THE ROLE Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams. As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders. As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective. Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have. You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners - Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way. - Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership. - Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides. - Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides. Activate partner field teams - Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so. - Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter. - Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team. - Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute. Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions - Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run. - Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes. - Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one. Measure and evolve programs - Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline. - Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests. - Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company. - Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar). - You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting. - Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly. - You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework. - Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours. Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as: - Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers. - ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA. - Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume. - A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs. - Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company. - Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Location: San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload. Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren’t designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren’t built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far. Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabric team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world’s top containerd maintainers. As Engineering Manager for Storage Products on the Runtime Fabric team, you will lead the engineers who build and run the storage products behind that stack: the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN), which sits in the cold start path of every model on the platform, the snapshotters and filesystems that expose model weights and container images to a running container, and the storage that model deployment and training need next. The team is advancing the next generation of caching for inference workloads, from the origin tier to the GPU host. You will own reliability for the area as a measured outcome, report to the head of Runtime Fabric, and stay close to the code through design and code review. If you’ve managed systems engineers and have hands-on experience with caching, content-addressable storage, or distributed filesystems, we’d love to talk. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES - How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/ - Extending BDN from model weights to container image layers, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts - Lazy-loading snapshotters and block-level delivery (EROFS, FUSE, ublk) so a container can start before the full image or model has arrived RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership and Culture - Hire and grow a team of 5 to 10 systems engineers with storage, caching, and Linux expertise - Run the team’s planning and delivery: scope work against the Runtime Fabric roadmap, set priorities, and ship on a predictable cadence - Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your direct reports - Own on-call health for the team’s services, including escalation paths and follow-through on incidents Technical Direction - Guide the architecture and evolution of the Baseten Delivery Network: the tiered caching and weight delivery product that makes cold starts 2-3x faster and eliminates thundering herd failures during burst scaling events - Shape storage products tailored to Baseten’s workloads: extend BDN from model weights to container images, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts, and define the interfaces that model deployment, training, and customers use to reach them - Oversee the on-host side of delivery: lazy-loading snapshotters, EROFS and overlayfs layouts, and block-level delivery (FUSE, ublk) for multi-gigabyte files - Own reliability of the delivery path as a measured outcome: end-to-end instrumentation from snapshotter initialization to first inference request, targets for cold start and cache behavior, tolerance for failing upstream registries and object stores, and safe rollout of changes to a path every customer depends on - Make the delivery path work across heterogeneous clusters and cloud providers, each with its own object store and network - Review designs and code across the area, and take on hands-on work where it unblocks the team - Champion the team’s contributions back to containerd and the snapshotter ecosystem alongside the maintainers on the Runtime Fabric team Cross-Functional Partnership - Act as the point of contact for storage across Baseten, ensuring model deployment, training, and platform teams have the integration support they need - Optimize requirements for the underlying storage platforms with the infrastructure team: object storage, local NVMe and block storage, and network bandwidth per cluster, so that capacity and provider decisions account for what the delivery path needs - Manage the team’s dependencies in both directions: sequence work that model deployment, training, and infrastructure teams block on, and negotiate interfaces and timelines with the teams and upstream projects the storage path depends on - Work with the head of Runtime Fabric and product stakeholders to prioritize storage investments based on customer impact and infrastructure reliability - Communicate team progress, technical trade-offs, and incidents clearly to the team and to leadership REQUIREMENTS - Experience managing a team of engineers in a systems, infrastructure, or storage context, including hiring and performance management - Hands-on background in distributed storage systems, content-addressable storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure - Strong systems programming background in Go, Rust, and/or C/C++, with the ability to engage credibly in code reviews and architectural discussions - Working knowledge of the Linux storage stack: filesystems, the page cache, block devices, and mounts - Understanding of how container images are structured, stored, and delivered at scale - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams NICE TO HAVE - Contributions to containerd/containerd, snapshotter projects (stargz, soci, nydus, overlaybd), distribution/distribution, or closely related open-source projects - Familiarity with lazy-loading snapshotters or peer-to-peer image distribution - Experience with EROFS, FUSE, ublk, or io_uring - Experience building or operating CDN, object storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure - Experience running storage services on Kubernetes BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Location: San Francisco, California Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT SENTRY Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. ABOUT THE ROLE At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong. We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Lead and grow the team - Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers - Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback - Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths - Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices Own support outcomes - Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more - Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster Run AI-assisted support - Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand off to a person - Set the quality bar for agent answers and the process for catching incomplete ones - Decide where automation is worth building and where it isn't, based on data Handle escalations and partner across Sentry - Run the escalation process with Engineering: make sure bugs reach the right team with a reproduction and clear impact, and that customers hear back - Be the support lead on high-stakes enterprise issues, working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales - Bring a clear picture of customer pain to Product and Engineering, backed by numbers YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU - Think great support is an engineering problem, not a staffing problem - Want to build the team and the systems at the same time - Can debug a tricky SDK issue yourself and also explain to a VP why their incident took four hours - Would rather fix the cause of 200 tickets than answer them faster - Have strong opinions on where AI helps in support and where it makes things worse, and be willing to discuss this at length. QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, or software engineering at a SaaS or developer tools company - 3+ years managing technical support engineers, including hiring and growing a team - Technically credible with senior engineers: comfortable reading code in at least a few of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Ruby, and debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure - Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and how observability tools (errors, tracing, logs) fit into them - Hands-on experience running AI or automation in a support org, and a clear view of its failure modes - Track record of using support data to drive product and process changes - Clear, direct written communication with customers, executives, and engineers Bonus - Experience at a developer tools or observability company - Former software engineer - Managed a team spread across multiple time zones - Open source contributor or maintainer The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Location: New York, NY (HQ) Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is hiring its first dedicated Physical Security Lead to build and run the program that protects our people, our leaders, our events, and our offices. Our footprint now spans a multi-floor New York headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and a growing set of hubs across North America and Europe. Our leaders are increasingly visible on public stages. You'll own three areas in roughly equal measure: executive protection, event security, and office security (access control, cameras, guards, and building security). Your job is to turn a set of strong vendors and partner teams into one measurable, risk-based program. This is a high-ownership IC role on the Corporate Security team. It reports to the Director of IT & Corporate Security and is based at our NYC HQ. This is a physical security role; cybersecurity and information security are owned by other Ramp security teams. We aren't looking for a guard supervisor or a box-checker. We want someone who makes it safe for Ramp to move fast, host great events, and keep our leaders accessible. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and run Ramp's executive protection program: - Protective risk assessments and residential security reviews. - Domestic and international travel security. - Advance work for high-visibility appearances. - Selecting, standing up, and managing our executive protection provider. - Turn threat intelligence into protective action. Partner with Detection & Response to move from online threat and exposure monitoring to threat assessments, personal-information exposure reduction, and clear escalation playbooks. - Own security for internal and external events, from all-hands and offsites to conferences, customer events, and executive dinners: - Risk-tiered intake and written security plans. - Coordination with venues and vendors. - On-site leadership for the highest-risk events. - After-action reviews. - Set Ramp's global physical security standards for access control, video surveillance, intercoms, visitor management, and alarm monitoring. Tier them for headquarters, Ramp-managed offices, and flexible or serviced hub spaces. - Build security into every new office, move, and expansion: - Write the security design requirements and review drawings. - Manage integrators through installation and acceptance testing. - Partner with IT on network and identity integration. - Manage the guard program and security vendors end to end: scope, post orders, SLAs and KPIs, budget, and quarterly business reviews. Own the security relationship with landlords and building management. - Lead emergency preparedness and physical incident response: - Emergency notifications, evacuation and shelter-in-place plans, and drills. - Liaison with local law enforcement. - Workplace-violence prevention, in partnership with People and Legal. - Run physical access governance with IT. Tie access to joiner/mover/leaver events, run regular access reviews, and keep audit-ready evidence for physical security controls. - Measure and report program health to leadership. Use AI and automation to scale the program without scaling headcount. WHAT YOU NEED - 6+ years in corporate or physical security, including 3+ years owning a security program or major workstream at a multi-site company. Executing someone else's program doesn't count toward this. - Hands-on depth in at least two of the three areas (executive protection, event security, physical security systems such as access control and cameras) and solid working knowledge of the third. - Experience administering or deploying enterprise access control and video platforms (e.g., Avigilon Alta/Openpath, Verkada, Genetec, LenelS2), and partnering with IT on networking and SSO. - A track record of managing security vendors (guard, protection, integrator, event staffing) through contracts, SLAs, budgets, and performance reviews. - Strong risk judgment. You size controls to the actual threat, explain the tradeoffs, and lead with "here's how we do this safely" rather than "no." - Excellent writing. You can produce a crisp SOP, an event security plan, and a one-page executive brief. - Willingness to work from our NYC office 4 days a week, travel 10–15%, support occasional evening and weekend events, and serve as primary on-call for physical security incidents (with the Director as backup and guard and vendor partners as on-site first response). - Real, day-to-day use of AI tools in your work. NICE-TO-HAVES - ASIS CPP or PSP; formal executive protection training; first aid or Stop the Bleed certification. - Experience at a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services company with a high-profile founder or CEO. - Experience writing security design standards for office buildouts and reading architectural or low-voltage drawings. - Familiarity with physical and environmental control requirements in SOC 2, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP. - A government protective, law enforcement, or military background, combined with corporate program ownership. - An established network of protection, event security, and integrator vendors in NYC, SF, and internationally. FAIR WARNING - This is a builder role. Parts of the program exist today (vendors, a responsibility matrix, some SOPs). You'll turn them into a system. - You're an IC who directs vendors and partner teams, not a manager of a security staff. You'll need to influence Workplace, Events, IT, Executive Assistants, People, and Legal without formal authority. - Security at Ramp enables the business. Events still happen, offices stay welcoming, and executives stay accessible. Your job is to make that safe. - Evenings, weekends, and travel come with the territory, especially around major events. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
