- Learn tooling (Salesforce, Looker, Docker platform, PRM) and connect with internal stakeholders.
90 DAYS
- Develop and align a 12-month strategic plan with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, and Product leadership.
- Begin executing key initiatives focused on improving partner technical readiness, enablement program quality, and joint sales effectiveness.
- Lead enablement sessions for selected strategic partners and support joint-account planning activities.
- Produce initial partner-facing technical content and establish your voice as a technical leader in the partner ecosystem.
1 YEAR
- Scale and enable a high-impact Partner Solution Engineering organization that drives measurable partner success and revenue growth through the channel.
- Own the technical strategy for one or more partner segments with documented processes, metrics, and success stories.
- Become a trusted advisor across Partner Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Alliances by championing partner insights and technical excellence.
- Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in partner technical closure rates, joint sales velocity, and partner satisfaction scores.
- Build a reputation as a thought leader in the partner ecosystem, representing Docker effectively at partner events and conferences.

We're hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end — from partner onboarding and enablement to demand generation and events — across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions, prioritizing effort based on revenue potential and business urgency rather than spreading evenly across all three.
What You’ll Do:
You are a strategic operator who helps go-to-market leaders see what is happening, understand why it is happening, and act on what matters most.
You turn business questions into clear analysis, practical recommendations, and operating improvements that help sales teams make better decisions and deliver stronger results.
You find the problem, bring the right people together, and own the path to a better outcome.
You are Outcome-Obsessed about the work behind the number, from pipeline health and forecast confidence to seller productivity, account coverage, and operational adoption.
You bring useful proposals to leaders, make complex information easier to act on, and measure whether a change actually improved the business.
Responsibilities:
— Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, forecast and pipeline insights, and clear recommendations.
— Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, stakeholder input, and a practical understanding of how sellers and leaders run the business.
— Own high-impact operational initiatives from current-state discovery and requirements definition through solution design, cross-functional execution, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.
— Improve sales processes, workflows, CRM hygiene, CPQ quoting practices, rules of engagement, and assignment models while partnering with Systems and other stakeholders on durable solutions.
— Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights that give individual contributors, managers, and leaders the visibility they need to make informed decisions.
— Evaluate capacity, meeting and lead distribution, book of business coverage, and related success metrics to identify opportunities that improve productivity, fairness, growth, and accountability.
— Use AI, automation, analytics, and other available tools to build reusable workflows that accelerate analysis, reduce operational friction, and elevate the sales team while applying sound judgment to the outputs.
What You Bring To The Team:
— 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role.
— Understanding of enterprise selling motions and ability to navigate direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller relationships.
— Experience partnering with sales leaders, shaping recommendations from incomplete information, and independently driving cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes.
— Knowledge of sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and operational levers influencing seller productivity.
— Experience with Salesforce reporting and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis and building practical operating tools.
— Ability to communicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and proactively solve problems.
— Use of AI and automation tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and sales execution.
What We Offer:
— 100% remote work environment since 2015.
— Generous paid time off including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.
— 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
— Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
— 401(k) with 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution.
— Life and Disability insurance plans.
— Stock options for all full-time employees.
— One-time $500 reimbursement for home office setup.
— Annual allowance for education and professional development.
— $75 USD/month digital reimbursement.
— Access to BetterUp platform for coaching and growth.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in Partnerships, Full-Cycle Sales, or a high-volume pipeline generation role
- Comfortable running a high volume of partner meetings each week and switching between activating new partners and growing existing ones
