1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.

3. Strong ability to quickly understand complex business processes and propose effective technical solutions.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders.

3. Familiarity with commonly used automation and workflow tools in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
4. Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers in a technical capacity.
5. Previous experience working in fintech, payments, or a fast-paced startup environment.
6. Familiarity with compliance, risk control, or onboarding related business domains is a plus.

Freedom24 is an international fintech and investment platform, part of Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), providing brokerage and financial services to clients across Europe.
We are actively expanding our presence in France, and as part of our broader strategy to grow our product offering, we are exploring the launch of new regulated financial services in the French market, including a digital banking offering. To support this, we are strengthening our compliance team and looking for an experienced MLCO to build and lead the AML/CFT function for this new area of our business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly shape the compliance infrastructure from the ground up.
Design and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures in line with ACPR, TRACFIN and EU regulatory requirements (AMLD5/6);
Build and oversee the KYC/KYB framework, including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD);

Requirements
7+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance within a bank, payment institution (PSP/EMI), or fintech company;
Strong knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks (Code monétaire et financier, LCB-FT, AMLD);
Proven hands-on experience directly engaging with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN) — correspondence, inspections, reporting;
Experience independently building a compliance function or processes from scratch, not just operating within an already established system;
Comfortable working in a startup environment: high ambiguity, few pre-built processes, and the ability to make decisions independently;
Understanding of digital financial and/or payment services and related risks;
Fluent in French and English;
ACAMS certification is a plus.
Benefits
A rare opportunity to build a compliance function for a new business line from the ground up — with direct influence on strategy and product;
A competitive salary that reflects the seniority and responsibility of the role;
A role within an international, publicly listed company (NASDAQ: FRHC) with ambitious growth plans in Europe;
Real autonomy and high level of trust — a rare chance to build something new, not just maintain an existing function.

Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time

Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling

Experience in fintech / trading / payment products
Experience using AI tools in testing (Copilot, AI assistants for test generation/analysis)

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
Location: Home Based - Americas; Home based - EMEA
The Workplace Engineering function sits at the intersection of traditional HR analytics and modern Product Engineering. We transform raw workforce data into a suite of "People Products" that drive high performance. We don’t just "report" on what happened; we engineer the tools and insights that determine what happens next.
This new role will report directly to the Global Head of Workplace Engineering, and sits within our Data discipline inside of our People department. Experienced data professionals at Canonical live at the intersection of software, data, and the business. They don't just help surface analytic artifacts; they help transform them into a strategic asset that elevates decision making and innovation across our global operations (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, and human resources). Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: Lead and mentor a specialized squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers. You aren't just managing analysts; you are leading a product squad.
Product Ownership on People Science: Bridge the gap between "HR-speak" and "Dev-speak", ensuring engineers understand the human behavioral intent behind the code.
Strategic Insight & Business Outcomes: Move beyond descriptive metrics (e.g., turnover rate) to predictive and prescriptive insights (e.g., predicting attrition risk based on "Time-Product" engagement data).
Data Stewardship & Product Storytelling: Act as the "Translator-in-Chief". Take complex data models and turn them into compelling narratives. Lead the development of AI Agents that can surface insights to managers in real-time. Ensure the "People Data Stack" is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and acts as a "Single Source of Truth" across all People related offerings, products and services.
“Effectiveness at Work” Strategy: Identify opportunities to leverage “High Tech” solutions in our People offerings, and free up more time for “High Touch”, human involvement, thereby maximizing human value.
What we are looking for in you

Proven ability to lead and drive others to execute against well planned roadmaps, with a strong mentor/coaching mindset.
Willingness to examine the status quo and be resilient in the face of challenges.

An exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
Business level written and spoken English.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Manager, Product Research
Location: Remote, US
Compensation Range: $200,000 to $230,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress Product Research team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Principal Product Researcher, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. Competitive candidates have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.
As you can imagine, success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. An effective Product Researcher fosters highly collaborative environments between the Product, Engineering, and Security teams to accelerate our mission and secure the 99% of businesses that fall below the enterprise poverty line. This collaboration is needed to produce and prioritize a unified technical vision that ultimately delivers our most impactful features and capabilities.
We defend over 5M endpoints for 225,000+ mid-sized and small-business customers, and that number continues to grow each month. Given this market’s tighter budget, it’s not financially feasible to assign human analysts to each client. The Security Operations team addresses this challenge head-on by building and scaling highly automated efficiencies—often lightly augmented by our SOC — that make intruders earn every inch of their access while maintaining affordability and healthy gross margins.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (Monetization) who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
This is a hybrid embedded role: you remain part of the SRE organization (practices, standards, duty rotation) while being functionally embedded into the Monetization product domain. You'll build long-term working relationships with the domain's engineering teams, own a meaningful share of their application infrastructure execution, and co-author the reliability practices used company-wide.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure of the Monetization domain: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails.
- Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle.
- Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal.
- Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands.
- Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals.
- Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval.
- Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal.
- Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring.
- Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal.
- Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed.
- 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures.
- ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal.
- 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up.
- 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself.
- 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
- 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security.
Recently named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast and we're looking for an Analytics Team Lead to make the quality of our identity technology visible, measurable, and relentlessly data-driven.
The Impact You'll Make
This role sits on the
Document Intelligence
team — the group behind Incode's industry-leading document processing. Our technology parses identity documents from around the world — passports, visas, driver's licenses, proof of address, and more — for some of the biggest enterprises on the market. Machine learning is the core of the product, and Analytics is what makes its quality visible and its roadmap data-driven.
We're looking for a Senior Lead of Data Analytics who is, first and foremost, a sharp hands-on analyst — and who has the leadership experience to grow a small, high-impact team around them. Today the team is three people; you'll be the fourth, owning it end-to-end. This is a true player-coach role: you'll manage and mentor the team while personally writing the pipelines, queries, and analyses. Our analytics is partially built — some data pipelines and testing procedures are already in place, but metric coverage and visibility are far from complete. Your mission is to close that gap.
What You'll Own & Drive
Lead & Grow the Team
— Run the analytics team as a formal manager: own the roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop your analysts, and participate in hiring as the team scales.
Stay Hands-On
— This role involves a lot of personal execution. You'll write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling — and do the analysis yourself.
Expand the Metric Tree
— Build out the end-to-end metric tree that measures product quality across the document-processing pipeline, closing coverage gaps where the product is currently blind.
Build Visibility
— Create reporting and dashboards that surface weak points and turn raw signals into clear insights for ML, product, and leadership.
Own ML Quality Evaluation
— Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking, in tight collaboration with the ML team.
Drive Experimentation
— Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server side, with genuine statistical rigor.
Guard Data & Labeling Quality
— Monitor accuracy and consistency, and build the controls that keep them high.
Bridge to Engineering
— When events or data are missing, pinpoint exactly what's needed and where it should come from, write clear and actionable tasks for the backend and data teams, and justify their prioritization in business terms.
Systematize
— Turn one-off analyses into repeatable, owned pipelines and reporting cadences.
Your Background
Team leadership experience
, paired with a genuine appetite to stay hands-on — you lead
and
you build.
Strong Python
, with a bias toward clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
Strong SQL
and solid experience with columnar / analytical databases.
Strong statistics and experimental design
— you can design tests (A/B and beyond), reason about significance and power, and interpret results correctly.
Modern data tooling
— experience with workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment-tracking. Our stack is Python, S3, Redshift, ClearML, Airflow, and dbt; equivalent tools are perfectly fine — what matters is that you've worked with this kind of stack.
Excellent communication
— you can translate a data gap into a prioritized, business-justified requirement, talk to engineers and stakeholders in their own language, and make the case for what gets built.
High ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism
— comfortable prioritizing impact over perfection in an evolving environment.
Bonus points for:
Experience with
ML-centered products
— evaluating model quality and working alongside ML teams. You won't be expected to train production models; at most simple models for data filtering, plus the ability to run existing ones.
Familiarity with
data labeling processes
and quality estimation/maintenance.
Domain exposure
to identity documents, OCR, or computer-vision pipelines.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
A player-coach at heart
— you draw energy from both growing people and doing the work yourself.
Craftsmanship in how you build
— clean code, sound pipelines, and analyses others can trust and reuse.
Intellectual honesty and statistical rigor
— you follow the data where it leads and know when a result is real.
A translator's instinct
— you turn ambiguous signals into clear insight and make the business case for what to build next.
Pragmatism and high ownership
— you thrive in an evolving environment and push for impact over perfection.
Why Incode?
Mission with Meaning
— Shape how billions of people prove identity — safely, simply, and ethically.
Rocket-Ship Growth
— Join at a defining moment where your work compounds in global impact.
Elite Team & Technology
— Collaborate with top-tier engineers, researchers, and scientists at the forefront of AI.
Ownership & Autonomy
— Operate with the freedom to test, build, and ship your ideas end-to-end.
Global Impact
— Your work will shape secure, frictionless identity verification experiences across continents.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for engineers to join the team building Spark, a lightweight implementation of Supabase written in Rust. It runs on an embedded SQLite-based engine with a Postgres-compatible SQL layer, and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production.
This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set. You'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests
- Bring more of the Supabase stack to Turso/SQLite
- Find and work around gaps in the underlying database engine, with minimal repros and tests
- Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Spark to full Supabase
- Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs
- Build and harden the hosted offering while keeping the low cost structure in mind, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite
- Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in Rust, have shipped production Rust, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before
- Are a strong generalist, comfortable moving across the stack from API design to storage internals to infrastructure, and picking up whatever the problem needs
- Read unfamiliar code without friction. A lot of the work means studying reference implementations in other languages, such as GoTrue in Go, PostgREST in Haskell, and matching their behavior in Rust
- Have a solid grounding in SQL and relational databases, experience working close to a database engine (transactions, MVCC, type systems), and the curiosity to dig into where Postgres and SQLite differ
- Know Postgres well enough to use it as the reference for correct behavior
- Have run services under tight resource limits (multi-tenant, serverless, or embedded)
- Have a bias toward compatibility and correctness, and reach for tests and specs to prove behavior
- Think around corners. When everyone reaches for the standard playbook, you look for the simpler path that fits a smaller box. You break a complex system down to the 20% that covers 80% of the need, then make it run somewhere far smaller than it was designed for
- Care about developer experience: clean APIs, fast feedback loops, and tooling that makes the right thing the easy thing
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous, early-stage work and making sound calls that inform and define the spec. This is a founding role on a brand-new team
- Are comfortable working in public repositories on a remote, async team
- Communicate clearly in writing
- Bonus: experience with the Supabase stack, building developer CLIs, a track record of open-source maintenance, or contributions to Rust database or web projects
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

While backend development expertise is the primary focus, familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (data privacy, AuthN/AuthZ, etc) or cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, IaC, Kubernetes, etc) will be considered a strong plus.
This is a top-funnel role: depending on your background and interests, you may align more closely with our Product Security team (focused on secure-by-default guardrails, compliance, and data privacy) or our Application Infrastructure team (focused on scalability, reliability, and developer enablement). Either way, you’ll have the opportunity to shape core platform practices and help WHOOP grow to the next level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems that power WHOOP’s core infrastructure and member experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, frontend developers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver features that enhance member engagement.
- Build and maintain APIs to enable seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through effective testing, monitoring, and optimization.
- Implement secure coding practices and contribute to designing systems that safeguard member data.
- Stay current with backend technologies and contribute to improving team engineering standards and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of backend software development experience, ideally in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture (messaging/streaming tech such as Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles (data privacy, authentication, and authorization) is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
-
- Experience working with infrastructure as code and developer enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in cloud security or incident response.
- Exposure to building translation or localization platforms to support multi-language content delivery.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting) in production environments.
ABOUT YOU
- You thrive on ownership and want to shape the foundation of WHOOP’s platform.
- You automate everything you can, always seeking to replace manual work with scalable tooling.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and can communicate complex infrastructure and security topics clearly.
- You believe reliability, security, and visibility are just as important as speed and scale.
