How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Communications Lead to own external communications for the Claude Platform, our API. The Claude Platform is how many of our customers put Claude to work, and this role shapes how that work is understood beyond Anthropic: from flagship product launches to the steady cadence of capability releases and developer-facing news.
You'll sit on the Product Communications team and work day to day with the Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
You should understand how developers and enterprises actually build with APIs and be comfortable engaging with developer tools and hold a clear point of view on what makes a product land.
Key responsibilities
Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end: capability releases, product updates, and the steady cadence of developer-facing news
Build and maintain strong relationships with the journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms, enterprise software, and the API economy
Prepare Platform leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, panels, and the smaller moments in between
Partner with Product and Engineering to align external narratives with how these products are sold and supported, and surface customer feedback back to the teams who can act on it
Work across press, social, owned, and community channels, with the judgment to know which one carries a given moment and when to coordinate more than one at once
Minimum qualifications
Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including meaningful time on platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
An understanding of both developer culture and enterprise buying, and the judgment to read timing and tone when the conversation around AI gets noisy
Strong instincts for which product moments deserve the spotlight and which don't, and genuine curiosity about what makes a launch land
A demonstrated ability to operate with high agency and low ego, with a bias to action
Preferred qualifications
8-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
Communications experience at a developer platform, API-first, or enterprise software company
Existing relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms, enterprise tech, or the developer ecosystem
Experience managing communications for AI or ML products
Are very online: you follow the right channels, know what's moving through Hacker News and developer social chatter, and catch things early
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

About the Job:
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond.
You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful.
As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you.
Why This Role Matters:
High Impact:
You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate.
Strategic Influence:
Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership
Break New Ground:
Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region
Career Growth:
Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company
Regional Playbooks:
Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
: Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked.
First Line of Defense
: Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart.
Operating Cadence
: Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates.
Strategy -> Process:
Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented.
Actionable Insights
: Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through.
Planning Inputs
: Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations.
Adoption & Accountability
: Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps.
Voice of the Field
: Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements.
About You:
You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations.
You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar.
You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness.
You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change.
You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you.
You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone.
Qualifications:
Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role
Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity
Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders
Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs
Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism

About the team
The Control Plane Platform team is building the shared foundation that every product in ClickHouse Cloud is built and shipped on. We give ClickHouse engineering teams one place to own and deploy their product, remove the overhead of rebuilding common plumbing, and keep the customer experience consistent as the number of integrating teams grows. The team owns API gateways and API standards, shared platform services, deployment and infrastructure patterns, testing and CI, local developer experience and Control Plane observability.
About the role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform team. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of our Cloud product, combining people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and operational ownership while maintaining the reliability customers expect.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and engineering teams across ClickHouse.
This role goes beyond engineering leadership. Together with your team, you’ll help shape how new products and teams will integrate and deploy their applications in ClickHouse Cloud.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team - recruit to a high bar, set crisp expectations, give direct feedback and career development, and manage performance — while fostering a healthy, inclusive environment built on empathy, psychological safety, trust, and a high technical bar.
- Own outcomes across the platform surface: API gateways and API standards, shared platform services (event bus, notifications, feature flags, websockets, audit records), deployment and infrastructure patterns, CI and testing, local developer experience, disaster recovery, and Control Plane observability.
- Treat the integrating teams as your customers and measure success by their delivery velocity and adoption of the platform, not only by what your team ships.
- Guide architecture and help senior engineers make explicit, sound tradeoffs. land cross-cutting migrations, deprecations, and contract changes across teams without stalling product delivery.
- Jump into designs and code for complex areas - gateway routing and auth/RBAC enforcement, spec-driven code generation, event delivery semantics and idempotency, multi-region rollout safety.
- Build the culture of operational excellence: Own SLOs, reliability, on-call quality, and cost-efficiency for k8s-hosted, multi-tenant services across cloud regions.
- Systematize support, reduce toil, and build self-serve/auto-healing capabilities - golden-path templates and generators, auto-healing, and documentation that gets a new team integrated in days rather than weeks.
- Shape the platform vision, turn it into a roadmap, sequence bets for business impact, and ship fast with tight feedback loops — including writing the RFCs that build cross-org consensus before big changes land
What you bring
- 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years managing software engineers with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong talent.
- Experience leading a platform or infrastructure team whose customers are other engineering teams — you've driven adoption and cross-org migrations through influence and good tooling rather than mandate.
- Experience leading distributed global teams, fostering an inclusive and autonomous culture, and creating clarity across time zones.
- Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-based infrastructure in AWS (EKS, SQS, DocumentDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Lambdas) with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including patterns for hosting many independently deployed applications in a shared cluster.
- Familiarity with API platform work: OpenAPI-driven contracts, API gateways, and the shared concerns they centralize — authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, versioning, and deprecation.
- A track record of decomposing a monolith into independently deployable services without stalling product delivery.
- Technical credibility to engage deeply in architecture and incidents without owning daily implementation.
- Hands-on: you still enjoy diving into code/designs for complex or critical areas, reviewing code, and guiding via feedback.
- Strong execution judgment across ambiguity, parallel workstreams, risk, and long-term system health.
Nice to have
- Experience with large TypeScript/Node monorepos and the developer-experience problems that come with them: CI scale and flakiness, build and test times, local development environments, and code generation from specs.
- Designed and implemented strategies for load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and failover for cloud environments.
- Experience building CI/CD at scale
- Experience with internal developer platforms: service catalogs, golden-path templates, and self-service app scaffolding.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks (React).
- Experience making APIs consumable by AI agents — MCP servers, CLIs, or skills generated from API specs.
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Previous experience in developing analytics or data-intensive applications.
Why This Role
- Shape how all feature teams in ClickHouse Cloud develop and integrate with each other
- Operate with ownership, autonomy, and speed while keeping the company lean.
- Lead a technical team where correctness, performance, reliability, and developer experience all matter.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Compute is one of the most capital-intensive and strategically important functions at Baseten. Every inference request we serve runs on capacity we have sourced, contracted, and financed, and the deals behind that capacity are growing in size and complexity.
As a member of the Strategic Compute Investments team, you will work on some of the largest and most complex compute investments. Working directly with our Head of Supply, Finance, and company leadership, you will structure, model, diligence, and help negotiate the large compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions that determine how fast and how profitably Baseten can grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the analytical and structuring work behind major supply transactions, including multi-year capacity commitments, data center and powered land opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Build the financial models that underwrite each deal, from unit economics and TCO through return, risk, and scenario analysis, and turn them into clear recommendations for leadership
- Design deal structures that balance cost, flexibility, and risk, including commitment terms, payment timing, prepayments, and financing options
- Lead diligence on counterparties and opportunities, coordinating across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors
- Track market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends across the compute and infrastructure landscape to inform strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or a comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
- Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the judgment to turn analysis into a clear recommendation
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external counterparties
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: you want to build the process, not inherit one
- Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and the economics of compute
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience investing in or financing digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy
- Exposure to compute, cloud, or GPU markets, including capacity contracts or infrastructure financing
- Prior experience moving from a finance or investing seat into an operating role at a high-growth company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle.
We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish.
- Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world.
- Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about.
- Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea.
- Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional.
- Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last.
- Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients.
- A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it.
- Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design).
- Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing.
- A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others.
- A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use.
- The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research.
- You’ve already built something interesting on Runway.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Healthcare, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across providers, payers, and life sciences, helping health organizations put agents in front of patients, members, and clinicians that are safe, fast, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. You’ll have the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each segment
- Land and expand with large health systems, health plans, and life sciences companies
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Work through BAAs, security review, and AI governance boards (and MLR review for pharma), starting compliance conversations in week one
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run
- Help customers pick one high-volume starting point (scheduling, reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, HCP support) and prove it before scaling
- Build a reference network of healthcare peers that buyers can call
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy, platform bundlers, and vertical point solutions, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into health systems, payers, or life sciences, with deep fluency in HIPAA, BAAs, AI governance, and long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- An established network of senior decision-makers in one or more of health systems, payers, or life sciences, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE...
Synthesia's API and platform capabilities are quickly becoming the way developers embed AI video into their own products — automated training pipelines, localization workflows, customer-facing apps, and more. We're looking for our first Developer Advocate to make sure the developer world knows it, understands it, and gets building.
This is a builder-and-storyteller role. You'll be the face and voice of the Synthesia API to the outside world — writing, coding, speaking, and showing up wherever developers already are — while also being the internal champion who brings their feedback back into the product. You won't just talk about what's possible with Synthesia; you'll build the sample apps, tutorials, and demos that prove it, and you'll do it consistently enough that developers start to recognize your name before they recognize the logo.
You'll be part of the Developer Services team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Developer Support to turn technical capability into developer adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create technical content that developers actually use
- Write blog posts, tutorials, and how-to guides that show real, working integrations — not just feature announcements
- Build and maintain sample apps, starter kits, and code snippets across common languages and frameworks
- Produce video walkthroughs and livestreams using Synthesia's own product wherever it makes sense to "eat our own dog food"
- Keep a fast, honest cadence — regular, dependable output builds more trust than occasional big launches
Show up where developers are
- Represent Synthesia at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars — as a speaker, workshop host, and booth presence
- Run livestreams and community AMAs that go deep on real implementation questions, not marketing talking points
- Build relationships with individual developers, technical bloggers, and community leaders who influence adoption
- Travel as needed to be physically present in the communities that matter most to our growth
Be the credible technical voice
- Get hands-on with the Synthesia API well enough to build things yourself, debug alongside developers, and speak with authority — not from a script
- Earn trust the way any evangelist does: by being genuinely useful before asking for anything in return
- Play the long game — plant seeds in developer communities today that turn into adoption months or years down the line
Close the loop with product
- Channel developer feedback, friction points, and feature requests back to Product and Engineering in a structured way
- Partner with Developer Support and Documentation to identify where the API's rough edges are creating support burden or lost adoption
- Help prioritize the developer experience roadmap based on what you're hearing on the ground
Build the flywheel
- Grow and nurture channels — Discord/Slack community, developer newsletter, social — where developers can find each other and find help
- Identify and cultivate community advocates and early power users who can become case studies, co-speakers, or contributors
- Measure what's working (content engagement, API sign-ups, community growth, sentiment) and adjust the playbook accordingly
ABOUT YOU...
- Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or a similar hybrid technical/communication role — ideally at a platform, API-first, or infrastructure company
- Genuinely hands-on: comfortable writing code, working with APIs and SDKs, and building demo apps yourself, not just narrating what engineering built
- A strong, authentic communicator across formats — written, live, and on stage — who can make technical concepts land with a developer audience
- Comfortable with regular travel and public speaking; energized by meeting developers in person, not just online
- A track record of sustained output (blog, video, or community content) rather than one-off campaigns — evangelism is a long game, and consistency is what earns trust
- Skilled at listening as much as broadcasting: you can sit in a developer's frustration and turn it into a clear, actionable signal for the product team
- Comfortable operating with a lot of autonomy in a fast-moving, still-forming function
- Bonus: existing following or credibility within a developer community relevant to Synthesia's platform (video, AI/ML, automation, or enterprise software)
THE GOOD STUFF..
In addition to being a part of a great team, working in a fun and innovative environment, we offer:
- A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series E startup
- Hybrid working environment or remote friendly
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision
- 401k Plan
- Paid parental leave
- 25 days of annual leave + Public holidays + paid sick leave
- Fun culture with regular socials
- A generous referral scheme
- A brand new computer + monitor
- Budget and support for conference travel, community events, and content production

Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office approximately twice per week.
What you will be doing:
Deliver CRM messages and campaigns for the category served across email, push and in-product, working from the category's intake form, so that the category decides what is sent and the centre's standards decide how well it is built.
Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.
Propose proven motions for the reusable CRM library and shape the requirements for new CRM channels and capabilities with the MarTech team.
What we are looking for:
4 to 6 years in marketing, with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience in a digital platform or marketplace.
Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or other multi-sided marketplaces.
Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product, from segmentation to reporting.
Experience with Braze (or equivalent) and with working with technology and product teams on implementation projects.
Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.
Intrapreneurial: comfortable building completely new solutions, and working in a matrix with a good degree of ambiguity.
Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Poznań or Warsaw.
Our benefits:
Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
A benefits package with 330 points on the Mybenefit platform per month (private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services and much more)
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people

Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel analytics, experimentation and interpreting performance metrics to make product decisions.
Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of acquisition economics, revenue optimisation, customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities, make decisions under uncertainty and balance multiple competing initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions and move quickly.

About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO
to join our
Intelligence & Performance (IP) team
.
This role sits at the intersection of
finance, data, and technology
. You will drive Finance’s digital and AI transformation, connecting finance, business, product, data, and engineering teams, and turning operational and financial management needs into workable processes, data products, and system solutions. Your goal is to raise financial operating efficiency and data quality, give management reliable BI and actionable insight, and help build the financial systems and internal controls the company needs as it scales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation programs end to end.
Build the roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, and define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Run cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch, training, and continuous improvement.
Own financial BI and decision support.
Build a unified financial and operational metrics framework with consistent definitions and dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Turn data into action.
Explain business changes and anomalies to management, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and work with business teams to execute and track the results.
Design finance solutions and automate processes.
Map finance processes, business rules, and system requirements into clear process designs, data models, and functional specs. Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis, and coordinate integration across ERP, finance platforms, data platforms, and business systems.
Improve data quality and control.
Strengthen reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage so that definitions are consistent and key numbers are traceable.
Land AI and Agent applications in Finance.
Identify high-value AI use cases across finance, business analysis, internal control, and audit support. Take them from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval. Define success metrics, human review, permissions, and audit trails.
Build compliance and internal control foundations.
Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit on gap assessments and remediation plans. Drive SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC, and embed key controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows (access, segregation of duties, change management, data integrity, audit trail).
Keep leadership informed.
Give clear executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and act as a force multiplier by driving alignment and execution clarity across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted.
Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points.
Strong data analysis capability.
Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute.
Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering.
Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems.
Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out.
Independent thinking and high ownership.
You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems, and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses. Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate across global teams.
