Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded CRM Data Analyst to own customer data insights, data quality monitoring, and CRM performance analysis across EMEA.
This role serves as the bridge between business and technical teams — ensuring that customer data is accurate, actionable, and trusted. You'll identify data inconsistencies, diagnose root causes, propose solutions, and transform complex data into insights that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Salesforce Data Cloud (D360)
- Validate and monitor customer data quality, identity resolution, attributes, audiences, and profile unification.
- Investigate discrepancies in customer counts, audience composition, campaign targeting, and reporting outputs.
- Identify data flaws, system gaps, and process inefficiencies impacting business performance.
- Work with Global Engineering, Data, and Product teams to define and implement corrective actions.
- Provide recommendations for improving customer data accuracy, availability, and usability.
CRM & customer analytics
- Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle performance, engagement, retention, and purchase trends.
- Develop audience, segmentation, affinity, and customer value analyses to support CRM strategy.
- Support customer personalization initiatives through actionable insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
Adobe Analytics & digital insights
- Analyze website and digital customer behavior using Adobe Analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.
- Partner with E-commerce and Product teams to understand customer journey performance and friction points.
- Connect on-site behavior with CRM engagement and revenue outcomes.
Reporting & visualization
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards used by CRM, Marketing, Product, and E-commerce stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Ensure data consistency across reporting platforms.
- Present insights through clear and compelling visualizations tailored to different audiences.
Stakeholder management
- Partner closely with CRM, E-commerce, Product, Digital, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Translate complex technical findings into business-friendly recommendations.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and clear communication.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) — customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience creation.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and investigating data quality issues at scale.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau — dashboard creation and data visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale customer datasets.
- Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, raising data quality concerns, and influencing business decisions through data-backed recommendations.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to replace a manual, per-customer release process with real CI/CD, and to build the infrastructure and observability layer underneath a platform migration moving from a single-tenant-built, multi-tenant-operated model to a genuinely self-serve one.
This role is the reason the other roles on this engagement can move fast. Right now, standing up a new customer means someone manually editing a spreadsheet of build variables, committing, and running a pipeline by hand. You're the one who turns that into something that doesn't need a person in the loop.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Redesign the current manual, per-customer release pipeline into an automated, parameterized CI/CD pipeline that a provisioning event can trigger directly — no manual pipeline run or spreadsheet edit required.
- Build and operate secrets-management infrastructure — vaulting, per-tenant scoping, rotation schedules — that the backend credential-issuance service runs on top of.
- Own infrastructure-as-code for all services being built as part of this migration — provisioning APIs, configuration services, admin console — across dev, staging, and production environments, with consistent and reproducible builds.
- Build monitoring and alerting for a distributed, endpoint-heavy system with known failure modes — stale proxy detection, retry storms, unbounded local queue growth — turning silent failures into pages before customers report them.
- Maintain build and release tooling for multi-platform client software, making platform-specific configuration differences visible and manageable rather than a source of drift.
- Tighten access controls, logging, and distribution for production configuration tooling as part of the broader security posture of the release process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE role with real ownership of a CI/CD pipeline for a production system — not just consuming someone else's pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management — designing rotation schedules and per-tenant/per-environment scoping, not just storing static values.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or equivalent for standing up and managing multiple environments consistently.
- Experience building observability — metrics, logging, alerting — for distributed systems with many independent, loosely-connected clients.
- Comfortable working with multi-platform build pipelines across at least two operating systems, including packaging and signing requirements.
- Security-conscious by default — this role directly replaces a process that bakes shared secrets into distributed software; access control needs to be a standing question, not an afterthought.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience turning a manual, human-run release process into a fully automated one as a scoped project — not just incremental pipeline improvements.
- Experience operating infrastructure for a self-serve, marketplace-distributed SaaS product.
- Familiarity with cloud data platform deployment models — warehouse-adjacent compute or native application distribution.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Process and approve role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- SQL skills
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

You should be comfortable operating independently and using AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to achieve the output normally expected from a broader marketing team.

- Create thought-leadership content for executives.

- Grow a relevant audience of payments, fintech, product, and technology decision-makers.
PR & INDUSTRY PRESENCE
- Build the product’s visibility within the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, and industry publications.

- Optimize visibility across Google as well as AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar tools.

About the role You are an architect for quality with the vision to define and build QA processes for any sort of app. You can work at any company in the world, but you choose us because you want to use your versatility and "nose for bugs" to solve new and interesting challenges.
Responsibilities Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria before development starts, and raise the ambiguities and edge cases that are cheaper to find at that stage. Design, document, and maintain test cases and test plans, keeping them traceable from requirement to case to result to defect.
Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; Sofia City, Bulgaria; Limassol, Cyprus
Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
As a Technical Product Operations Manager, you will own the work that moves our platform forward but does not fit inside any single team. Our engineering organisation is split across several tribes, each with its own services, roadmap and release cadence. Platform migrations, retiring shared dependencies, standardising how every squad works and rolling out new engineering practices all cut across those boundaries, and you will be the person who holds that work end to end.
You will run cross-team technical programs, help drive and improve the engineering processes everyone relies on, and make sure both are backed by real data rather than assumptions. This is not a people management role, and you will not write production code. You do need to be technical enough that engineers treat you as a peer. The role is broad and hands-on. In a typical week you might sequence a Kafka topic migration across four squads, fix a company-wide process that keeps stalling at the same step, pull numbers from a database to settle a question about impact, and ship a small automation that removes a recurring manual task for the whole department. Continuous improvement and AI are central to the role: you will constantly look for better ways for engineering to work and apply AI where it clearly improves throughput, quality or speed.
Responsibilities:
Run cross-team technical programs such as platform migrations, dependency removals, standardisation initiatives, decommissioning, and large infrastructure changes. For each one, break broad goals into sequenced plans with named owners.
Find the right decision-makers when ownership is unclear, facilitate technical discussions (including where squads disagree), and secure clear decisions with committed dates.
Maintain a single, accurate view of each programme's phase, blockers, owners, and delivery dates. Raise conflicts between sources rather than smoothing them over.
Produce concise, accurate status reporting that engineering leadership can act on.
Drive and improve company-wide engineering processes, such as tech design review. This means sharpening the processes already live, establishing new ones where needed, and running their cadence, templates, queues, and follow-through.
Gather feedback from engineers and separate friction worth removing from friction that serves a purpose, then turn the findings into concrete process changes.
Instrument processes so their health is measured rather than assumed, for example review turnaround time, rework rate, or how often work reaches build without a required decision.
Query data directly using SQL, dashboards, and APIs, and reconcile what Jira reports with what systems actually show.
Identify recurring manual work across engineering and automate it, using AI where it adds real value, then measure whether the automation delivered actual savings.
Build lasting assets such as playbooks, templates, runbooks, automated reporting, and agent workflows that keep working after each programme ends, and help colleagues adopt the AI practices that work.
Requirements:
Degree in STEM or other quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical programme management, engineering operations, or delivery management within a high-performance software engineering environment.
Proven track record of delivering cross-team technical programmes in a multi-team organisation.
Strong technical understanding of modern software systems, including services, deployments, queues, metrics, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, releases, and rollbacks.
Ability to read architecture diagrams, tech design documents, and ADRs, and judge whether they are ready for review.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with dashboards, APIs, and Jira.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to drive decisions where ownership is unclear.
Clear, concise written communication for senior audiences.
Strong ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE?
As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team!
At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead.
As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. No day will be the same as the one before, and the dynamic high growth environment will be absolutely perfect for anyone excited about solving novel problems, bringing structure to oftentimes chaotic and fast-paced environments, and ambitious about scaling their own impact and growth alongside the company!
Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST).
AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably
- Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact
- Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models
- Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance
- Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership
- Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management
- Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs
- Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI.
- Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed
- Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management
- Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better!
- (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems
If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you.
We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process.
