But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. As an Intermediate Backend Engineer on the GitLab Orbit team, you'll help build and operate a graph data service that supports GitLab Duo agents, analytics, and architecture-level features across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments. You'll join a Rust-first team that values clear ownership, thoughtful system design, and rigorous thinking about data and reliability. The Knowledge Graph service is a Rust backend that builds a property graph from GitLab’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) and code data. It uses ClickHouse, NATS JetStream, and the Data Insights Platform. It exposes secure graph queries and MCP tools used by AI agents and product features. In this role, you’ll deliver features and improvements in well-scoped areas, learn the broader architecture, and contribute to reliability, observability, and operational readiness. In your first year, you’ll take clear ownership of specific components or features (for example, parts of the SDLC indexing pipeline or query paths). You’ll help reduce single points of failure with better tests and runbooks, and you’ll help the team ship analytical services that are easier to maintain and evolve over time. What you’ll do Implement and iterate on backend features in the Rust-based Knowledge Graph service, including changes to the query engine, SDLC and code indexing flows, and API endpoints (including MCP endpoints) under guidance from senior and staff engineers. Maintain integrations between Knowledge Graph and the rest of the GitLab platform, working in areas that touch GitLab Rails, the Data Insights Platform (Siphon, NATS, ClickHouse), and GitLab Duo Agent Platform. Contribute to system design discussions by proposing options, raising questions, and documenting decisions, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability for analytical graph workloads. Improve the operational maturity of the service by adding or enhancing metrics, logging, runbooks, alerts, and small readiness tasks, and by participating in on-call rotation as appropriate for your level and experience. Collaborate asynchronously with product, data, infrastructure, security, and AI counterparts to clarify requirements, align on scope, and ship features safely for customers and sustainably for the team. Use AI-assisted development workflows responsibly (for example, using Knowledge Graph-backed agents and internal Duo tooling), and share what works with the team while keeping a strong focus on code quality and correctness. Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and pairing to both learn from others and help maintain consistent standards across the codebase. Contribute across the stack when needed, including occasional Ruby work for Rails integration and authorization paths, or small frontend changes related to Knowledge Graph features (for example, Software Architecture Map UI plumbing). What you’ll bring Professional experience building and maintaining backend systems in production, with an understanding of reliability, maintainability, and how to support services over time (for example, incident response and follow-ups). Proficiency in at least one modern backend language and strong interest in Rust, with either prior Rust experience or clear evidence you can ramp quickly and deliver in a Rust-first, performance-sensitive codebase. Some exposure to distributed data or analytics systems (for example, OLAP databases, Kafka- or NATS-style messaging, or change data capture (CDC) pipelines), or strong motivation to develop those skills in this role. Interest in graph data modeling and query patterns (property graphs, multi-step (n-hop) traversals, aggregations), and willingness to learn the tools and concepts used in Knowledge Graph over time. Practical experience (or strong interest) using AI tools in day-to-day development, along with a thoughtful approach to validating outputs and integrating AI into your workflow. A language-agnostic mindset and evidence that you can pick up new languages and frameworks as needed (for example, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript/Vue where the work touches adjacent systems). Solid fundamentals in system design for your level, including the ability to reason about trade-offs, ask good questions, and align your implementation work with documented architectural decisions. Comfort working in a low-process, high-ownership environment where you take responsibility for your work, refine problem statements with teammates, and communicate progress clearly in writing across time zones in an all-remote team. About the team GitLab Orbit sits within the Data Engineering organization. We work closely with partners across AI (Duo Agent Platform), analytics, infrastructure and delivery, and security because our work spans many parts of the platform. Location: Ireland; London, England, United Kingdom About the Job: We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond. You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful. As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you. Why This Role Matters: High Impact: You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate. Strategic Influence: Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership Break New Ground: Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region Career Growth: Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company Regional Playbooks: Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time. Responsibilities: Business Partnership : Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked. First Line of Defense : Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart. Operating Cadence : Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates. Strategy -> Process: Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented. Actionable Insights : Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through. Planning Inputs : Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations. Adoption & Accountability : Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps. Voice of the Field : Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements. About You: You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations. You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP. You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar. You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness. You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change. You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you. Location: United States Workplace: Remote Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity. This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles - Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function - Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process - Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program - Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises) - Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves - Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program - Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment - Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones - Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination - Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions - Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from - Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing ABOUT CODER Coder is the leading platform for AI development Infrastructure, enabling enterprises to securely run human and AI-driven development workflows in consistent, governed environments. Location: Europe or US Workplace: Remote About the team The Control Plane Platform team is building the shared foundation that every product in ClickHouse Cloud is built and shipped on. We give ClickHouse engineering teams one place to own and deploy their product, remove the overhead of rebuilding common plumbing, and keep the customer experience consistent as the number of integrating teams grows. The team owns API gateways and API standards, shared platform services, deployment and infrastructure patterns, testing and CI, local developer experience and Control Plane observability. About the role We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform team. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of our Cloud product, combining people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and operational ownership while maintaining the reliability customers expect. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and engineering teams across ClickHouse. This role goes beyond engineering leadership. Together with your team, you’ll help shape how new products and teams will integrate and deploy their applications in ClickHouse Cloud. What You’ll Do - Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team - recruit to a high bar, set crisp expectations, give direct feedback and career development, and manage performance — while fostering a healthy, inclusive environment built on empathy, psychological safety, trust, and a high technical bar. - Own outcomes across the platform surface: API gateways and API standards, shared platform services (event bus, notifications, feature flags, websockets, audit records), deployment and infrastructure patterns, CI and testing, local developer experience, disaster recovery, and Control Plane observability. - Treat the integrating teams as your customers and measure success by their delivery velocity and adoption of the platform, not only by what your team ships. - Guide architecture and help senior engineers make explicit, sound tradeoffs. land cross-cutting migrations, deprecations, and contract changes across teams without stalling product delivery. - Jump into designs and code for complex areas - gateway routing and auth/RBAC enforcement, spec-driven code generation, event delivery semantics and idempotency, multi-region rollout safety. - Build the culture of operational excellence: Own SLOs, reliability, on-call quality, and cost-efficiency for k8s-hosted, multi-tenant services across cloud regions. - Systematize support, reduce toil, and build self-serve/auto-healing capabilities - golden-path templates and generators, auto-healing, and documentation that gets a new team integrated in days rather than weeks. - Shape the platform vision, turn it into a roadmap, sequence bets for business impact, and ship fast with tight feedback loops — including writing the RFCs that build cross-org consensus before big changes land What you bring - 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years managing software engineers with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong talent. - Experience leading a platform or infrastructure team whose customers are other engineering teams — you've driven adoption and cross-org migrations through influence and good tooling rather than mandate. - Experience leading distributed global teams, fostering an inclusive and autonomous culture, and creating clarity across time zones. - Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-based infrastructure in AWS (EKS, SQS, DocumentDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Lambdas) with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts or similar). - Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including patterns for hosting many independently deployed applications in a shared cluster. - Familiarity with API platform work: OpenAPI-driven contracts, API gateways, and the shared concerns they centralize — authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, versioning, and deprecation. - A track record of decomposing a monolith into independently deployable services without stalling product delivery. - Technical credibility to engage deeply in architecture and incidents without owning daily implementation. - Hands-on: you still enjoy diving into code/designs for complex or critical areas, reviewing code, and guiding via feedback. - Strong execution judgment across ambiguity, parallel workstreams, risk, and long-term system health. Nice to have - Experience with large TypeScript/Node monorepos and the developer-experience problems that come with them: CI scale and flakiness, build and test times, local development environments, and code generation from specs. - Designed and implemented strategies for load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and failover for cloud environments. - Experience building CI/CD at scale - Experience with internal developer platforms: service catalogs, golden-path templates, and self-service app scaffolding. - Proficiency with frontend frameworks (React). - Experience making APIs consumable by AI agents — MCP servers, CLIs, or skills generated from API specs. - Experience with ClickHouse - Previous experience in developing analytics or data-intensive applications. Why This Role - Shape how all feature teams in ClickHouse Cloud develop and integrate with each other - Operate with ownership, autonomy, and speed while keeping the company lean. - Lead a technical team where correctness, performance, reliability, and developer experience all matter. PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture. Are you interested in finding out more about our culture? As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you can expect to: - Build curricula for partner sellers, pre-sales and implementation engineers: courses, hands-on labs and assessments. - Turn expert knowledge from our FDEs, sales and product teams into a world-class online academy. - Run the certification program end to end, from submissions and review workflows to certificates, with FDEs making the technical call. - Scale the program through automation, from automated agent review to bots and emails that support learners. - Deliver training online and in person, including sales and technical sessions at our partner hackathons. - Run program administration: the learning platform, partner onboarding tracks, reporting and learner feedback. REQUIREMENTS We're looking for an enablement builder who is comfortable with both commercial and technical topics. You don't need to be the deepest expert in the room, but you need enough depth to work with senior engineers and sellers as subject matter experts and turn their knowledge into great learning. You'll thrive with us if you: - Are passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products. - Have built enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or technical teams. - Learn technical products quickly and can explain them to both technical and commercial audiences. - Can run a program end to end: learning platforms, timelines, stakeholders and reporting. - Can lead a session or workshop in front of sellers and engineers. - Have strong instructional design skills: you can turn expert content into clear courses, labs and assessments. - Enjoy turning repeat work into automations, tools and agents. - Have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences. Bonus: - Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer or in professional services for a frontier AI product. - Hands-on experience building LLM applications or voice and chat agents, and reviewing whether they are ready for production. - Familiarity with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and common integration patterns. - Telephony experience, such as SIP, Twilio or contact center platforms. - Experience at a systems integrator, hyperscaler or technology partner. - Experience with learning platforms such as WorkRamp. - Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese. GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Leading a partner enablement team as the academy grows. - Moving into partner program leadership or Solutions Engineering. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in North America, with the ability to operate in Americas timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: Remote Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle. We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing. We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish. - Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world. - Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about. - Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea. - Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional. - Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last. - Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients. - A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it. - Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design). - Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing. - A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others. - A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use. - The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week. BONUS POINTS - Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research. - You’ve already built something interesting on Runway. Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. WORKING AT RUNWAY Great things come from great teams. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway We’d love to hear from you.
