About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Salesforce Developer at Anthropic, you will design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform that powers our core customer motions and quote-to-cash business.: This includes automation throughout the Salesforce platform ranging from core sales automation to product catalog and pricing, quoting and approvals, order and contract management, and the handoff to billing and provisioning. You'll work both autonomously and collaboratively across RevOps, Order Management, Legal, Billing Engineering, Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting, and Product to translate pricing and packaging requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, and to extend our capabilities with custom code where necessary. We are an AI-first systems team, and you'll be expected to use Claude and our in-house AI development tooling as a core part of how you write, review, and ship code, always against our house standards for flexibility, maintainability, and scale.
Where you might sit
We're hiring across more than one team. Placement depends on your background and where you can have the most impact.
GTM Systems:
Builds and runs the Salesforce platform and connected tools that Anthropic's sellers, sales leaders, and revenue operations teams rely on every day. You'd build the automation behind how deals move through the pipeline, how leads and accounts reach the right owner, and how information flows between our sales tools and the rest of the business. You'll work directly with the analysts and operators who define the process, and see the impact on the people who use what you ship.
QTC Experiences:
A vertically integrated team that spans quoting through to provisioning agreements, as well as customer billing experiences over the term of their agreement. You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model
Build and own integrations between Salesforce and our billing, provisioning, and finance systems, such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite, directly or via middleware
Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog, SKU, and pricing changes so they can be released quickly and reflected consistently in every downstream system
Use Claude and our internal AI development tooling as a first-class part of your build and code-review workflow
Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes
Operate with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business, resolve problems independently, and propose solutions that scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints: governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, and how they surface in CPQ-specific situations such as large quotes, calculation performance, and bulk amendments
Experience implementing a CPQ solution end to end or re-platforming from one CPQ to another, not just maintaining an existing one
Experience with billing and finance platforms such as Stripe, Metronome, or Oracle, and with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Working understanding of how CPQ design decisions flow through to bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Proven experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, research-driven Account Executive to lead our growth within the middle market property management sector. In this role, you won't just be selling a platform; you’ll be helping regional and multi-state operators revolutionize how they manage resident engagement and retention. You will own a named territory of portfolios ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 units, navigating multi-threaded deals that involve VPs of Ops, Marketing Directors, and Ownership groups. If you thrive in a full-cycle environment where you build your own pipeline and execute a sophisticated land-and-expand strategy, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and map a named list of 150–250 middle market accounts, identifying key stakeholders and resident engagement stacks before initiating contact.
Execute a high-volume, high-quality outbound cadence (50–60 touches daily) across phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships with at least three stakeholders per account.
Lead 10–12 discovery calls and demos per month, moving beyond feature walkthroughs to diagnose business problems like resident turnover, onsite team burnout, and event spend.
Build compelling proposals that tie the platform to measurable ROI, including renewal lift and hours saved per community.
Structure and close pilot agreements with clear success criteria, working closely with Customer Success to trigger full portfolio rollouts.
Navigate procurement and legal to close deals typically ranging from 10–20 communities ($36K–$72K ARR) within a 45–90 day cycle.
Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot to ensure accurate weekly forecasting and territory planning.
Requirements
2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 year managing mid-market or multi-location accounts.
A proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline; you are comfortable with a daily goal of 30–40 dials and personalized sequencing.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with a 45–90 day sales cycle.
Ability to lead deep-dive conversations that uncover pain points and quantify the cost of inaction.
Proven ability to build a business case and defend pricing based on value rather than discounts.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers.
A metrics-first mindset with a commitment to accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in Multifamily real estate, PropTech, or resident services.
Familiarity with the NMHC Top 50 operators or regional property management structures.
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
Previous success in a "land-and-expand" or "pilot-to-rollout" sales motion.

We launch new products, models and pricing often, and each launch has to work in our systems on day one. A seller needs to be able to quote it, Deal Desk needs to be able to approve it, billing needs to charge for it correctly, and Finance needs to report on it. This role owns how a launch gets into our quote-to-cash systems, from the first pricing conversation to the first invoice.
We are looking for someone who treats every launch as a change across many systems. You will join launch planning early, work out what has to change across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing, tax and reporting, and get all of it ready before the launch date. You will build a good part of the Salesforce work yourself and partner with our Salesforce developers and Billing Engineering on the rest. You will be the named owner of the NPI process for systems, and the person Product, Pricing and Finance call when they want to know what it takes to launch something.
We are an AI-first systems team. You will use Claude as a normal part of how you design, build, test and document, and you will look for ways to make launches faster and more repeatable with AI.
Key responsibilities
Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches, from the first pricing discussion through launch day and the first billing cycle
Turn a pricing and packaging decision into concrete system changes: SKUs, price books, bundles, discount and approval rules, contract terms, billing plans, tax codes and reporting
Build and run a repeatable NPI playbook: intake, a readiness checklist, sign-offs, a launch calendar and a post-launch review
Join launch planning early with Product and Pricing. Push back on pricing ideas that cannot be quoted, billed or reported cleanly, and offer options that can
Design how new pricing models work end to end, including usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed and multi-year ramp pricing, and which system is the source of truth for each part
Plan the impact on existing customers: moving customers to new SKUs, grandfathering, amendments and co-termination, and how renewals will work
Own end-of-sale and retirement of products and prices, so old SKUs leave the catalog without breaking renewals, billing or reporting
Coordinate the changes across Salesforce, billing and our tax platform, working with the teams who own each system
Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal so each team signs off on what changes for them before launch
Make sure sellers and Deal Desk are ready on launch day, including quote templates, approval paths, guidance and enablement
Check every launch after it goes live: do quotes, orders, invoices and Finance reports match? Add the control or reconciliation that catches the gaps
Build and ship declarative solutions yourself where that is the right call, and write specs clear enough that developers can build the rest without several rounds of questions
Use AI to shorten launch cycles, for example generating catalog changes from a pricing spec, checking launch readiness, and testing quote and billing scenarios
Minimum qualifications
Experience in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Q2C Systems Lead or similar role, with hands-on ownership of product and pricing launches
Experience launching new products or pricing models at a fast-growing company, owning the change across catalog, quoting, contracts and billing
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud or a similar CPQ tool, especially product and pricing data models, price books, bundles and approval rules
Working understanding of how a pricing decision flows into bookings, invoicing, tax and revenue recognition
Experience running a cross-functional process with many sign-offs (Product, Finance, Legal, Sales) and getting to launch on a fixed date
Hands-on Salesforce admin skills (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, approval processes) and comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution
Clear communication across Product, sellers, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and engineers, adjusting the level of detail for each
Preferred qualifications
Experience in GTM, revenue or finance systems roles
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, and with billing platforms such as Stripe, Metronome or Zuora
Experience moving existing customers onto new pricing, including migrations, grandfathering and amendments at scale
Experience with tax setup for new products (tax codes, tax engines such as Anrok or Avalara)
Experience with integrations between Salesforce and billing, ERP or provisioning systems, and comfort reading API payloads and integration logs
Basic SQL and comfort using a data warehouse to check launch data
Salesforce Administrator certification. CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus
Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude or similar) in how you design, build or document systems, and the ability to explain how you check their output

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Documents Compliance Analyst, you own the compliance decisions behind whether a healthcare professional is cleared to work: background check disqualifications, credential and risk review, and how new state requirements get implemented. You set the standard the team applies, and you are the named decision-maker when a case is hard. What the law requires is a given. How we meet it is up to you, and you own that call.
This is not a people management role. The work is recurring by design. The same categories of questions arrive every week, alongside state license renewals and reporting that run on a fixed calendar and never finish. Your value is in reaching the same well-reasoned decision every time and documenting your reasoning well enough that others can apply it. You'll work closely with Agents, SMEs, Team Leads, and Legal, none of whom report to you, so your credibility comes from the quality and consistency of your judgment rather than from authority.
You will report to the Head of the Documents Team.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Judgment and decisions
- Serve as the named escalation point for background check disqualification decisions
- Make the initial call on agency compliance implementation
- Handle escalations on worker credential verification, including license violations and reprimands
- Decide which questions you resolve and document yourself, and which warrant partnering with Legal
Written analysis
- Produce risk analyses in a consistent format: the question, your research, your reasoning, your recommended path.
- Evaluate new state and agency requirements before implementation, quantifying what compliance costs a worker in time, money, and completion rate, and recommending how we implement.
- Build and maintain the decision record that lets other people reach the same conclusion you would
Recurring compliance operations
- Own the credential verification audits
- Plan and drive the implementation of high-value requirements, such as continuing education
- State license renewals
- Ongoing state reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in a role where you applied regulations to real decisions. Examples:
- regulatory or compliance-focused paralegal
- regulatory compliance specialist
- legal analyst
- background screening adjudicator
- trust and safety or eligibility policy at a marketplace
- Experience interpreting statutes, regulations, or agency guidance and turning them into operational requirements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You can reach a defensible decision when documentation is incomplete or unavailable, and you're explicit about what your reasoning rests on.
- You can read complex regulatory material and work out how it applies in practice to a marketplace model.
- You weigh compliance risk against business impact and find the path that meets the requirement without restricting more than it demands.
- You write decision memos and business cases that leadership can act on.
- You build credibility with people who don't report to you.
- You own recurring work with hard deadlines, such as license renewals and state reporting.
- Willingness to maintain overlapping working hours with Eastern and Pacific time (ET/PT).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Compliance, regulatory, or licensing experience in healthcare, staffing, or another regulated industry.
- Experience at a government or regulatory agency.
- Experience with independent contractor or marketplace models.
- Experience with background check adjudication or adverse action processes.
- Experience with state licensing filings.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15Mbps wired internet connection
- Minimum i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum 12GB RAM
- Dedicated, quiet working environment
- Reliable power source and backup internet connection

- Experience of successfully building, leading, and scaling a customer engagement model, team, processes, tooling, and KPIs in a recurring B2B business; balancing people leadership, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercial acumen to identify and pursue renewal and expansion opportunities, feeding signals and aligning with Sales and Product teams.
- 10+ years’ experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments (e.g. space, defense, telecommunications, or national security sectors).
- Demonstrated track record of operating at Director or equivalent level, owning program portfolios and accountability for customer outcomes.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to one day a week on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 3+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

The Role
We’re looking for a product and content marketer to sharpen how Intellect competes, communicate the value of our solutions and turn that understanding into content that helps buyers choose us and clients get more from our offering.
Product marketing is at the centre of this role. You’ll build buyer and competitive insight, own positioning and messaging, and lead marketing planning for priority solution launches. Your remit spans Intellect’s digital products, care services and enterprise solutions.
You’ll also personally create the content that brings our positioning to life - from sales materials and customer stories to white papers, thought leadership and client communications. Working with our Clinical team, you’ll draw on research, evidence and subject-matter expertise to build credible, differentiated narratives. You’ll help strengthen Intellect’s brand, organic visibility and customer engagement through a focused, coordinated marketing plan.
Working directly with B2B marketing, sales, client success, product and clinical teams, you’ll have meaningful ownership of both the thinking and the execution.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re open to hiring at Specialist or Manager level, depending on your experience and demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver this work.
Your Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
Build buyer and competitive insight through customer conversations, sales feedback and reviews of won and lost opportunities, identifying buying priorities, objections and reasons to choose Intellect.
Own positioning, differentiation and value propositions across Intellect’s solutions, tailoring messaging to priority buyer segments and markets.
Lead marketing planning for priority solution launches and updates, defining target audiences, messaging, supporting evidence and sales readiness, with B2B marketing owning acquisition campaign execution.
Bring customer and market insights into discussions with product, clinical and commercial teams to inform how solutions are developed, packaged and communicated.
Commercial Content & Sales Enablement
Personally research, write and edit compelling sales decks, solution materials, customer stories, case studies and campaign content.
Identify barriers to purchase with sales and develop messaging, objection-handling resources and competitive positioning materials that help address them.
Partner with the Clinical team to translate research findings, clinical expertise and customer outcomes into clear, credible evidence that helps buyers evaluate Intellect and supports renewal and expansion conversations.
Keep core materials current and easy to use, assessing their usefulness through adoption, sales feedback and buyer responses.
Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility
Own core website content and routine CMS updates, ensuring our solutions, differentiation and customer evidence are clearly presented.
Improve organic discovery through search-informed content and practical on-page SEO, prioritising relevant audiences and commercial intent.
Test approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer platforms, building on useful, authoritative content and sound SEO foundations.
Use search and content performance to prioritise improvements, working with B2B marketing on conversion and specialists on technical changes.
Brand Communications, Thought Leadership & PR
Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across Intellect’s public and client-facing communications.
Collaborate with the Clinical team on research-led content and white papers, bringing buyer-relevant questions into topic planning and turning findings and subject-matter expertise into accessible narratives, with clinical review for accuracy.
Develop thought leadership, articles and executive content that connect Intellect’s expertise and perspectives to the issues facing employers and their people.
Own a focused editorial calendar for organic social and ongoing brand communications, coordinating creative support through to publication.
Develop company announcements, press materials and story angles; coordinate leadership approvals, routine media enquiries and outreach with specialist PR support where needed.
Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Communications
Plan and execute repeatable client programmes, including onboarding communications, newsletters, solution education and engagement journeys.
Personally manage client audience segments, email distribution and straightforward CRM workflows, coordinating targeting and timing with client success.
Develop communications that demonstrate ongoing value and introduce relevant additional services, supporting engagement, renewal and expansion.
Equip client success with reusable templates and materials for account-specific deployment.
Planning & Effectiveness
Translate business priorities into a focused plan, protecting time for positioning, launches and commercial content alongside recurring communications.
Assess effectiveness through sales adoption, buyer feedback, relevant search visibility, customer engagement and contribution to commercial programmes.
Build reusable assets and workflows, using AI and other tools to improve execution while maintaining accuracy, originality and editorial quality.
Requirements
Strong in product-marketing judgement. You can demonstrate how you have shaped positioning, messaging or a go-to-market approach using buyer insight, and explain the decisions behind your work.
An excellent hands-on writer and editor. You can turn complex products and services into clear, persuasive content, with work samples that show both your thinking and your personal contribution.
Commercially minded. You understand how enterprise buyers evaluate solutions and can connect your work to buying decisions, sales effectiveness and customer value.
An independent owner. You can identify gaps, propose priorities, gather inputs and deliver work without needing every step prescribed. You make sensible trade-offs and know when to seek input.
Comfortable with website publishing and SEO. You can manage content through a CMS, apply on-page SEO fundamentals and use data to improve performance. You’re curious and practical about emerging AI search opportunities.
Able to execute customer marketing. You can use CRM and email tools to segment audiences, run communications and build straightforward lifecycle workflows.
Confident working with experts and evidence. You can draw useful insights from specialists and research, communicate findings accurately and distinguish supported claims from overstatement. You do not need a clinical background, but should be comfortable learning complex subject matter.
Organised and collaborative. You work effectively with commercial teams, product and clinical experts, leadership and creative partners, managing competing priorities with sound judgement.
Motivated by the mission. You’re excited to make mental healthcare easier to understand and access, and connect strong product marketing and storytelling with meaningful business growth.
Open to candidates in Malaysia (hybrid), Singapore (hybrid), Philippines (remote) and Indonesia (remote)
We value demonstrated ownership and work quality over a particular title or rigid years-of-experience requirement. Experience with enterprise audiences, multiple markets, healthcare, employee benefits, HR technology or complex services would be an advantage. Experience in research-led content, PR, executive communications or AI search optimisation (GEO/AEO) is also welcome.
