The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek

Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, making up 80% of the global workforce, but this market has been heavily underserved by technology and deserves better. Workstream has been purpose-built for the hourly workforce from day one so that these businesses and their employees can thrive.
Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
In addition to our core business, Workstream is home to a small, fast-moving Robotics team focused on advancing the next generation of artificial intelligence and robotics. We partner with a leading AI and robotics company to produce high-quality, large-scale egocentric (first-person) video datasets that help train advanced AI models.
Here are our
Company Values
and we’d love to have individuals who can be a culture add to our team!
Grow With Us
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Robotics Data Collections team. This role will keep the footage flowing, from a stuck upload at a capture site to the dashboard screen the operations team reads every morning.
Your users are real people a few metres away: the operators and contributors recording every day. When something breaks, it's their hours, their pay, and their patience on the line, and this role exists to care about that deeply. You'll see your users face to face at capture sites, hear them in the support channels, and build with them in mind.
Every day, capture sites record hours of footage that must land safely in the cloud. When it doesn't (a stuck upload, an unreadable card, an app refusing to finish, hours that don't add up), you are the engineer who finds out why, unblocks it without losing data, and then improves the software so it explains itself next time. The work spans every surface the operation touches: a desktop app site staff use to offload and upload footage, a phone app contributors record with, web dashboards and reports, and the physical devices themselves. You'll build on some of these surfaces and debug on all of them.
You are also the engineering voice site staff hear every day. Our operations run on Slack, across time zones. Operators post a screenshot of an error and ask what it means and what to press next. The core engineering team wakes up hours later and reads what you wrote to understand what happened in the field. This role lives in that conversation, translating between confused screenshots and root causes, in both directions.
This is an AI-first job. The operation is scaling faster than any team could answer tickets one at a time, so we don't. You'll use AI agents as a daily multiplier: to write diagnostics while you're still reading the error, to investigate many stuck uploads at once, to draft the guide while you fix the cause.
This role will start as a contractor position, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time role after three months, depending on business needs and performance.
What it's like
Small, fast-moving team; your work shows up in the operation the same week.
A mix of support conversations, focused software days, and field days at capture sites.
AI agents are a first-class part of how the whole team works. You'll work directly with the
Day In The Life
Product engineering (40%)
Build features in the desktop and mobile apps.
Ship improvements to the desktop app site staff run every day (offloading cards, uploading, seeing what landed) and the phone app contributors record with: better flows, clearer states, fewer ways to get stuck.
Build the dashboards and reports the operation runs on.
Hours and progress reports, upload accounting, status screens: make the numbers trustworthy and the words on screen say what's actually happening.
Write software every week, with AI as your leverage,
across the desktop app (Electron), the phone app (React Native), web dashboards (React/TypeScript), and Python services and tooling. You'll routinely have AI agents write and iterate on diagnostics, tests, and features with you.
Field support & debugging (35%)
Run the daily support loop.
Be the first responder in our support channels when site staff hit upload, app, or device problems; answer in plain language, unblock them fast, and follow through until it's resolved, not just explained.
Diagnose and unblock the upload path.
When footage is stuck between a capture card and the cloud, trace where and why (device, card, app, network, cloud), get it moving again safely, and make sure nothing is lost or double-counted along the way.
Scaling the operation (15%)
Solve classes of problems, not instances.
Every question the ops team has to ask an engineer twice is a gap; turn recurring ones into self-serve screens, clearer error messages, AI-powered diagnostics, and guides operators reuse. Your goal is that the operation can grow without support growing with it.
Devices & hardware (10%)
Be hands-on with devices when the problem is physical.
Use AI-written tests to check why a camera or battery isn't behaving, open a device to inspect it, and swap parts like cameras and buttons. No soldering. You'll also help put beta hardware in operators' hands and report what breaks.
Who You Are
Deep care for the user.
The operators and contributors using what you build are people you'll know by name; their lost hour bothers you until it's found, and "works on my machine" isn't done.
Flexible, fast, and scrappy.
You'd rather ship a working fix today and improve it tomorrow than design the perfect one next week; you're comfortable when this month's job looks different from last month's.
A willing debugger and problem-solver.
You can follow data through a pipeline with many stages, form hypotheses, write quick tests (with AI's help), and follow the evidence rather than guessing, wherever the problem lives.
AI-leverage mindset.
You already use AI tools well and they multiply you; when problems repeat, your instinct is to build something that solves the whole class rather than working through them one by one. You treat the challenges of a scaling team and operation as the fun part, not the fine print.
Strong communicator, concretely.
With site operators and contributors, you answer "what does this error mean?" with what it means and what to press right now, in plain words, and you write step-by-step guides a non-technical person can follow on the first try. With the operations team and core engineers, you write down what you saw and tried, pick up a thread someone left overnight, ask good questions, and keep a problem moving across time zones until it's solved.
A collaborator across teams.
You stay patient on the fifth "it's still not working," and people finish a conversation with you knowing exactly what to do next.
Care for data integrity.
In our world, a lost or double-counted recording is someone's unpaid hours; you treat that seriously.
Self-directed.
You'll often be the only engineer on site, supported by a remote team in other time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid software fundamentals: working Python, comfort in Linux (services, logs, networking), and the ability to build app UIs
Strength in at least one of web (React/TypeScript), desktop (Electron), or mobile (React Native), and the willingness to become productive across all three and debug anything
Daily, effective use of AI coding tools and agents
Clear written English for remote, asynchronous work
Located in Metro Manila, and able to travel to capture locations regularly
Nice To Have
Experience shipping Electron or React Native apps to real users
Experience in a support-adjacent engineering role: field engineering, solutions engineering, IT for operations teams
Hardware tinkering: Raspberry Pi and single-board computers, cameras, taking devices apart; 3D printing for jigs and mounts
Familiarity with cloud storage, upload pipelines, SQL/Postgres, or fleet/IoT management

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. . These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the Hong Kong. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
8+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director, Engineering
Location: Remote US, Only
Compensation:
$165,000 to $190,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is building an Agentic SOC. When our detection pipeline raises a signal, an LLM-based agent picks it up and investigates it end-to-end. It gathers telemetry across our products, reconstructs what happened, and makes a well-documented determination about whether the activity is malicious. Over time, it will take on more of the work itself, growing from resolving routine cases to acting fast when it finds an attack and handing analysts cases with the evidence already assembled.
This system is meant to augment our analysts, not replace them. It takes the high-volume, repetitive work off their plates so they can focus on complex cases and hands-on keyboard intrusions where human expertise matters most. It also reduces toil in the rest of their day by using LLMs to pre-process the output of the tools analysts use constantly, so they start from a clear picture instead of raw telemetry.
This isn’t a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. The system investigates a large volume of signals a day across thousands of customer organizations. Many signals are benign, but some are live intrusions where minutes matter. The telemetry the system reads comes from environments where attackers are actively operating. Because the system makes real decisions, like closing an investigation or isolating a host, it has to be right, it has to show its work, and it has to know when to hand off to a person.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Agentic SOC team, you’ll build and ship core parts of this system. You’ll work closely with the team’s technical leads, SOC analysts, product researchers, and product managers. You’ll own significant pieces end-to-end, from an ambiguous problem to a production feature you can show is working.
We make full use of AI coding tools to enable you to accelerate your development. We don’t cap token usage. We expect you to use AI and all tools responsibly.
Responsibilities:
Build the investigation system. You design, build, and ship the components that make agentic investigation work: the tools agents use to query telemetry, the logic that drives an investigation, and the structured, evidence-backed output that analysts and customers see.
Turn analyst expertise into agent behavior. You sit with SOC analysts and product researchers to understand how they triage and investigate a given kind of Signal, then encode that into what the agent looks for, what it gathers, and how it explains its conclusions.
Take toil off analysts’ plates. You build LLM-powered features that pre-process the output of tools analysts use every day. They summarize, correlate, and highlight what matters, so analysts spend their time on judgment instead of assembly.
Measure what you ship. You build and extend the evaluations that tell us whether the system is getting better or worse, and you back your changes with evidence rather than a handful of good-looking examples.
Build with a security mindset. The agent reads attacker-influenced data, runs across thousands of customer tenants, and can take action in customer environments. You think about how what you build could be misused or manipulated, and you design for it.
Build for production. You write reliable, observable, cost-conscious code that behaves well when models are slow, wrong, or unavailable. You operate what you build and help keep the system healthy as new detections and products come online.
Collaborate and raise the bar. You give thoughtful code reviews, help teammates get unstuck, share what you learn about building with LLMs, and contribute to technical discussions and design reviews with clear reasoning about tradeoffs.
Balance rigor with pragmatism. You know when to prototype quickly to learn something and when to slow down because the cost of being wrong is high.
What You Bring To The Team:
6+ years of professional software development experience, including building and operating production backend systems
Experience building applications with LLMs, including tool use, structured output, prompt and context design, and evaluation. Experience shipping agents to production is a strong plus
An understanding of how LLM-based systems fail, and good habits for testing and debugging non-deterministic behavior
Solid backend fundamentals, including APIs, background jobs and queues, concurrency, relational databases such as Postgres, and data stores such as Redis
Strong skills in one or more backend languages and the ability to pick up new ones quickly. Our primary stack is Ruby on Rails. Prior Rails experience isn’t required, and we expect you to become fluent in it
Security awareness: you think about untrusted input, access control, and keeping one customer’s data separate from another’s
Curiosity about how security analysts think and work, and a willingness to spend real time learning from them
Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud environments
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
Experience working in or building for a SOC, incident response, threat hunting, or detection engineering. It isn’t required, but it helps a lot, because we build these workflows around how our analysts actually investigate
Familiarity with endpoint, identity, and Microsoft 365 telemetry and with attacker tradecraft (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
Experience building evaluation pipelines or datasets for ML or LLM systems
Experience with Ruby on Rails
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

👩💻THE ROLE
We see Support at GitBook as a key function to strengthen customer trust. Every conversation is a chance to shape the product and make our support model more scalable. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll help technical teams document and share what they know with GitBook. You’ll answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with custom domains, integrations, APIs, SSO/SAML and bugs. You’ll use your knowledge of Git and DNS, and your ability to read logs across platforms to track down problems. You’ll keep first-response time, resolution time, and CSAT on track and share recurring feedback with Product and Engineering to improve GitBook. You'll turn what you learn into insight that shapes our roadmap, reduces friction and helps customers succeed long-term.
🫶YOU WILL BE VALUED FOR
- Technical foundations: You know Git, GitHub/GitLab, SAML SSO, DNS and web fundamentals such as caching and redirects.
- Developer fluency: You’re comfortable reviewing code, testing APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications to support customers using our Integrations Platform.
- AI forward thinking: You’re familiar with AI and LLM tools (including MCP) and keep up with new developments. You bring ideas for automation, self-service and smarter workflows.
- Customer empathy and clear communication: You listen carefully and explain complex issues simply both in writing and conversation with a friendly tone.
- Prioritization under pressure: You keep a busy queue moving with quick thoughtful replies while investigating deeper issues. You know when to switch focus or escalate.
- Systems thinking: You don't just solve tickets. You ask why they happened and how to prevent the next hundred.
- Remote collaboration: You troubleshoot with teammates, share what you learn and know when to work async or jump on a call.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You take ownership, try things, ask for help when needed and learn as the product and team evolve.
- Market curiosity: You follow how technology, AI, documentation and developer tools are changing and where GitBook fits. You dig into customer problems and bring ideas back to the team to improve our product, processes and customer experience.
🙌 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Solving high-impact technical problems: Triage, troubleshoot and debug customer problems, knowing what needs urgent escalation and what belongs in a bug report or roadmap discussion. Document complex issues with reproduction steps and relevant logs and work with Engineering to resolve them.
- Supporting customers: Help customers through our Helpdesk, Slack or Teams with everything from Authenticated Access and SAML SSO to monorepos and redirects. Ask follow-up questions to understand what they’re trying to achieve, help them get more from GitBook and build relationships where they feel comfortable sharing honest feedback.
- Turning support into product insight: Spot recurring bugs, friction points and feature requests. Quantify their impact, suggest workarounds and bring clear, evidence-based recommendations to Product, Engineering and Design.
- Shaping how we work: Help our small team improve how we prioritize, triage and automate support. You’ll work with evolving processes rather than a fixed playbook, take initiative with limited guidance and speak up with ideas and concerns.
✨ WHAT'S NEXT?
Here's what our process will look like:
- A screening interview with our People Team - 30 minutes
