We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Platform team owns the end-to-end data lifecycle at Perplexity, from ingestion through processing, storage, and serving, powering product features, analytics, experimentation, AI workloads, and the company’s data lake.
The team defines the architecture for batch and streaming systems, the orchestration and observability stack, and a self-serve data platform, while thoughtfully combining platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake with open-source technologies including Spark, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, Dagster, dbt, Iceberg, Delta Lake, and ClickHouse.
In this senior/staff role, you will shape architecture, set standards, and drive the long-term technical direction of Perplexity’s data ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and operate large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines that directly power Perplexity product features, AI training and evaluation workflows, analytics, and experimentation.
- Build event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time ingestion, transformation, and delivery, alongside batch frameworks for backfills, aggregations, and offline computation.
- Lead the architecture of data orchestration using tools like Airflow or Dagster, owning scheduling, dependency management, retries, SLAs, and end-to-end observability for critical data flows.
- Set and enforce guarantees for data correctness, freshness, lineage, and recoverability, designing systems that handle rapid scale growth, partial failures, and evolving schemas without disrupting AI workloads or product experiences.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate their own pipelines with minimal friction.
- Improve developer experience through better abstractions, opinionated paved paths, and standards for data modeling, testing, validation, and deployment, treating the data platform as a product used by many teams.
- Drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, orchestration, and data APIs, partnering closely with product engineering and data science to align the data ecosystem with Perplexity’s roadmap.
- Mentor engineers, review designs, and raise the technical bar for data infrastructure through thoughtful feedback, documentation, and hands-on collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building production data infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with batch and/or streaming data processing at scale.
- Deep familiarity with data orchestration systems (Airflow, Dagster, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional backend language (Go, TypeScript, etc.).
- Strong systems thinking around reliability, latency, cost, and complexity tradeoffs.
- Experience supporting ML/AI workflows, training pipelines, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with data quality, lineage, observability, and governance tooling.
- Prior ownership of internal platforms used by many teams.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.

WHO ARE WE?
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.
We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.
With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
The Product Engineer Mindset
We don’t hire people to implement specs. We hire people who can spot the right problem to solve, talk directly to product, design, data, and users to sharpen it, and ship the thinnest version that proves the bet, then iterate. If this is you, you probably:
- Measure your work in outcomes, not output. A feature isn’t done when it merges; it’s done when the metric moves, or you’ve learned it won’t, and killed it.
- Go to the source. You don’t wait for a perfect PRD. You sit with PMs, designers, marketers, and data, and sometimes users directly, to understand what’s actually being asked.
- Own things end-to-end. From the first conversation about a problem through architecture, code, rollout, monitoring, and the follow-up experiment. You don’t hand work off at a boundary.
- Have a strong bias to ship. Prototypes, A/B tests, feature flags, kill switches. You’d rather get something in front of users this week than a perfect plan in two months.
- Treat AI as leverage, not a novelty. You use agentic workflows to compress the loop between idea and learning, for yourself and the team.
What You’ll Own
This is an ownership role, not a feature factory seat. You’ll be on the hook for outcomes across the stack, not just the code in your area:
- A cross-platform foundation, end to end. Mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers, built and evolved with an AI-first, agentic development approach, and held to outcomes you helped define.
- Scalable foundations for health & fitness apps. React Native and modern web technologies, designed so product teams can ship and experiment faster without rederiving the basics each time.
- The discovery loop with stakeholders. Working directly with product, design, marketing, and data to translate business bets into running experiments, not just tickets in a backlog.
- AI-agentic workflows across the SDLC. You’ll continuously improve how the team uses AI to raise productivity, code quality, and delivery speed, and prove the impact.
- Shared platform capabilities. Internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that make every engineer at Welltech faster and the product better.
- Native mobile and media experiences. Video playback, streaming, and HLS, owned from native integration through user-perceived quality.
- Modular, reusable systems. Backend-driven UI, white-label capabilities, and the architectural choices that let one team’s work compound for the next.
- Reliable integrations. Between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure, with you on the hook for the health of the seams.
- The engineering culture. Architecture discussions, code reviews or pairing when working on trunk based development workflows, documentation, and continuous improvement, leading by what you ship and how you ship it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Key responsibilities:
- Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers using an AI-first, agentic development approach
- Design scalable foundations for health & fitness applications powered by React Native and modern web technologies

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.

What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer to own the design of Perplexity's marketing and landing pages. You'll be the person who makes sure every page we ship looks and feels like it belongs to one of the most exciting AI products in the world — clear, beautiful, and fast.
You're a great designer first and foremost, with the visual taste to set the bar for our web presence. But you also understand how modern web pages get built and maintained. As page volume grows across consumer and enterprise, a big part of this role is making our landing page system more self-serve internally: you'll create and own the design side of our CMS so the rest of the company can spin up on-brand pages without a designer in the loop every time.
You'll report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and our front-end engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end — you're the DRI for web craft
- Create and own the CMS design system: the templates, components, and patterns that let teams build on-brand pages themselves
- Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling, high-converting page designs
- Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint
- Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar, including the ongoing migration off Framer
- Bring a strong point of view on layout, typography, motion, and interaction design for the web
- Raise the floor on self-serve page creation so the design team can focus on the highest-craft work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio of web and marketing design work — landing pages, campaign pages, product marketing sites — that shows you're a designer first
- Excellent visual design skills with a clear sense of brand, typography, and composition
- Hands-on experience designing within and for CMS / templating systems, and an instinct for building scalable, self-serve page systems
- Experience at the intersection of brand and growth — you understand conversion without sacrificing craft
- Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers
- Fluency in Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
- A clear opinion on what makes a great web page, and the ability to articulate why
NICE TO HAVE
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and enough JS to prototype, tweak, and ship)
- Background in brand or marketing design at a consumer tech company
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how design decisions affect discoverability
- Motion design skills for web interactions and micro-animations

Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
What you will own:
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners
– Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients
– Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts
Market Coverage & Reporting
– Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends
– Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory
– Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads
Internal Collaboration
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade
Good to haves:
Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
Knowledge of German or Spanish
Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco
What Success Looks Like
A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Benefits
We offer:
International Exposure
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Direct Access to Leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
Compensation
Competitive package based on experience and performance based commission.
Environment
International business exposure across 10+ markets
Structured, performance-driven culture
Opportunity to shape your territory and grow with the role
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
