About Logos (λ)
Logos (λ)
is a movement of technologists, creatives, strategists, and activists working together to build a sovereign, people-owned technology stack that revitalises civil society and protects digital liberties at scale.
This position is within the IFT Technical Services (IFT-TS) Distributed Systems Testing (DST) Team, a team that primarily supports Logos, while also contributing to other IFT projects.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Distributed Systems Evaluation Engineer to join the Institute of Free Technology - Technical Services, on the Distributed Systems Testing (IFT-TS DST) team. This role focuses on rigorously assessing the performance and reliability of IFT projects at scale, where Logos (λ) is one of them.
Logos (λ) technology stack is composed of 3 main components:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join our Distributed Systems Testing (DST) team.
You’ll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive evaluation strategies, leveraging both large-scale lab deployments and protocol behavior modeling scripts. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing these complex distributed systems, automating intricate test scenarios, and providing in-depth insights into system behaviors.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll troubleshoot complex issues and translate technical data into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in containerization, cloud technologies, and distributed systems principles is essential.
Key responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters to support large-scale experiments and benchmarks of P2P technologies.
Continuously improve cluster scalability and resource utilization, enabling increasingly complex deployments and experiments.
Set up, maintain, and optimize supporting infrastructure such as monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.).
Collaborate with DST researchers and engineers to streamline experimentation workflows and make analysis easier and more reproducible.
Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows to increase reliability and reduce overhead.
Troubleshoot, profile, and tune distributed workloads to ensure accurate and performant benchmarking.
Identify, reproduce, and debug complex issues in distributed systems, working closely with Logos development teams.
You ideally will have

Excellent written and conversational communication skills.
Alignment with our core values and principles.
Bonus points
Hands-on experience with libp2p or projects in the Logos collective.
Background in performance benchmarking, scalability testing, or systems research.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.
About Provectus:

At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.

High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
As we continue to strengthen alignment across our go-to-market teams, we're focused on building a more connected approach to how we measure, analyze, and forecast performance across the full customer journey, from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue. This new role, within our Revenue Operations team, will help bring that vision to life by creating a clear, shared view of the funnel that marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can use to make more informed decisions. As a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, partnering closely with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce, and make it visible to executives and teams across the organization
Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what “influenced” versus “marketing-sourced” means and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led
Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away from what didn’t
Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them as a single source of truth
Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to our BI tool on a regular refresh schedule
Dig into the data, including with AI, to surface patterns and insights nobody has asked about yet
What you’ll bring to the role:
About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
Experience in a SaaS environment
Bonus: the ability to read SQL (writing it is not required)
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,500
—
$147,600 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Do you care deeply about visual hierarchy, interaction details, and how a webpage feels to use? Do you believe design isn’t decoration, it’s how products communicate, guide, and solve complex problems? If you enjoy refining pixels, building coherent web systems, and eliminating friction for smart users, this is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our web presence is often the first interaction developers and teams have with JetBrains. As software evolves, our web products and tools need to clearly communicate complex concepts while staying intuitive, accessible, and fast.
You’ll take ownership of major web design initiatives across our ecosystem. Instead of applying surface polish, you’ll tackle core visual and structural challenges, building scalable design patterns, improving user journeys, and shaping how our web interfaces operate across devices. You’ll collaborate directly with product managers and developers, bringing visual clarity to complicated workflows and ensuring our web pages meet the high standards our users expect.
Day to day, you will:
Design responsive, accessible web pages and interaction flows.
Build, maintain, and evolve scalable web design systems and UI component libraries.
Turn complex technical concepts and user requirements into intuitive visual experiences.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation stays true to design intent.
Test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and real-world usage patterns.
What you’ll bring
Attention to structure, layout systems, and interaction details.
A systems-thinking mindset that prioritizes consistency and scalability over isolated fixes.
Clear, articulate reasoning behind design decisions when collaborating with other teams.
Strong self-direction and comfort taking ownership of end-to-end design initiatives.
Genuine curiosity about how users interact with web pages.
What you’ll need
A portfolio demonstrating complex Web/UI/UX projects delivered from concept to production.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
A strong understanding of modern web standards and responsive design.
Experience creating and managing web design systems and UI component libraries.
A track record of designing accessible, inclusive web interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
What success looks like
Success means delivering web experiences that feel effortless, consistent, and visually refined. You’ll know you’re succeeding when complex user flows become clear, design components scale seamlessly across products, and both internal teams and end-users trust the quality of your work.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join Kraken’s Finance Data Eng & Analytics team within Data Platform. You’ll build trusted financial data products, using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve the close process.
Working at the intersection of data engineering and accounting, you’ll turn complex financial data into reliable pipelines, models and automated reconciliations. You’ll use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and investigations, keeping financial outputs tested and traceable.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Finance and Platform Accounting to improve reporting and decision-making. Clear communication and collaboration will help you agree priorities, explain findings and drive adoption.
- Partner with Finance to understand workflows, identify pain points and translate business needs into practical data and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for data preparation, reconciliations, reporting and follow-ups, with clear controls, monitoring and exception handling.
- Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, investigate issues and make decisions.
- Resolve finance data issues and reconciliation breaks with Finance, Product and Engineering, addressing root causes and communicating progress.
- Build scalable, reliable pipelines to collect, transform and curate data from internal platforms and external systems.
- Support the design and rollout of a trusted finance data lake, with clear definitions, ownership and quality checks.
- Improve data timeliness, enabling near-real-time insights where they add business value.
- Evaluate new technologies, including AI-assisted automation, and prototype solutions to Finance needs that can be reliably supported in production.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, working directly with Finance teams.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, including writing, debugging and maintaining production code.
- Solid experience with Git, merge requests, and code reviews, supported by strong software engineering practices, including testing and documentation.
- Hands-on experience building and operating pipelines and models using dbt, Spark, Airflow or comparable tools.
- Direct experience with finance or accounting data, such as reconciliations, subledgers, cost basis or month-end close, including investigating discrepancies and validating outputs with accounting stakeholders.
- A track record of owning pipelines end to end, making sound technical decisions and improving reliability as requirements and systems evolve.
- Judgment and autonomy to lead complex work, navigate ambiguity and remain accountable for production outcomes.
- Experience supporting recurring financial close activities, combined with a proactive approach to identifying manual processes and replacing them with reliable, sustainable automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Engineering and Finance, explain complex technical issues, articulate financial implications, and recommend actionable solutions.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cryptocurrency transaction data and how digital-asset activity flows into financial records and reconciliations.
- Experience processing large volumes of financial transactions using distributed frameworks such as Spark or PySpark.

Capital.com is building out its internal platform capabilities, and AI is a growing part of that. The role combines architectural ownership with hands-on delivery: you will design, build, deploy and operate the platform, including its infrastructure and DevOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Security, you will set up this function as its first member and make the early technical decisions that the future team will build on.
As Platform Architect, you will own the architecture of the platform that more than 1,000 employees rely on, including their access to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and future providers.
Responsibilities:
Build the AI platform architecture: the reference design for how LLM capabilities are accessed, governed, monitored, and extended across the organisation.
Own every architectural decision for the AI platform, and document, justify, and stand behind each one.
Evaluate and select new models, tools, and frameworks as the market moves.
Deliver the platform as a service, so teams can move their agents into governed cloud infrastructure.
Govern Anthropic (Claude API, Claude Code, Anthropic Enterprise), OpenAI, and future providers, covering API access controls, credential management, model version policy, cost allocation, and acceptable use standards.
Own technical relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI at the enterprise level.
Build cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS and GCP: Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and supporting services (S3, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring on both platforms).
Deploy and securely configure n8n, and build automation workflows connecting LLMs to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and proprietary data sources.
Design and secure MCP servers and gateways connecting AI agents to internal services.
Build Python integrations for AI-powered internal tooling: RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and internal AI assistants.
Deliver hands-on: you write the code, build the workflows, and deploy the tooling. This isn't an advisory role.
Build data privacy and security architecture for LLM usage in a regulated environment, including prompt classification, output controls, and audit trails aligned with FCA, CySEC, ASIC, and DORA.
Build observability across the full stack: token consumption, cost per team, latency, error rates, and policy violations across cloud platforms and direct API providers.
Build an AI adoption framework of standards, patterns, and onboarding materials that let teams across Technology use AI safely and consistently.
Run internal enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct support for teams moving from ad-hoc AI use to governed, repeatable processes.
Report AI platform status, risks, and roadmap to Technology leadership
Requirements:
8+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based systems in production, not prototypes or POCs.
Comfort operating as the first person in a function: you set your own priorities, unblock yourself, and deliver without a team around you.
Production-grade Python: tooling that others depend on, not scripts you hand off.
Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs: function calling, tool use, streaming, RAG, prompt management, token optimisation, and model versioning.
Hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP servers, and MCP gateways, including designing flows between AI agents and internal services.
n8n: deploying, securely configuring, and maintaining multi-step automation workflows at organisation scale.
Solid AWS for AI workloads: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, deployed and operated in production.
Solid GCP for AI workloads: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
Hands-on DevOps capability to deploy and run what you build.
Architectural thinking: end-to-end system design, clear trade-off documentation, and the ability to defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
Security engineering for what you build: secrets and credential management, key rotation, and least-privilege IAM across cloud and SaaS.
Data protection and auditability by design: classifying what data can reach which model and provider, controlling and logging prompts and outputs, and building audit trails that hold up to a regulator.
Fluency in the LLM threat surface, including prompt injection, data exfiltration through model outputs, insecure tool and agent use, and model supply-chain risk, with working knowledge of a recognised framework such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF.
Nice to have:
Fintech, brokerage, or financial services background.
DORA or ISO 27001:2022 knowledge as it applies to AI system risk.
Familiarity with the EU AI Act and other AI regulatory requirements, as well as AI-specific risk and governance standards such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Hands-on experience with LLM guardrail and DLP tooling: Bedrock Guardrails, Vertex AI safety filters, or prompt-firewall and PII-redaction tools.
Experience building internal developer platforms or AI centres of excellence.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
In West Africa, people wait for symptoms to get worse, wait months for an appointment, and depend on a health system stuck in paper and manual processes. We exist to end that wait.
Founded in 2022 in Senegal, Tanel is the first digital health insurer in francophone West Africa, operating in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. With 30,000+ members, a network of 1,200+ health facilities and 400+ pharmacies, and revenue multiplied by 7 in 2025, Tanel has proven real product-market fit.
In 2026, Alan, Europe's prevention-first health insurer (€950M+ revenue, 1M+ members in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), acquired Tanel to accelerate its expansion in Africa. Together, we are building the reference health insurer in francophone West Africa, aiming for $200M in revenue by 2030.
🚀 WHY JOIN NOW?
Care is our members' first point of contact, and today it runs on the energy of a small, committed team: about 5 people across Dakar and Abidjan, answering members, HR admins and providers on WhatsApp, phone, email and the app.
What got us here will not get us to the next stage:
- Scale: our member base is set to grow several times over in the next 3 years.
- Expansion: after Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, we plan to open new countries in the coming years.
- Integration: we are moving Care Africa onto Alan's ways of working (KPIs, rituals, playbooks) and, in 2027, onto Alan's tools and platform.
- Performance: we need to structure our KPIs: what we measure, why, and how we act on it, from response times to member satisfaction.
This is a rare chance to shape a Care organization from the ground up, with the backing of a Care Ops team that has already done it in several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada).
⭐ THE ROLE
As Care Ops for Alan Africa, you are the most senior Care person on the ground. You do not manage the team directly: our crew lead does. You own the transformation: how the team is organized, how it grows, how it performs, and how it converges with the rest of Alan. You are part of Alan's global Care Ops team, and you bring local reality into global decisions as much as you bring global practices to Africa.
Your missions include:
1/ Design and roll out the target operating model
- Turn Alan's Care model into a version that works for Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire: how agents split their time between members and improvement work, opening hours, weekends, service levels we commit to.
- Define the team structure for the next 3 years: roles, tiers, one team or one per country.
- Set up outsourcing where it makes sense, and manage the performance of our external partners.
- Build the hiring plan with the crew lead and take part in recruitment, including final-round validation.
2/ Lead the integration with Alan
- Bring Alan's KPIs, rituals and playbooks to the local team, and make sure they stick through training and follow-up.
- Help the crew lead grow the team and coach agents into Care Experts who own improvement projects.
3/ Own operational performance, quality and tools
- Structure our KPIs and reporting: what we measure, why, and how we review it every week, including member satisfaction on WhatsApp and phone.
- Diagnose root causes behind delays, backlogs and member pain points, and turn them into concrete actions.
- Make sure our tools (ticketing, WhatsApp, phone) are set up and fully operational, and lead the transition to Alan's stack with Product, so local needs are built in.
- Provide the inputs (volumes, hours, productivity) that feed our staffing model and budget, and challenge the outputs.
4/ Be the bridge between local and global
- Represent Care Africa in Alan's Care community: share what works, raise what doesn't, contribute to global projects.
- Contribute to Care's strategic plan, for Africa and at global level.
⭐ YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience operations, including structuring, scaling or turning around a team.
- Have led change in teams or functions you did not manage, and know how to earn buy-in rather than impose a playbook.
- Are data-fluent: you set and track the right KPIs, read and challenge an analysis, and use numbers to make decisions. You do not need to build forecasting models.
- Are fluent in French and work comfortably in English, written and spoken.
- Know the West African context and adapt your approach to the people and the market you work with.
- Are structured, autonomous and at ease with ambiguity: much is still to be defined, and you will help define it.
- Care deeply about access to healthcare and want to have a real impact on members' lives.
Strong pluses: experience in health, insurance or assistance; managing outsourcing partners; leading a CRM or tooling migration; running WhatsApp or phone-heavy support; speaking Wolof.
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract, full time, based in our Dakar office, with regular trips to Abidjan.
- A central role in a fast-growing African healthtech, backed by Alan's global Care team.
- Comprehensive health insurance through Alan for you and your family.
- All the tools you need to do your best work.
- Learning and training opportunities: a flexible policy, budgets for books and conferences.
- For this role, we are hiring within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity (pay scale to confirm).
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES
If this role excites you but you don't tick every box, we would love to hear from you. Everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, should feel free to apply: either we succeed, or we learn.
Location: Dubai
Workplace: hybrid
UAE is Capital.com’s largest and most complex MENA market, and you’ll be its single, accountable owner. You’ll run UAE marketing performance like your own business, managing the day-to-day plan, local channels and partners, while also supporting performance activity across the wider region. Strategy, brand and regional budget sit with the Head of Marketing, MENA, and your job is to execute against them with judgment, speed and full ownership of results.
Responsibilities:
Own UAE’s marketing performance day to day, treating local commercial outcomes as a
direct personal accountability, not a shared regional metric.
Execute the UAE portion of the regional marketing plan agreed with the Head of Marketing,
MENA, adapting tactics to local market conditions within agreed budget and brand
parameters.
Manage local brand, OOH, TV, radio, podcast, affiliate, and influencer relationships in UAE,
in coordination with central Centres of Excellence, who retain authority over execution
quality and standards.
Track UAE-specific brand health and digital reputation signals, surfacing issues early
rather than after they show up in the numbers.
Recommend budget reallocation and channel trade-offs for UAE to the Head of Marketing,
MENA, with clear rationale, rather than requesting sign-off without a point of view.
Escalate regulatory, cultural, or reputational risks specific to Dubai to the Head of
Marketing, MENA and relevant CoE leads, early and factually.
Build and manage the day-to-day relationships with UAE-based agencies, media owners,
and partners that make fast, well-judged local decisions possible.
Coordinate agency or junior marketing resource dedicated to UAE where the market
requires it.
Support Head of Marketing MENA with other markets as and when required with a
particular focus on supporting performance marketing across the region.
Requirements:
Industry Knowledge
5+ years of in-house experience running marketing execution or owning a market/channel budget in a regulated consumer industry (financial services, fintech or brokerage preferred)
First-hand knowledge of UAE channels: OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, affiliates, influencers and local sponsorships
Understanding of the SCA framework and UAE marketing rules, and the habit of checking before assuming
Problem-Solving
Able to spot which local opportunities fit agreed strategy and risk tolerance, and which don’t
Make quick, sound calls within your remit and know what needs Head of Marketing, MENA sign-off
Look for the root cause when a channel underperforms instead of adding spend
Collaboration & Influence
Work with Centres of Excellence on execution standards, not around them
Manage agencies, media and partners like someone who owns the outcome
Escalate risks early rather than explain them later
Mindset & Style
Treat UAE as your market, while final sign-off sits with the Head of Marketing, MENA
Comfortable working within set boundaries while still pushing for what the market needs
Low ego, high accountability: own results and misses alike
Fluent Arabic and English required
