HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ CTO FOUNDER ASSOCIATE INTERNSHIP ⭐
The position is open for an immediate starting date, for a six-month internship.
CTO Founder Associates support the CTO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy and building new processes/standards internally and externally. It is a unique chance to work on many tasks in a different and non traditional environment.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a CTO FA, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.
Possible projects include:
- Tech: Exploring new technologies and their applications for Alan
- Artificial Intelligence: Implementing internal solutions that leverage AI to optimize processes
- Strategy: Contributing to company vision, market analysis, and growth modelling
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic opportunities
- Corporate & Governance: Supporting board packs, legal research, and public affairs
- Brand & Communication: Developing corporate presence at events and on social media
- Growth: Coordinating RFPs, supporting marketing and partnerships
- Recurring tasks: Coordinating the weekly internal communication, supporting the CTO with his weekly social posts, organizing the monthly event gathering all the Alaners, recruiting the next batch of FAs.
- And many more...
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of the internship period, the intern will have:
- Created new processes and resources, and contributed innovative ideas to improve Founders Associates team efficiency and autonomy
- Gained skills to start your own company as a CTO
- Met incredibly talented and smart people
- Collaborated with the CTO and other Senior Alaners
- Interacted with most of Alan’s communities (Engineers, Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Talent)
- Gained a 360 view of Alan
- Contributed to at least one strategic company project (new product launch, AI model implementation, etc.).
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- Analytical sense and critical thinking: FAs possess strong abilities to frame the right questions, objectively analyze problems, and simulate possible outcomes.
- Business and product sense: FAs need excellent understanding to think at the company level, assess cross-cutting impacts, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Execution and collaboration: The ability to orchestrate and direct people towards objectives is key, given the scope and timeline of work.
- Versatility and education: given the scope of work, FAs should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact.
- Organization, time management and autonomy: FAs must excel in managing projects precisely and reliably with minimal external assistance.
- Effective communication: FAs interact with numerous Alaners daily, and therefore need to clearly express their needs, and inspire action in others.
- Always looking for the extra mile: FAs are expected to deliver tasks quickly and well while proactively proposing new initiatives and anticipating future needs.
- Growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow as an FA in your early professional life.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. All our communications are written and in English.
- High agency: FAs seek problems in their environment to solve and are committed to making things happen, whether by building projects, organizing events, mobilizing people towards an idea, etc. When faced with an unfamiliar problem, FAs' first instinct is to find a solution, not to wait for someone else to show them how.
- AI fluency: FAs are comfortable building with AI tools and have artifacts to show -- a tool, a prototype, a workflow, etc
- Technical conceptual understanding: FAs are not necessarily software engineers, but they do have a strong grasp on how technical systems work at a conceptual level. FAs are oftentimes the connection between technical and non-technical teams, so they need to be able to brainstorm with engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, and own technical projects end to end

Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.
Benefits
💰 Competitive salary
🌎 Fully remote work environment
🚀 Career growth into a Head of Paid Acquisition role as the agency scales
📈 Long-term stability in a highly profitable, specialized niche
🤝 High level of autonomy and a seat at the core of the business delivery team

Commercial & Pricing Analyst.
In this role, you will work daily with sales dynamics and margin performance across markets, suppliers, and partners. It is not just about reviewing numbers — it is about understanding what stands behind them: which processes, decisions, and business factors drive the trends. You will identify the root causes of performance changes, develop well-reasoned recommendations within existing pricing models, and support their implementation together with the commercial team. This position requires a data-driven mindset, confidence in working with large data sets, and the ability to structure information and make balanced decisions. This is a remote position.
Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments: brand, country, supplier, key company partners, suppliers, and business lines.
Analyze multiple core metrics in combination to get a comprehensive picture.
Work confidently with large datasets; identify key events and business changes behind the numbers and graphs.
Deeply immerse yourself in business processes and identify root causes for metric changes.
Develop solutions that drive positive trend-level changes.
Collaborate with other teams to implement agreed-upon decisions, provide well-reasoned justification for proposed measures, build action plans, and monitor results.
Present results clearly using charts and numbers.
Defend the company’s interests and provide well-reasoned refusals under pressure, when required.
Communicate daily with the commercial team, dive into the specifics of each market, collect feedback, structure and aggregate received information, and present it in summary form.
Ensure the quality of collected data, clarify and verify suspicious or potentially inaccurate information with related teams.
Process internal requests regarding price discrepancies with competitors, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related functions.
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (both spoken and written).
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with multiple metrics and analytical tools simultaneously, understand business processes behind the numbers, pay close attention to details and identify root causes of changes.
Advanced Excel skills (cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
Basic SQL skills: ability to read and modify existing queries, write simple queries to extract data from multiple tables.
Experience working with large data sets, high attention to detail, and structured/systematic thinking.
Experience with BI tools is a plus.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and the opportunity to work remotely.
An ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
Internal programs for onboarding and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities.
Partial compensation for participation in external training and conferences.
Corporate English school: group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
Corporate rates on hotels and travel services.
MyTime Day Off – an extra non-working day with full compensation.
