ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Engineering Manager for Product Engineers, you will lead a group of talented builders creating the core developer experience of the Render platform. This role blends strong technical leadership with product thinking: you’ll partner closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into high-quality, scalable systems that developers rely on every day. You’ll be responsible for guiding technical direction, developing engineers, building the team, and ensuring the team ships meaningful improvements quickly while maintaining the high standards that define Render’s platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, a deep sense of ownership, and a passion for building products that developers love.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow a team of product engineers, supporting their development through mentorship, feedback, and clear technical guidance.
- Hire out your team and build it into multiple teams.
- Drive execution on key product initiatives from ideation through launch, balancing speed with high standards of reliability and quality.
- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into thoughtful technical solutions and product roadmaps.
- Engage deeply in technical discussions, guiding system design decisions and helping the team navigate architectural tradeoffs.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering practices and team processes.
- Help the team break down complex problems into incremental milestones that deliver value quickly while supporting long-term platform evolution.
- Ensure teams maintain a strong understanding of the developer experience and customer impact of the features they build.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, customers, and internal teams to understand needs, align priorities, and ensure delivery of impactful features and solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years as an Engineer shipping products and/or features that have downstream impact on the business and product ecosystem
- 4+ years of experience managing people and developing engineers, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system design, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Product-oriented mindset with experience translating business goals and user needs into engineering roadmaps and shipped features.
- A track record of successful collaboration with product, marketing, and customer support teams to drive adoption and retention.
- Ability to balance urgency with thoughtful execution, helping teams ship quickly while maintaining high quality. Able to turn ambiguous problems into achievable goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both team outcomes and long-term system health.
- Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, processes, and team practices.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
- Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Render’s mission is simple: eliminate the tedious work of building software by providing a cloud platform that just works.
We’re evolving from the go-to platform for solo developers into the backbone for fast-scaling teams. As our users’ apps grow from a single service into complex, multi-service architectures, our biggest challenge is keeping it all feeling simple. We need a Product Designer to take that "pile of parts" and turn it into a cohesive system that actually makes sense.
As a Staff IC, you'll also help raise the bar across the organization through mentorship, design leadership, and thoughtful cross-functional influence.
This is a craft-focused IC role, and it's web UI at its most demanding. You'll own the surfaces developers depend on when the clock is ticking and things are breaking. Designing for infrastructure is unique: your screens see the most traffic when the user is most stressed, and "failure" is a first-class state, not an edge case. We’re looking for someone who finds that responsibility energizing.
You’ll join a design team that takes its craft seriously, with weekly critiques and deep cross-functional collaboration. You’ll thrive here if you love untangling complex, messy problems and turning them into accessible, beautiful experiences.
YOU WILL:
- Make a multi-service system legible at a glance. Design the views that let a developer see how their services connect and depend on each other, instead of stitching the picture together one service at a time. This comprehension gap is where design can make a complicated system feel cohesive and friendly.
- Design system-level observability. Aggregated logs, metrics, deploys, and events across a whole project, filterable by environment and resource — so a developer can answer "what's going on with my system" in one place. This is high-density information design where hierarchy, scanning speed, and progressive disclosure are the whole game.
- Design deployment as a coordinated act. When an application has many services, coordination gets hard. You'll design cross-service deployment and rollback, and a preview model so shipping feels safe at any scale.
- Design and consider all product states. You'll own the "unglamorous" moments. Like build errors, failed deploys, and empty states, and turn them into helpful experiences. Since developer tools earn their reputation by how they handle problems, your focus is on guiding the user to success even when things go wrong.
- Own a first-run experience worth recommending. The path from signup to first successful deploy is where trust starts. You'll design it so that a developer's first ten minutes make them want to tell someone.
- Contribute to where the platform goes next. Alongside the shipping work, you'll bring concept explorations and a strong point of view to a design-led discovery track, shaping the platform's future through a weekly critique cadence with the rest of the team.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of relevant experience. Whether you’ve worked on developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another complex, high-stakes product, we care more about your impact than your title.
- Exceptional taste and craft. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive — typography, spacing, motion, density, interaction feedback. You notice when something is 2px off and it bothers you, and you've shipped work other practitioners admire.
- Strong information architecture. You can take a tangle of objects and relationships and make it feel like one obvious thing.
- You design the whole journey, not a screen at a time. Your portfolio shows a user carried coherently across every surface a feature touches — entry point to empty state to failure to recovery — not a set of polished screens that don't add up to a system.
- Fluent in developer language. You know your way around services, CI/CD, and deployments. You don’t need to have built a cloud platform before, but you’re curious enough to get deep into the weeds of how it works.
- Respect for failure states. You believe an error message is an interface, and you design for the user having a bad day, not just the happy path.
- Systems fluency. You're comfortable working in and contributing to a design system as the product's surface area grows, extending it rather than fighting it.
- Strong product judgment under fast launch velocity. You frame problems well, prioritize ruthlessly, and know which details matter and which can wait.
- Clear, direct communication and a genuinely collaborative way of working with product and engineering partners — including sharing a problem space with another designer without needing hard fences between you.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing complex dashboards, monitoring tools, or console interfaces where data density and high-stakes clarity matter.
- You've been on-call, run side projects, or debugged systems in production. You don’t just design for developers; you understand their mental models and the specific frustrations they face.
- You’re as excited to design a CLI tool or shape an SDK as you are to build a web dashboard. You’re ready to explore new frontiers like agentic workflows and AI-assisted design, not just standard web UI.
- Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for deeply technical Product Managers to own the developer platform: Figma’s MCP Server, REST API, and key first-party integrations like Figma for Slack and Figma for ChatGPT/for Claude. These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure. If you're excited about developer tooling, systems thinking, and building the foundations that other product teams ship on top of, this role is for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
You’ll define and drive the strategy for one or more parts of our developer platform: the big bets, build-vs-buy calls, and how to sequence it all. Those areas:
Design↔code platform:
how we translate between designs in Figma’s SceneGraph to code in customers’ Makes and production codebases
External platform:
how external AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) access Figma context using our MCP Server & REST APIs, how and when Figma’s AI products appear in other surfaces (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
As you drive platform strategy, you’ll:
Influence product roadmaps where platform capabilities create new product opportunities.
Partner with EM and tech leads to make key architecture and UX decisions.
Talk frequently with product teams
,
customers, and our partners & vendors, and distill learnings from those conversations into platform commitments.
Raise the bar for technical PMs at Figma: pattern-match across the four areas, surface cross-cutting problems, and pull peers and EMs into the calls that need them.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years of product management experience working on highly technical products
Proven experience shipping developer tools, infrastructure products, or AI-powered technical systems
Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product: you can point to the metrics that moved and how you moved them
Hands-on technical fluency: you've built and shipped things yourself — at work, in side projects, or in open source — and you can read a PR, you can participate actively in architecture conversations
Strong systems thinking: you understand how complex components interact and can improve the whole, not just the parts
Technical communication: You distill highly technical concepts into clear decisions and direction
A track record of driving strategy and execution across ambiguous, fast-moving product areas
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
With over 180,000 business customers, Enterprise Password Manager is 1Password's core product. It is rapidly evolving into a complete credentials security platform for humans, machines, and AI agents.
This is a Senior Staff PMM role. Individual contributor with broad organizational visibility. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and own EPM end-to-end: messaging, positioning, competitive strategy, and launch execution.
You will shape how the market understands credentials security as 1Password grows.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Experience and Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with direct experience in password management, enterprise vaulting, credentials security, or identity security.
- Working knowledge of broad cybersecurity concepts.
- You've repositioned a mature enterprise product. You know the difference between a messaging refresh and actually shifting how the market thinks about something.
- You can market to enterprise IT and security buyers: the admin managing rollout, the CISO approving the spend, and the security engineer evaluating the technical depth.
- A track record of winning in competitive markets by displacing incumbents, not just differentiating in an open field.
Technical Depth
- You understand how credentials work beyond passwords: API keys, certificates, machine secrets, passkeys, and what it takes to issue credentials to AI agents.
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT: MDM, SSO, directory services, and where password management fits in the IAM stack.
AI-Forward, Not AI-Dependent
- You use AI to go faster, not to think less. You know what to hand off and what to own, and you can tell good output from output that still needs work.
- You want AI to free up time for the work only a good product marketer can do: strategy, judgment, and narrative.
- You own the ideas you bring. Walk into a room with a recommendation and you can defend it. Candidates who produce content but can’t explain the thinking behind it won’t fit here.
Strategic Storytelling and Senior-Level Communication
- You write for multiple audiences without diluting the message. An IT admin and a CISO aren't reading the same document for the same reason. You know how to serve both.
- Strong narrative instincts: open with the problem, build to the solution, and land in a way that makes the reader feel the product was built for their situation.
- You’ve shaped category narratives, not just contributed to them.
Bonus points for:
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar).
- Experience developing thought leadership in a fast-moving category. 1Password has a team that produces content. This role provides the point of view.
- You've repositioned an established product category. There's a real difference between entering a space and redefining it.
What you can expect:
Own EPM Product Marketing
- Own messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for the Enterprise Password Manager.
- Define how 1Password talks about credentials security for employees, service accounts, and AI agents.
- Tell the story clearly to analysts, IT buyers, security leaders, and sellers. The narrative has to work for practitioners and executives.
- Connect EPM’s story to the Unified Access platform narrative.
Build Competitive Intelligence and Category Positioning
- Own positioning and market leadership claims for EPM.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing on competitive differentiation. Know the competitive set cold: where they’re strong, where they’re not, and how to win against each.
- Track where the credentials security market is moving and keep 1Password’s messaging ahead of it.
Enable the Field with Tools That Actually Get Used
- Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and technical briefs that sellers and SEs reach for because they work.
- Take complex concepts like passkeys, machine credential lifecycle, AI agent authentication, and zero-knowledge architecture and make them usable in a customer conversation.
- Surface win/loss signals from the field and turn them into repeatable GTM motions, not one-off documents.
Influence EPM Product Strategy
- Bring the market's perspective to Product: customer evidence, analyst intelligence, competitive signals, field feedback.
- Make the market case early, before decisions are locked.
Why join us:
- The credentials security market is being reshaped by machine identities and AI agents. You'll own how 1Password tells that story.
- You'll work across product strategy, competitive positioning, and field execution. The work is visible at the executive level.
- 1Password is remote-first and has been since day one. We hire for judgment, not proximity.
- The company is growing and there's room to shape how PMM works here, not just execute what's already been defined.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to own the agents and the platform they run on inside Source, a new product where modern marketing teams and their AI agents build, optimize, and scale digital experiences together. Source connects a company's codebase and marketing stack into one governed workspace.
Your area spans the experience of working alongside those agents, the platform underneath (the framework, sessions, memory, and evals), how agents reach Source from outside it through MCP and the CLI, and the durable context every agent works from.
That means serving two groups at once. The developers who connect and extend the system, and the marketing teams doing the ongoing work of building brand and driving growth inside it. Both now work alongside agents, and neither will hand over real responsibility to something they can't trust. Much of what "good" looks like here hasn't been written yet, and you'll define it.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $212,500 - $255,000
- Zone B: $200,00 - $240,000
- Zone C: $186,700 - $224,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada
- 232,000 - 278,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director of Product
As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you'll…
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent platform underneath Source: the agent framework and service, agent sessions, shared context and memory, the core orchestrator, and the experience of steering agents while they work. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Ensure agents are capable, and safe to hand real responsibility to. Agents should disclose what they can do and where they came from, run with limited permissions, and land their work as a reviewable change rather than a silent merge. You'll define how autonomy expands as trust builds, along with the audit trail and cost visibility that make it defensible.
- Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the eval infrastructure, harnesses, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it.
- Build the primitives once that every Source workstream ships on. Teams across Webflow are building specialized agents on your platform, from site building and content to optimization and marketing. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other rather than solving the same problem three times.
- Make Source reachable from wherever the work happens. Own the MCP and CLI interfaces so outside agents and scripts get the same capabilities as embedded agents, under the same disclosure and permission model.
- Centralize the context agents build from. Agent Instructions give a project durable, governed steering, so every agent works from the same brand, structure, and business context instead of rediscovering it session by session. You'll decide how that concept evolves inside Source.
- Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership and to the other Source workstreams, partner closely with the team building deterministic and long-running agent workflows, and navigate cross-functional disagreement independently and constructively.
- Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship improvements yourself where it helps, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls.
- Place durable, multi-quarter bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are evolving fast; you'll stay close to customers, tell real standards from fads, and keep raising the bar on how fast and how well we ship.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
You'll thrive as a Staff Product Manager, AI, if you:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and a track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas. Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from substantial hands-on work with agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Have set the bar for "good" on non-deterministic products, defining the evals, guardrails, and success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run, and getting a team to hold to them.
- Have built platforms other product teams ship on. You've treated other teams as your customers, drawn the line between what to build once and what to leave to them, and can point to primitives that outlived the first thing built on top of them.
- Can serve two audiences at once. You've built developer-grade tools and approachable products for marketers, and hold both in view without shortchanging either.
- Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's opening a pull request, leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric, or writing a sharp brief.
- Lead through influence rather than authority. You set strategy and bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership along, holding your own with senior stakeholders and moving decisions forward without waiting to be told. You set patterns other teams adopt and mentor as the practice grows.
- Stay curious. building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role sits on our Intelligence team — the group building cross-platform experiences that surface actionable data to customers exactly when and where they're most helpful.
We're looking for an engineer who can build that end-to-end. You'll have a frontend focus (strong JavaScript/TypeScript and real front-end craft) while operating as a full-stack product engineer.
HOW WE WORK
Engineers at Help Scout own their work end-to-end — from problem definition through production, and from the customer signal that shaped the bet to the dashboard that tells you whether it landed. You're full-stack capable, customer-fluent, and genuinely fast with AI tools.
- We develop in TypeScript, React, Kotlin, Java, and PHP.
- We leverage Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, Kafka, Flink, RabbitMQ, MySQL, and PostgreSQL — plus vector search and LLM tooling for our AI features.
- We're heavy users of the AWS ecosystem, Slack, GitHub, and Linear.
- We use AI tools — Cursor, Claude Code, and a growing set of internal tools — every day. We treat our AI workflow as a product we're shaping together, and we expect you to help shape it.
- Teams are small and project-based. You might be 3 engineers and a PM on one project, 2 engineers and a designer on the next, or holding more of the product thinking yourself. You're expected to operate well across different compositions and ship end-to-end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ship customer facing features across the full stack, with a focus on smooth user experiences. You’ll design and build intelligence features from zero-to-one from loosely defined specs, collaborating closely with your product, design, and engineering teammates. You should be comfortable making calls, evaluating outcomes, and iterating on your work to make the best experience for customers.
- Sweat the front-end craft. You care about responsiveness, streaming/loading states, accessibility, and the small details that make an assistive feature feel reliable rather than gimmicky.
- Stay close to customers. Join customer calls when more context is needed to design the right solution, participate in a support escalation rotation, and watch session recordings on the features you own. Bring that signal back into the work.
- Own outcomes, not just output. Before a project starts, you and a PM agree on a specific outcome metric the work is trying to move. You instrument it, and after it ships you're watching the dashboard and talking to customers to ensure its impact.
- Co-author the solution. PMs own strategy and sequencing; you bring the judgment and craft for how solutions actually get built. You'll often shape the product thinking too. The best work happens when engineers, designers, and PMs support each other.
- Own production readiness from the start. Automation, reliability, monitoring, alerting, and logging are all part of how you ship. The work continues after merge.
- Use AI tools every day as part of your craft. We expect fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar. If you saw a way to make the team's AI workflow better tomorrow, you'd say so.
- Help us hire. From time to time, partner with our Talent team to interview future teammates. This is one of the highest-leverage things any engineer here does.
ABOUT YOU
- You're a strong, full-stack-capable engineer. You have substantial JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience and real front-end craft, and you take initiative across the stack and ship end-to-end without waiting for someone to own the other half.
- You hold a high bar for AI quality. You think in terms of evaluation, verification, and guardrails; you measure whether an AI feature works rather than assuming it does; and you know that more AI-generated code is not the same as more value.
- You're genuinely fluent with AI coding tools and treat them as part of your craft. You move fast without sacrificing judgment, and you have a point of view on where these tools are heading.
- You're customer-fluent. You actively seek out customer signal because it's how you stay connected to whether your work is actually solving the problem.
- You own outcomes. You measure your work, and you're comfortable saying "this didn't move what we hoped, here's what we want to try next," then following through.
- You take ownership of the full development lifecycle — automation, reliability, resilience, monitoring, alerting, and logging built in from the start. You stay with what you ship until the metric moves and the customer is better off.
- You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. Help Scout is fully remote and writing is the medium of most decisions. You give and receive direct feedback, and you see code review and pairing as real chances to teach and learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience making LLM features production-grade: latency/cost tuning, fallbacks and circuit breakers across providers, moderation/safety, and handling sensitive data responsibly.
- Design sensibility — comfort partnering closely with designers and elevating the craft of an interface, not just implementing a spec.
- Experience in customer support, productivity, or other tools where trust and reliability are the product.
COMPANY VALUES
HAPPY TO HELP
Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community.
CRAFT OVER CONVENTION
Our success relies on the quality and craft https://paulstamatiou.com/craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight.
PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION
Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better.
OWN THE OUTCOME
Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion https://www.helpscout.com/dei/. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We have read the studies and understand that diverse teams build better products, bring more perspective to the table, contribute to a company’s financial success, and help foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, but the bottom line is that it's the right thing to do.
To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them.
A NOTE ON THE USE OF AI IN OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team.
On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process.
Beware of scammers! All legitimate communication from Help Scout regarding your application will come directly from an @helpscout.com http://helpscout.com email address and through our applicant tracking system, Ashby. We will never ask for personal financial information or conduct interviews outside of these official channels.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Enterprise is a complete solution for enterprises, offering out-of-the-box creative tools, a generative media developer platform, model licensing, and forward-deployed creatives and researchers that embed directly within enterprises.
We're hiring an Enterprise product marketing leader for Runway Enterprise, leading the segment and developing priority verticals including Media, Retail/eCommerce, Software, and more.
This is not a purely positioning or “launch” role. You'll own the success of the enterprise segment, partnering closely with the sales & enablement team, enterprise marketing & growth. You’ll lead the development of Runway’s overall enterprise messaging and positioning and create tailored, vertical-specific messages and value propositions, built from your first-hand experiences engaging directly with Runway’s customers.
This is a builder's role. You'll be defining the discipline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, product, creative, marketing and growth; you'll be measured on the growth of the business (not just on assets shipped or messaging consistency).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Enterprise segment. Define Runway audiences in the enterprise: who they are, the jobs they hire Runway for, how they differ across verticals. Ground audiences in hands on customer research, win/loss details, and usage analysis. Turn these insights into a point of view that product and leadership actually build against.
- Own positioning and messaging for enterprise & vertical solutions. Define how Runway is positioned across its audiences, with tight value propositions and proof points for key verticals. You’ll make the story sharp, consistent, and reflective of Runway's ambitious brand, and make sure a professional buyer recognizes themselves in it.
- Drive acquisition and conversion, not just awareness. Partner with growth to move the funnel that matters for this segment: acquisition channels and targeting that find more customers within our ICPs. You're comfortable owning metrics and running experiments, not just producing the narrative around them.
- Drive competitive intelligence and response. Track and deeply understand the key players across the AI creative tools market. Turn your market understanding into a living point of view on where we win, where we're exposed, and how we respond, and make it legible to product and leadership.
- Partner on enablement. Partner with the sales enablement team to develop assets that drive confidence in Runway’s customers and sellers alike.
- Player & coach. You’ll operate hands on as the direct owner of Enterprise and Solutions Marketing; opportunity to lead and manage a team of PMMs for candidates of the right seniority.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in product marketing, including time leading PMM for a winning enterprise product at meaningful scale. You’ll bring a track record of work that moved business metrics and grew new verticals (not just launches & messaging that you shipped).
- Core & Vertical expertise. You’re comfortable leading product positioning exercises at the executive level. You come with a proven track record of industry/vertical product marketing, including defining, developing, and launching new verticals.
- Exceptional positioning and narrative craft. You can take research concepts and technical products and make them land for a discerning, professional audience. You create sharp positioning, ad creative, and launch stories (and you can write them yourself).
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate toward shipping today (not writing docs for tomorrow).
- Sharp competitive instincts. You track markets closely, form a real point of view on where to win, and translate it into product and messaging decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges, and articulate your plans to solve them.
- (Bonus) Pricing and packaging experience. You've shaped how a product is packaged and priced across individual and team/enterprise tiers, and you understand the tradeoffs a self-serve-to-enterprise motion creates.
- (Bonus) PLG. You've led product marketing efforts in a growth stage company with both PLG & Sales Led motions.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Figma Weave is building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity. Our platform bridges AI capability and human creative judgment, giving professional creatives and enterprise teams the ability to build, direct, and scale creative workflows without losing precision or control.
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Figma Weave's enterprise motion. On a small team where everyone's scope flexes, you'll also work across product marketing more broadly — defining how the product shows up for enterprise buyers, arming sales with what they need to close, and building the systems that turn enterprise accounts into long-term customers. Enterprise is the primary focus, not the only one: you'll move into PLG, growth, and launch work as the team's priorities shift.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll think in pipeline and narrative at once — translating product capability into value that lands with enterprise buyers, while staying close enough to execution to write the deck yourself.

Build enterprise GTM strategy for feature, model, and product launches
Own enterprise positioning and messaging, translating product value into terms that land with enterprise buyers
Lead the sales enablement motion
Own enterprise onboarding and adoption, from first use through expansion
Develop customer proof: case studies, success stories, and industry examples
Own enterprise-facing web pages and funnel
Work across the full range of product marketing — launches, content, positioning — wherever the team needs it, not limited to enterprise
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years in product marketing, with strong B2B/enterprise experience (the focus, not a strict requirement for every year of your background)
A track record building enterprise GTM from positioning through launch and enablement
Fluency with the sales motion — you've worked inside a sales cycle, not just alongside one
Experience working cross-functionally across product, growth, and sales
Comfort using AI tools to work efficiently — this is core to how the team operates
Strong storytelling and writing skills
Comfort with speed and ambiguity — priorities shift, and you move with them
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience in creative tech or design platforms
Experience with partner-led or channel-led enterprise growth
