adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Investigating 770 Million User Interactions Across a 100TB Data Lake
When a platform serves 770 million users, every optimization from reward mechanics to SDK integrations needs to be grounded in data. The Rewarded Analytics team builds the internal dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines that monitor the user funnel, traffic engagement, and reward consistency.
SQL and Python power deep-dive investigations and automated 100 terabyte-sized data analyses queried through Trino. Using Tableau as the main visualization tool, stakeholders have access to real-time insights on the product performance. Airflow orchestrates the pipelines that keep everything up to date. This team provides the data that turns questions into answers: every A/B experiment the product team runs, every anomaly a publisher flags, and every new SDK integration. These answers guide all the business decisions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data analyst with a strong technical foundation. You have 5+ years as a Data Analyst and work fluently in both SQL and Python, writing complex queries, big data optimizations, and analysis pipelines to support product and growth initiatives.
- Master of experimentation and A/B testing. You have deep experience designing experiments, calculating sample sizes, managing variance reduction techniques, and analyzing A/B/n tests to ensure statistically sound business decisions.
- Statistically grounded. You can reason confidently about core statistical concepts—hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values, power analysis, and Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches—and apply them to real-world product decisions.
- Not a stranger to anomaly detection. You have experience working with anomaly detection algorithms and approaches like distribution analysis and cross-population comparison to monitor test guardrail metrics and identify unexpected shifts in experiment data.
- You own the systems, not just your slice. You understand the end-to-end telemetry and feature flagging systems that power experimentation. You can speak to data flows, event tracking pipelines, architecture tradeoffs, and why things were built the way they were.
- Automation-minded across the stack. You think beyond one-off test analyses and build automated experiment reporting dashboards, reusable analytical frameworks, and data visibility solutions. Experience with dbt, Airflow, or experiment platforms (e.g., Optimizely, GrowthBook) is a strong plus.
- Collaborative and business-aware. You work closely with product managers, engineers, and growth leads to translate complex statistical results into clear, actionable recommendations that drive executive decision-making.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions globally. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native to make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast, and trustworthy. Our product-minded engineers work closely with Product and Design to understand client problems, challenge assumptions, shape solutions, and measure whether what we ship improves the experience.
We are expanding into Asia and building a new app specifically for Asian users. This requires genuine experience with the region’s distinct user expectations, design language, and technical constraints compared with Western markets.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and own high-quality React Native features end to end, from ambiguous client problems and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape thoughtful, responsive, and trustworthy financial experiences, including product discovery, trading, and simplified client journeys
- Work with APIs and dynamic or real-time data, making strong decisions on state management, rendering, performance, architecture, and reliability
- Raise the product-engineering bar through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration, strong product ownership, and a willingness to move between product and technical challenges
- Help build Kraken’s new app for Asian markets. Act as the team’s subject-matter guide on regional UX and design expectations, practical approaches to firewall and connectivity restrictions, and appropriate vendors and tooling such as telemetry solutions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong React Native experience, including shipping meaningful production applications and making sound architectural and implementation decisions in a modern mobile codebase
- A product-building mindset and strong product judgment. You start with the client problem, challenge or simplify requirements when needed, and turn loosely defined problems into measurable product outcomes
- End-to-end feature ownership, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, client behavior, and feedback to assess and improve what you ship
- Experience building responsive, data-rich applications using APIs and dynamic or real-time data, alongside close collaboration with Product and Design in written and verbal English
- Versatility and thoughtful AI use. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and use tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to work faster while retaining responsibility for engineering judgment and quality
- Proven experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps for Asian markets. You understand the region’s UX and design conventions, its technical limitations, and how to navigate launch challenges including firewall and connectivity restrictions. You can clearly explain how you have solved these problems before
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, payments, or another financial technology environment, with an understanding of trading, investing, or financial products
- Experience with real-time or streaming data, and improving mobile application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across a range of devices
- Experience across both mobile and web, or in a startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company where engineers work closely with Product and Design
- Native mobile experience in Swift or Kotlin, including sound judgment about when to work below the React Native layer
- Chinese language proficiency, such as Mandarin, or another Asian language
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn't just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time.
Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren't just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange.
Engineered for performance, our stack leverages PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
What you will do:
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of our machine learning models using user-level and aggregated data, identify inefficiencies and failure patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations for our Data Science teams.
- Investigate how our ML models perform in the real world and compare model assumptions and predictions with actual user and business behavior. Identify gaps between offline model performance and online outcomes and help the team close them.
- Define and improve metrics for measuring ML model performance and business impact, working closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to ensure we optimize for the right outcomes.
- Design, prepare and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new models, features and algorithmic changes. Assess statistical significance, experiment quality and practical business impact.
- Build dashboards and automated reports that make ML model performance, experiments and key business metrics transparent and easy to understand for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between Data Science, Product and Business teams, translating business questions into analytical problems and turning complex ML insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Challenge product and technical decisions with data, bringing an independent analytical perspective to model development, experimentation and product strategy.
- Document your analyses, methodologies and findings and build reusable analytical approaches that can be applied across models and experiments.
Who you are:
- You have a degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, economics, analytics, or a similar quantitative field.
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Experimentation, Data Science or a similar role. Experience in AdTech, mobile apps or ML-driven products is a strong plus.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy digging into data to understand why something happens, not just what happened.
- You’re proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
- You have strong Python skills and are comfortable using them for data analysis and statistical modelling.
- You have a solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance and A/B test analysis.
- You have an understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation and are comfortable working with Data Scientists. You don't necessarily need to build ML models yourself, but you should understand how to assess their performance and limitations.
- You have experience working with model and business metrics, and can connect technical model performance to real-world business outcomes.
- You have excellent data visualization skills and experience building dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit or similar.
- You are comfortable communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions
- Invest in Your Future: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins’ in-house sales team.
The team is led by our Head of Sales, Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals.
It’s a small, fast-moving team with no corporate layers: you’ll work closely with several Sales Executives and see your direct impact on revenue. You will do for Belkins what our SDRs do for 1,000+ clients: start conversations with B2B decision-makers and turn the right ones into qualified meetings.
Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform (Belkins Home) runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer (Koncert) takes care of the dialing (around 100 dials a day), so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You’ll work industry-agnosticacross B2B, selling into the US market, and remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.
Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own new-business outbound into the US market
:
high-volume cold calling via a power dialer (around 100 dials a day)
, focused on new pipeline,

Personally manage and respond to every reply from our automated email and LinkedIn campaigns
Qualify B2B decision-makers and book meetings for mid-size
deals (around $50K ARR)
with several Sales Executives
Hand off every meeting with clear context: who, why now, and what was promised
Keep HubSpot accurate:
activities, notes and meeting outcomes
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling
at an agency or B2B service company
(SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
Experience selling into the US market
, booking meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR)
A
high-volume track record: 80–100+ dials a day
and meetings booked against a quota (be ready to share your numbers)
Confidence with senior decision-makers and handling objections live
Fluent, professional English (C1+) and hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Availability to work full US business hours
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with power dialers (Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, PhoneBurner or similar)
Experience running multichannel cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn
Experience supporting several AEs or Sales Executives in a small sales tea
At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
