We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it.
We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote.
This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend;
Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems;
Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow;
Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result;
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations;
Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution;
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements;
Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective.
You are a perfect match if you have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals;
Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience;
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code;
Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems;
Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs;
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete;
Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output;
Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.
Our Tech Stack:
Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE
Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling
AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools
Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations
Will be a plus:
CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging.
Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs
API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation.
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code.
Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations.
Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs.
Open-source contributions, especially in Go.
What you get:
An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development;
The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise;
Work on high-load communication products with real business impact;
A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture;
Remote work.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy — spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers and early bets on emerging platforms — that drives meaningful distribution and growth for Render. These partnerships touch nearly every part of Render — Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Business Development — and often involve senior stakeholders at some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in AI, so doing this well means coordinating closely across those internal teams and keeping Render's leadership regularly informed.
The ideal candidate brings real technical depth in AI and developer tooling, paired with a proven background in partner management, strong relationship-building instincts, and the executive presence to engage with partner leadership at the highest levels. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and scale product-centric partnerships — from ecosystem integrations to platform-level bets — in a fast-moving, technical market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map Render's technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging developer products, and build the strategy for where Render has the strongest right to win.
- Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio — set clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics (e.g., ecosystem integration, developer adoption, joint launches, revenue impact) and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, taking deals from evaluation through negotiation, launch, and renewal, including commercial terms.
- Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Product Marketing to secure roadmap and staffing commitments, drive integration execution, and run co-marketing — and work with Finance and Legal to structure and manage commercial agreements.
- Scope and lead our thinking on building out a Render Marketplace — including the value proposition to customers and key partners, product and engineering requirements, and commercial and financial terms.
- Own ongoing relationship management for key partners — acting as their primary point of contact, running business reviews and planning sessions, driving expansion and renewal over time, and serving as their internal advocate at Render.
- Bring operating rigor to the program: track and report on partnership performance, maintain clear documentation, and keep leadership updated on progress and upcoming launches.
- Build out a team of partner managers as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles at technology companies — ideally where partnerships were critical during a period of hypergrowth.
- A highly technical background is strongly preferred — former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience, particularly within AI — so you can go deep with partner engineering and product teams on integration architecture, connectors, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex, high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance to execute complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Strong bias for action — comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems specifically.
- Deep familiarity with the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, and a point of view on how emerging AI-native companies find distribution.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role owns Baseten's relationships and market intelligence across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds, including NVIDIA cloud partners. This is a technical and commercial role in equal measure: you'll evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center, negotiate cost and terms with suppliers, and stay close enough to the market to develop and defend a real point of view on where it's heading. Given current market conditions, Baseten needs a much stronger pulse on this part of the market so we can track pricing, stay close to the right relationships, and move fast the moment more capacity is needed. This is a senior, experienced hire who will also help pair with and develop 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates covering the same space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain deep relationships across hyperscalers and strategic neoclouds (including NVIDIA cloud partners), working each organization from top to bottom rather than a single point of contact
- Maintain a consistent, "top of mind" presence with key accounts so Baseten is positioned to move quickly when capacity needs arise
- Evaluate capacity from the GPU to the data center — hardware generation, rack and node configuration, interconnect, power density, and cooling — so you know what a configuration will actually deliver, not just what the spec sheet claims
- Live in compute pricing daily: track rates by GPU generation, region, and contract term to keep Baseten informed and competitive
- Partner with the Deals function to negotiate terms — capacity commitments, deposits and payment timing, SLAs, and remedies — and bring agreements to close
- Build and defend a view on where the hyperscaler and neocloud market is heading — supply coming online, platform transitions, and regional or policy shifts — and turn it into concrete relationship and sourcing decisions
- Help mentor and pair with 1-2 junior to mid-level teammates building coverage in this same space
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A relationship-builder with a strategic mindset — this is not an enterprise sales role, and we're specifically not looking for a traditional seller's approach
- Enough technical fluency with GPUs, racks, and data center infrastructure to evaluate what a supplier is actually offering, not just take their word for it
- Market instinct — you follow pricing closely, form independent views, and can explain why a rate moved and what it implies going forward
- Commercial judgment — comfortable with unit economics and contract structure, and know when a price implies something is wrong
- Experience building and sustaining multi-level relationships within large, complex organizations
- Strong judgment on when and how to escalate relationships to senior leadership for maximum impact
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships within hyperscalers or major neocloud providers, including NVIDIA cloud partners
- NVIDIA or OEM allocation relationships — experience managing allocation, forecasting, or partner standing directly with a chip vendor or tier-1 OEM
- Comfort traveling to evaluate sites and infrastructure in person
- Experience in a compute, GPU marketplace, or infrastructure-adjacent relationship or business development role
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

THE ROLE
This role owns Baseten's relationships and market intelligence across the hardware and chip layer of the compute stack: NVIDIA directly and key OEM partners such as Dell, Lenovo, Pegatron, and Supermicro. As Baseten's compute strategy increasingly depends on hardware access and terms, this role is central to keeping Baseten ahead of the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships across NVIDIA and key OEM partners (e.g. Dell, Supermicro)
- Track market intelligence on hardware availability, roadmaps, and terms to keep Baseten informed and strategically well-positioned
- Support deal structuring and negotiation in partnership with Baseten's deal-making function
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Hardware Platform engineering teams to ensure consistent, high-quality provider relationships and engineering partnerships
- Represent Baseten credibly across senior relationships in the hardware ecosystem, escalating to company leadership when strategically valuable
REQUIREMENTS
- Existing relationships and credibility within the NVIDIA, OEM, and HPC ecosystem
- Strong relationship-management instincts, with the judgment to know when to bring in senior leadership for maximum impact
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes market where hardware access can be a major competitive differentiator
- Collaborative style — this role depends on close coordination with engineering counterparts, not just external relationship-building
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience working at or closely with NVIDIA, a major OEM, or HPC

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Suite, Notion
What You’ll Do
Internal Communications
Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations
Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels
Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements
Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms)
Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees
