WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaign Strategy & Execution to develop and execute campaigns that help users discover value, adopt key workflows, and deepen their use of Notion.
You'll own campaigns end to end: translating business and customer opportunities into clear strategies, defining audiences and journeys, coordinating creative and technical production, launching across email and in-product channels, and measuring incremental impact.
This role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and creative partners. You should be equally comfortable shaping a campaign brief, building a journey in Customer.io http://Customer.io, resolving execution details, and interpreting results.
Scope guardrails: this role owns campaign strategy, hands-on execution, cross-functional delivery, and performance analysis. It is not the primary Customer.io http://Customer.io architect or incident-response owner, a general intake coordinator, or a production-only role receiving prewritten briefs. The person should operate as an independent campaign owner who can take work from an ambiguous opportunity to a high-quality, measured launch.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the campaign portfolio. Independently lead a portfolio of launch, one-off, and evergreen lifecycle campaigns with clear prioritization and predictable delivery.
- Turn opportunities into strategies. Translate product launches, lifecycle moments, and business priorities into clear objectives, audiences, journeys, channel plans, and success metrics.
- Build high-impact lifecycle programs. Develop campaigns across onboarding, activation, adoption, collaboration, monetization, retention, and resurrection.
- Execute from brief to measurement. Own audience creation, build, QA, localization, launch readiness, and post-campaign analysis across email and in-product messaging.
- Improve foundational journeys. Audit existing programs and recommend which should be maintained, improved, rebuilt, or retired; lead the rebuild of priority onboarding or adoption journeys.
- Raise the experimentation bar. Develop testable hypotheses and use segmentation, personalization, holdouts, and A/B tests to understand incremental impact.
- Measure customer and business outcomes. Connect campaigns to activation, product adoption, collaboration, conversion, retention, or qualified sales outcomes—not only opens and clicks.
- Lead cross-functional delivery. Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Sales, and external partners.
- Create repeatable systems. Turn recurring campaign work into templates, playbooks, and reusable operating patterns that improve quality and velocity.
- Enable safe self-service. Help cross-functional partners execute effectively while maintaining Lifecycle's strategic, customer-experience, and quality standards.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience owning lifecycle, CRM, growth, or product-marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- A track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional campaigns at meaningful scale.
- Strong customer-journey thinking across activation, adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and campaign-measurement skills.
- Ability to use data to prioritize opportunities, evaluate results, and change strategy; working knowledge of SQL or self-serve analytics is a plus.
- Excellent project leadership: clear briefs, dependable execution, proactive risk management, and crisp stakeholder communication.
- Strong editorial and customer judgment—you care about sending useful, relevant messages rather than maximizing message volume.
- Comfort operating in a product-led, highly cross-functional environment with incomplete information.
- Experience with B2B or product-led growth, product telemetry, in-product messaging, or AI-assisted campaign workflows is a plus.
- 8+ total years relevant + transferrable experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS:
- Establish a clear operating rhythm for launch, one-off, and evergreen campaigns.
- Independently own a meaningful portfolio from strategy through performance analysis.
- Launch a materially improved onboarding, activation, or adoption journey with a defined experiment and measurement plan.
- Establish consistent briefs, segmentation standards, QA, launch-readiness checks, and post-campaign readouts.
- Demonstrate credible incremental movement in a product or business outcome.
- Create meaningful capacity for senior Lifecycle teammates to focus on systems architecture, journey strategy, personalization, and modernization.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it's invoiced. As part of the Revenue Operations team within Accounting, we own order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing — processing orders accurately and within SLA, including our most complex work with validation for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance
Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner with cross functional partners to investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems — following up to conclusion
Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving them to resolution
Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end tests from order through billing, documenting bugs clearly, and working with cross functional partners to resolve
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems, while maintaining SOX controls, audit documentation, and the SOPs and test cases your areas run on
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems — and comfort with data query tools
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s Foundational Storage team builds and supports the stateful storage systems that all our products rely on: object storage, relational databases, key-value stores, and caches. We help Sentry engineers store and access data consistently, durably, securely, and efficiently as our products and traffic grow.
We develop storage services like our open-source Objectstore https://github.com/getsentry/objectstore and build libraries and APIs that make existing storage systems easier to use. In our own services, we design storage protocols that keep data consistent across backends, even through concurrent updates and failures. Our abstractions let other engineering teams use storage without worrying about which cluster or instance holds their data.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the team, you’ll work on both the systems and the code that makes them easy to use. You’ll tackle questions of data consistency, availability, performance, and cost-efficiency, and work with product teams to turn their needs into practical solutions. The goal is simple: make the right way to store data the easy and obvious way.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design and operate storage systems used across Sentry, including their configuration and performance tuning.
- Create APIs and abstractions that make storage easy for product teams to use, with best practices for correctness, security, and scale built in.
- Solve storage challenges at scale, including consistency under concurrent access, sharding and rebalancing, and routing reads and writes across storage backends as workloads grow.
- Work with product engineers to choose storage approaches, plan safe migrations, and help teams adopt the tools you build.
- Plan and build with other Platform and Infrastructure teams, including analytical storage and streaming, to deliver a complete, fault-tolerant platform for product teams. Align roadmaps and standards, and design for failures and recovery.
- Improve storage performance and cost efficiency by making better use of backends and resources, while keeping the platform simple for product teams.
- Write code primarily in Rust and Python, with clear user-facing documentation. Develop advanced testing scenarios, such as production-scale chaos tests covering backend and infrastructure outages.
- Own latency and availability SLOs for your services, improve monitoring and incident response, and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy digging into the internals of storage systems and understanding how they behave when traffic grows, requests race, or a dependency has a bad day.
- Care about a useful, easy-to-use API as much as what happens behind it.
- Like working with other engineers to understand their needs and make their day-to-day work easier.
- Want to follow your work from design and code through rollout and production for millions of developers.
- Want open-source contributions to be at the center of your day job.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating distributed, stateful systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with object storage, relational databases, and caching systems at production scale. Experience with key-value or wide-column stores is a plus.
- An understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including consistency, concurrency, and what happens when requests fail or need to be retried.
- Proficiency in a systems language such as Go, C++, Java, or Rust, and comfort working in Python. We primarily use Rust and Python, and welcome engineers who are new to Rust.
- Experience running services on Kubernetes in a cloud environment, including observability, SLOs, and incident response. Familiarity with Terraform is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English, especially in explaining technical choices and writing documentation.
- Nice to have: experience building shared libraries or internal APIs, migrating data between systems, or improving system performance and cost.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $200,000 to $420,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific region, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires that you be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3
This is a one-year fixed-term contract that we anticipate ending in November 2027.
In this highly strategic and client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, team members, and internal teams, shaping and optimizing our global benefits provisions across a diverse portfolio of international markets.
As a Senior Specialist, you operate with a high degree of autonomy and commercial acumen. You are the vital connector between our global benefits infrastructure, our internal teams, and our customers. You will balance strategic vendor management (maximizing coverage while minimizing costs) with deep internal and external enablement. - Internal Upskilling: Proactively train and upskill internal teams (Support, Sales, etc) to ensure they can confidently discuss multi-country benefits provisions with customers.
- Interactive Training: Lead high-impact webinars and host live AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions focused on benefits education for both internal and external audiences worldwide.
Continuous Improvement & High Performance
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously audit and refine global benefits delivery workflows to reduce ticket response times and elevate overall service quality.

- Trend Analysis: Analyze recurring benefits ticket data to identify systemic friction points, proactively building preventative resources and product feedback loops.
Experience
- 6+ Years of Global Benefits Experience: Deep expertise in international benefits design, compliance, and vendor management with a strong track record of supporting both internal stakeholders and external corporate clients across multiple continents.
- True Cross-Country Expertise: Direct hands-on experience navigating nuanced benefits landscapes, statutory requirements, and local market norms across multiple global regions (e.g., AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- Strong foundational knowledge of international fringe benefits tax (FBT) frameworks and how country-specific benefit choices impact employee and employer tax liabilities.
- Commercial & Solution-Oriented Mindset: Highly commercial in your ways of working; able to balance empathy for the end-user with rigorous cost management and business objectives.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: A natural educator who can translate intricate, technical benefits terminology into clear, accessible advice—both in writing and when presenting live to clients or senior leaders.

- AI Implementation: Proven experience implementing AI tools or automated workflows specifically within a benefits, HR, or Ops function.
- Fast-Paced Environments: Background working in a fast-scaling startup or global tech environment.
- [BONUS] Additional Languages: Professional fluency in multiple languages is a strong plus.
- [BONUS] EOR Experience: Demonstrable experience working within or closely with an Employer of Record (EOR) model, navigating international benefits boundaries.

SENIOR PEOPLE & TALENT OPERATIONS PARTNER
⚡ This one's moving fast. We've already received a lot of interest. Applications and assessments close October 18, with interviews happening over the two weeks after that. Apply quickly to avoid disappointment!
📍 Where do we hire from? Almost everywhere. Check that your country appears on this page https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing. For this role, you'll have at least 4 hours daily overlap with your UK-based manager.
Hi there, I'm Olive Turon, Head of People & Culture at TestGorilla. I'm excited to share more about the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we're building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We're all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we're now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you'll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire. You'll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one.
Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role. Just as critically, you'll build and own the AI/automation and self-serve layer that keeps our People function lean, bringing a product mindset to everything you touch. Let’s face it: we’re a scale-up, so you’ll also need to be happy wearing other People hats when the moment requires.
We're looking for someone autonomous, opinionated and candid, who'll tell me when I've got it wrong. You'll be dealing with real people and real problems, so you'll need to stay empathic but boundaried, structured and organized even when the pace picks up.
I’m biased, but I think it’s a dream job: this is an HR role in an HRTech company changing the world of work for the better, we’ll have immense amounts of fun, there’s plenty of uncharted territory for you to make your own, and I’m committed to helping you to do the best work of your life.
A quick check: if you've never built objectively clever automations (not just used one someone else built), please don't apply. Automation is just that central to the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey - from pre-boarding to off-boarding - that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters
- Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it, ensuring these tools are not siloed but unified and integrated.
- Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end, across every country we operate in.
- Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor.
- Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their own searches independently.
- Owning the documentation that makes self-serve actually work in practice, ensuring that it’s structured in a way that is easily accessible to both humans and P&C AI agents.
- Working with me to maintain a clean line between what's self-serve and what needs a person. We do not aspire to automate our entire People journey here.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com http://Make.com, and the like) as a core part of an integrated HR tech stack, not just used AI tools day to day. Arguably the most important thing on this list.
- Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Employer of Record or a mix of EOR and direct entities.
- Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience. HiBob experience is a big plus, and so is experience assessing or migrating HR systems.
- Brings a product mindset: builds for the people who use them (employees and managers), listens to their feedback, and iterates rather than building in isolation.
- Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment, and has worked in these kinds of teams and working cultures before.
- Marries operational rigor with genuine empathy and a real interest in people. You'll be dealing directly with team members, sometimes on sensitive matters.
- Is opinionated and candid, with excellent feedback and stakeholder management skills.
Most people in this role will have acquired these skills over five years of relevant experience. That being said, we care far more about what you've owned, your impact and how you've progressed, than the exact number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
- Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster.
- HRIS implementation or migration project experience.
- Experience supporting a team through organizational change.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: In this role, you'll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
- Competitive compensation: €56,520 - €70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). This role doesn't carry a bonus component.
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
*Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year, or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches.
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being.
INTERESTED?
At TestGorilla, we believe your skills speak louder than your resume. That's why we champion a skills-first approach, using cutting-edge, AI-powered assessments to uncover your true skills and experience match.
When you apply, you'll get to experience our platform firsthand by taking an assessment – it's your invitation to shine and show us what you can do! While our platform is powered by AI, every hiring decision is made by humans. Check out our Applicant Privacy document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-9ao3Njzsdjm_jzrExZzPRVGgBdW3C_GP3B900p6RwE/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.n34f6s4yss1g to see how we protect your data.
Given the hiring sprint timeline above, we'd love to see your application land before September 20.
Concerned about test anxiety or need help with the assessment? We've got you covered. Please check out our candidate support page https://candidates.testgorilla.com/hc/en-us for any questions. Accommodations are readily available as part of the assessment setup, and requesting support will never impact your application.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
