Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
The Agent Runtime Platform provisions and runs the compute and runtimes behind Anthropic's internal agents: secure, credential-managed environments where agents do real engineering and knowledge work at scale. As an Engineering Manager on these teams, you will be responsible for ensuring you and your team are identifying and removing friction and blockers to productivity, experimenting at the frontier, and building security and quality into agents. You also will help bring clarity, focus, and context to your teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Own the technical strategy and roadmap, translating goals into concrete execution
Manage day-to-day execution of the team's work
Prioritize the team’s work and manage projects in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
Stay hands-on: build and ship the runtime platform and tooling
Define what secure agent execution means at scale, partnering with security teams on sandboxing, isolation, and credential management
Build primitives that are composable and reusable across various agents
Own infrastructure scalability and reliability: capacity planning across cloud providers, right-sizing, and operational excellence
Collaborate cross-team, supporting internal teams bringing up their agents
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 10+ years building and operating large-scale platforms or distributed systems
Have 1+ years of management experience in a technical environment, particularly in building platforms or agents at scale
Are deeply interested in the potential transformative effects of advanced AI systems and agents, and are committed to ensuring their safe deployment
Have experience with container or VM orchestration at scale
Are obsessed with productivity and transforming how we work
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy supporting internal partners
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Engineering management experience on top of a strong IC track record
Experience with harness engineering
Experience with building security-sensitive infrastructure: sandboxing, workload isolation, credential management, or access control
Experience with capacity planning and utilization across multiple cloud providers
Experience working with researchers, engineers and other functional roles
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Enterprise is a complete solution for enterprises, offering out-of-the-box creative tools, a generative media developer platform, model licensing, and forward-deployed creatives and researchers that embed directly within enterprises.
We're hiring an Enterprise product marketing leader for Runway Enterprise, leading the segment and developing priority verticals including Media, Retail/eCommerce, Software, and more.
This is not a purely positioning or “launch” role. You'll own the success of the enterprise segment, partnering closely with the sales & enablement team, enterprise marketing & growth. You’ll lead the development of Runway’s overall enterprise messaging and positioning and create tailored, vertical-specific messages and value propositions, built from your first-hand experiences engaging directly with Runway’s customers.
This is a builder's role. You'll be defining the discipline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, product, creative, marketing and growth; you'll be measured on the growth of the business (not just on assets shipped or messaging consistency).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Enterprise segment. Define Runway audiences in the enterprise: who they are, the jobs they hire Runway for, how they differ across verticals. Ground audiences in hands on customer research, win/loss details, and usage analysis. Turn these insights into a point of view that product and leadership actually build against.
- Own positioning and messaging for enterprise & vertical solutions. Define how Runway is positioned across its audiences, with tight value propositions and proof points for key verticals. You’ll make the story sharp, consistent, and reflective of Runway's ambitious brand, and make sure a professional buyer recognizes themselves in it.
- Drive acquisition and conversion, not just awareness. Partner with growth to move the funnel that matters for this segment: acquisition channels and targeting that find more customers within our ICPs. You're comfortable owning metrics and running experiments, not just producing the narrative around them.
- Drive competitive intelligence and response. Track and deeply understand the key players across the AI creative tools market. Turn your market understanding into a living point of view on where we win, where we're exposed, and how we respond, and make it legible to product and leadership.
- Partner on enablement. Partner with the sales enablement team to develop assets that drive confidence in Runway’s customers and sellers alike.
- Player & coach. You’ll operate hands on as the direct owner of Enterprise and Solutions Marketing; opportunity to lead and manage a team of PMMs for candidates of the right seniority.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in product marketing, including time leading PMM for a winning enterprise product at meaningful scale. You’ll bring a track record of work that moved business metrics and grew new verticals (not just launches & messaging that you shipped).
- Core & Vertical expertise. You’re comfortable leading product positioning exercises at the executive level. You come with a proven track record of industry/vertical product marketing, including defining, developing, and launching new verticals.
- Exceptional positioning and narrative craft. You can take research concepts and technical products and make them land for a discerning, professional audience. You create sharp positioning, ad creative, and launch stories (and you can write them yourself).
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate toward shipping today (not writing docs for tomorrow).
- Sharp competitive instincts. You track markets closely, form a real point of view on where to win, and translate it into product and messaging decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges, and articulate your plans to solve them.
- (Bonus) Pricing and packaging experience. You've shaped how a product is packaged and priced across individual and team/enterprise tiers, and you understand the tradeoffs a self-serve-to-enterprise motion creates.
- (Bonus) PLG. You've led product marketing efforts in a growth stage company with both PLG & Sales Led motions.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Role Summary
We are seeking an Applied AI, Forward Deployed Engineer to build customer use cases on top of the Mistral stack. You will turn "we have agents" into "we shipped something a client uses." This role is about composing cybersecurity-related agentic workflows, configuring harnesses for real-world scenarios, and delivering value directly to clients.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Mistral, you may also work on use cases outside cybersecurity, bringing the same context engineering, orchestration, and eval work to enterprise workflows in finance, manufacturing, defense, or the public sector.
What You Will Do
- Client-Facing Agentic Solutions
- You'll individually help deploy into production use cases with considerable business impact across various industries, with cybersecurity client assignments as a priority
- You'll work on state-of-the-art GenAI applications, driving a crucial technological transformation together with our customers
- Tackle iconic use cases that no existing solution on the market can address - from custom configuration of cybersecurity harnesses for cloud defense, to optimizing agentic vulnerability scanning solutions, to customizing agentic red-teaming solutions or penetration testing scenarios
- You'll work directly on client use cases, translating security requirements into agentic solutions
- You'll be involved in pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and aspirations, providing technical guidance on our products and explaining Mistral technologies to various stakeholders
- You'll collaborate with our product and science teams to continuously improve our product and model capabilities based on customer feedback
How We Work in Applied AI
- We care about people and outputs
- What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care
- No politics. Low ego, high standards
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it
About You
- You are fluent in English
- You have 2+ years as a technical individual contributor (data scientist or software engineer) on AI-based products
- You have proven experience in AI or machine learning product implementation with APIs, back-end, and front-end interfaces
- You have experience tackling advanced RAG, building agentic use cases, or fine-tuning LLMs
- You have a deep understanding of the concepts and algorithms underlying machine learning and LLMs
- You have strong technical coding skills in Python
- You have strong communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ideally, you have:
- Contributed to open-source projects, in particular in the space of LLMs
- Experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager
- Hands-on experience building agents, LLM orchestration, context engineering, evals, and RAG systems
- A bias toward action and delivery - you ship fast
- The ability to operate independently with a customer-led mindset
- The ability to reuse internal building blocks and components effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A collaborative attitude
- Pentesting knowledge
- Experience developing a cybersecurity product
- Experience building agentic harnesses or multi-agent systems end-to-end
- A strong background in evals and benchmarking of agent systems
- Experience with security tooling or workflows
- Prior work on production AI systems in regulated or high-stakes environments

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Source code is at the heart of Sourcegraph. We support multiple code hosts and retrieve, store, index, and serve source code - to end users, admins, and other internal services.
This role gives you the opportunity to solve complex, challenging, and highly technical problems for our customers, both internally and externally, help unleash the potential and productivity of our Engineering teams, and delight our customers with industry-leading quality software.
The Platform team primarily focuses on building a fully managed platform for using Sourcegraph, Sourcegraph Cloud, our SaaS offering. As a member of the Platform team, you will work closely with both external customers and internal stakeholders to meet their needs. You will:
Develop inter-cloud connectivity solutions to support enterprise customers from highly regulated industries to use Sourcegraph Cloud.
Build a control plane to orchestrate a fleet of single-tenant Sourcegraph Cloud instances.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Engineer on the Datacenter Server Lifecycle team, you will own the end-to-end operational journey of every machine in our datacenters – from initial provisioning and deployment, steady-state operation, maintenance, and repair.
This is greenfield work: you will help define the services, tooling, standards and processes that govern how we operate critical hardware at scale, powering frontier model development and serving. You will have the opportunity to define AI-native workflows for datacenter operations and to help drive innovations on efficiency, performance, and reliability.
A distinguishing aspect of this role is its deep intersection with security. The machines in our datacenter handle some of the most sensitive workloads in AI – training frontier models and serving millions of users interacting with Claude. Ensuring that every machine in the fleet is trusted, attested, and operating with a verified chain of integrity from the hardware up is a core part of the job, not an afterthought. You will partner closely with our Infrastructure Security team to define and enforce trusted compute standards across the lifecycle, from secure provisioning through end-of-life handling.
Key responsibilities
Build automation to support datacenter fleets at scale.
Define and own the end-to-end system lifecycle strategy – from provisioning and deployment through operation, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning – and maintain automation and operational procedures for common lifecycle events (e.g., hardware failures, firmware upgrades, fleet rotations).
Partner closely with Infrastructure Security to design and enforce trusted compute standards across the server lifecycle.
Work closely with our Networking team to ensure end-to-end connectivity across all sites.
Build and maintain tooling to track machine health, configuration, and operational status across the full datacenter fleet.
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on experience with server hardware, including rack deployment, cabling, troubleshooting, and understanding failure modes at scale.
End-to-end understanding of hardware lifecycle management: asset tracking, provisioning workflows, maintenance scheduling, and decommissioning practices.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, or Java).
Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and large scale cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to communicate clearly and build consensus with a wide range of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and making progress on complex, cross-functional problems.
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure management, or a closely related discipline.
Hands-on experience with GPU or AI accelerator hardware (e.g., NVIDIA A100/H100, Google TPUs, or AWS Trainium) and an understanding of their operational demands.
Familiarity with modern provisioning and OS tooling such as LinuxBoot and NixOS
Experience building or contributing to datacenter automation or fleet management platforms.
Experience building and deploying server operating system distributions across large server fleets.
Background in large-scale capacity planning and hardware refresh strategy, ideally at a hyperscaler or large cloud provider.
Experience with trusted compute and hardware security concepts such as secure boot, TPM, hardware attestation, and firmware verification — or a strong desire to develop deep expertise in this area.
If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.

About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Integrations Associate to join our Feed Integrations Team. This role will report to the Feed Integrations Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of eligibility and claims data feeds that are foundational to Garner’s healthcare platform.
This position blends technical acumen with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for external partners, including health insurance carriers, TPAs, and benefits administrators, while working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
This is a mission-critical role, managing the data infrastructure that directly impacts our clients’ success and our product performance.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
Own maintenance and improvement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds
Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues for renewing clients
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes
The ideal candidate has:
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solving
0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)
Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping
Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners
A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get hands-on with complex work
Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $70,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €140,000 - €165,000 per year.

- Notion user: you're comfortable and familiar with Notion's value to businesses
- Business level proficiency in French or German
- Experience with freemium business models

A NOTE ON AI

Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
