At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, "high performance is a science, not an accident." In this role, you will be fully involved in Interchange definition, set up and investigation. You should be a problem-solver who loves digging into the numbers to find the truth and ensure that we are operating in the most accurate way possible.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the development and maintenance of interchange fee models by translating scheme rules and business requirements into clear mapping and configuration inputs.
- Execute reconciliations and analytical checks to validate data accuracy, identify variances, and support root-cause investigations.

- Produce regular management reporting and data visualisations, adapting the analysis and level of detail to the needs of different audiences.
- Support testing and validation of automation, configuration, and data changes before they are introduced into operational processes.

- Quantitative foundation: You have a qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Analytical problem-solving: You can work through large or imperfect datasets, identify anomalies, and explain the likely drivers of a variance clearly.
- Technical capability: You are confident using Google Sheets or Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and analysis. Experience with SQL, data visualisation, workflow tools, or automation is a plus.
- Payments knowledge: You have an interest in payments, card schemes, or financial operations. Familiarity with Visa or Mastercard interchange and fee rules is helpful but not essential.
- Delivery mindset: You are organised, dependable, and able to manage recurring operational tasks while progressing improvement work.
- Stakeholder collaboration: You communicate clearly, ask effective questions, and work constructively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail: You take pride in accurate outputs and understand the importance of controls, documentation, and evidence in financial operations.

- Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to support research, analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency, while applying appropriate human judgement and oversight.
- Suggest innovative ideas and provide feedback to enhance processes, controls, tools, and infrastructure, striving for continuous improvement in risk-monitoring operations.

- Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed, risk-based decisions in complex and time-sensitive situations.
- Skilled at working collaboratively and communicating effectively, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Capable of adapting to fast-paced and agile settings while managing demanding timelines, priorities, and schedules.

- Demonstrates acute attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective time management.
- Strong mentoring and training abilities, with the confidence to guide and support less experienced analysts.
- AI fluent, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and use AI tools effectively and responsibly in risk-monitoring activities.
Experience you will bring to the role:
- As an Analyst II, you are expected to bring your experience in performing relevant analyses and conducting investigations for suspected fraudulent merchants and action flags in a timely manner.
- You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to document and articulate the requirements, analysis and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to the stakeholders and customers.
- You must have a solution-driven approach with exemplary investigative and critical thinking skills.
- You must also be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, working independently with little supervision, and possessing good decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
- You will assist in mentoring and guiding junior analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development. You should also possess the ability to escalate and resolve complex issues and questions, serving as a primary point of contact for such matters.

GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale.
This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance.
Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance
Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers.
Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations.
Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend.
Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods).
Retention & Customer Base Growth
Drive retention of existing customers and reactivation of the inactive customer base.
Build a customer-centric model in which existing customers adopt second and third GoMining products, together with General Managers.
Develop cross-product and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and product usage.
Identify how ecosystem products can drive additional mining and TH sales.
Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
Map the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to first and repeat purchase.
Identify bottlenecks and launch experiments across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, and payment flows.
Define hypotheses, expected commercial impact, and success metrics for each experiment.
Measure experiment results and scale successful initiatives across channels.
Commercial Processes & Infrastructure
Build and standardize commercial processes together with the commercial lead: plans, strategies, control tools, and team motivation.
Own the end-to-end CRM rollout: finalize required functionality, test it, migrate all teams into a single system, set deadlines, and create training for team leads and their teams.
Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for commercial data.
Take over part of the commercial lead’s responsibilities and represent the commercial function in discussions with stakeholders when needed.
Commercial Analytics
Monitor conversion, payment success, revenue, acquisition efficiency, retention, and other key commercial metrics.
Dig into the data to understand why metrics change (e.g., a drop in the share of paying users in a channel), and turn findings into specific actions for channel and product owners.
Work closely with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Payments, and Finance teams to improve commercial performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Growth, or Digital Sales.
Hands-on sales or sales management background: you understand how sales teams work from the inside.
Experience in fintech, payments, or other transaction-driven digital businesses.
Strong understanding of funnel performance and commercial metrics: conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics.
Experience with retention, reactivation, or cross-sell / upsell initiatives.
Experience building and standardizing commercial processes; CRM implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus.
Analytical and critical thinking: you can open a report, spot a problem, and find its root cause.
A proactive, independent mindset: you bring ideas, take ownership, and move fast.
Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, Web3, or digital assets.
Experience managing or optimizing paid traffic and acquisition channels.
Knowledge of payment methods and payment flow optimization, including local payment methods in emerging markets.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Ability to build dashboards and analyses yourself, including with AI tools.
