About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.

Strong cross-functional influence skills - represent the partner function credibly with VP-level stakeholders to successfully gain buy-in for partner investments
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Knowledge of US Federal or public sector partner motions and procurement processes

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Engineering Lead, Electronics, you will lead the team responsible for the payload electronics of ICEYE's new optical satellite platform, taking ownership of the electronics design from early concept through to production and in-orbit operation. Acting as the satellite's main electronics authority, you will drive the architecture and hands-on engineering decisions behind the payload while also building and managing a small, growing team of electronics engineers. You will combine technical depth with day-to-day leadership, setting the standard for how the team designs, builds, and delivers electronics that need to work reliably and deliver exceptional performance. You will work in a fast iteration design cycle where understanding the system and speed of development matter the most.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. - Be the technical leader for the electronics architecture of the optical satellite, owning design end to end, from schematics through layout, bring-up, and into production and in-orbit operations. Given the size of the team, you're expected to be actively involved in the hands-on design work, not only in setting direction.
- Deriving what the system needs to do, translating those requirements into the electronics design, driving R&D on new concepts and upholding a high bar for how boards are designed across high-speed, power, and harness work.
- Investigating on-ground and on-orbit anomalies.
- Driving a fast, iterative design process. From right architectural decisions through culture setting to supplier management.
- Mentoring junior team members.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Expert, hands-on skills in electronics design, spanning schematics through layout, bring-up, production, and operations, across a broad cross-section of high-speed design, power electronics, and harness.
- Ability to understand a satellite system end to end, deriving electronics requirements from it, and owning the electronics architecture of the payload as its main electronics authority.
- People-oriented leadership, comfortable managing and growing a small team, including hiring and day-to-day people management.
- Embracing the challenge, with a preference for simple designs that work reliably in all conditions over unnecessary complexity, and a mindset of owning problems and solving them.
- No space experience required.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with optical sensors.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Attraction Screening
- Hiring Manager Screening
- Onsite workshop + Technical discussion
- Interview with Leadership

Location: multiple locations
Role Overview:
At Cargoo, we are building supply chain products around complex, real-world logistics operations.
It is understanding the actual problem, turning complexity into clear product decisions, and helping a development team deliver the right solution.
We are looking for a Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who can connect business needs, customer problems, and technology - and take ownership of turning them into working products.
Problem space:
Logistics product development means dealing with:
• complex and evolving business rules
• multiple stakeholders with different priorities
• fragmented operational processes
• incomplete requirements and changing assumptions
• legacy + new system coexistence
• customer needs vs. platform strategy
• technical constraints
• constant pressure to deliver value
You will work in the middle of this complexity.
Your job is to bring clarity, make decisions, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
What you’ll own:
• product vision and direction together with key stakeholders
• translating real customer and business problems into product solutions
• product scope, priorities, and delivery decisions
• the Product Backlog and its continuous refinement
• Use Cases, Requirements, and Business Rules
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business priorities, and timelines
• keeping the development team aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• ensuring delivered solutions support the wider Cargoo platform and business architecture
How you’ll work:
You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, subject matter experts, and the development team.
You will:
• ask questions until the actual problem is understood
• challenge assumptions and unclear requirements
• turn complex business processes into clear product logic
• make decisions when priorities or requirements conflict
• ensure the team always works on the highest-value opportunities
• manage the balance between new functionality, maintenance, and product lifecycle needs
• continuously improve how the team discovers, defines, and delivers products
This is not a role where requirements are simply handed over to development.
We expect you to understand the problem, own the decisions, and stay involved until value is delivered.
What we expect from you:
• 5+ years of experience in software or web product development, preferably in a Product Owner role
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure from complexity
• confidence making decisions and taking ownership of product outcomes
• experience leading and working closely with software development teams
• strong understanding of Agile values and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences - from developers and subject matter experts to customers and executives
• ability to manage competing priorities and delivery pressure
• fluent English, both written and spoken
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Experience with logistics or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
What you won’t find here:
• requirements written only for the sake of documentation
• backlog management without product ownership
• decisions endlessly escalated instead of made
• process for the sake of process
• a perfectly defined problem waiting for you
What matters to us:
• clarity over complexity
• outcomes over output
• ownership over handovers
• customer problems over feature requests
• decisions over endless alignment
• continuous improvement over perfect processes
If this sounds like the kind of product environment where you do your best work - let’s talk.

You'll own the connection between a better developer experience and outcomes such as activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.
You'll partner closely with engineering and design to shape the Dashboard roadmap and ship improvements. You'll also work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to connect what developers experience in the product with how WorkOS grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Dashboard product roadmap, with accountability for the developer experience and the growth outcomes it supports.
- Talk to developers and observe how they use the Dashboard alongside APIs, documentation, and the rest of their workflow.
- Build features that help developers get started, complete integrations, discover relevant capabilities, and expand their use of WorkOS.
- Improve onboarding and reduce the time it takes a new developer to get value from the product.
- Identify friction across the customer journey and prioritize opportunities using customer research, product analytics, and business impact.
- Define and track measures of activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention. Use experiments to evaluate changes and decide what to build next.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship clear, useful experiences for technical users.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on product discovery, product-qualified leads, and the path from self-serve adoption to enterprise use.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and results clearly across the company.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience building developer tools, API products, infrastructure products, or technical B2B SaaS. You understand developers and how they use dashboards to work with a technical product.
- A track record of shipping features that improve onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, or retention.
- Experience with product-led growth and a clear understanding of how product improvements lead to customer and business outcomes.
- Strong product instincts backed by customer research and data, including experience designing and evaluating experiments.
- Experience with API or usage-based pricing models and how they shape the customer experience.
- The ability to make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly with engineering and design.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance.

WHAT YOUTUBE SCRIPTWRITING MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth is about distribution and revenue, not fluff or just good ideas.
A YouTube Scriptwriter is a high-agency storyteller https://www.highagency.com who:
- Crafts scripts that hook viewers and drive engagement.
- Turns trends, research, and insights into full-length, actionable video scripts.
- Works closely with Growth and Scriptwriting teams to ensure content resonates and converts.
This is a hands-on role: you write, optimize, and iterate scripts that the team can directly produce and publish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
SCRIPTWRITING & STORYTELLING

- Craft hooks, narrative flow, explanations, and calls-to-action that keep viewers watching.

TREND & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
- Cover trending topics, AI tools, tutorials, model comparisons, and other educational content.
- Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with what performs on the platform.

- Work with Growth Researchers to understand which trends and ideas are high-priority.
- Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Directors to ensure scripts match production needs.
- Take feedback from data and audience performance to continuously improve content.
OPTIMIZATION & PERFORMANCE
- Suggest formats, hooks, or structures that are likely to maximize watch time, CTR, and engagement.
- Keep up with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to improve scripts.
- Help build a library of reusable templates, formulas, and structures for consistent output.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want creative, high-agency writers, not just people with a portfolio.
You should have:
- Strong writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and clear explanations.
- Ability to work from research and turn insights into engaging scripts.
- Comfort iterating based on feedback and data.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Bias toward action: scripts are only valuable if they get produced and perform.
BACKGROUNDS THAT OFTEN DO WELL:
- Journalists or content writers with social media experience
- SMM or digital marketers who write for engagement
- Researchers or analysts who can turn insights into compelling narratives
- Founders, operators, or early startup writers who have worn multiple hats
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Prefer theory over execution or writing for ideas that never get produced
- Avoid feedback or rewriting scripts
- Struggle to meet deadlines or work at a fast pace
- Don’t enjoy staying on top of trends, AI tools, or social media
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
