We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote in London, UK.
You will carry a book of 40-60 mid-market and emerging accounts - companies in the <$1B range, closing 25-40 deals a year at $40k-$100k and building toward larger standard deal sizes as our packaging moves upmarket. You work in a pod with a dedicated Mid-Market Engagement Manager on a shared book, with a comp plan designed to maximize earnings and customer value.
We are architecting the best GTM team in all of AI. If you want to grow, run fast, and sell with a leading-edge frontier AI company with room to grow your career, please apply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a high-velocity full-cycle motion: 25-40 closed deals a year across inbound and outbound
- Qualify hard and fast - your book is big, your calendar is the scarce resource, orientation to clear ROI and value orientation is a must
- Push deal size up: committed-volume, use-case expansion plays that turn $30k starts into $100k+ repeatable motions
- Turn product signals (usage spikes, team signups, credit burn) into pipeline
- Work with your pod's Engagement Manager so new customers hit consumption targets and your held-back commission unlocks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS/AI with a quota record above 100%
- Velocity evidence: 20+ closed deals a year, multi-channel prospecting, disciplined qualification
- Native AI-tool fluency - you already sell with AI in your workflow, not despite it
- Writing and demo skills strong enough to carry a deal without a solutions engineer
- Coachability with a track record: name the coaching that changed your numbers
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Sold to creative or marketing teams
- PLG or usage-signal selling experience
- BDR-to-AE promotion in your history - we like people who earned the chair
COMPENSATION
OTE $270K - $300K (50/50 base to variable). Offers equity.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Process and approve role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- SQL skills

As the platform continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own its digital presence and build a scalable marketing engine around the product.
This is a highly hands-on role.
You will own the full journey from positioning and website → content and distribution → acquisition funnels → qualified pipeline.
We are looking for someone who has already worked in strong B2B SaaS, FinTech, Payments, DevTools, or other technical startups and understands how to market complex technology products to sophisticated audiences.
You should be comfortable operating independently and using AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to achieve the output normally expected from a broader marketing team.

- Own the product website as a core acquisition and conversion channel.
- Continuously improve positioning, messaging, information architecture, and copy.
- Build and launch landing pages for products, use cases, industries, campaigns, and competitors.
- Improve visitor → lead → demo conversion through continuous experimentation.
- Run A/B tests and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Analyze visitor behavior and identify funnel drop-offs.
- Maintain and update marketing pages independently using modern web, no-code, and AI tools.
- Work with product and engineering teams when deeper technical changes are required.

- Build and operate the product’s content engine.
- Own the company blog, industry insights, guides, case studies, research, product content, and newsletters.
- Turn internal expertise from product, engineering, and payments teams into high-quality external content.
- Develop strong narratives around payment orchestration, payment performance, routing, retries, fraud, subscriptions, and related topics.
- Create content designed for both education and commercial intent.
- Repurpose strong ideas across multiple formats and distribution channels.
- Maintain a consistently high quality bar for messaging and content.

- Own social media presence, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
- Develop and execute a consistent company content strategy.

- Create thought-leadership content for executives.
- Identify relevant industry conversations, trends, and opportunities for participation.
- Grow a relevant audience of payments, fintech, product, and technology decision-makers.
PR & INDUSTRY PRESENCE
- Build the product’s visibility within the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Build relationships with relevant journalists, creators, communities, and industry platforms.
- Identify conferences, panels, webinars, awards, rankings, and partnership opportunities.
- Position the company and its leadership as credible voices in payment orchestration and payment infrastructure.
- Track competitor narratives and proactively identify opportunities to enter relevant industry conversations.
SEO & AI DISCOVERY
- Own the organic acquisition strategy.
- Perform keyword, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Build content clusters around high-value payment topics.
- Create high-intent commercial and competitor pages.

- Optimize visibility across Google as well as AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar tools.
