About the team: Join the Global Treasury Payment Network (GTPN) product team, responsible for Airwallex's core money-movement platform enabling global fund movement through accounts, wallets, FX, and direct debit rails. The team focuses on reliable, scalable products, rapid iteration, and career growth. What you’ll do: - Own full lifecycle of global money movement infrastructure: strategy, roadmap, partner assessment, solution design, delivery. - Leverage AI/ML insights to optimize payment routing, reduce transaction costs, detect fraud, and improve operational efficiency. - Communicate product strategy and prioritization based on user research, market insights, and competitive analysis. - Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers. - Collaborate with financial partners, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to build scalable, reliable, compliant infrastructure supporting high-volume transactions. - Serve as subject matter expert for money movement within Airwallex. - Rapidly iterate on product launches, feature enhancements, and customer feedback to improve speed, cost-efficiency, and customer experience. Who you are: Minimum Requirements: - Experience in Product Management or Engineering, especially in platform/infrastructure or technology domain, product design, planning, development. - 3+ years formal people management experience leading cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to balance user needs and commercial strategy to drive product growth. - Track record of taking products from ideation to delivery at global scale. - Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making. - Ability to manage tradeoffs between long-term vision and short-term growth. - Success in fast-paced, cross-functional teams delivering rapid execution. - Flexibility to work across global time zones. - Exceptional English communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in hyper-growth startups, financial infrastructure, or technology domains. - Direct experience building payments or money movement platforms, or working with card schemes at global scale. - Robust understanding of money movement systems, ledgers, payments orchestration. - Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in fintech or payments.
