✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -5 / +3 UTC.
As Senior Director of Product for our Employer of Record offering, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution across the full EOR employment lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through time off, benefits, pay and offboarding. That spans the workflows our customers use, the internal tooling our operations teams rely on, and the experience of the employees we employ on our customers' behalf.
This is the core of Oyster's business and it is operationally and legally complex. A payroll delay, a contract issue or a compliance gap becomes a customer escalation, a legal question and an operations fire on the same day. We want someone who treats the whole journey as one experience, for our customers and for the people who have to run it.
As a part of the senior leadership team at Oyster, you will be shaping strategy well beyond your own teams, setting direction across multiple product development teams and trusted to make the calls that define where this part of the business goes. You will be leading through real change: we are raising the bar on performance, moving toward direct feedback and radical candour, and reshaping how we build with AI.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EOR, and connect team-level work to company outcomes.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the platform, including the downstream operational reality, not only what ships.
- Turn highly localised, complex regulation into scalable, automated workflows rather than manual workarounds held together by our operations teams.
- Prioritise across new capability, regulatory requirements, technical debt and operational improvement, across several teams at once.
- Coach and grow a team of product managers and group product managers, moving them from delivering features to owning problems and outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership as a real counterpart, holding proper tension on trade-offs without dominating or giving in too easily.
- Partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to shape where this business goes, including the margin and risk picture.
- Build an AI-first way of working in the product organisation: how we discover, prototype and learn, not just what we ship.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years in product management, including 5 to 7 years leading other product managers, with measurable business and customer outcomes behind you.
- Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or Fintech. HR tech, EOR, payroll or compliance is ideal, though the complexity matters more to us than the sector.
- A systems thinker who starts from first principles and diagnoses before proposing.
- Hands-on experience using AI to change how your team works, not only what it ships. We will ask what decision changed because of something you learned.
- Able to set product vision at business-unit level and generate real buy-in when priorities shift.
- Proven people leadership: coaching product managers into leaders, holding a clear bar, having the difficult conversation early.
- Experience leading through structural change, and comfort with ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a risk.
- Communication strong enough to influence senior stakeholders, backed by a mechanism that turns agreement into delivery.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection, or be able to get one.
- Fluent English language skills.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
2-5 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Location:
This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 3 hours.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
About this role
Individual Giving has set an objective to double new donor acquisition in 2027 and expand our awareness through brand ads for key segments. Paid media is the biggest lever we have to get there, and as Growth Manager, Paid Media, you'll own delivery of this important priority. To help get us there, GiveDirectly is planning to expand its spend on paid media.
We are looking for someone who will be a strong cultural fit—curious, keen not to follow industry standards but to look for disproportionately high-leverage opportunities, keen to constantly learn and adjust, and comfortable launching a paid program without agency support. This role would suit someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to pivot and change tactics based on data and changing circumstances.
Reporting to our Director of Individual Giving, you’ll manage all paid acquisition for Individual Giving across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, and also work closely with the VP of Marketing to manage all upper-funnel media buys (e.g., newsletters, podcasts, etc.) for both the Individual Giving and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for executing our paid media program end to end, including negotiating and managing contracts, creating ads, capturing screenshots for documentation, publishing campaigns, and monitoring performance. You will also build our tracking and attribution systems and use that data to grow both one-time and monthly giving. To do so, we are looking for a strong individual contributor who is comfortable executing within the platforms without a big team or agency.
The Individual Giving team is responsible for generating revenue across donors with an annual gift below $50k. To do so, the Individual Giving team executes compelling public fundraising campaigns, drives creative donor-facing content, and tests new marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our donor base and raising awareness of direct cash transfers. You’ll join a small but high-performing team that runs several campaigns at once and works with a lot of independence. You’ll partner with Brand and Marketing colleagues each campaign cycle to ensure integrated marketing across all public-facing materials.
Level:
Manager (we are willing to hire at Senior Manager for more experienced candidates)
Reports To:
Director of Individual Giving
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1–2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits
What you’ll bring:
3–5+ years in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record running paid media to a conversion or revenue target, in-house or agency, across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Non-profit experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a paid media budget of at least US$5M a year with a track record of strong performance measurement, with the discipline to trust your own data over platform recommendations and the judgment to know when to scale a channel, cut it, or admit it isn't working—pause and reset.
A genuine test-and-learn habit: you design multivariable testing across creative, audience, messaging, and landing pages, using these insights to scale the program.
Strong written communication, the ability to own creative direction of ads (from conception and drafting through launch), and experience with or a strong eye for graphic design (Figma, Canva). You’ll work with content creation teams for bigger projects, but initial ideation and direction should come from you.
Strong, succinct communication, and the ability to work productively with a Brand and Marketing team focused on brand awareness.
Alignment with
GiveDirectly’s values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity.
Experience with tracking and attribution to ensure detailed reports are shared with senior management.
Bonus skills:
Experience with our tech stack (WordPress, Salesforce, PostHog, Google Analytics, Tableau, Zendesk, Ahrefs) or similar tools.
Experience with paid ads with a non-profit of a similar size or an agency supporting non-profits.
What you’ll do
Own paid media strategy and performance to execute growth and brand goals
Develop and execute the paid digital fundraising strategy that acquires new donors, grows revenue, and strengthens long-term supporter value across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging platforms (approx. 50% of time).
Run top-of-funnel brand ads, from placement and contracting to creative direction and development, including podcasts, OOH, and connected TV (approx. 30% of time).
Manage and optimize paid investment daily, monitoring spend, pacing, cost per acquisition, and conversion, and reallocating budget as performance dictates.
Run a continuous test-and-learn program across audiences, creative messaging, channels, landing pages, and donation experiences, and turn results into decisions rather than reports.
Make key and strategic recommendations to the Director of Individual Giving and VP of Marketing on where budget spend should be allocated based on performance data.
Grow one-time and monthly giving through paid
Run acquisition and conversion campaigns for both one-time and monthly giving, testing paid tactics to grow the recurring program—the fastest-growing part of our portfolio.
Optimize the digital supporter journey so paid campaigns connect cleanly to landing pages, donation forms, email, and CRM, maximizing conversion and retention.
Analyze acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention trends by segment to inform where the next dollar goes.
Measurement & Reporting
Stand up standardized paid-channel attribution and UTM tracking so acquisition spend is evaluable outside the ad platforms.
Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect campaign, website, and CRM data into a single view of what each channel returns.
Develop a forecasting model that projects cost per acquisition and revenue by channel, so budget increases are decisions rather than bets.
Report to senior management on budget and paid campaign performance on a bi-weekly basis.
This role might not be for you if
You are used to relying on an agency for recommendations or ad builds in the platforms themselves.
You do not have experience/familiarity with both upper-funnel and direct conversion paid advertising.
You are not comfortable managing projects from A–Z, including ideation, planning, launching, testing, iterating, and evaluating.
What success looks like in 12–18 months
A clear, measurable contribution to the 2027 goal of doubling new donor acquisition, with a 50–70% share of new monthly donors acquired through paid.
The Google Ad Grant is fully deployed against upper-funnel objectives, in compliance, and contributing measurable qualified traffic.
A documented acquisition model forecasts cost per acquisition and revenue by channel accurately enough to justify a materially larger paid budget.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third-party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no-negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)

In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
Must be located in Japan and have full working rights in Japan

The Role
The Director of Sales, Asia will drive Intellect’s enterprise sales growth across our core Asian markets through direct sales and strategic alliances.
This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for regional sales performance and an individual new business revenue target. You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs while personally originating, owning and closing a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise opportunities.
We are looking for a strong enterprise seller and people leader who understands how to win complex deals, lead competitive RFPs and build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers. You should be equally comfortable setting market priorities, coaching a salesperson, leading an executive presentation and negotiating a contract.
You will work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Partnerships to shape our sales go-to-market strategy, strengthen commercial discipline and build repeatable routes to growth. You will also partner with Clinical, Operations, Product and Finance to ensure our proposals deliver value for customers and are commercially sustainable.
Your Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Selling
Own regional new business sales performance, translating revenue targets into clear market priorities, account plans and execution.
Carry an individual new business revenue target and personally own a focused portfolio of strategic deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, contracting and close.
Build qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, executive networks, referrals and partner channels, alongside Marketing and SDR-led activity.
Navigate complex buying groups, uncover customer priorities, develop compelling business cases and secure access to economic buyers and executive sponsors.
Build and deepen relationships with CHROs, Chief People Officers, Total Rewards and Benefits leaders, and other senior stakeholders involved in enterprise buying decisions.
2. Sales Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach and develop Account Executives and SDRs, setting clear expectations for pipeline creation, opportunity progression and revenue delivery.
Run effective pipeline reviews, deal reviews and individual coaching, identifying performance gaps early and taking action to address them.
Develop the team’s capabilities in discovery, stakeholder mapping, multithreading, value articulation, executive engagement and negotiation.
Establish clear account and territory ownership; help shape hiring, team structure and incentives as the business scales.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance through direct feedback, recognition and timely performance management.
3. RFP Leadership & Complex Deal Strategy
Lead priority enterprise RFPs and tenders end to end, including bid qualification, go/no-go decisions, win strategy, proposal development, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Build each bid strategy around the customer’s priorities, evaluation criteria, competitive landscape and Intellect’s differentiated value.
Coordinate solution specialists and cross-functional contributors to deliver accurate, compelling proposals on time, with clear ownership of deliverables.
Lead customer engagement throughout the process, navigating procurement requirements and aligning stakeholders around the proposed solution.
Use win/loss reviews to improve bid selection, sales execution, proposals and competitive positioning.
4. Go-to-Market Strategy & Marketing Collaboration
Shape and execute the sales go-to-market strategy across Asia, prioritising markets, industries, customer segments and direct versus partner-led routes.
Partner with Marketing on target account selection, account-based campaigns, events and demand generation, with shared focus on qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Establish clear lead handovers and follow-up standards, using conversion data and sales feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Work with Marketing and Product to sharpen enterprise positioning, value propositions and sales narratives based on customer insights and competitive intelligence.
Translate market feedback into practical recommendations on offerings, packaging and growth opportunities.
5. Alliances & Ecosystem-Led Growth
Work with the Partnerships team to turn broker, insurer and other strategic relationships into qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Develop joint account plans and sales initiatives that improve access to priority customers and markets.
Lead sales execution for agreed alliance-led opportunities, coordinating partner introductions, joint pitches and negotiations.
Establish clear opportunity ownership and handovers with Partnerships, aligning direct and partner-led activity to avoid channel conflict.
Evaluate alliance-led sales activity through pipeline quality, conversion and revenue contribution.
6. Revenue Operations & Commercial Discipline
Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen the foundations for scale: CRM standards, pipeline stages, qualification criteria, forecasting, account planning and performance reporting.
Own adoption of these standards within Sales, maintaining accurate opportunity data, realistic forecasts and clear next steps.
Use pipeline coverage, conversion, sales cycle and productivity data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance; build repeatable playbooks across priority segments.
Help shape pricing, packaging and deal structures with Finance and relevant teams, balancing customer value, competitiveness, delivery requirements and sustainable margins.
Lead deal negotiations within agreed approval frameworks and ensure effective handovers to Client Success and Operations, with clear customer commitments and ownership of follow-on opportunities.
Requirements
Proven Enterprise Sales Leader
You have a track record of delivering B2B new business growth and leading sales teams against clear revenue targets. You have personally originated and closed complex enterprise deals and can explain your contribution to those wins.
Hands-On Player-Coach
You enjoy leading a team while continuing to own and close your own opportunities. You can balance personal selling with coaching, delegate effectively and step into team deals without creating confusion over ownership.
Experienced RFP Leader
You have led and won competitive enterprise RFPs or tenders. You bring sound judgment on which bids to pursue, how to differentiate a proposal and how to coordinate teams through demanding timelines and commercial negotiations.
Strong Enterprise Seller & Executive Relationship Builder
You understand long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, from discovery and business case development through procurement, legal review and contracting. You can engage credibly with C-suite leaders, develop executive sponsors and build new relationships through outreach, networks and partner introductions.
Disciplined Sales Operator
You understand pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, territory planning, sales methodologies and performance management. You use data to improve decisions and execution, supported by sound judgment and a close understanding of your customers.
Commercially Strategic & Collaborative
You bring strong judgment on market priorities, pricing, positioning and deal economics. You work effectively with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and delivery teams, aligning different perspectives around clear commercial outcomes.

Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, professional services or another complex B2B category is advantageous. Direct mental healthcare experience is not required.
Builder Mindset & Mission Alignment
You are comfortable in a growing business where processes continue to evolve. You bring structure, take ownership and adapt as you learn. You are motivated by expanding access to quality mental healthcare while building a commercially sustainable business.
