The Role We're looking for a Product Manager to own core parts of the Duvo platform – the durable, repeatable primitives that let AI agents execute end-to-end work for enterprises.
Responsibilities:
— Own core areas of the Duvo platform end-to-end, from discovery through shipped product.
— Translate complex, customer-specific requests into abstract, durable base entities within the platform.
— Integrate AI and agent leverage as fundamental components of the product development process.
— Engage directly with customers in the field to gather first-hand insights.
— Lead both strategic planning and hands-on execution, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
— Contribute to shaping the product as Duvo expands across various industries and enterprise functions.
Requirements:
— Deep experience with enterprise customers, preferably at an early-stage startup selling to enterprises or within an enterprise driving innovation projects related to AI agents or automation.
— Understanding of enterprise-grade requirements including RBAC, security reviews, on-premises constraints, privacy, and procurement nuances.
— Practical hands-on experience with AI agents, automation, or agentic workflows.
— 3–5+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B product company or startup, valuing agency and AI-nativeness over mere tenure.
— Proven track record of shipped products with measurable outcomes.
— Ability to own both strategy and detailed execution.
— Experience with zero-to-one product development or building new products within existing organizations.
— Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with direct communication.
Nice to have:
— Engineering background or technical fluency.
— Experience building horizontal platform products such as automation, integration, or developer platforms.
— Experience in earlier-stage startups (seed to Series B).
