ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Shape the engineering foundations of Mistral AI’s next generation of compute capacity while improving the resilience of the infrastructure already in service. This role combines technical design leadership with field reliability engineering: you will establish demanding, practical requirements for colocation power and cooling, scrutinize proposed solutions and turn operating experience into better designs, safer changes and more reliable AI capacity.
Operating context & accountability
Mistral deploys high-density AI infrastructure in colocation facilities, where partners operate the underlying critical plant. You will be Mistral’s technical counterpart to providers, designers, commissioning specialists and internal IT and capacity teams. The position combines forward-looking design authority with hands-on technical investigation and portfolio reliability improvement. It requires depth in one core engineering discipline and the judgment to lead multidisciplinary decisions with specialist support.
Key responsibilities — design and technical standards
- Own and continuously improve Mistral’s technical design criteria and colocation requirements for new facilities, expansions and retrofits, including availability objectives, failure domains, maintainability and operational flexibility.
- Translate GPU platform roadmaps into measurable facility envelopes: IT load and transients, rack density, electrical topology, redundancy, cooling capacity, supply/return temperatures, flow, pressure, water quality and monitoring.
- Review utility and MV/LV arrangements, transformers, generators, UPS, switchgear, busway, protection coordination, earthing, power quality and metering for suitability under demanding AI loads.
- Review mechanical and controls architecture, including chilled-water and heat-rejection systems, pumps, control sequences, CDU integration, leak detection, filtration, water treatment and cooling recovery scenarios.
- Lead multidisciplinary reviews of single-line diagrams, P&IDs, sequences of operation, design calculations, capacity models, failure-mode studies and proposed deviations; document risks and decisions.
- Participate in site selection, technical due diligence, provider RFPs, design milestones and commercial technical schedules, challenging assumptions before they become delivery constraints.
- Define design review and exception processes that balance performance, resilience, deployment speed, efficiency, capital cost and long-term operability.
Key responsibilities — commissioning and delivery assurance
- Partner with delivery and commissioning teams to define functional and integrated testing requirements, acceptance criteria, evidence packages and outstanding-defect management.
- Validate that electrical and cooling infrastructure can support the contracted AI load envelope under normal, maintenance and credible fault conditions.
- Review test scripts and results for loss of utility, UPS/generator transitions, cooling component failures, controls faults, CDU interface events and staged restoration where applicable.
- Ensure operational handover includes accurate drawings, asset and interface registers, monitoring points, setpoints, maintenance constraints, emergency procedures and unresolved risk ownership.
- Support live-site changes and capacity upgrades with a disciplined review of impact, sequencing, rollback plans and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities — field reliability and root-cause analysis
- Act as a technical escalation point for recurring or high-impact electrical, mechanical and controls incidents across operational colocation sites.
- Analyze alarms, BMS/EPMS trends, event sequences, power-quality records, cooling telemetry, commissioning findings and maintenance evidence to distinguish symptoms from systemic causes.
- Lead or challenge technical root-cause investigations with colocation partners, including common-mode failures, protection miscoordination, thermal instability, control logic, hydraulic performance and hidden capacity limitations.
- Develop risk-ranked corrective actions and reliability improvement programs; validate effectiveness through evidence and post-change monitoring.
- Identify fleet-wide patterns and feed lessons learned into reference designs, acceptance tests, technical specifications and provider governance.
- Review maintenance and change proposals that create material exposure to compute availability, providing clear technical recommendations and escalation where required.
Key responsibilities — collaboration and leadership
- Work with IT hardware, network and platform teams to understand the operational consequences of rack-level and cluster-level failure domains.
- Influence colocation providers, consultants and OEM partners through technically rigorous, fact-based reviews without relying on direct operational authority.
- Present design trade-offs, reliability risks and investment recommendations in language accessible to engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
- Develop reusable standards, technical playbooks and engineering knowledge sharing to support consistent decisions across a rapidly expanding portfolio.
What success looks like
- New capacity is accepted against well-defined electrical, thermal and resilience criteria with transparent technical exceptions.
- Design risks are identified early, reducing late changes, stranded capacity and avoidable operational constraints.
- Repeat incidents and unresolved critical engineering defects decrease as corrective actions are verified.
- Field experience produces measurable improvements to future designs and live-site operating resilience.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years in mission-critical data center design, engineering, commissioning or technical reliability, including responsibility for complex technical decisions.
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience, with deep knowledge in one discipline and strong working knowledge of the other.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical power and cooling architecture, redundancy, failure-mode analysis and operational risk management.
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, commissioning evidence and root-cause analyses, and coordinating technical specialists.
- Ability to influence colocation providers and cross-functional stakeholders; excellent English communication and willingness to travel.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure, high-density accelerator platforms and direct-to-chip liquid cooling.
- Knowledge of CDUs, facility-to-technology cooling interfaces, hydraulic performance, cooling-water quality and leak management.
- Experience with electrical protection/selectivity, power quality, controls sequences, integrated systems testing and BMS/EPMS analytics.
- Experience creating technical standards across multiple sites or providers, including design deviations and fleet-wide reliability improvements.
- Professional engineering registration or equivalent technical credentials.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's go-to-market organization is growing quickly, and our most important priorities for customers and for our field rarely sit within one team. Priorities cut across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, Partnerships and more. We're looking for a strategic program manager to own these initiatives end to end.
You'll start with an ambiguous ask, sometimes from a senior leader and sometimes from a signal in the data. You'll find the root cause of the problem and design a solution with subject-matter experts across the company, then drive it from strategy to planning to results to iteration. You’ll bring stakeholders along while still moving quickly to the right answer. The work ranges from large cross-functional programs to short, focused SWAT efforts on urgent questions. Success looks like making better decisions, faster, for our customers and our field.
This is a strategic, highly cross-functional individual contributor role for someone equally comfortable building a business case, running a forum with senior stakeholders, getting into the data, and working directly with the field. You'll operate with high autonomy on the most critical GTM questions we face.
Key responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs end to end, each starting from a business problem (e.g., customer activation, seller efficiency, model launches) and running from scoping through launch, operationalization, results, and iteration
Act as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders: identify, scope, and prioritize the programs most worth doing, and say no to the rest
Turn ambiguous, loosely scoped problems into structured analysis, a defensible model, and a clear plan with owners, milestones, and decision points
Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships without formal authority over any of them
Engage senior executives on the status and outcomes of the most critical programs
Manage change so new programs are adopted by the field, and define and report on success metrics such as adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact
Use AI tools every day to analyze, model, and build faster
Create the templates, cadence, and reporting that help every future program launch well
Minimum qualifications
Have led complex cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery, in strategy consulting, strategy and operations, GTM or sales programs, or program management
A track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations
Have driven initiatives to completion across teams you do not manage, including when senior stakeholders disagreed
Analytical skills: building a business case and quantitative model, defining targets, and pulling and analyzing your own data from CRM and BI tools
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior and executive audiences
A working understanding of how an enterprise sales organization operates
Have built programs or processes where none existed, and owned the outcome through to results
Are motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
A background in strategy consulting followed by an in-house role where you built and ran programs and strategic projects
Experience running sales or GTM programs with measured results, such as pipeline, activation, adoption, or launch programs
Experience working within a sales operating cadence, such as forecast calls and pipeline reviews, Sales planning, product launches
Hands-on experience using AI tools daily to work faster and more rigorously, including building workflows with Claude or similar tools
Experience at a company selling technical or AI products
Experience as an early hire in a new team or function

Spend data, market benchmarks, and vendor intelligence inform strategy and drive favorable pricing decisions across the portfolio. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in driving outstanding results and flawless management of all sourcing activities. You will bring a proven track record of success and the ability to compete in a dynamic environment. You will Build structured Supplier Relationship Management programs that drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement and champion sourcing processes and governance frameworks that scale across our enterprise.

We're remote-first, async-native, and we move fast.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're in the early days of building our partner marketplace program, and this role is foundational to it. You'll help lay the groundwork for what this program becomes — starting by owning two critical pieces: deep account management for our top marketplace and referral partners, and vetting the intake of new partnership requests. You'll take a focused set of high-priority partners and go deep — building the co-marketing and co-sell motion that drives real user growth — while also serving as the first filter for new partner opportunities coming into the pipeline.
What you'll do
Partner Account Management
- Develop and execute co-marketing and co-sell strategies with each partner to drive user growth
- Own day-to-day relationship management for a focused portfolio of top marketplace and referral partners
- Report on partner performance and progress — adoption, attribution, revenue impact — to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate integration support and ensure partners have what they need to succeed post-signature
Partner Intake & Routing
- Vet incoming partnership requests and evaluate fit against our partnership criteria
- Ensure new partners are routed and bucketed correctly across the right internal programs
- Own partner onboarding — getting new partners set up and moving smoothly from signed agreement to active partner
- Flag high-potential opportunities for further evaluation or escalation
Who you are
- 5-10 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
- Experience helping build a marketplace from 0 to 1
- Domain expertise spanning PLG motions, integrations, marketplace ecosystems, and devtools/database companies — you understand how developers evaluate and adopt infrastructure tooling, and you've seen how partner programs operate from the inside
- Track record of driving co-marketing and co-sell campaigns that delivered measurable results, with a solid grasp of attribution
- Fluent working across modern tool stacks — Notion, Linear, Slack, Claude, and similar systems — as part of your daily workflow
Nice to have
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup
- Hands-on experience building with Supabase or AI-powered tools (Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.)
We Offer
- 100% remote, no location-based salary adjustments
- Autonomous work environment
- Comprehensive health, vision, and dental — 100% for employees, 80% for dependents
- Tech Allowance + Annual Education Allowance

- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
About the Role
Billing is mission-critical to Render’s success. Every service, database, and workload that runs on Render ends up on an invoice, and customers trust us to get that invoice right. As Senior Engineering Manager for the Billing team, you’ll lead the organization that makes sure customers are billed accurately, reliably, and transparently as Render scales.
You’ll set the multi-quarter strategy and own the technical direction, people, and execution behind Render’s usage-based billing systems: how usage is captured, how it flows through our data pipelines and third-party billing platforms, and how it lands as a correct charge. You’ll be Engineering’s senior partner to Finance, Product, and Customer Experience leadership, turning pricing, reporting, and customer needs into a roadmap your team can ship.
This role is for a seasoned technical leader who wants to build the organization, the leaders, and the systems that keep billing right as usage, pricing, and our customer base keep growing.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow the Billing engineering team, which owns how Render turns platform usage into accurate charges: usage capture, data pipelines, third-party billing platforms (Orb, Metronome, Stripe, or similar), and invoicing
- Own the roadmap for Render’s billing systems, from usage metering through invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Drive billing correctness and reliability: build the monitoring, reconciliation, and testing that catch errors before customers do
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to align the roadmap with pricing, reporting, and customer needs
- Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping the team’s focus clear as billing scope expands
- Make key architectural decisions, balancing long-term billing platform investment against near-term pricing launches and fixes
- Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that includes senior ICs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people leadership — the top priority for this role
- Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling teams, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org
- Experience managing engineers; including senior and staff engineers; hiring, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with usage-based billing, payments, or other revenue-critical systems, including third-party platforms like Orb, Metronome, or Stripe
- Ability to partner closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience without needing to fill those functions yourself
- Strong business instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to billing accuracy, revenue, and customer trust
- Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading a billing platform migration or a pricing model change.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.
- Background in distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
- Experience building for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Professional Services Manager
(combining Online and Offline aspects) to deliver exceptional customer onboarding and configuration support.
You will meet clients on video calls to understand how their business operates and configure the system together with them in real time — acting as a trusted guide who keeps things clear, simple, and practical, even for non-technical users. At the same time, you will work behind the scenes on execution: receiving clear requirements and ensuring the system is configured accurately, completely, and ready to use before the customer logs in.
Your goal is straightforward: When the interaction ends (whether live call or backend task), the customer’s account is fully usable for daily operations — nothing half-done. Your work prevents rework, confusion, and customer frustration.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Lead live onboarding and training sessions with customers via video calls (Zoom / Google Meet), understand their business workflows, and configure the system in real time
Configure Connecteam based on provided requirements (both live and offline): time clocks & attendance rules, schedules & shifts, PTO & payroll policies, forms, checklists, permissions, groups & roles
Build and set up schedules, rules, forms, templates, and policies
Upload and manage employee data accurately (via Excel/CSV imports, data migrations from other systems)
Assist customers with data transitions (e.g., importing schedules from Excel)
Perform QA and thorough review of setups before go-live; identify blockers and missing inputs early
Advise customers on best practices to ensure successful adoption
Clearly document everything configured and any remaining action items
Coordinate closely with Customer Success, Online/Offline teams, and other departments for smooth handoffs and follow-ups
Ensure the customer’s account is fully ready for daily operations immediately after onboarding
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, technical support, or back-office configuration (required)
Strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
Native or near-native English level with excellent presentation and communication skills
Confidence working directly with customers (often non-technical frontline managers)
Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps
Highly organized, consistent, and reliable
Fast learner, very tech-savvy, quick to master new tools and systems
Comfortable working US hours (CST/EST time zone) – required for live calls
Previous experience with SaaS configuration, operations, or back-office support – big plus
Shared Tools & Stack:
Connecteam platform (web + mobile, online/offline capabilities)
Excel/CSV for data uploads
Task & project management: Monday.com, Trello, etc.
CRM: HubSpot (familiarity)
Video conferencing: Zoom / Google Meet
Documentation: Notion, Google Docs
AI tools are encouraged and welcomed to boost efficiency

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s mission is to ensure that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI. Security is one of the clearest places where that mission plays out: the same capabilities that help attackers move faster can help defenders move faster too, and helping them use those capabilities safely and well is what this team is for. Security teams are among the earliest and most demanding users of frontier AI. They use Claude to review code at scale, find vulnerabilities before attackers do, and work through alert queues their analysts can’t keep up with. Anthropic’s Applied AI organization is building a dedicated Security team to help them do this well, and we are looking for its first leader.
You will build this team from zero. You’ll decide which security customers the team serves first, who you hire and in what order, and how the team works with Sales, Applied AI Engineering, and our security, legal, and trust partners. You’ll also stay hands-on with a few of our most important security customers, because what you learn in those accounts becomes the playbook for everyone else. You’ll also set the standard for how security customers use Claude responsibly, including where a person has to review the output before anyone acts on it.
What you’ll do
Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team. Coach senior and early-career architects differently, and give each one clear goals.
Decide where the team spends its time: which segments and account types come first, which deals get architect coverage, and how to say no clearly when demand outruns headcount.
Partner with security account executives on joint account plans, regular pipeline and forecast reviews, and deals where the customer’s security review sets the close date.
Guide customers from discovery through evaluations and proofs of concept with written success criteria. Then take them from one-time code scans to sustained workloads: application security in the development lifecycle, continuous automated penetration testing, alert triage and investigation, and vulnerability and threat intelligence.
Work alongside the security ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers already in our customers’ accounts. Keep a clear line between what Anthropic delivers and what partners deliver.
Bring in Applied AI Engineers and our security, legal, and trust teams when a customer’s build or review needs them.
Write the first security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches. Bring what you learn back to Product, Engineering, and Research, so Claude becomes more useful and more trustworthy for defenders at the same time.
Carry a small number of strategic security accounts yourself, from executive briefings with CISOs to hands-on workshops with their engineers.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 12+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years managing a team of customer-facing technical people, such as solutions architects, sales engineers, or security consultants, and can show how the team grew and performed under you.
Have hands-on security depth in at least one area, such as application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management, deep enough that practitioners trust your judgment
. Application security experience highly preferred.
Have used LLMs for real security work, such as code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation, and can say where they helped and where they failed.
Have worked large enterprise security deals end to end, including customer security reviews, in close partnership with sales.
Care about making AI both safe and useful for defenders, and can explain security risk and value to a CISO and to the engineers who will run the work, in terms each one cares about.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$1
—
$2 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ClickHouse is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build our field presence across the UK and Ireland. This is our first dedicated marketing hire for the region, and a foundational role. You’ll report to the Head of Regional Marketing, EMEA, and work closely with sales, product marketing, developer advocacy, engineering and product. ClickHouse sits where open source meets enterprise, so your events need to earn the trust of technical users and also move enterprise accounts forward.
What you’ll do
- Build and run the UKI event strategy across hosted events, trade shows, conferences and webinars, from planning and contracts through on-site execution and follow-up.
- Turn demand generation plans into events that fill rooms with the right accounts and give sales something real to follow up on.
- Plan pre- and post-event plays with sales so every event connects to pipeline.
- Lead our Fulham FC sponsorship activity locally, including C-level experiences and occasional weekend coverage on home match days, and co-host events with partners.
- Run account-based, multi-channel campaigns aimed at key enterprise accounts in the region.
- Measure what works, report on pipeline and attendance, and change course when the data says so.
- Maintain the UKI event calendar and spot new opportunities.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role:
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalable. We are seeking a Technical Program Associate responsible for implementing and managing the technology used across our programs - including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring.
In this role, you will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. You are a systems thinker who is comfortable assessing tradeoffs and deriving and communicating data-driven insights. You enjoy learning about technology in a variety of business contexts. You naturally take ownership, can navigate unfamiliar settings, and enjoy both building and managing ops. You can excel at both 10,000 feet as well as in the weeds of complex problems.
Reports to:
Senior Technical Program Manager
Level
: Open to Associate or Manager, depending on the candidate. We would rather find the right person than fill a predetermined level. A candidate with deeper experience, stronger technical skills, and the judgment to run their own projects and think critically and propositionally on project designs will be brought in at the higher end, with correspondingly more independence.
Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back. Please also note that regardless of location, we expect 3 hours of daily overlap with the East Africa timezone.
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end technical delivery for program launches - leading scoping, requirements gathering, system configuration and implementation, QA and testing, troubleshooting, and closeout
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure systems are aligned with program objectives and work seamlessly in field conditions
Debug and resolve issues across multiple layers of our technology stack, including our recipient database and offline survey app
Scope and manage cross-cutting systems improvements to improve efficiency, scale, and/or recipient experience, with mentorship
Ensure all systems comply with GD’s standards for data protection, privacy, and financial controls
Manage technical training and onboarding for operations staff and collaborators
Lead retrospectives on program launches and technical incidents to contribute to continued system improvements
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Language Requirement: fluent in English.
3+ years of professional experience; we welcome a wide range of relevant backgrounds (e.g. project management, product management, data analytics, international development, management consulting)
Strong data skills: able to leverage tools to extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to make operational decisions.
Strong project management experience: experience in managing timelines, stakeholders, and complex deliverables.
Deep comfort with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Intermediate experience using a programming or scripting language (most commonly Python at GD) to automate workflows, validate data, or implement business logic. Note: This is not an engineering or data science job.
Significant interest in technology, systems design and building.
High attention to detail and strong instincts for analysis and validating data creatively and rigorously.
Structured approach to problem-solving and a drive to uncover and fix root causes rather than surface-level issues.
Ability to collaborate inclusively with stakeholders across varied social, national, and cultural backgrounds, including communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred, not required
: Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL).
Preferred, not required: Proficiency in one or more languages spoken in the countries where GiveDirectly operates (e.g Swahili, French, Portuguese). These skills are beneficial for working directly with field teams and understanding recipient experience.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker helps developers build, share, and run software with confidence. As AI agents take on more of the development workflow, we’re extending that mission: giving developers the freedom to work with powerful agents in sandboxed environments, with the isolation and controls organizations need to adopt them safely.
We’re looking for a Product Manager, AI Gateway to help make secure model access a seamless part of that experience. Sandboxes establish boundaries around where agents execute; the gateway addresses how those agents connect to AI models. You’ll shape experiences that make it easy to get started while giving organizations control over model access, credentials, sensitive data, and usage.
This role is about making safety and developer productivity reinforce each other. You’ll partner closely with the Sandboxes team, engineering, design, and customers to turn complex infrastructure and security requirements into intuitive workflows, from a developer’s first sandboxed agent session to organization-wide adoption. You’ll own the gateway’s product direction, balancing choice and interoperability with governance, reliability, and cost.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product strategy and prioritization. Define the vision, roadmap, and success measures for the gateway, balancing developer adoption with enterprise requirements.
- Understand developers and enterprise customers. Work directly with developers, AI teams, platform engineers, and security stakeholders to uncover needs, validate solutions, and guide investment.
- Make secure onboarding simple. Improve the journey from launching a sandbox and authenticating to connecting an agent, selecting a model, and completing the first useful task.
- Build a cohesive developer experience. Partner with engineering and design on APIs, CLI tools, administration experiences, documentation, and integrations with AI coding tools.
- Shape model access and interoperability. Work directly with inference providers to evaluate model capabilities, plan integrations, and align on capacity, reliability, and pricing. Prioritize model discovery and compatibility so customers can adopt new models without unnecessary integration work.
- Define enterprise safety and governance experiences. Translate requirements for identity, access management, credential protection, policy enforcement, and auditability into clear, usable capabilities.
- Guide reliability and cost-management decisions. Define traffic balancing, routing, and fallback strategies across multiple inference providers, balancing model quality, latency, availability, and cost. Own inference cost-management priorities, including usage visibility, budgets, and spend optimization.
- Drive execution and launches. Write focused product requirements, make explicit tradeoffs, and partner with customer-facing teams on positioning, onboarding, release readiness, and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product management experience, with experience building developer tools, infrastructure, security, or platform products.
- Demonstrated success taking a product from concept to launch, including validating customer demand, defining the initial scope, and driving adoption after release.
- Strong technical background, through software engineering experience or ownership of deeply technical products. You can evaluate API designs, understand system architecture, and make informed tradeoffs with engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agent workflows, and an informed perspective on the challenges of giving agents secure access to models, tools, and data.
- Strong product judgment and analytical skills, with examples of using customer research and product data to prioritize investments and measure results.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around a clear strategy and delivering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

United States: $280,000 – $300,000 + equity

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
The role
We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams.
A promising account signs up. Does the right person find out, with enough context to act? A customer becomes eligible for a new product. Do they receive useful guidance? A data sync fails overnight. Do we catch it before it affects a campaign, account handoff, or business decision?
You’ll help make those things work reliably.
You’ll join an existing GTM Operations team, working closely with @Nathan Bellehsen on Salesforce and Sales systems and @Masha Tsaryk on Marketing and customer-lifecycle systems. Your initial focus will be lead handoffs and lifecycle execution: the data, automation, quality checks, and reporting that turn customer signals into useful action.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll own agreed projects from understanding the problem through building, testing, rollout, and ongoing improvement. Experienced teammates will provide context, help set priorities, and partner with you on architectural decisions. Within that direction, we expect you to make progress independently and flag problems early.
Our stack includes Salesforce, Customer.io http://Customer.io, Clay, Looker, automation tools, and a growing set of AI workflows. You don’t need to know every tool. You do need to understand how systems connect and enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working.
Why we’re hiring for this role now
RevenueCat’s GTM organization is growing across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. We’re developing more deliberate ways to identify promising accounts, help customers adopt our products, and turn successful one-to-one work into programs that reach many more people.
Our operations team already supports the systems behind that work. We need more capacity to take important workflows from “this could work” to something dependable that people use every day.
You’ll help us ship those improvements while making the existing operation easier to run: fewer manual handoffs, clearer ownership, more trustworthy data, and less time spent solving the same problem twice.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end. Translate a business problem into a practical solution, agree how success will be measured, build and test it, and stay responsible after launch.
- Make lead and account handoffs dependable. Build and improve enrichment, qualification, routing, alerts, and follow-up visibility. Help ensure important signals reach a named owner, and make missed or failed handoffs visible.
- Put lifecycle programs into production. Partner with Marketing and Customer Growth on audience definitions, triggers, exclusions, data syncs, campaign QA, and measurement. Turn repeatable requests into workflows and templates teammates can use.
- Keep data connected and usable. Trace how account, contact, and product-usage data moves between systems. Investigate stale records, duplicates, mismatched relationships, and failed syncs; fix what you can and work with the relevant system or Data owner on deeper issues.
- Build automation that holds up in everyday use. Test realistic scenarios and edge cases, monitor failures, and make it clear how to recover when something breaks. Bring consequential changes to the relevant system owner before rollout.
- Use AI where it improves the work. Build or improve workflows for tasks such as enrichment, research, qualification, and quality checks. Evaluate the output, understand the failure modes, and measure whether the result saves time or improves quality.
- Make what you build understandable and useful. Document your workflows, enable the people using them, gather feedback, and improve adoption. Share knowledge so another teammate can operate and troubleshoot your work. Keep documentation current as workflows change, and fill gaps in the existing processes you take on.
- Make operational performance visible. Build and maintain reports that help teams understand workflow health, handoff gaps, campaign execution, and adoption. Work with senior Ops teammates and Data on consistent definitions.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
- Practical Salesforce experience. You understand objects, relationships, fields, flows, and how data moves through the system. You have built or changed things yourself.
- Experience building in a marketing automation platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable, including segmentation, triggers, and integrations.
- Experience building something useful with AI. You can explain the problem, your contribution, how you checked the result, what failed, and what you changed. A sanitized walkthrough is welcome; we don’t expect confidential work from a previous employer.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment. You can trace a problem across systems, check your assumptions against data, and distinguish a symptom from its cause.
- Ownership and follow-through. You can take an agreed problem, work through ambiguity, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver without needing every step assigned.
- Clear written communication. You keep stakeholders informed, document decisions, and explain technical problems in language others can act on.
- Care for the details. You think about the wrong audience, missing record, duplicate trigger, or failed handoff before it becomes someone else’s problem.
- Learning agility and adaptability. You can transfer what you know to unfamiliar tools and adjust your plan when priorities change, while keeping commitments and stakeholders informed.
Ideally, you
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business with both self-service and Sales-assisted customers.
- Have connected CRM, marketing automation, customer-success, or product-usage systems.
- Can use SQL, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight scripts to investigate data and connect tools.
- Have improved adoption of an internal tool or replaced repeated manual work with a maintained workflow.
- Have supported customer onboarding, product adoption, lifecycle education, or account-coverage programs.
What success looks like
Within the first month, you’ll:
- Learn how customers move through RevenueCat and how our GTM teams support them.
- Map an initial workflow with @Nathan Bellehsen and @Masha Tsaryk, including its data sources, owners, dependencies, and common failure points.
- Ship your first useful improvement as part of RevenueCat’s “first ship” tradition.
- Agree your initial ownership area and a prioritized set of problems to solve.
Within the first three months, you’ll:
- Own the day-to-day operation of an agreed set of lead and/or lifecycle workflows.
- Deliver an improvement from scoping through rollout, with clear documentation and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish baseline measures and monitoring for the workflows you own.
- Give another teammate enough context to support your work when you’re away.
Within the first six months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in a core workflow, such as fewer missed handoffs, faster campaign delivery, fresher data, or less manual effort.
- Turn recurring operational requests into reusable processes.
- Show that the people your workflows serve are using them successfully, and improve what isn’t working.
Within the first twelve months, you’ll:
- Independently deliver projects across systems within your areas of ownership.
- Have a track record of reliable workflows, useful automation, and improvements that make GTM teams more effective.
- Help shape the next priorities using evidence from users, operational performance, and customer needs.
- Be developing deeper expertise and taking on progressively more complex work.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
