WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the Security team
The Security team at WorkOS is responsible for keeping the data and identities of hundreds of millions of users secure. Security is fundamental to our products, and customer trust is the foundation of our success.
We are a highly collaborative group with a strong engineering mindset. Our security program is shaped by hands-on experience attacking and defending systems, and applying lessons from across the industry. We embrace the latest advancements in practices and tooling that make modern security teams effective.
We are comfortable in code and collaborate often with engineering to create products that are secure by default.
Who we’re looking for
- Risk-focused and pragmatic. You excel at identifying and reasoning about security risk in real-world contexts. You prioritize ruthlessly, always asking: what's the most effective way to reduce risk right now and in the long term?
- A builder who can break things. You're comfortable reading and writing code, and you have a passion for deeply understanding the products you secure. You think like an attacker to find subtle, high impact vulnerabilities and like a defender to design pragmatic, effective mitigations.
- A strong partner to engineering. You build trust with engineers by understanding their priorities, making security frictionless, and finding ways to make the secure path, the easiest path.
- Excited about AI. You're embracing AI and automation to scale security and reduce toil.
- Curious and humble. You ask the basic questions, enjoy untangling complex systems, and bring others along with you.
Responsibilities
- Lead secure design efforts. Partner with engineering teams on secure design and code reviews. Identify and prioritize risks early in the product lifecycle.
- Build secure by default systems. Develop paved paths that systemically reduce risk and make secure development the easiest path for engineers.
- Perform offensive security testing. Conduct penetration tests and code audits on new and existing products from an adversarial lens.
- Improve our security tooling. Integrate and improve our static analysis, supply chain security, and vulnerability management capabilities across engineering pipelines.
- Operate our responsible disclosure program. Run and improve our program by furthering automation, validating submissions, and coordinating remediation.
- Improve our products. Write and ship code to remediate vulnerabilities in production systems and improve the security posture of WorkOS products.
- Work directly with customers. Help build our customers' trust by directly engaging with their security-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a security engineering or security-focused software engineering role.
- Ability to execute across a wide range of security functions such as security assessments, penetration testing, responsible disclosure, security tooling integration, etc.
- Familiarity with and experience using common industry tooling.
- Proven ability to identify vulnerabilities in software, demonstrated through CVEs, bug bounty, blog posts, or prior work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in partnering with engineering teams.
- Comfortable reading and writing code, and able to effectively leverage AI during the process.
- Bonus: Experience in the authentication and identity domain.
- Bonus: Experience writing production level code, especially developing security features.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll own fraud and abuse detection across our cashback, credit, promo, and referral mechanics — building the monitoring that keeps these programs profitable and safe.
What you'll do:
- You'll be the dedicated fraud and abuse analytics owner for loyalty, cashback, credit, and referral programs across Salmon Bank.
- You'll work directly with Risk, Product, and business teams — moving from a suspicious pattern to a tested hypothesis, an investigation, and a permanent monitoring rule.
- The schemes you catch and the controls you build directly shape how much abuse costs the business, and how fast we close each gap.
What you'll own:
- Monitor transactions and customer behavior across cashback, promo, referral, and credit products to catch abuse patterns as they emerge.
- Build and maintain SQL/Python-based reports and monitoring across large transactional datasets.
- Form and test hypotheses on potential abuse schemes, then investigate flagged cases and assess their financial impact.
- Calculate the economics behind each case — potential and actual losses, revenue impact, cost of abuse — to prioritize what gets fixed first.
- Work with business and product teams to close the gaps: propose changes to product terms, promo rules, or cashback mechanics.
- Turn every closed case into a permanent alert or trigger, and revisit past cases on a regular basis to check whether the pattern has returned.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience investigating and preventing abuse in banking or financial programs — cashback, credit cards/credit lines, promotions, referral programs, loyalty programs, or quasi-cash/transaction abuse.
- You don't need to have covered every category above — what matters is hands-on experience building continuous monitoring, not one-off analysis.
- Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent scripting), comfortable working directly with large transactional databases.
- A track record of turning a hypothesis into a working monitoring system, not just a one-time report.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Tax team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to support our global tax operations. In this role, you’ll run global indirect tax operations and strengthen the systems behind them. As Notion scales across products and jurisdictions, this role exists to make compliance, close, audits, and tax data more accurate, scalable, and audit-ready. You’ll own recurring sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business tax, registrations, notices, reconciliations, and related controls, while building exposure to income tax compliance and reporting. The work is hands-on and cross-functional: you’ll trace differences across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger with Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience partners.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Take ownership of recurring U.S. and global indirect-tax filings, calendars, data packages, notices, registrations, and close support—with accurate, review-ready work.
- Establish a reliable reconciliation and exception workflow across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger, escalating issues clearly and early.
- Use AI-enabled workflows and data tools to investigate variances, quality-check work papers, and improve documentation while preserving human review and controls.
- Make tax operations more scalable and audit-ready by strengthening controls, process documentation, evidence, handoffs, audit support, and SOX walkthrough readiness.
- Become a trusted partner to Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience—and contribute to income tax compliance and reporting with guidance from experienced teammates.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of public accounting and/or industry tax experience, with a primary focus on indirect tax compliance and operations.
- Hands-on experience with indirect tax compliance or operations, especially U.S. sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business taxes, or other non-income-based taxes; this is the foundation for owning Notion’s recurring global work.
- Experience preparing accurate reconciliations, journal entries, filings, payments, and audit-ready work papers, with the ability to connect activity across source systems and the general ledger.
- Strong operational judgment: you manage recurring deadlines, investigate exceptions, keep documentation organized, escalate issues promptly, and drive assigned work through completion.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a collaborative approach to working across Finance, Accounting, business teams, and external advisors.
- Curiosity and learning agility, including willingness to build income-tax capability and demonstrated AI fluency—using AI to analyze data, investigate variances, improve documentation, perform quality checks, or automate repeatable workflows while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry provides developer-first observability to over 4 million developers worldwide. The Events Analytics Platform (EAP) team is at the heart of that mission: it powers how all of Sentry's event data, such as errors, transactions, spans, profiles, replays, and metrics, is stored, queried, and analyzed. It also powers Sentry's latest AI push, Seer.
The EAP team makes it possible for developers to efficiently search and debug across massive volumes of data, providing the context needed to understand and fix issues quickly. This team is also a cornerstone of Sentry's long-term strategy to become a context assembly and telemetry platform that unifies different signals so developers can see the complete picture.
As an engineering manager on the EAP team, you will lead a group of engineers building and scaling one of Sentry's most critical data platforms. You will be responsible for driving architectural evolution, ensuring system stability, and mentoring a talented team. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct ties to Sentry's long-term product and platform strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Grow and develop a team of engineers with high expectations for ownership and impact
- Set the technical and strategic direction for the team, balancing short-term stability with long-term architectural evolution
- Drive development of core EAP features, including support for complex analytical queries, dynamic routing logic across fidelity levels, storage and compute separation, and modern patterns for analytical storage
- Ensure EAP can support the workload demands of AI agents and MCP servers that unlock new AI capabilities for Sentry
- Guide the unification of all event data into EAP and enable fast, complex cross-event querying at scale
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Streaming, Production Engineering, Security, and Compliance
- Lead the team through incidents, postmortems, and scaling challenges while fostering operational excellence
- Build a healthy and collaborative team culture rooted in growth, accountability, and inclusion
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy mentoring and developing engineers, especially helping junior engineers grow into senior roles

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for strong engineers with experience and interest in designing, building, and maintaining the novel, high-performance systems that make up our serverless platform.
Specifically, you’ll be working on the distributed object storage system that underpins every container image, volume, and checkpoint on Modal: hundreds of petabytes of data, replicated across multiple cloud object stores and a CDN, cached on local NVMe across a large fleet of workers in many datacenters, and shared peer-to-peer within each datacenter.
You’ll make cold starts feel local when the data is hundreds of milliseconds away, designing the caching, preloading, and peer-to-peer layers that hide object-store latency and keep public ingress off saturated uplinks. You’ll own durability and cost at petabyte scale, from streaming and batch replication between origins to garbage collection over billions of objects. You’ll work across the stack, from local disk and page cache to distributed blob storage and garbage collection, and you’ll help shape what storage becomes next as we push storage closer to workloads.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build P2P sharing of data across workers within a single datacenter to dramatically reduce ingress
- Replicate data across multiple blob storage providers
- Automate garbage collection across hundreds of petabytes of data
- Deploy colocated storage clusters to datacenters to accelerate high-throughput customer workloads
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code
- You’ve built high-performance distributed storage or caching systems at a large scale (the more challenges you’ve worked through, the better)
- You have strong cloud skills, including deep familiarity with object storage (S3 or similar), CDNs, and their consistency, throughput, and cost characteristics
- You have strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, page cache, containers, etc.)
- You’re willing to step into the thick of it with our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with replication, content addressing, and consistency models in multi-region or multi-cloud systems
- Experience operating storage systems at scale (petabyte-scale datasets, high-throughput read/write paths, large-scale garbage collection or data migration)
- Experience with data engineering at petabyte scale
- Prior experience with Rust
