✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: Fully remote. To create the best experience for you and to meet our business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA or AMER regions.
You’ll join Oyster as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer: Go-to-Market, reporting to the AI Director and partnering closely with GTM leadership.
Your mandate goes beyond automating individual tasks. You’ll help make Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations AI native. This means rethinking how people work with AI, where agents can take on operational work, and where human judgement creates the most value to build a more effective AI enabled GTM organization.
You’ll be part of a connected group of Senior AI Solutions Engineers transforming different departments across Oyster. Together, you’ll establish shared standards, reuse successful approaches, and ensure Oyster’s AI transformation is coordinated rather than siloed.
This is a senior, hands on role. You’ll independently identify high value opportunities, decide where AI should and should not be used, and lead complex solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable business impact.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make GTM AI native
Reimagine how GTM teams work with AI. Move teams from manually operating tools and workflows toward humans orchestrating AI powered ways of working, with human judgement where it matters.
Shape the AI roadmap
Partner with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high impact transformation opportunities.
Lead solutions from start to finish
Own complex initiatives from an ambiguous problem through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
Build best in class AI agents and solutions
Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
Apply sound judgement
Balance value, feasibility, risk, data quality, maintainability, and human oversight. Recognize when AI is not the right solution.
Drive AI adoption and self sufficiency
Partner with GTM leaders, managers, and champions to embed AI into everyday work. Help teams move beyond consuming AI outputs toward confidently creating reusable prompts, workflows, and AI powered ways of working.
Own solutions beyond launch
Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after release. Continuously improve solutions based on real usage and outcomes rather than treating launch as completion.
Connect the organization and raise capability
Build trust with GTM leadership, share reusable patterns with AI Solutions Engineers supporting other departments, mentor colleagues, and help teams develop the skills and confidence to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience, supported by broader experience delivering complex solutions in GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or a related field.
- A track record of redesigning workflows or operating models, rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Strong hands on experience designing, building, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong judgement about where AI can create value, where processes need deeper redesign, and where automation should not be used.
- Ability to influence functional leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- A track record of mentoring others, sharing expertise, and raising standards across a team.
BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.

- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide audience attention
- Prompt engineering skills -ability to write precise, iterative prompts that yield the exact creative output you need
- Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant creative direction
- Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices
It will be a plus:

3. Hire - if we align, we'll invite you to join our team for a test trial period.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, we'd be happy to negotiate your salary).

- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.

Oyster is a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and take care of talented people anywhere in the world — without setting up a local entity. Oyster acts as the legal employer in 180+ countries, handling contracts, payroll, benefits, and compliance, so our customers can focus on the work, not the paperwork.
Founded in 2019 and now trusted by 2,500+ companies, Oyster is a fully distributed team working across 60+ countries. We believe that where you happen to live shouldn't govern what work you're able to do, or who you're able to hire — our mission is opportunities for all.
About the Role
Oyster's Go-To-Market organisation is scaling fast, with an ambitious growth agenda that spans new markets, new products, and a step-change in brand and execution. The Chief Revenue Officer needs a strong partner to help the GTM leadership team turn that agenda into disciplined, connected, day-to-day execution.
As Business Manager for the GTM org, you will sit close to the CRO and work directly with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the organisation running smoothly, moving quickly, and pulling in the same direction. You will be equally comfortable in the detail of an operating cadence and in the judgement calls of a cross-functional strategic project — and you'll take real ownership of outcomes, not just process.
What You'll Do
- Support the GTM leadership team with translating our company strategy into a GTM plan (Objectives, key results, key initiatives amongst the teams) driving focus across the org on what truly matters.
- Deliver a regular cadence in the GTM leadership team to structurally assess progress, sharpen ‘the what’s next’ and driving accountability
- Deliver the GTM QBRs
- Run smooth, connected GTM operations. Partner day-to-day with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the GTM org operating effectively. Build and maintain the rhythm of the business — leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles — and make sure the right information, decisions, and follow-through happen on time.
- Act as a trusted partner to the GTM leadership team.
- Spot operational gaps or risks early and work with the relevant VP to close them.
- Speed up execution. Connect the dots across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps, and remove the silos that slow decisions down. Find where handoffs are breaking, where priorities are misaligned, or where two teams are solving the same problem separately — and fix it.
- Diagnose friction between teams and broker pragmatic, fast resolutions.
- Push initiatives from decision to delivery, not just decision to plan.
- Own strategic internal communication for the GTM org. Be the connective tissue between GTM leadership's priorities and the wider organisation. Shape and run the communication cadence — strategic updates, all-hands content, key messages — so that everyone in GTM understands what matters, why, and what's expected of them.
- Translate strategy and leadership decisions into clear, consistent messaging.
- Build feedback loops so leadership hears what's really happening on the ground.
- Own, design, and run strategic growth projects in GTM. Take direct ownership of cross functional initiatives for the GTM org, end to end — scoping, resourcing, designing, running, and reporting on outcomes, without needing a large team behind you, , by uniting functional teams and RevOps around the key objectives..
- Lead cross-functional projects tied to the CRO's growth priorities, from framing through to measurable results.
- Bring structure and rigour to ambiguous problems, and know when to escalate versus when to just solve it.
- Use your knowledge of other GTM organizations to shortcut to solutions based on best practice and market trends
- Collaborate effectively beyond GTM. Represent the GTM org's needs with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Experience, and People teams, and make sure work that depends on other functions lands smoothly and on time.
- Build genuine working relationships with peers across the business, not just transactional asks.
- Flag cross-org dependencies early and help resolve trade-offs before they become blockers.
What You'll Do
Translate strategy into a GTM plan
- Partner with GTM leadership to turn strategy into a GTM plan — OKRs and key initiatives — driving focus across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.
- Run a regular cadence to track progress, sharpen "what's next," and drive accountability.
Design the key initiatives GTM needs to hit the plan
- Identify and help design the cross-functional initiatives that matter most to the plan.
- Bring structure and rigor to ambiguous problems; know when to escalate versus solve it yourself.
- Draw on your knowledge of other GTM organizations to shortcut to what works.
Drive execution of the highest-stakes cross-functional initiatives
- Own select initiatives tied to the GTM plan end to end — scoping, resourcing, running, reporting — while leveraging the GTM teams around you.
- Push initiatives from decision to delivery, not just decision to plan.
Drive the operating rhythm
- Build and run the operating rhythm — leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, QBRs — so GTM executes on the plan as one team.
- Partner day-to-day with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps as a trusted advisor; spot and close operational gaps early.
- Diagnose friction between teams — broken handoffs, misaligned priorities, duplicated work — and broker fast, pragmatic fixes.
Own strategic internal communication for GTM
- Be the connective tissue between leadership's priorities and the wider org; shape the communication cadence — updates, all-hands content, key messages — so GTM knows what matters and why.
- Build feedback loops so leadership hears what's really happening on the ground.
Collaborate effectively beyond GTM
- Represent GTM's needs with Product, Engineering, Finance, CX, and People through genuine working relationships, not transactional asks.
- Flag cross-org dependencies early and help resolve trade-offs before they become blockers.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or a similar cross-functional operating role, with direct experience working within a GTM organisation (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps).
- Experience working in or closely with Tech focused go-to-market teams; comfortable with GTM terminology, metrics, and how a revenue org actually runs.
- A strategy consulting background, or similarly rigorous and analytical training, is a strong plus.
- A track record of operating credibly with senior leaders — able to challenge, influence, and get VP- and C-level stakeholders aligned without formal authority.
- Strong programme and project management skills; you can run several complex, ambiguous initiatives at once and still ship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to turn complexity into a clear, honest narrative for different audiences.
- A structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving, paired with the judgement to know when a problem doesn't need a framework.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and the realities of a scaling, fully distributed company.
- Drive to get things done and making big impact, whether that is rolling up your sleeves to do it yourself or working alongside others to make it happen
What Success Looks Like in the First Year
- The GTM leadership cadence — business reviews, planning, follow-through — runs tightly, and decisions made in the room actually get executed.
- At least one significant cross-functional growth project has been scoped, run, and delivered by you, with a clear before/after result.
- The GTM org can point to a consistent, trusted flow of communication on priorities and progress — fewer surprises, less rumour.
- A specific cross-team silo or bottleneck you identified has been visibly removed.
- The leaders of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps, and the CRO, would all say the org moves faster with you in it.

About the Role
Our Business Intelligence department owns financial data and analytics at the most granular level—from individual transactions and counterparties to products, clients, and business segments. We collect cost and revenue data from external counterparties, transform it into appropriate booking logic, and ensure it is correctly reflected in the General Ledger and analytical systems. We are looking for a Cost & Revenue Controller to take hands-on ownership of this process—ensuring data is collected completely, booked correctly, reconciled, and any discrepancies are identified and resolved. The role sits between Finance, BI, and Technology, bridging financial requirements with technical implementation.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the layer every Kraken product is built on: the matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, the algo engine and the API engine. Kraken grew up as a set of vertically integrated products, each with its own engine and its own APIs. This role consolidates them into a single exchange stack that serves every product and every interface. You will lead a team of four to five product managers, partnered with an engineering manager. It is a senior, independent team, which means you get leverage quickly and you are expected to stay close to the work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer: matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, algo engine and API engine
- Lead and grow a team of four to five product managers, and set the bar for product craft across the layer
- Lead the consolidation of multiple matching engines into one, starting with US derivatives, then international derivatives, then spot
- Build interface-agnostic, so every product team and every interface can build on the same platform rather than their own
- Define success metrics (p99 latency, throughput, uptime, resiliency) and hold teams accountable to them
- Partner with engineering leaders across exchange and core infrastructure to sequence the migration without disrupting live markets
- Partner with Risk and Credit Infrastructure so a client can hold one account and trade every product against it
- Anticipate industry shifts and shape our platform to stay ahead
- Align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance) around the exchange strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
- Senior product leader with experience in exchange, trading, or high-performance platforms
- Experience managing and developing product managers, on a team senior enough to run without you in the room
- Happy to be a player-coach. This team is independent, so you will own roadmaps and write specs yourself at times, not only review them
- Proven ability to set product vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap
- Strong understanding of matching engine and market data architecture, and the tradeoffs low latency forces
- Experience building platforms for internal customers, with the judgment to tell a platform from a series of bespoke builds
- Excellent communication skills — can influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A passion for crypto markets, market structure, and building the next generation of infrastructure
NICE TO HAVES
- Engineering background before moving into product, so you've built or operated high-performance systems yourself and not just specced them
- Experience across both spot and derivatives venues, with the market structure differences that come with each
- Time at a crypto exchange operating at comparable scale, volume and uptime expectations
- Track record building platform roadmaps that interlock with adjacent product orgs rather than running in isolation
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy, hybrid sales and account management role that combines the commercial ownership of a Client Partner with the day-to-day account stewardship of a Client Success Manager. In addition to meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, you'll help grow Aleph's advertising business by building a focused, well-prioritized book of high-potential accounts.
What you'll do
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding account growth targets.
Own the full client lifecycle solo — from sales conversations and onboarding through ongoing success management.
Take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach with every client.
Lead ideation sessions and translate client goals into actionable campaign solutions; run webinars on platform updates and address common client pain points across your markets.
Execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards, resolving issues and flagging process improvements along the way.
Cultivate client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive contract completion and renewals across a high volume of accounts.
What you need for this role
BA/BS degree.
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying commercial role.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
A solid quantitative background.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for solving problems independently.
Agile, organized, and methodical work style, effectively balancing priorities across a large account portfolio.
What will make us really love you
You bring genuine sales energy and enthusiasm for growing accounts.
You have an eye for detail
You're passionate about advertising and ad-tech, and stay current on industry trends.
You have real tech curiosity — when a new tool shows up, you adopt it, test it, and work it into your routine.
You think analytically, reading data and pipeline signals to guide your decisions rather than relying on gut feel.
You leverage AI for research, briefs, and next steps, then apply your own judgment to personalize and build the relationship.
