Senior Field Marketing Manager, UK & Ireland (London)

Location: United Kingdom Workplace: Remote ClickHouse is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build our field presence across the UK and Ireland. This is our first dedicated marketing hire for the region, and a foundational role. You’ll own the regional strategy, choose the events worth investing in, and run them end to end, with a direct line from your work to pipeline and new signups. You’ll report to the Head of Regional Marketing, EMEA, and work closely with sales, product marketing, developer advocacy, engineering and product. ClickHouse sits where open source meets enterprise, so your events need to earn the trust of technical users and also move enterprise accounts forward. What you’ll do - Build and run the UKI event strategy across hosted events, trade shows, conferences and webinars, from planning and contracts through on-site execution and follow-up. - Turn demand generation plans into events that fill rooms with the right accounts and give sales something real to follow up on. - Plan pre- and post-event plays with sales so every event connects to pipeline. - Lead our Fulham FC sponsorship activity locally, including C-level experiences and occasional weekend coverage on home match days, and co-host events with partners. - Run account-based, multi-channel campaigns aimed at key enterprise accounts in the region. - Measure what works, report on pipeline and attendance, and change course when the data says so. - Maintain the UKI event calendar and spot new opportunities. - Work with an events agency on production so your time goes to strategy and the moments that matter. What you bring - 5+ years in field, event or regional marketing at a B2B SaaS company, running events end to end at small and large scale. - Field marketing experience in the UK and Ireland market. - Account-based marketing experience, including multi-channel regional campaigns and engaging C-level audiences. - A track record of driving pipeline and awareness, with measurable campaign reporting. - A close working relationship with sales teams on objectives, messaging and execution. - Comfort working independently in a remote-first, fast-moving environment. - Based in London, or within about an hour of it. - Willingness to travel across EMEA more than 15% of the time. Nice to have - Experience in databases, data analytics, data platforms or cybersecurity. If you’re a strong field marketer from another technical space, we’d still like to hear from you. - Experience with sponsorship or co-hosted partner events. - Experience marketing to developers or open source communities. PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
