How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you'll own the consolidated view of Notion's financial performance — the corporate model, the monthly close-to-reporting cycle, and the numbers that reach our executive team, Board of Directors, and investors. You'll immediately take ownership of core corporate FP&A workstreams, which include the consolidated P&L forecast, the monthly budget-vs-actual and reforecast cycles, and the planning systems that produce them.
This role is based San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the consolidated corporate model and the monthly reporting cadence — close actuals, budget-vs-actual, and the rolling reforecast — and connect reported performance to the revenue, headcount, and spend drivers behind it
- Maintain and evolve Notion's planning system, primarily Pigment: maintain the corporate model structure, run the monthly data loads and scenario snapshots, reconcile the P&L, headcount, and departmental views, and build new models and views as the business changes
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate Notion's financial performance and outlook to Notion's executive team, Board of Directors, and investors
- Raise the quality and scalability of our reporting infrastructure, using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and surface insights faster — challenging existing processes and data inconsistencies that get in the way
- Work cross-functionally across Accounting, BizTech, People, and our Business Partnership (BP) Finance team to keep source data, mappings, and the chart of accounts aligned as operating complexity grows — tightening the handoffs between close and forecast along the way
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2-5 years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4, or corporate FP&A / Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS technology company
- Demonstrated ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally a three-statement or consolidated operating model for a recurring-revenue or SaaS business
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena) or a clear track record of becoming fluent in new systems quickly
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial audiences
- Ability to build finance processes from scratch and improve existing ones with a lens on long-term scalability and sustainability
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations.
You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for former P2P implementers, procurement architects, or senior-level SCs with technical depth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND SOLUTION DESIGN
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, sourcing, approvals, catalog strategy, and 3-way match requirements
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp’s capabilities, identifying gaps and designing scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures (Vendor Master, PO, Invoice, Receipt) to ensure compatibility with Ramp’s deployment patterns
DRIVE TECHNICAL VALIDATION AND PRE-SALE IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
- Build pre-sale implementation plans (phases, timelines, dependencies) to eliminate re-discovery during onboarding
- Conduct integration assessments, including API workflow validation, SFTP/data exchange requirements, and security/permissions modeling
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proof-of-concepts when needed to accelerate technical validation
PARTNER WITH SALES TO WIN COMPLEX ENTERPRISE DEALS
- Operate as the procurement technical lead in enterprise opportunities
- Join high-value and complex P2P evaluations as the primary procurement SME, either as an overlay or as the lead SC for procurement-first deals
- Quantify customer pain, run gap analyses, and translate procurement challenges into measurable ROI and value propositions
INFLUENCE PRODUCT AND GTM STRATEGY
- Provide structured feedback to Product on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Help shape Ramp’s procurement roadmap and competitive positioning
- Maintain a bird’s-eye view of the procurement technology landscape to inform strategic decisions
ENSURE SEAMLESS HANDOFF TO ONBOARDING
- Document all procurement requirements, decisions, and implementation guidance in a standardized format
- Partner closely with Implementation and Technical Consulting teams to ensure they begin activation without additional discovery
- Maintain consultative availability throughout onboarding when complex escalations arise
TRAVEL
- Travel up to 30%+ for onsite discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution validation sessions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects
- Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions
- Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans
NICE TO HAVE
- Certifications in Coupa, Ariba, Workday, or other ERP/P2P platforms
- SQL or scripting familiarity
- Experience working closely with Product teams to influence roadmap

- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Security is core to Phantom’s product and the trust millions of users place in us. We’re building an AI-native security team that aggressively uses AI to expand the speed, depth, and reach of our work—from code review and threat modeling to vulnerability discovery and security automation. We’re looking for strong security engineers with high agency who can identify the risks that matter, build practical solutions, and take ownership from initial discovery through verified remediation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning architecture, source code, testing, and production systems across Phantom’s mobile, web, and backend products. You’ll work directly with engineering and product teams, lead complex security initiatives, and build capabilities that scale across the company. At the Staff level, you’ll set technical direction and raise the bar for how Phantom designs, builds, and ships secure products.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the US, UK and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Security Ownership: Partner with engineering teams to identify and address security risks across Phantom’s mobile applications, web products, APIs, and backend services.
- Architecture and Threat Modeling: Lead security reviews for new products and major architectural changes, with particular attention to authorization boundaries, sensitive data, transaction integrity, key material, and third-party integrations.
- Secure Product Development: Embed practical security controls into the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, release, and production operation.
- Code Review and Security Testing: Perform AI assisted security code reviews and targeted testing of high-risk features. Build repeatable approaches that help find vulnerabilities before they reach production.
- Security Tooling: Develop and improve tooling that gives engineers fast, actionable security feedback without creating unnecessary friction. Use automation and AI-assisted workflows where they materially improve coverage or speed.
- Software Supply Chain Security: Harden CI/CD, build, and release systems against supply chain threats, including dependency risk, secrets exposure, build provenance, artifact integrity, and compromised developer or automation workflows.
- Vulnerability Management: Triage findings from internal testing, researchers, bug bounty submissions, and third-party assessments. Work with owners to determine real-world impact and drive issues through verified remediation.
- Incident Response: Support the investigation of product security incidents and suspicious activity. Turn lessons from incidents into durable improvements to product architecture, detection, and engineering standards.
- Technical Leadership: Establish product security patterns and expectations across engineering. At the Staff level, lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and influence architecture beyond any single product team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in product security, application security, security engineering, or software engineering, including experience operating at a senior or staff level.
- Strong understanding of web, mobile, API, and distributed-system security, including authentication, authorization, session management, cryptography, and common vulnerability classes.
- Hands-on experience building or applying AI-assisted security tooling to test applications and APIs, combining automated analysis with source-code review and manual validation.
- Demonstrated ability to review production code in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python and Go.
- Experience securing software supply chains and CI/CD systems, including dependencies, build infrastructure, secrets, artifacts, signing, and release integrity.
- Experience threat modeling complex products and translating security risks into concrete engineering requirements.
- Strong judgment when evaluating exploitability, business impact, and appropriate remediation.
- Track record of partnering effectively with engineering and product teams while maintaining a high security bar.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical risk to both engineers and non-security stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience securing consumer financial products, wallets, payments, or other systems where client integrity and transaction safety are critical.
- Familiarity with blockchain systems, smart-contract interactions, transaction simulation, signing workflows, or self-custodial wallet architecture.
- Experience securing browser extensions or native mobile applications.
- Experience building and integrating application-security tooling, static or dynamic analysis, security test infrastructure, or policy-as-code controls.
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and cloud-native service architectures.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.

(RICE / WSJF).

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.
