Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Test and Validation Engineer at Humanoid, you will be responsible for bringing new hardware subsystems into a functional, controllable, measurable, and integration-ready state, including calibration, tuning, characterization, and modeling across actuators, hand/gripper mechanisms, and integrated robotic assemblies.
You will work closely with mechanical design, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and system integration teams to diagnose unstable behavior, define the right parameters and models, and accelerate hardware maturity for upstream controller and software development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, plan, and execute test procedures for actuators, mechanisms, grippers, and robotic hands.
- Build and maintain test fixtures and test rigs for dynamic and endurance testing.
- Tune and calibrate sensors like encoder and control loops in the driver, including current, velocity, and position control, and verify stability conditions.
- Develop subsystem characterization methods and identify key parameters such as torque constant profile, friction, inertia, backlash, stiffness, thermal behavior, and efficiency.
- Design, plan, and execute test procedures for actuators, mechanisms, grippers, and robotic hands.
- Build and maintain test fixtures and test rigs for dynamic and endurance testing.
- Develop automated test systems (hardware + software) to validate motor performance, force output, back drivability, and safety limits.
- Conduct lifecycle, stress, thermal, and environmental tests on components and subsystems.
- Analyze test results, create test reports, and drive design feedback loops with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with design engineers to define testable requirements, tolerances, and performance metrics.
- Support incoming QC, assembly-level verification, and field failure diagnostics.
- Maintain test documentation, protocols, and results databases.
- Work closely with control and firmware teams to evaluate actuator behavior in closed-loop scenarios.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with robotic hardware, controls, actuator characterization, system commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with motors, actuators, encoders, force/torque sensors, and hardware instrumentation.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working through ambiguous or unstable hardware problems.
- Experience with calibration, parameter identification, modeling, and mathematical optimization.
- Proficient with tools such as Python (preferred), MATLAB, or C++ for data capture, analysis, and model fitting using OOP(Object Oriented Programming).
- Comfortable with mechanical tools, instrumentation, and prototyping in lab environments.
- Strong understanding of safety testing, failure modes (FMEA), and reliability analysis.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems (DAQ) and tools such as LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with strain-wave gear, planetary gear, or custom robotic actuators.
- Experience with robotic hands, grippers, underactuated mechanisms, or tendon-driven systems.
- Experience with and complete understanding of commercial BLDC drivers.
- Familiarity with low-level control development, parameter identification, or dynamic modeling for electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of EtherCAT, EtherNET, or related motion control DS402.
- Experience supporting integrated arm or leg bring-up on larger robotic platforms.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), 15 days of paid sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- Paid end-of-year shutdown: annual company-wide holiday closure spanning Christmas through New Year’s Day.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ROLE
Health is one of the most searched, shared and talked-about topics online. Millions of people scroll every day looking for answers about their sleep, their stress or their kids' fever. And yet, no brand owns that conversation. We want Alan to be the health voice people actually want to follow.
As Social Media & Content Specialist , you'll be the owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
You'll join the Brand team and work side by side with an experienced content editorial team
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content.
- Content creation. Create and ship social-first content yourself, every week: short videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, statics and copy-led LinkedIn posts. You write the hooks, the scripts and the captions, you edit the videos and you design the visuals. You adapt each piece to its platform rather than posting the same thing everywhere.
- Alan's voice on social. Define how Alan sounds on social: credible on health, but human, useful and sometimes funny. Spot the news, trends and formats worth jumping on, and react at the right moment, in the right tone.
- Alan's big moments. Plan and run the social side of brand campaigns, product launches and events, from the idea to the publication, so that every major moment gets the reach it deserves.
- Community. Reply to comments and messages, moderate, spark conversations, and collaborate with Alan experts (doctors, psychologists…), employees and creators to grow an engaged audience.
- Performance. Follow the analytics, run regular test-and-learn on formats, hooks and timing, and share a simple monthly review with the team. Work with Growth and Data to track what social brings to Alan (traffic, awareness, audience quality).
- AI in the creative and distribution process. Use AI tools to create more, faster and better, and help us shape how AI fits into our content production and distribution workflow, with the support of our engineers.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You create. You still open the tools yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, AI tools…) and love making content. You don't brief others to do it for you.
- You live and breathe social. You get the trends, the memes and the codes of each platform, and you know when (and when not) to jump in.
- You have taste and a pen. You write sharp, punchy copy and can tell a strong idea from a weak one.
- You take ownership. You go and get the information you need, make decisions, ship at the right moment and follow through.
- You're data-minded. You care about what a post changed, not just the likes, and use the numbers to decide what's next.
- You're scrappy and curious. You make great content, and you're always testing new formats, platform features and tools.
- You collaborate. You make it easy and fun for people across Alan to contribute to social, and you're energised by a blank page.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
You may be a great fit if you’ve:
- 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned
- A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy)
- Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- French fluent level, with flawless written French: most of the content will be in French
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish or Dutch is a plus, given Alan's presence in Spain and Belgium
- Based in France
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.

- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are adding a Senior Financial Analyst to the Strategic Finance team to expand our FP&A capacity and give us deeper coverage across the business. You will be responsible for corporate FP&A functions, including 3 financial statement forecasting and consolidations, business partnering, and GTM optimizations. You will also help us stress-test the assumptions behind our plans and key metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Corporate FP&A: Own the three-statement financial consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Sync the long-range plan with the detailed financial operating plan and monthly actuals load.
- Monthly close: Participate in and review the monthly close, working with Accounting to make sure the numbers tie out and the story behind them is clear.
- Business partnering: Serve as the finance partner to functional areas supporting budget owners with planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support to optimize the core metrics they influence.
- Board and investor reporting: Build and maintain board decks, investor updates, and other leadership deliverables.
- Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution, and support related analysis.
- Corporate valuation support: Support valuation work, including model inputs and analysis.
- Team coverage: Provide backup and redundancy across the team's workstreams so that no process depends on a single person.
- Tools and process improvement: Help implement and optimize FP&A and AI tools, and look for ways to automate and improve how the team works.
- Executive partnership: Work directly with senior leadership and budget owners as a trusted, independent finance voice.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, most recently with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS start-up.
- 3-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS GTM motion, including how pipeline, bookings, and IARR/ARR connect.
- Pricing and margin analysis, such as modeling how pricing and packaging changes affect bookings, gross margin, and unit economics.
- Lead-to-cash process, including how billing, collections, and revenue recognition flow into ARR, deferred revenue, and cash forecasts.
- CFA charterholder, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep working knowledge of standard SaaS metrics (CAC payback, burn multiple, magic number, Rule of 40, net and gross retention), including how to calculate them, what drives them, and how plan assumptions move them.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, ideally in Google Sheets as well as Excel. You design driver-based models from scratch, with assumptions you can trace and defend, rather than only updating existing ones.
- Hands-on experience pulling and reconciling data across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools), and a track record of using or testing AI tools to speed up finance work.
HOW YOU WORK
- You possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and professional ethics.
- Demonstrated self-initiative: you spot problems and fix them without being asked.
- You operate independently, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You communicate clearly with non-finance partners and senior leaders.
- You fit Teleport's culture and behaviors, and you do well in a fast-moving startup environment.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Step Into the Multiverse: Your Next Adventure Starts Here
At
Wizards of the Coast
, we harness the power of imagination and connection to create unforgettable experiences. We create entertainment that inspires creativity, sparks passion, forges friendships, and fosters communities around the globe. In every pursuit our mission is to inspire a lifetime love of games. Whether it's through the strategic depth of
Magic: The Gathering®
, the rich storytelling of
Dungeons & Dragons®
, or our AAA digital game studios, we build worlds that bring people together, spark creativity, and fuel adventure. As we continue to grow and explore new realms, we're seeking passionate, curious, and innovative minds to join the adventure.
The Digital Innovations Team (DigIT) is changing how Wizards develops, delivers, and manages the digital systems behind our games — for players, retailers, and the studios that develop our worlds. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer who can guide product ideas through every stage with agentic AI — from defining the problem with business partners, to developing the system, to deploying it in production, and then improving it based on actual data.
This job is not for those who have only observed AI changes from a distance. We need a hands-on creator. Someone who has directly shipped product to production by agentic AI, can provide the code and performance assessments, and can discuss in detail what was successful, what did not succeed, and what they would do differently. If your AI experience is primarily slides and architectural drawings, this is not the right role.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the technical direction of an initiative and the related product surface area, direct tech direction and product direction with/without PM support. You are answerable for what the team delivers, how quickly it adapts, and the business outcomes that result.
You will build products using agentic AI as your default development approach, leveraging the harness engineering and guardrails the team has developed. You contribute to evolving these patterns alongside peers, but your primary focus is shipping product. You understand where the technology performs well versus where it only demos effectively. You have informed opinions based on production experience about evaluations, guardrails, cost, latency, determinism, and the engineering methods needed to deliver AI products responsibly at scale.
What You'll Do:
Guide product concepts through the entire process with agentic AI. Starting from outlining the problem alongside product and business collaborators, moving to prototype development, to a data-informed launch, and then refining based on actual usage data. You are responsible for the full journey, not only a segment of it.
Build, hands-on with agentic AI. Keep close to the code. Deliver production-quality agent systems, analyses, prompts, and supporting services on your own. Define the reference point through achievements, not words.
Direct the build process through data-driven insights. Lead product ideas as testable hypotheses. Initiate tracking early and confirm success criteria with or with not the PM before beginning coding. Base decisions on actual data concerning what to prioritize, change, or remove. Ensure the feedback loop is as short as feasible.
Contribute to the department's agentic AI harness engineering alongside peers. Apply, stress-test, and improve shared patterns — LLMs, agents, Skills, MCP, eval frameworks, guardrails — through real production use. Bring back what works and what doesn't from the field.
Raise the engineering bar on architecture, code review, test strategy, observability, evals, and incident quality. Treat engineering excellence as a baseline expectation, not an optional initiative.
Lead position, influence people and product decisions. Make your EM and PM more effective at their jobs.
Contribute to the hiring bar. Lead technical interviews, calibrate the AI-capability signal in our hiring loop, and mentor the next layer of senior and staff engineers.
What You'll Bring:
Direct experience creating agentic AI systems. You have developed, deployed, and improved agentic systems in real-world settings, beyond demos or proofs of concept. You can describe the code you authored, the tests you designed, the prompt and tool usage changes you made, the cost and latency considerations you evaluated, the failure types you managed, and the metrics you used to choose the next release. Interviews will involve a hands-on agentic AI task.
Over 10 years of full-stack software engineering experience. At least 3 years in a Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal role responsible for guiding the technical direction of a team or program.
Product-engineer approach. You transform product ideas into operational, monitored, live software. You are comfortable prioritizing alongside PM or direct Product direction on your own, making product tradeoffs on the fly, and relying on metrics to guide iteration. You do not need a fully-detailed ticket to begin.
Deep proficiency across the stack. Modern JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one of Go, Python, or C#. You write production code, not just review it.
Strong systems and infrastructure foundation. AWS at scale, containerization, GitLab/GitHub CI/CD, PostgreSQL and data modeling, REST / gRPC / GraphQL API development, test automation, and a real point of view on observability and reliability.
Architectural judgment. You can defend a build decision, change your mind when the evidence warrants it, and write the build doc that brings the rest of the team along.
Business and product literacy. You can sit with a creative director, a retail partner, or a finance collaborator and have a conversation that is not purely technical. You can articulate business impact and tradeoffs without losing technical rigor.
Outstanding communication and collaboration. You make engineers around you better. You raise standards without becoming a bottleneck. You handle disagreement directly and well.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable work experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience leading or contributing to platform / horizontal services (search, notifications, identity, eventing, workflow, data platforms) consumed by multiple product teams.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Experience with Kubernetes, Akamai, Terraform, or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling.
Experience operating in a tri-lead (TL / EM / PM) or similar matrixed engineering model.
Foundational knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or the tabletop gaming space.
Compensation and benefits may vary based on location and role.
At Wizards, we believe in the magic of diversity—great ideas come from unique perspectives. We are committed to building an inclusive, welcoming workplace where everyone belongs. Wizards is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
Wizards will provide reasonable accommodation with the application process, upon your request, as required to comply with applicable laws. If you have a disability and require assistance in this application process, please contact your recruiter or coordinator.

Why loveholidays?
We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll sit within the Shopping team, reporting to the Lead Product Manager. The Shopping team turns travel supply into accurate, commercially optimised, bookable and payable holidays. It provides shared data and services that help customers, teams and partners make better selling decisions.
On the payments side, you’ll work closely with Engineering and Commercial Payments to own product strategy and delivery for the Payments platform. Together, the team will make it easier for other teams to offer, operate and improve payments without rebuilding the same logic in each customer journey. You will:
- Build a flexible international payments platform: Define the shared services, data and APIs that meet local customer and market needs, while allowing payment methods to be launched and managed consistently across markets and customer journeys.
- Create reliable foundations: Improve the payment data, provider integrations and fraud controls that keep payments secure, dependable and easier to manage.
- Make payment methods easier to launch: Help teams configure, test and release supported methods safely, with less engineering work and clearer ownership.
- Enable payment optimisation at scale: Provide shared data and platform capabilities that help teams improve payment success and offer relevant payment methods across markets and journeys. Apply AI to improve insight and enable responsible automation where it delivers measurable value.
Your day-to-day:
- Working with your lead engineer and stakeholders to set the Payments vision, roadmap and success measures.
- Working with market experts, commercial teams and Customer Product teams to understand payment needs. Provide data to inform their decisions and translate agreed requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
- Exposing reliable payment data and provider insights so teams can understand failures, drop-off, acceptance rates and customer pain points. Work with those teams to prioritise the platform improvements needed to improve payment performance.
- Leading delivery: Lead work across payment services, provider integrations, payment data, configuration and fraud controls. Keep the platform straightforward for other teams to use.
- Working directly with payment providers and aggregators to solve issues, evaluate new capabilities and hold partners to the standards customers need.
- Explaining trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building agreement on decisions that span several teams.
Your skillset:
- Platform product experience: You have owned a technical, API-led, data-rich or internal platform product that is used by more than one team or customer journey and involves a payments ecosystem.
- Systems thinking: You can understand how payment data, provider integrations, customer journeys, commercial rules and operational processes fit together, then turn that into reusable product capabilities.
- Technical fluency: You can work closely with engineers on APIs, integration patterns, data models, reliability, observability, security and migration work. You do not need to be an engineer, but you can make sound product trade-offs with them.
- Payments and commercial judgement: You understand the payment ecosystem and how method availability, payment success, fraud, cost and customer trust affect growth.
- Data-led problem solving: You are comfortable using data to investigate problems, define useful measures and judge whether a change is improving payment performance.
- Customer empathy: You understand that payments can be stressful, especially when people are making high-value holiday purchases or managing payments after booking. You use this to advocate for clear, dependable journeys.
- Strong delivery and communication: You can lead complex work through ambiguity, make priorities clear and bring technical, commercial and operational stakeholders with you. You deliver iteratively, focusing each step on meaningful value while keeping the team aligned to a clear long-term direction.
- AI literacy: You use AI tools confidently and can demonstrate their impact. You understand their strengths and limitations and can apply them responsibly to improve your work and payment capabilities.
The interview journey:
- Talent intro, 30 minutes
- First stage with the hiring manager, 45 minutes
- Final stage with key stakeholders, including a platform case to present, 1 hour
- Behavioural and culture conversation with the Director of OTA Platform (Shopping’s pillar), 45 minutes
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave
- Access to our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers
Our commitment to inclusion
At loveholidays, we focus on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, grow and succeed. We value the different perspectives, experiences and ideas each person brings, because they help us work better together, challenge our thinking and make stronger decisions.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we want everyone to feel supported and able to do their best work. We’re also committed to making our hiring process accessible, so please let our Talent Acquisition team know if you need any adjustments at any stage.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Strategy Lead to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
Patreon’s Strategy & Operations team drives decision-making on the company’s most important priorities. We tackle business-critical problems, shape initiatives that move the company forward, and make sure our growth levers, investments, and opportunities are clearly understood and acted upon.
We translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action — partnering closely with the executive team and leaders across the business to turn ideas into business outcomes.
We’re a small, high-impact team known for our curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. Joining us means exposure to the full breadth of Patreon’s business and the opportunity to help shape its next phase of growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead major strategy workstreams: Own strategies like fan community, international expansion, and new monetization methods, from diagnosing what's working and where we're exposed to defining the strategy, then supporting teams as they execute and tracking progress against it.
- Ground every strategy in rigorous analysis: Size opportunities with models, desk research, and data, using AI tools to move quickly and work autonomously, and pressure-test quantitative work from Finance, Data Science, and Research.
- Drive alignment and delivery: Bring executives and cross-functional leaders to clear decisions on high-stakes questions, and keep large teams moving from strategy to shipped outcomes.
- Own company-level strategic narratives: Translate company performance and strategy into clear, decision-ready narratives, and shape recurring forums like All Hands, Business Reviews, and Board meetings.
What you'll need:
- Strategy Experience: 8+ years in consulting and corporate strategy, helping companies make high-stakes decisions. You're energized by untangling complex problems and turning analysis into real-world impact.
- Structured Thinking: You break down ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking, challenge assumptions, and land on well-reasoned recommendations, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Analytical Rigor: You can build and stress-test models (market and opportunity sizing), and you have a sharp eye for flaws in others' analysis. You're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and you use AI tools to move faster.
- Influence Without Authority: You build trust and drive outcomes across executives and cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Science, Research, Product, GTM), even when priorities compete.
- Executive Storytelling: You distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from partner teams to the board.
- Execution: You connect strategy to shipped outcomes and keep large cross-functional efforts moving.
- Ownership: You thrive on a small team with a large scope, minimal structure, and real accountability.
- Mission Alignment: You are deeply energized by Patreon's mission to fund the creative class and our vision of building an internet that rewards human creativity.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with creator-economy, marketplace, subscription, or consumer platform businesses
- Background in strategic finance, FP&A, or data analytics
- Prior ownership of board or investor materials at a growth-stage company
- Experience with international expansion
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.
