Location: San Francisco Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Are you the person your recruiting team goes to when something needs fixing, answering, or building? As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll keep the day-to-day requests from the recruiting team and our hiring partners moving quickly and accurately across our recruiting systems, reporting, and AI tools. Baseten is growing fast, and this role helps the recruiting team keep up. Much of your time goes to intake: sorting requests, resolving what you can, routing the rest, and closing the loop. As you learn our systems, you'll take on project work that makes those requests less frequent over time. You'll report to the Recruiting Operations Lead and work alongside another Specialist, plus a Recruiting Operations Program Manager and an Analyst, supporting both with data, setup, and rollout work. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Take a look at these recent posts to see the pace of growth our recruiting team supports: - Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/ - Blaxel is joining Baseten to build the future of agentic infrastructure https://www.baseten.co/blog/blaxel-is-joining-baseten-to-build-the-future-of-agentic-cloud/ - Sheila Vashee joins Baseten as CMO https://www.baseten.co/blog/sheila-vashee-joins-baseten-as-cmo/ RESPONSIBILITIES - Own intake for requests and questions from recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers: sort them, resolve what you can, route the rest, and close the loop with the requester. - Set up and update our ATS, including opening new jobs, building interview plans, and maintaining interviewer assignments and interviewer pools. - Manage system access, permissions, and tool licenses for recruiters, coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers. - Keep recruiting data clean and trustworthy by loading candidate information from spreadsheets, email, and sourcing exports, merging duplicates, fixing candidate sources, archiving stale records, and flagging suspicious applications. - Keep open roles in the ATS aligned with the company headcount plan, and flag mismatches. - Pull data for recruiters and leadership, such as pass-through rates, interviewer load, and time-to-hire, and keep recurring reports accurate. - Build and maintain workflows, automations, and AI-powered tools that cut manual work, and help the team get the most out of them. - Write and maintain how-to guides, short video walkthroughs, onboarding material, and announcements when recruiting processes or tools change. - Spot patterns in incoming requests and turn them into lasting fixes, such as a guide, template, or tool. - Support larger recruiting programs by preparing data, testing new tools, and handling rollout tasks, and own smaller recruiting operations projects end to end. REQUIREMENTS - 1+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company. - Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it (Ashby strongly preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday also relevant). - Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup (job, stages, interview plan, forms) with little direction. - Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data, such as building simple reports or keeping recurring ones up to date. - Experience building something with AI, like a prompt workflow, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a small automation. - Strong triage judgment: you can decide what's urgent, what can wait, and when to escalate. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable with a high volume of small requests without letting things drop. - Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work, such as filters, pivot tables, and spotting numbers that don't add up. - Clear, friendly written communication, especially in Slack and documentation. - Able to work from our San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday. NICE TO HAVE - Experience training others on tools or processes. - Experience in technical or AI/ML recruiting. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Location: Remote, Global Workplace: Remote About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager, Administration & Governance to join our Product Team and make Supabase the default starting point for software built inside a company. Supabase already spreads from the bottom up: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. Inside most companies, Supabase starts the same way: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. The next step is making that momentum company-wide: one platform where anyone can start building, and where IT can see what’s running, who owns it, and what it costs. You’ll own how companies run Supabase as their internal development platform: approved by IT and easy for anyone in the company to use. You’ll make it possible for people and the agents they work with to start building without waiting on infrastructure, while giving platform, IT, and security teams the controls they need to say yes. The goal is to make the approved path the easiest path, from an early experiment to a production application, with the controls companies need built in. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from a company’s first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units. - Make getting started self-service, whether someone creates a project in Supabase, through an internal developer portal, or with an agent. Give builders the access and infrastructure they need without a ticket for every project. - Steer scattered usage into a manageable company-wide platform. Give companies one view of everything they run on Supabase. Shape how ownership, delegated access, and boundaries work so teams can move independently as usage grows. - Partner closely with platform, IT, security, and finance teams to understand what it takes to approve Supabase and keep it approved. Translate their needs into practical identity, policy, audit, and spend controls that don’t slow builders down. - Define the path from experiment to production, including project ownership, access, and the guardrails that change as an application becomes important to the business. - Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to turn early customer rollouts into a repeatable experience, rather than a new custom integration for every company. - Define what success looks like, instrument it end to end, and let the data guide what gets built next—from time to first project and self-service adoption to production usage and expansion across the company. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms. - Have built self-service products that developers love and platform or IT teams trust. You understand both the person trying to ship an app and the team responsible for how it runs. - Can reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution, and turn those systems into workflows people can actually understand. - Have a strong point of view on how agents change who can build software inside a company and what an internal development platform needs to make that possible. - Know your way around controlled experimentation and data analysis, and can connect easier adoption to sustained product use. - Are biased toward speed and would rather ship, learn, and iterate than perfect a spec. - Build with what you own and form opinions through first-hand use, from creating a project to configuring the policies around it. - Use AI tools to compress research, drafting, and feedback synthesis so you can focus on judgment calls. - Work async by default, making decisions in writing in a fully remote team.
