We're hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end — from partner onboarding and enablement to demand generation and events — across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions, prioritizing effort based on revenue potential and business urgency rather than spreading evenly across all three.
What You’ll Do:
You are a strategic operator who helps go-to-market leaders see what is happening, understand why it is happening, and act on what matters most.
You turn business questions into clear analysis, practical recommendations, and operating improvements that help sales teams make better decisions and deliver stronger results.
You find the problem, bring the right people together, and own the path to a better outcome.
You are Outcome-Obsessed about the work behind the number, from pipeline health and forecast confidence to seller productivity, account coverage, and operational adoption.
You bring useful proposals to leaders, make complex information easier to act on, and measure whether a change actually improved the business.
Responsibilities:
— Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, forecast and pipeline insights, and clear recommendations.
— Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, stakeholder input, and a practical understanding of how sellers and leaders run the business.
— Own high-impact operational initiatives from current-state discovery and requirements definition through solution design, cross-functional execution, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.
— Improve sales processes, workflows, CRM hygiene, CPQ quoting practices, rules of engagement, and assignment models while partnering with Systems and other stakeholders on durable solutions.
— Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights that give individual contributors, managers, and leaders the visibility they need to make informed decisions.
— Evaluate capacity, meeting and lead distribution, book of business coverage, and related success metrics to identify opportunities that improve productivity, fairness, growth, and accountability.
— Use AI, automation, analytics, and other available tools to build reusable workflows that accelerate analysis, reduce operational friction, and elevate the sales team while applying sound judgment to the outputs.
What You Bring To The Team:
— 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role.
— Understanding of enterprise selling motions and ability to navigate direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller relationships.
— Experience partnering with sales leaders, shaping recommendations from incomplete information, and independently driving cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes.
— Knowledge of sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and operational levers influencing seller productivity.
— Experience with Salesforce reporting and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis and building practical operating tools.
— Ability to communicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and proactively solve problems.
— Use of AI and automation tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and sales execution.
What We Offer:
— 100% remote work environment since 2015.
— Generous paid time off including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.
— 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
— Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
— 401(k) with 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution.
— Life and Disability insurance plans.
— Stock options for all full-time employees.
— One-time $500 reimbursement for home office setup.
— Annual allowance for education and professional development.
— $75 USD/month digital reimbursement.
— Access to BetterUp platform for coaching and growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team to play a key role in building the operational backbone behind our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence. You'll own the systems, automations, data, and dashboards that help our Partnerships team source, co-sell, and scale revenue through resellers, referral partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member is a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational counterpart to Partnerships leadership. You'll also work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Data, and Product to make partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue visible, measurable, and repeatable.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Partner Lifecycle & Process Management: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end processes for the partner journey, including onboarding, deal registration, lead and referral routing, co-sell workflows, and payout or commission handling. Make these processes consistent, automated, and easy to adopt.
- Strategic Partnership to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to Partnerships leadership, providing performance reporting, capacity and territory planning input, partner segmentation, and recommendations on program structure and incentives.
- Partner Attribution & Pipeline Visibility: Define and maintain how we track partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell pipeline and revenue across Salesforce and our data stack. Make sure partner contribution is accurately attributed and trusted by Sales, Finance, and leadership.
- Reporting & Analytics: Own dashboards, reports, and KPIs for partner performance, such as pipeline generation, win rates, sales cycle, partner ROI, and tier or segment health. Turn the data into insights that guide where we invest.
- Partner Program & Incentive Operations: Support the design, modeling, and rollout of partner programs, including tiering, rebates, referral fees, and MDF. Work with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product on how partner deals are handled, from account mapping and conflict resolution to handoffs and renewals.
- Experimentation: Test new partner motions, lead sources, routing logic, and program levers. Measure what works and scale it.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You'll thrive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI, driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and to push the frontiers of new technology.
- Are highly motivated, with a strong work ethic. We're at a critical moment in audio AI's evolution and committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical and efficient, and approach complex challenges with a first-principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
- Are energized by working with external partners and by the ambiguity of building a program that's still scaling.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Hands-on experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, or co-sell motions (e.g., deal registration, partner attribution, referral or reseller programs)
- A proven track record of building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through execution
- Strong Salesforce experience, including objects, reporting, and process design for partner-related workflows
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Sigma)
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable steps
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- A highly adaptable, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to build partnerships that help developers make more money and create new growth opportunities for RevenueCat.
You’ll understand how RevenueCat and other products fit together, identify opportunities that matter to customers, and own the work to make those partnerships valuable - from the initial business case and partner agreement through launch, adoption, and growth.
The work could range from helping more developers adopt web payments with Stripe, to helping app teams put subscription data to work through OneSignal, to creating a new distribution relationship with a developer platform.
You’ll join a small Partnerships team with the scope to decide which opportunities we pursue, how we develop them, and where we should do less. That means going deep with a focused set of existing partners while proactively finding the next relationships RevenueCat needs.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our Partnerships Lead. You’ll own the partnership and commercial work, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering on integrations and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Set the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem. Identify where partnerships can solve customer problems or open new growth opportunities. Own the priorities across the ecosystem, deciding which relationships to build, deepen, or keep lower-touch.
- Create new product partnerships. Identify customer needs and market opportunities, build the business case, engage the right partners, and negotiate commitments. Own the relationship from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Create a scalable route for partners to build with RevenueCat. Establish how we evaluate inbound opportunities and work with Product to provide the guidance, onboarding, and support companies need to develop integrations without a high-touch partnership.
- Turn our most important integrations into meaningful partnerships. Own and execute plans with priority partners that go beyond the integration itself, from customer adoption and education to co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other creative GTM motions suited to the opportunity each partnership creates.
- Measure the impact of the ecosystem. Define and report the metrics that show which partnerships are creating value and where we should invest next.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first month, you’ll:
- Get deeply familiar with RevenueCat’s product, customers, integrations, and the teams you’ll work with.
- Meet existing partners and begin taking ownership of day-to-day relationships.
- Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team.
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own a focused set of priority partnerships, with clear recommendations on where to invest and where to do less.
- Have joint plans, success measures, and initial performance baselines for priority relationships.
- Bring your first integration business cases and a qualified pipeline of new partner opportunities to the team.
- Complete your first side quest.
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Have launched partner-specific GTM initiatives and demonstrated progress against agreed adoption, customer, or commercial measures.
- Have converted priority new opportunities into signed agreements or partnerships, moving toward launch.
- Have influenced integration investment through customer evidence and business cases developed with Product.
- Have a working process for evaluating inbound requests and supporting lower-touch integration partners.
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Demonstrate measurable improvements against your initial baselines, including integration adoption, customer outcomes, and RevenueCat pipeline or revenue where relevant.
- Have sourced, signed, and launched new partnerships that expand what customers can achieve with RevenueCat or how developers discover and adopt it.
- Have scaled the GTM approaches that work, adapted them to different partners, and reduced investment in activities that aren’t delivering.
- Have established a repeatable way to evaluate, launch, and support partnerships without every opportunity depending on high-touch involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You have 4+ years of partnerships experience, including ownership of product, integration, technology or platform partnerships, and experience in a startup or scale-up. Your work has involved actual product collaboration, not solely referral, reseller, or co-marketing relationships.
- You’ve created opportunities, not just inherited relationships. You can point to partnerships you identified, built the internal case for, secured, and launched, and explain what they changed for customers or the business.
- You can get into the detail of an integration. You can read API and SDK documentation, explain how products and data flows fit together, and identify important requirements or constraints before involving technical specialists.
- You know how to drive value after launch. You’ve designed creative, partner-specific GTM strategies and can explain the audience, why you chose the approach, and what changed as a result. Your experience goes beyond coordinating isolated campaigns or launch announcements.
- You’ve helped build or significantly improve a product or technology partner ecosystem, and can show how you decided where to invest, where not to, and why
- You’ve repeatedly taken ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution with minimal direction, and you’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to get things shipped.
IDEALLY, YOU ALSO
- Have experience in developer tools, mobile, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or a related technical ecosystem.
- Understand how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate products.
- Experiment with products, APIs, or developer and AI tools to understand opportunities firsthand.
- Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a Channel Manager to develop, execute and evolve our partner go-to-market strategy in India. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Operations and the leadership team to align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical and sales development efforts. Your key task is to deliver immediate and future partner-sourced revenue growth, working primarily with Grafana's regional Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
As our first dedicated channel hire in India, you will build an emerging partner community and shape the role, the strategy and the playbook inside a rapidly growing company where partners are a core part of go-to-market.
This is NOT a programmatic channel and distribution role. This IS a sales-focused channel role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable owning a partner-sourced revenue number, and can build on a fast-growing channel business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners
Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
Work across Grafana Labs on message alignment, operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in channel sales or sales (selling with partners)
Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

Perplexity is looking for an experienced Billing Operations Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team as we scale our enterprise business. You will own the enterprise billing lifecycle, translating complex commercial agreements into accurate, timely invoices and building the processes and controls that support our growth.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, Legal, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate combines strong billing and systems expertise with sound judgement, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise and reseller billing: Own enterprise billing operations from customer and subscription setup through recurring invoicing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and timely billing in accordance with executed agreements.
- Contract review: Partner with Enterprise Sales and Deal Desk to review nonstandard billing terms before contracts are signed, assess operational feasibility, and route exceptions for approval.
- Complex billing arrangements: Translate approved pricing and contractual terms into billing configurations and schedules, including seat changes, tiered discounting, prorations, co-terminations, prepaid credits, and usage billed in arrears.
- Billing inquiries and disputes: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise billing questions from customers and internal teams. Investigate discrepancies, coordinate approved credits and rebills, and address underlying causes to prevent recurring issues.
- Reconciliations and close support: Reconcile contract, subscription, and usage data to billing output and investigate any billing discrepancies. Support month-end close and audits through billing completeness checks, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Integration management: Identifying and resolving any billing system integration failures.
- Customer Success and renewal support: Partner with Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, and Deal Desk on renewals, expansions, and changes to customer commitments. Prepare seat, usage, and billing analyses; calculate renewal credits and true-ups; and translate approved agreements into accurate subscription, credit, and invoice updates. Coordinate the resolution of billing issues that could delay renewals or disrupt the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years of experience in billing operations, order management, order-to-cash, revenue operations, or a related finance function, including hands-on ownership of enterprise SaaS or subscription billing.
- Billing expertise: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex customer agreements and translate them into accurate billing schedules, invoices, and adjustments, including subscription and usage-based arrangements.
- Systems proficiency: Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, tax engines, and subscription or usage-based billing platforms, with the ability to investigate issues across connected systems.
- Accounting fundamentals: Working knowledge of accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and revenue-recognition concepts, including ASC 606.
- Resourcefulness, detail-oriented and a motivation for solving problems and finding solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, as frequent interaction with both internal and external stakeholders will be required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
European governments, research institutions, and public bodies are investing in large-scale AI, analytics, and data infrastructure. MinIO's software-defined, S3-compatible, cloud-native object storage is built for the performance and scale these workloads demand.
We are seeking a technical, creative, and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to lead MinIO's growth in the public sector across EU Region. You will sell to national and regional government, research and HPC centres, universities, healthcare bodies, defence and security agencies, and EU institutions. You will combine technical depth in storage, data lake/lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC with a real understanding of how the public sector buys, so you can shape and win complex, multi-stakeholder deals of €250K+.
What You Will Do
Drive Public Sector Business Development:
Identify and develop opportunities across ministries, agencies, research organisations, and public institutions. Engage early, before requirements are written, to influence strategy, architecture, and budget planning.
Lead Technical and Vision Selling:
Articulate how MinIO delivers transformational outcomes for data infrastructure, AI/ML, analytics, and HPC, not just incremental improvements. Translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes and public value.
Navigate Public Procurement:
Manage the full cycle from early engagement through tender, evaluation, and award. This includes EU and national procurement rules, framework agreements, and dynamic purchasing systems. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Contracts.
Close Complex Deals:
Own opportunities with longer, committee-driven sales cycles, from first contact through to award.
Compete and Win Against Legacy Vendors:
Position cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage against traditional storage vendors by demonstrating its advantages for modern workloads. Make the case on cost, flexibility, and performance.
Support Security Reviews:
Work with customers and internal teams to respond to security questionnaires and architecture reviews, involving Product and Legal as needed.
Build the Business Case:
Develop ROI and total-cost-of-ownership models that speak to public-sector priorities: value for money, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability.
Partner-First Territory Strategy:
Build and run co-selling plans with resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners, including those holding public-sector frameworks, to extend coverage and reach buyers who purchase through partners.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Marketing on tailored solutions, successful POCs and pilots, and a smooth path from award to deployment.
Forecast with Discipline:
Maintain accurate pipeline management, realistic forecasting that reflects procurement timelines and budget cycles, and clear account plans.
Your Skills and Experience
Public Sector Sales Expertise:
7+ years of enterprise or public-sector sales in the EU, with consistent quota attainment and average deal sizes of €250K+.
Procurement Fluency:
Hands-on experience with public tenders and frameworks, and with working through procurement officers, technical evaluators, and budget holders.
Technical Acumen:
Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments. You can engage architects and researchers and connect technical concepts to mission and policy outcomes.
Public Sector IT Awareness:
Working knowledge of the data protection and security requirements that shape European public-sector IT purchasing.
Partner-Led Approach:
Track record of building co-selling strategies with channel, SI, and alliance partners.
Competitive Selling:
Proven ability to displace entrenched vendors with a differentiated value proposition.
Consultative, Challenger Mindset:
You teach, tailor, and challenge customer thinking, and you shape requirements rather than just responding to them.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-moving company.
Network:
Established relationships within UK/EU public institutions, research communities, and the partner ecosystem.
Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English and other relevant local languages is required.
Education:
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll own the operational backbone that connects what we sell to what we bill: turning executed contracts and agent usage into accurate bookings and reports, and turning the data behind both into critical insights the business acts on. This role sits at the center of the company’s business model and works across Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, GTM Systems, and Agent Development.
Own Order Management across the Customer Lifecycle
- Own the path from signature to booking: build, verify, and book quotes across the customer lifecycle, capturing all critical commercial terms
- Collaborate across GTM Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation to ensure bookings flow accurately into all downstream systems and reporting
- Leverage and spearhead order management guides and best practices, influencing policies and processes as new terms and products emerge
Accelerate usage tracking and reporting
- Partner with Agent Development to set up, verify, and maintain outcome-based usage tracking across agents
- Run the monthly consumption reporting and billing cycle for our growing customer base, delivering key reports to the company and to the Customer
- Serve as the owner for usage questions from customers, Sales, and Agent Development
Support our Deal Operations and Velocity
- Draft, review, and execute order forms, working with our Pricing team to align on commercial negotiation, deal forecast, and downstream operability
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Finance across the deal lifecycle to execute deals cleanly and drive scalability over time
Build the Operational Machine with us
- Continuously identify repetitive processes across the order management lifecycle and collaborate across the Go-to-Market Operations team to automate and scale them
- Work with Revenue Operations and GTM systems to define billing processes and policies for new products and pricing models
- Ramp from running standard processes to owning complex and ambiguous scenarios
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–4 years in deal desk, order management, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience owning an operational booking and/or billing queue end-to-end with high accuracy against monthly deadlines
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and a CPQ or billing system; comfortable reading a contract and translating terms into system fields
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and customers
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI tooling
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office with the team
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience with usage-based billing (commitments, overages, credits, true-ups)
- Familiarity with Quoting and Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- SQL or spreadsheet modeling skills
- Exposure to sales compensation, revenue recognition, or partner and reseller billing
- Experience at a high-growth company where you helped stand up a process from scratch
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
