What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Role Type: Full-time
About the company
Our client is an FDA-registered and ISO-accredited independent contract microbiology laboratory providing critical analytical services to the pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic industries. As a recognized authority in microbial testing, the team specializes in assessing product safety and efficacy through rigorous standards like ASTM, USP, and ISO. They serve a diverse global market—ranging from healthcare and food production to industrial materials—ensuring that essential consumer and medical products meet strict regulatory requirements for safety and performance.
Job Summary
We are seeking a consultative, technically-minded Account Executive to drive growth within the highly regulated life sciences sector. This is a vital position responsible for navigating the full sales cycle—from initial scoping and technical consultation to final closing—ensuring that clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic industries receive the precise testing services they require to bring safe products to market.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and initial discovery to proposal generation and closing.
Act as a consultative partner to technical decision-makers, including QA/QC Managers, Regulatory Affairs professionals, and R&D teams.
Translate complex client technical or regulatory requirements into actionable scopes of work in collaboration with internal technical teams.
Prepare, deliver, and negotiate detailed quotes and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Manage all pipeline and prospecting activity within HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring high data integrity and accurate forecasting.
Navigate vendor qualification processes and regulated procurement workflows within the life sciences industry.
Maintain deep technical curiosity to stay ahead of industry regulations and emerging testing standards.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure recurring business and account growth.
Requirements
4+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
Documented success selling complex technical or laboratory services (e.g., CRO/CDMO, contract testing, scientific instrumentation).
Proven ability to engage and influence technical stakeholders (QA/QC, Regulatory, or R&D).
Strong scientific literacy; while a microbiology background is not required, the ability to learn and articulate technical concepts is essential.
Experience managing a structured sales process within HubSpot Sales Hub.
Exceptional professional written and spoken English, with the ability to draft precise technical proposals.
Proven consultative selling skills, focusing on solution-building rather than "hunter-only" transactional tactics.
Ability to work US Central Time hours (ideally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT).
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
An existing network within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Cosmetics, or Disinfectant Manufacturing sectors.
Experience selling into Latin American manufacturing markets.
Fluency in Spanish.
Experience with MSA negotiations and high-level vendor qualification protocols.

Job Description
Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across state, local, and education accounts in the United States. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle role focused on landing and expanding SLED accounts while applying the same disciplined, new-business sales motion we use across mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers to position Action1’s patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution.
We’re looking for someone who understands how cybersecurity and IT infrastructure buying works — longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, security review, procurement navigation, and strong business justification — and who can bring that discipline into public sector and education accounts. This is not a relationship-only SLED role or a reactive RFP position. We need someone who can create pipeline, open doors with IT and security buyers, run strong discovery, manage technical evaluations, and close business in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment.
If you’ve successfully sold cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions into mid-market, enterprise, or public sector accounts and enjoy building a pipeline as much as closing, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
— Drive SLED Revenue Growth: Own a defined U.S. SLED territory and meet or exceed quota targets through disciplined pipeline generation, account planning, and deal execution.
— Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close — including discovery, stakeholder mapping, value alignment, technical validation, procurement navigation, negotiation, and contract execution.
— Sell to IT & Security Leaders: Engage IT Managers, Directors of Infrastructure, CISOs, CIOs, SysAdmins, security teams, and technical buying committees with credibility and consultative expertise.
— Build & Maintain Strong Pipeline Coverage: Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning. Maintain disciplined forecasting and opportunity hygiene in Salesforce.
— Navigate Complex Buying Processes: Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, security reviews, procurement workflows, public sector buying requirements, and competitive displacement strategies.
— Partner with Solutions Engineers: Collaborate closely with pre-sales/technical resources to ensure strong technical validation and alignment with customer requirements.
— Execute Account Expansion Strategy: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within SLED customers to drive expansion revenue and long-term retention.
— Stay Market-Aware: Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, public-sector IT priorities, and competitive positioning.
— Operate with Ownership: Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership.
— Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with marketing, product, channel, and sales leadership to incorporate field feedback and refine messaging for public-sector and education accounts.
Requirements
— 3–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or adjacent technical solutions.
— Proven success consistently owning deals with a minimum average deal value of $30K.
— Proven success selling into mid-market, enterprise, public sector, education, or other complex buying environments.
— Experience engaging IT buyers, including IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and technical stakeholders.
— Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals.
— Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene.
— Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including technical validation, security review, procurement, and legal/commercial negotiation.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We're standing up a dedicated executive support function within IT, and we're hiring the IT Support Engineer who will build it. IT Support is the front door for every employee technology need at Anthropic, and this role creates its most visible lane: white-glove support for our executives, their administrative business partners (ABPs), and our board.
You'll define what that service looks like: the support model for execs, board, and ABPs, the runbooks behind it, the intake and escalation paths, and the trusted relationships with ABPs and exec staff that make it work. You'll set the bar for discretion and polish as you go. You'll also be the person our leadership reaches when technology gets in the way. The requests that land in this lane range from routine to highly sensitive, and many arrive urgent: an executive locked out minutes before a meeting, an AV issue in a room full of leadership, a board member who needs setup handled quietly and correctly the first time. You own the request end to end and pull in specialist functions or IT Engineering pods as needed.
Responsibilities
Stand up the executive support intake channels and run it: monitor, respond, and follow through on every request from executives, ABPs, and board members
Define the white-glove service model for discretion-sensitive asks and deliver to it, holding confidentiality under pressure
Design the board-meeting AV support playbook with the AV pod, and provide AV support for executive rooms and board meetings, from setup and pre-checks through live triage
Create exec-support runbooks and SLAs that keep the service consistent as it grows
Build trusted relationships with ABPs and executive staff, and establish clear intake paths so leadership knows exactly where to go
Handle ABP escalations and exec-urgent issues calmly, and route into specialist lanes or IT Engineering pods when a request needs them
Establish the board member device, account, and access setup process with our Onboarding lane
Work the shared ticket queue with the SF Core team: walk-ups, desk-side help, hardware swaps, it-assist overflow, and AV T1 triage
Participate in the Core on-call rotation and contribute to the knowledge base and runbooks
Maintain a regular on-site presence in San Francisco
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience in IT support and 3+ years in executive support
Experience standing up a service or program from scratch, such as an executive support desk, a VIP support function, or a white-glove service
Experience supporting executives, their assistants, or a board to a white-glove standard
A track record of handling sensitive requests with discretion, and the judgment to know what stays confidential without being told
Strong hands-on IT support fundamentals: macOS-primary fleets, identity and access, SaaS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle
AV fluency for executive rooms and board meetings: you can set up, verify, and fix a room under time pressure
Composure when an urgent escalation lands, and the judgment to know when to pull in help
High polish and low ego: you take pride in service quality and still pick up whatever the team needs, including the ordinary queue work
A security-first mindset and excellent judgment about when user experience yields to security requirements
Comfort with ambiguity: you can make progress before the process exists, and you enjoy shaping how things should work
The instinct to write things down: runbooks, KB articles, and status updates that keep people informed
Nice to have
Experience supporting a C-suite or board of directors at a company with significant security or compliance requirements
AV depth beyond first response, such as broadcast, live events, or room design input
Experience building runbooks, self-service content, or support automation
Experience supporting AI/ML research environments or highly technical user bases
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.

Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.
