About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the CEO office, including operating within a Co-CEO leadership model. This role provides high-level administrative support and ensures key projects, budgets, travel, and events run seamlessly — managing complex, ever-changing calendars with responsibility for multifaceted coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience or familiarity with communications and executive affairs, enabling them to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work in lockstep with other EAs within the CEO office, understanding the unique dynamics of a Co-CEO leadership model — sharing information, coordinating responsibilities, and maintaining seamless executive support across leaders.
- Build relationships with the broader team while acting as a gatekeeper for the executives; anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise, planning for multiple contingencies and implementing solutions with minimal direction.
- Manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and making thoughtful decisions on behalf of the CEO; coordinate meetings, handle logistics, manage competing deadlines, and review incoming requests to ensure they're on the Executive's radar with all necessary information.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, speaking events, and travel, along with agendas, minutes, and organized records of key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel — commercial and private aircraft, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, and customs requirements — and serve as the primary point of contact for private aviation providers, managing flight schedules, passenger manifests, and catering.
- Monitor travel plans proactively, adjusting logistics in real time to accommodate changing business priorities, weather events, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and events — including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with events, security, and other teams — while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance executive effectiveness.
- Track and oversee team tasks, budgets, and meeting schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and support onboarding and ramp-up for new team members.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, budget reconciliations, and receipts/invoices with accuracy and timeliness, along with additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a CEO office or multi-executive leadership structure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with strong personalities and demanding timeframes.
- Natural talent for improving processes and bringing order out of chaos, remaining calm during periods of disorganization.
- Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned, with the ability to complete tasks quickly while anticipating the next one in short succession.
- Highly proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MacOS, and generally tech savvy.
- Familiarity with communications strategies, executive affairs, and leadership environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach — this business operates across all time zones.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in budget tracking, travel coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort working across multiple teams, time zones, and with external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced mechanical engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Identify long lead items, critical raw materials and complex parts as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, material reservation, capacity booking, buffer stock, coating readiness, securing helicoils) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on material availability, components availability and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own project procurement of CNC machined parts, structural elements and composite parts, mechanisms, motors, fasteners, bearings, thermal hardware and raw materials, including related special processes such as heat treatment, surface treatments and coatings.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their parts and materials on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative suppliers, processes or materials within hours, not weeks, when capacity or material shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with machine shops and composite fabricators, special process providers and material distributors, and worked with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of machining, special process suppliers, and material distributors.
- Negotiate priority machine time, expedited processing and shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Munich, Germany

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.

Partner
closely with North Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align event programs directly with regional revenue targets and priority accounts across Strategic and New Business segments.
Design
hyper-focused event experiences (e.g., C-level roundtables, founder dinners, technical deep-dive workshops, and roadshows) built to solve specific regional customer pain points.
Lead
end-to-end strategy, content localisation, speaker sourcing, venue management, and execution for proprietary Twilio regional events across key North tech hubs (e.g., London, Stockholm, Copenhagen).
Own

Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
Partner
closely with DACH First-Line Managers (FLMs) and Account Executives to align event programs directly with regional revenue targets and priority accounts across Strategic and New Business segments.

Lead
end-to-end strategy, content localization, speaker sourcing, venue management, and execution for proprietary Twilio regional events across key DACH tech hubs (e.g., Munich, Berlin, Zurich, Frankfurt).
Own
regional presence at strategic industry conferences and hyper-scaler co-marketing events (AWS, Meta, Google) in partnership with the Partner Marketing Manager.
Ensure
every event touchpoint—from invitation copy and agenda design to post-event executive follow-up—is tailored to the nuances of DACH business culture and regional compliance/legal standards.
Establish
strict lead and attendee follow-up SLAs with regional SDR and AE teams to convert event engagement into qualified pipeline and active deal velocity.
Develop
targeted post-event content and micro-campaigns to enable Account Executives to maintain momentum with enterprise account teams.
Measure
and report on event success through commercial metrics: target account penetration rate, pipeline created/influenced, deal velocity, and closed-won revenue.
Manage
the apportioned regional field marketing budget and local vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI and flawless execution.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
We are building a world-class robotics organisation across London, Vancouver and Boston to solve some of the hardest problems in humanoid robotics, including integrating complex hardware, embedded systems, AI, and large-scale robotic platforms into cohesive, production-ready systems.
If you are excited about driving large-scale, cross-functional robotics programs from concept to real-world deployment, then we're keen to hear from you.
About the role (Intro):
As a Technical Program Manager at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics development projects, ensuring predictable delivery of our highly integrated humanoid systems and our roadmap of capabilities for deployment at customer sites. You will lead cross-functional development with an emphasis on software/AI on new hardware, coordinating closely with our teams in Boston, Vancouver, and San Diego.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.
Establish processes that work
The nature, method, and velocity of software development is changing fast. Yet the iron triangle of project management (scope, schedule, budget) remains. The TPM must apply, build, and evolve processes and tools to manage this.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Drive execution of next-generation humanoid robot programs from concept to deployment
- Work at the intersection of hardware, embedded systems, AI, robotics, and production
- Coordinate globally distributed engineering teams spanning multiple time zones
- Tackle the complex challenges of scaling robotics systems into products that work in the real world
What you'll own:
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of projects in a robot new product introduction program, where you'll be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and process. Your portfolio includes software and hardware projects, all of which are deeply cross-functional, spanning Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, DFX, Regulatory, Integration, Test, Supply Chain, Design, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and more.
Drive execution
Track and motivate project progress end-to-end, coordinating across many teams, sites, and suppliers to predictably execute the plan. Proactively anticipate risks, put mitigation plans in place, and manage them actively. Urgently identify, prioritise, and clear blockers.
Lead people and stakeholders
Empathise with, partner with, negotiate with, and manage stakeholders, using tactful and effective approaches to build alignment and secure commitments. Establish efficient, clear, and timely program communication, tailored to your audience and optimised for the real challenges of collaborating across distances, cultures, and time zones.
Bring judgment
Based on situational awareness, operate fluidly between the strategic and the detailed. Apply systems thinking, perspective, and technical judgment to bring clarity, prioritisation, and guidance to your teams.
Embody the culture
Roll up your sleeves and enthusiastically pitch in wherever it's needed for the program's success at Humanoid because we're all in this together. Never settle for the status quo and play a key role in proactively improving our practices. Demonstrate through your actions how you contribute to the team's success, building strong, enduring influence across the program team and its stakeholders.
What we're looking for from you:
- 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience as a project or program manager for development of leading-edge software product development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to software, AI, or robotics
- Technical background in development of complex systems that integrate new hardware, firmware, and software
- Experienced in modern tech software development processes and tools
- Exposure to hardware development and new product introduction
- Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
- Proven ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, managing influential stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills, both synchronous and asynchronous
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across diverse teams
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure, including with executive stakeholders
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Adept applying AI to project management and development workflows
- Flexibility to shift hours as needed to collaborate with our international team
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware companies
- Experience in production development
- Experience working in speed-focused startup environments
- Experience across end-to-end lifecycle, from R&D to production
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
Why Join Humanoid
- Competitive salary plus participation in our Stock Option Plan
- Collaboration with top-tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives
- Ability to solve some of the most complex engineering challenges in robotics for the real world
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and concessionary days over the Christmas period.
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support
