ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll own AI-assisted coding within Sentry’s Platform Engineering organization, building the systems and workflows AI coding agents need to contribute reliably to our codebase. Your work will span engineering teams, with Developer Infrastructure as your home base.
Your first focus will be making internal developer systems accessible to agents. Many workflows currently depend on human interaction through a UI. You’ll identify the most valuable gaps, expose those capabilities through APIs, and connect tools such as Claude Code to complete development workflows.
From there, you’ll improve the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring engineering work, including dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and maintenance. You’ll build the context and execution environment agents need: relevant repository information, tools and permissions, state management, tests, logs, recovery mechanisms, and evaluations.
You’ll partner with engineers across Sentry to understand where agents succeed, where they fail, and which changes improve the development process. This role combines technical direction with hands-on implementation, from choosing the problems to solve through building, measuring, and improving the solutions.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform teams and engineering leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set priorities for AI-assisted development at Sentry, using engineer feedback and workflow data to identify where agents would provide the most value.
- Make internal developer systems accessible through APIs and build integrations enabling agents to complete workflows across those systems.
- Build context systems and agent execution tooling, including tool access, permissions, checkpoints, retries, and logging.
- Develop automated checks, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve the correctness, maintainability, and review readiness of AI-generated pull requests.
- Automate recurring work such as security dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and routine maintenance.
- Improve supporting developer workflows, including issue triage and CI/CD, where they limit agent effectiveness or create repetitive work for engineers.
- Lead changes across engineering teams, build agreement on priorities, and measure whether the tools reduce manual work and improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You’ve used AI coding agents on real development work and have informed views on their strengths, limitations, and failure modes.
- You bring structure to ambiguous problems, choose a practical starting point, and follow through on delivery.
- You move comfortably between infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling.
- You know when to build, integrate an existing tool, involve another team, or stop work with limited value.
- You combine data with direct feedback from engineers to assess whether a solution improves their work.
- You explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across teams and senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or automation used by engineering teams, such as CI/CD systems, internal APIs, code review tooling, or agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents, with an understanding of how context, tool access, and validation affect their output. Prior machine learning experience is not required.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals, including experience building reliable integrations across systems.
- A track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical decisions and recommendations to senior engineering leaders.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building agent harnesses, context systems, evaluations, or automated pull request workflows.
- Experience with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated testing.
- Experience measuring and improving developer experience or engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition.
- Public contributions to developer tooling or AI-assisted development projects.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
As a Technical Product Operations Manager, you will own the work that moves our platform forward but does not fit inside any single team. Our engineering organisation is split across several tribes, each with its own services, roadmap and release cadence. Platform migrations, retiring shared dependencies, standardising how every squad works and rolling out new engineering practices all cut across those boundaries, and you will be the person who holds that work end to end.
You will run cross-team technical programs, help drive and improve the engineering processes everyone relies on, and make sure both are backed by real data rather than assumptions. This is not a people management role, and you will not write production code. You do need to be technical enough that engineers treat you as a peer. The role is broad and hands-on. In a typical week you might sequence a Kafka topic migration across four squads, fix a company-wide process that keeps stalling at the same step, pull numbers from a database to settle a question about impact, and ship a small automation that removes a recurring manual task for the whole department. Continuous improvement and AI are central to the role: you will constantly look for better ways for engineering to work and apply AI where it clearly improves throughput, quality or speed.
Responsibilities:
Run cross-team technical programs such as platform migrations, dependency removals, standardisation initiatives, decommissioning, and large infrastructure changes. For each one, break broad goals into sequenced plans with named owners.
Find the right decision-makers when ownership is unclear, facilitate technical discussions (including where squads disagree), and secure clear decisions with committed dates.
Maintain a single, accurate view of each programme's phase, blockers, owners, and delivery dates. Raise conflicts between sources rather than smoothing them over.
Produce concise, accurate status reporting that engineering leadership can act on.
Drive and improve company-wide engineering processes, such as tech design review. This means sharpening the processes already live, establishing new ones where needed, and running their cadence, templates, queues, and follow-through.
Gather feedback from engineers and separate friction worth removing from friction that serves a purpose, then turn the findings into concrete process changes.
Instrument processes so their health is measured rather than assumed, for example review turnaround time, rework rate, or how often work reaches build without a required decision.
Query data directly using SQL, dashboards, and APIs, and reconcile what Jira reports with what systems actually show.
Identify recurring manual work across engineering and automate it, using AI where it adds real value, then measure whether the automation delivered actual savings.
Build lasting assets such as playbooks, templates, runbooks, automated reporting, and agent workflows that keep working after each programme ends, and help colleagues adopt the AI practices that work.
Requirements:
Degree in STEM or other quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical programme management, engineering operations, or delivery management within a high-performance software engineering environment.
Proven track record of delivering cross-team technical programmes in a multi-team organisation.
Strong technical understanding of modern software systems, including services, deployments, queues, metrics, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, releases, and rollbacks.
Ability to read architecture diagrams, tech design documents, and ADRs, and judge whether they are ready for review.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with dashboards, APIs, and Jira.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to drive decisions where ownership is unclear.
Clear, concise written communication for senior audiences.
Strong ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would.
You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective.
This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here.
You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD
- Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals.
- Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard.
- AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance.
- Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope.
- Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome.
- Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next.
- Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance.
- Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out.
- Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft.
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership.
- Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact.
- You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back.
- Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning.
- You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy.
- You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly.
- You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive.
- You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent.
- You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment.
Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas.

YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Web Dependability Engineering team, you'll make sure websites just work in DuckDuckGo's browsers across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android, helping ensure our users have the best-possible experience browsing with DuckDuckGo. Recent projects include:
- Reverse-engineering how sites detect our privacy protections and building countermeasures that keep pages working
- Shimming browser APIs so sites work seamlessly across different browser engines and system webviews
- Building LLM agent pipelines that automatically reproduce and triage reported site breakage
As a Senior Web Compatibility Engineer, you'll be our resident expert on why websites break and how to fix them: owning the webcompat side of our triage process, debugging gnarly issues in code you don't control, distinguishing site bugs from browser bugs from privacy protection-induced breakage, leading the charge when a top site breaks and becomes an incident, shipping durable fixes across every platform, and work on related projects that prevent user churn and keep users coming back to DuckDuckGo.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience building and debugging complex web applications with vanilla JavaScript.
- Detailed knowledge of web standards, web components, and browser APIs. Any additional experience with our stack is a bonus: Swift/Kotlin/C#/C++/Python.
- Advanced ability to reverse-engineer obfuscated third-party code and reduce issues to minimal test cases.
- Passion for hunting elusive bugs and tracing them to their root cause.
- Interest in automating repetitive work and building agentic tooling that multiplies the team's impact.
- Experience triaging issues, leading incident response, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience shipping code beyond the web, like native or desktop clients.
- Ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with little to no oversight.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era.
As a Senior Accountant on Corporate Accounting, you’ll own key areas of general ledger accounting and the month-end close, helping ensure accurate, timely reporting. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to explain fluctuations, surface issues, and support accurate reporting at Notion’s scale.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own assigned areas across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: Prepare accurate journal entries and adjustments with clear supporting documentation, and complete close work on time.
- By your 90th day, independently manage your assigned close areas, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and resolve outstanding items with a clear rhythm for identifying and escalating issues.
- By your 90th day, analyze financial results and explain variance drivers in management reporting, partnering with FP&A and other stakeholders to make the numbers clear and actionable.
- By your 90th day, use AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline analysis, reconciliations, and recurring workflows—freeing time for higher-judgment accounting work.
- By the end of your first year, strengthen controls and accounting processes across your areas, supporting accurate financial statements.
- By the end of your first year, drive scalable improvements across Corporate Accounting, collaborating with FP&A, AP, Legal, and other teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting, applied to produce accurate and well-supported accounting outcomes.
- Progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years with hands-on ownership of month-end close processes.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and an active, practical approach to using AI and automation to streamline accounting workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers.
- Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on.
